This paper analyzes the actual 'content' and 'role' of the intrinsic motivation of creative laborers during the creative production process. Based on semi-structured intensive interviews with 16 light-entertainment television PDs in South Korea, this paper articulated that intrinsic motivation towards creative work could be understood as a desire to maintain their level of enjoyment from creative work. The desire was classified into two different types of 'enjoyment', one was the enjoyment based on the expectation regarding the creative job, and the 'enjoyment' experienced primarily related to the creative production process that allows creative workers to actualize individual creative ambitions. In addition, such intrinsic motivation tended to provide a strong driving force for creative workers as they endured unfavorable working conditions that resulted from market principles(viewership ratings), economic stability, and work-life balance. This paper proposes that the tendency of creative workers to endure various undesirable working conditions is based on a strong intrinsic motivation to maintain their level of enjoyment from their creative career.

With the introduction of the Cloud Computing, the IT Support organization is facing a new organizational challenge. Especially, the PaaS(Platform as a Service) cloud provisions all of the servers, the network, the storage, the OS, and the middleware installation & configurations without the IT subject experts. This change requires the researches on the new role of the IT Support staff, the collaboration among the skill groups, the conflicts between the IT Support and the Line of Business. But there is no study on this perspective. Hence this paper will study the negative forces against the adoption of the PaaS and the associated organizational changes. This finding can help the IT organization define the new organization structure and the skill set to easy the conflicts, and prepare the transformation for the PaaS adoption.

The results of this study showed that victim's job motivation, organizational distrust, nervousness, turnover intention, frustration, stress and resistance, powerlessness and alienation were similar to previous studies. I was overwhelmed by the negative force of the collective union and experienced anger in the reality that one individual could not resist or find a solution. In addition, psychological factors such as union members' fear of union bullying were found to have a positive effect on the union members who did not join the strike and those who did not join the strike. It is necessary to consider the question of whether the group bullying behavior is valid in that the union bullying behavior of the union is effective in achieving the purpose of the group.

Recently, with the widespread expansion of convergence based on digital connectivity, the transportation and mobility fields are rapidly changing, and research related to this is also diversifying. This study aims to analyze the research trends in the mobility field and identify key research areas and topics. Topic modeling analysis has been proved as a useful approach for analyzing the research trends. The abstracts of 142 research papers concerning mobility from the Korean academic citation index were analyzed, derived 9 research topics and linked to 6 key elements of research framework. The result showed that 'Advanced vehicle and transportaion technology' and 'Linkage and integrated services among means for mobility' were most actively studied research fields. It also found that research on insurance, law, regulation for securing user's safety and conflict-resolving with the existing industry has been conducted.

VR animation allows you to see 360-degree screen production that cannot be seen in existing animation production while being located in the space within the animation. <Goodbye Mr Octopus>, a VR animation produced in 2020, was selected at the 77th Venice Film Festival as an immersive short film. This is the story of an adolescent girl, Stella, who is celebrating her 16th birthday, and her conflict with her strict father is resolved through a letter from her mother. It is a narrative composed of a total of 11 scenes, and in each scene, new directing elements of VR video grammar, such as gaze induction, time flow, and space conversion directing, were analyzed. Gaze-inducing directing minimized the inconvenience of 360-degree gaze, and time and space conversion directing was analyzed as an effect of increasing the audience's immersion according to narrative events.

With the development of cultural industries and technology, digital video marketing has grown immensely and 'Book Trailer' are now one of the main methods of promoting a title in publishing industry. The demands are growing, but the development lacks basic theoretical foundation and systematic structure. At this crucial moment, basic theoretical research on Book Trailer is necessary to establish a solid foundation for the medium to expand. In this study, I have focused on defining the basic concepts of Book Trailers and analyzing the classification of Book Trailers. In sorting the type of Book Trailers, content and formal appearance were used as standards. As a result, I was able to classify the content genre into message type, conflict type, character type using the elements of story. The formal appearance genre was classified into still photography type, motion typography type, interview type, story movie type and animation type.

통합물관리 (IWRM; Integrated Water Resources Management)란 생태계의 지속가능성(sustainability)을 해치지 않으면서, 공평한 방법(equity)으로 경제·사회·복지를 극대화(efficiency) 할 수 있도록 물과 토지 및 관련 기타 자원들을 조화롭게 개발하고 처리하는 과정을 말한다. IWRM 패러다임은 전 세계적 및 국가별 물관리 상황에 따른 시대적 이슈에 따라 변천하고 있고 1992년 리우 정상회담 이후 물위기 극복을 위한 새로운 패러다임으로 정착, 물재해 심화에 따라 2000년대 물안보라는 국가 차원의 과제로 발전하였다. 이에 이미 전세계 국가의 68%이상이 도입중이며 모든 국가로 확산 중에 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 향후 통합수자원관리 측면에서의 우즈베키스탄 내 업무와 환경을 분석하여 표준화된 수자원정보화 방향을 제시하고 통합물관리를 위한 통합물관리시스템을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 우즈베키스탄은 기본적으로 물관리 여건이 매우 불리한 물스트레스 국가로 분류되고 있다. 국가 내에서 필요로하는 대부분의 수자원이 양적으로 매우 부족하고, 강수량의 지역, 시기별 변동폭 역시 매우 크게 나타나고 있다. 또한 이용가능한 수자원을 작물재배가 가능한 시기에 농업용수로 80%이상을 취수하고 있어 심각한 물부족에 시달리고 있는 실정이다. 지정학적으로는 연강수량이 평균 400mm정도로 나타나고 있어 국내에서 생산되는 물 이외에는 국내를 통과하는 시르다리야, 아무다리야 강의 상류에 위치한 키르기즈스탄, 타지키스탄에서 생성된 물을 하천에서 취수하여 사용하고 있는 실정으로 제한된 수자원을 효율적, 합리적으로 이용하는 데 있어 관리기술의 개선이 필요하다. 수자원의 대부분은 수자원부에서 산하 관리조직을 통해 중앙에서 통제하에 관리하고 있으나 국가간, 지역별 용수배분, 갈등이 심하되고 있는 상태에 있으며 이러한 점을 해결하기 위한 상류-하류간 연계, 수량-수질간 연계, 지표수-지하수 연계 등을 위한 법적, 제도적 기반이 미흡한 상태이다. 이러한 우즈베키스탄 내 IWRM 도입의 필요성을 기반으로 통합물관리를 위한 시스템 구성요소를 도출하고 구축을 위해 고려해야 할 사항 및 발전방향을 본 연구를 통하여 제시하고자 한다.

Socially, organizations are required to maintain strict management of their information resources and invest in the adoption of information security (IS) technologies and policies. However, the ongoing threat of information exposure by employees persists within the organization. This study aims to identify the role stress that employees may experience due to strict IS policies and propose methods for reducing its negative impact. Specifically, our study suggests a mechanism for mitigating role stress by incorporating factors related to IS policy goal setting and work regulatory focus. We conducted a survey among workers in the financial industry, where IS policies are rigorously enforced, and tested our research hypotheses using a sample of 309 participants. The results indicate that increasing the difficulty and specificity of IS policy goals reduces role stress (conflict and ambiguity) and positively influences employees' intention to comply with IS policies. Furthermore, individual work promotion focus moderated the relationship between role stress and IS compliance intention. These findings have important implications for organizations seeking to strengthen their IS compliance among employees and inform the development of effective IS strategies.

Amidst the ongoing instability and military tensions between North and South Korea, it is essential for us to comprehend and assess North Korea's military capabilities, while preparing for potential contingencies through military reinforcement. However, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the military balance on the Korean Peninsula, it is imperative to move beyond simplistic quantitative comparisons of combat capabilities and embrace a broader perspective, which includes qualitative comparisons of military strength, operational capabilities, and a nation's ability to wage war. To address this need, this study employs the method of "Net Assessment" to evaluate the relative combat power of South and North Korean conventional naval forces, with a particular focus on surface combatants. This evaluation involves both quantitative and qualitative comparisons of military assets (personnel and equipment) and intangible factors (naval strategies, geography, etc.). By conducting a holistic assessment, the research aims to identify and analyze strategic asymmetries that may exist between the two navies.

New feminism reflects the culture and demand of some younger generations in socio-economic and political changes in Germany in the 2000s. It emphasizes individual freedom and choice, meritocracy and personal responsibility. It rejects the ideological dogma of the second wave feminism and claims feminism which originated from daily life. It also criticizes objectified femininity in popular culture, insists on subjective femininity that enjoys freedom, sexual pleasure and advocates feminism with men. It arbitrarily redefines feminism by sampling and remixing feminist elements. So it lost social criticism and its power for social transformation, and defended the status quo. In addition, it is disseminated by the media, lacking academic and theoretical debates. It could diffuse distorted knowledge and understanding of feminism, and intensify conflicts between generations, which can hinder the development of German feminism and the women's movement.
