The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of flourishing on the relationship between role conflict and burnout as perceived by school counselors. A total of 242 school counselors participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS and PROCESS macro programs. The study results showed a significant positive correlation between role conflict and burnout and a significant negative correlation between flourishing and role conflict and burnout. In addition, depending on the three subtypes of role conflict (i.e., role-expectation conflict, individual-role conflict, and role ambiguity conflict), the effects on various sub-signs of burnout differed. It was found that flourishing mediated all of these variables of role conflict influencing burnout. These results suggest that flourishing can be considered an indicator for professionalism management of school counselors and a result showing that a positive psychological approach at the school level can be helpful in improving the effectiveness of school counseling by contributing positively not only to students but also to school counselors.

In recent years, with thedevelopment of digital media technology immersive experiential exhibitions that provide realistic and realistic exhibition experiences to the audience are increasing In this study, the representative cases of these immersiveexperiential exhibitions were analyzed with a focus on the elements of the exhibition design. We also introduced the exhibition case of 'A Hero's Adventure' which was held and operated by applying game design elements to thethe directing planning of an immersive experience exhibition. In addition, the effects and utilization methods of the exhibition that applied game planning elements such as challenges goals conflicts rules and wins and losses were considered.

The major goal of this study is to examine the relation between conflict management strategies and communication competences and the relation between communication competences and relational outcomes of actors in conflict communication situations. Some of the major findings are as follows; 1. The integrate strategy has some positive correlation with communication competences. But escape strategy has some negative correlations with them. It means that the actors who have integrate strategy seems to be evaluated their communication competences highly and the others who have escape strategy seems to be evaluated them lowly. 2. The communication competences have some positive correlations with the relational outcomes such as variables of intimacy, trust and relational satisfaction after conflict. This means the actors evaluate others' communication competences highly intend to have more intimacy, trust and relational satisfaction after conflicts. 3. The communication competence intermediate the conflict management strategy and relational outcomes after conflict. It means that relational outcomes after conflict depend on partners' recognitions of actors communication competence. In sort the present study demonstrates that it is important to improve communication competences in order to get some productive output in conflict interpersonal communication situation.

In this thesis, I examined the characteristics of modernism in this work, focusing on the melodrama "Sarang ye soggo donye wulgo(means 'Crying in Love and Crying for Money')", which was popular in the 30s when the consciousness of modernity was overflowing. There has never been an example of a connection between modernism and drama in the 1930s. The characteristic of modernism is clearly embedded in the representative drama of "Sarang ye soggo donye wulgo(means 'Crying in Love and Crying for Money')" at that time. In the title "Sarang ye soggo donye wulgo(means 'Crying in Love and Crying for Money')". 'Don' reveals modern elements. 'Love' can be seen as revealing melodramatic elements. The flair of modern art, which is a background to reveal modern elements, is spread throughout the works. Hongdo fails to complete the relationship with his family, as well as with the couple. It became a person who accepted the modernistic phenomenon by showing the domination of matter. While the typical method of constructing conflicts in the pre-modern narrative works is horizontal and sequential, it can be said that it was in the form of a train station, while the post-modern era of narrative conflict formation from the 30s forms a plurality of conflicts simultaneously, can do. The fear of the ordinary people who see the reality that urban and western values are already rampant by attempting new contents that lead the change of values in "Sarang ye soggo donye wulgo(means 'Crying in Love and Crying for Money')" became a factor to transfer into internal conflict again.

Reconstruction and remodeling have been introduced as a part of renewal (redevelopment) projects for old apartments built after the mid-1970's and government policies for revitalizing each project has been changed continually. However, the frequent changes of the policies have caused conflicts among business entities in selecting business methods. The conflicts from their early stages have made serious problems in the entire business process. Therefore, this study deduced factors of business selection by applying comparison analysis between the two business projects on how certain factors have an influence on selecting reconstruction and remodeling business projects. Based on the analysis, four categories and 26 factors were finally selected. After then, the priority of each selection factor was deduced through the AHP method used for analysis of relative importance and impact values regarding to the business selection. It is expected to resolve conflicts among owners and select rational directions for reconstruction and remodeling business, based on the conclusion through analysis of influence on selection factors.

It was emphasized that national electronic identification card system should be a prerequisite for the entire administrative services. Furthermore, the government so designed the plan on the assumption of national electronic identification card system that it could manage services for the public, elections, and most of decision-making processes. Nevertheless, national electronic identification card system has drifted for a fairly long time without being institutionalized. On the basis of the policy examples, this study tries to examine the process and discuss on what elements of conflict have been shown. Though it is all water under the bridge, it is thought that, when the new policy emerges in the future, recurrent failures can be reduced by a case study like this.

이 글은 '창비청소년문학상' 수상작을 대상으로 청소년소설에서 사회적 관계가 재현되는 양상을 살피는 것을 목적으로 한다. 청소년소설에서 핵심적으로 부각되는 사회적 관계는 가정과 학교를 바탕으로 하는 부모와 또래 간의 관계이며, 여기에 외부 세계와의 관계가 부각되는 경우도 있다. 부모와의 관계는 직접적인 갈등 상황으로 제시되기보다는 배경적으로 제시되며, 또래와의 관계는 보다 직접적인 갈등 요소로 작용한다.

This study was attempted to provide nurse students with basic materials to improve their clinical practices, and to investigate changes in their views on Nursing Professionalism, Job satisfaction, and role conflicts. After experiencing clinical practices, their nursing professionalism(t=-2.184, p=.031) and job satisfaction (t=-2.068, p>.001) increased but role conflict (t=-3.729, p>.001) increased as well. They were satisfied with their jobs, building up nursing professionalism through clinical practices. However, they had also acquired time on thinking about their future jobs more deeply than before practices and realizing their roles in real sense. In particular, they felt stress in some of subcategories, personal inner conflicts (t=-3.729, p>.001), role obscurity (t=-5.720, p>.001) so it is necessary to review standards on their job and task in nurse education and clinical practices.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the contributions and limitations of an independent internet newspaper dedicated to disability affairs. The materials analysed in this study were articles on personal assistance service conflicts between users and assistants by Ablenews. This study used inductive content analysis, responsibility frame analysis, and disability paradigm analysis. First, in general Ablenews appeared to report personal assistance service conflicts as they were. Second, the results showed that Ablenews tended to attribute the causes and solutions of the conflicts to the users and assistants. Third, nearly half of content units of Ablenews articles conveyed the perspective of rehabilitation paradigm though personal assisstanc services are closely related to independent living model. Based on the results this study suggested that Ablenews needs to improve specialty in reports on disability affairs using editorial staff, professional reporters, guests reporters with specialties.

The multicultural family support project provides support services to female marriage immigrants to promote their settlement in Korea and their adaptation to marital life. This study thus investigated whether utilization of such support services is indeed related to positive changes perceived among these female marriage immigrants, and these changes, in turn, contribute to less marital conflict, marital well-being, and hope. Data were drawn from a self-administered questionnaire study in which 558 female marriage immigrants participated through the 36 centers across the nation that provided multicultural family support services based on cultural relativism and a strengths perspective. Results of structural equation modeling analyses revealed that utilization of support services, as predicted, contributed to positive changes, and such changes, in turn, were directly related to less marital conflict, higher marital well-being, and hope. As expected, marital conflict was negatively associated with marital well-being, which, in turn, promoted hope. Thus, through these paths positive changes also contributed positively to both marital well-being and hope. However, when the effects of length of residence in Korea and an ability to command Korean language were controlled for, a positive significant relationship between service utilization and marital conflict was revealed. Therefore this paper discussed the ways in which positive functions of such service utilization can be strengthened while at the same time actively addressing the dysfunctional components of such support services.
