With rising concerns on downturn of global economy, college graduates are experiencing a serious unemployment crisis. In this reality, undergraduates preparing for employment face much stress from worries and conflicts. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to examine the influence of university student's belief of destiny on sub factors of employment stress such as environmental, physical, psychological and keen behaviors according to internal and external locus of control. 550 surveys were distributed to four-year university students in Seoul, capital area and rural area for 15 days from October 5 until October 20, 2011. 480 surveys were returned, among which 430 were effective as study subjects. As a result of this study, first, environmental influence on employment stress was high at 49% while physical influence was 7%. Second, as a result of performing correlation analysis on employment stress and locus of control, external locus of control showed positive influence in environmental, physical, psychological and keen behaviors. Internal locus of control showed negative influence in all behaviors, suggesting that more diverse career information must be provided. Since increase in career efficacy and reduction of employment stress in university students are directly linked to unemployment rate of youths, diverse and active methods are deemed necessary.

Korean traditional practice that gets a gravesite for burial and reckless grave establishment not only obstructs systematic national land management and reasonable urban development, but also causes a serious factor which has a harmful effect on natural environment and residential space in reality that our country is limited in area and national and social bases for use and establishment of graves are still inadequite. Though government and local governments have tried to cope with these problems by enacting legislation on funeral and others and so forth, they still have a variety of problems due to the shortage of grave management systems and information of accumulated individual graves. This study describes about the development of a GIS-based grave management system for making administrative management for individual cemeteries the prime object. As a result of application to a pilot area, the system developed in this study was able to be applied for supporting the time-limited burial system and managing cemeteries for those who left no relatives behind by constructing the database with grave-related position/attribute information which are collected by administrative system or direct survey. In addition, it is expected that this system will be utilized as a systematic management method that can be handed down the present or the future descendants under the tradition of the family-oriented funeral culture.
The purpose of this study was to examine a mother's and her two son's 'practice of mutual respect rights' experiences, and to find a solution to inspire the practice of realizing rights of mutual respect within a family. From September 2012 to March 2013, qualitative research methods such as transcripts, observations, in-depth interviews, and analysis of records were applied to a mother and her two sons. As a result, the mother's experiences showed that she and her two sons had enough mutual respect, and the regression of the first child was a natural and positive part in that process. Also, conflicts between protection rights and participation rights were integrated into a practice of mutual respect, and the mother had an opportunity to think about positive discipline. With this practice, the mother and her two sons were able to reconcile their relationships and have deep respect for one another, and family members felt psychologically safe through this practice of rights. In addition, the practice of rights was transferred to other family members, and the mother came to have courage about being an adequate parent. The results of this study revealed that the following research could be used to propose concrete contents and to plan how to recognize and access the practice of rights among family members.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between smartphone addiction and sensory processing ability depending on the time of smartphone usage by at risk of smartphone addiction. Methods : Participants of this study were 124 toddlers in a The data collection period was from September 2019 to December 2019. Measurements in this study included a questionnaire on general information about the subject, a smartphone addiction scale, and a short sensory profile. Methods for the data analysis included descriptive statistics and an independent t-test using SPSS 22.0. Results : There were significant differences between groups depending on smartphone usage time in terms of total smartphone addiction, salience, impulse-compulsive use, withdrawal, tolerance, and interpersonal conflict among toddlers. There were also significant difference in sensory processing ability between groups according to the total Short Sensory Profile score (and in all sub-domains; p=.000 ~ .042). Conclusion : This study found that there was a difference in smartphone addiction and sensory processing ability depending on the smartphone usage time of toddlers at risk of smartphone. It is meaningful because it raises the need for education on the use of smartphones by toddlers.
The purposes of this study were to develop work-life balance supportive organizational culture scale(WLB supportive organizational culture) and to verify it's validity. We reviewed comprehensive studies about work-life balance and organizational culture as well as scales related to them. We theoretically extracted some important factors of WLB organizational culture from reviews and then made 38 preliminary questions. 773 married workers in their 30s to 50s were responded to a questionnaire consisted of 38 preliminary questions and 9 variables(work-life balance, quality of life, job satisfaction, turnover etc) for criterion related validity verification. As the results of factor analysis such as EFA and CFA, we could confirm five factors including WLB organizational management, WLB supportive supervisors, empathetic communication with coworkers, coworkers' material support to WLB and accessibility to WLB programs. Second, correlation analyses were performed to investigate the validation of this scale. In result, it was revealed that the WLB supportive organizational culture scale was highly correlated with other family supportive organizational culture measures as well as dependent variables such as work-life balance, quality of life, job satisfaction, turnover. We expect this study contribute to improve the quality of studies about work-life balance and organizational culture.
China has vast land, variety of people, religions and cultures. China has faced terrorism threat from the struggles of people, religions and resources. The 11thStanding Committee of the National People's Congress of China decided to strengthen the anti-terrorism action on October 29, 2011. This study compared, analyzed and estimated the counter-terrorism laws of the USA, Britain and Germany thinking about the China's anti-terrorism decision. The counter-terrorism laws of the USA, Britain and Germany are largely composed of previous prevention of terror and oppression of it later. They enacted the laws both for people and property. They also rearranged the power and role of governmental institutes on counter-terrorism. The contents of the counter-terrorism laws are specific, detailed and systematic. But the anti-terrorism law of China has restriction on the power and roles for previous prevention and oppression of terrorism, handling of people and property. This study reviewed the foreign countries' counter-terrorism laws and the way to connect the regulations on terrorism crimes of the revised Chinese criminal law and the anti-terrorism decision, when they enact the anti-terrorism laws in China in the future.
This study research the effect that the reality therapy program reduces the occupational stress in company employee. The subjects of this research were company employees aged 30 to 49 in the A area and they work more than 2 years in company. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group of 10 company employee, and a control groups of 10 company employee. and executed the program to the experiment group. A measurement tool was used a standard occupational stress scale for korean employee that developed by The Korean Society of Occupational Stress. For the purpose of the study, it was t-test to analyze collected data. The result of the study was that the occupational stress in an experiment group which take part in the reality therapy program was meaning statistically reduced than the control group by p<.001. In the subordinate measure of occupational stress, the occupational demand, organization system, requital inappropriateness score has a significant result by p<.01 and the occupational self-regulation, relation discord, and occupational insecurity score has a significant result by p<.05. In sum, the occupational stress score of treatment group which take part in the reality program reduce significantly than the scores of control group. Thus, the reality therapy program significantly effect to reduced the company employee's occupational stress.
This study developed 'Design Career Aptitude Scale' to help design majoring college students who are seeking their career goals or conflicting to decide their majors. The subscales of the 'Design Career Aptitude Scale' are 'basic job competency', 'basic design competency' and' advanced design competency'. This study further classified the 'basic job competency' and 'basic design competency' into several subareas and defined each concepts. Based upon the classification of each subareas, tentative test items were developed through the verification of validity three times by seven design professionals. A pilot study of the developed scale was administered to 506 design majoring college students. The results by exploratory factor analysis were that the basic job competency was composed of four factors; ability of interpersonal relations, goal-driven ability, problem solving ability and self-developing ability. The basic design competency was composed of five factor, grounding in design, computer skills, material sensitivity, formative ability and color sensitivity. The results can be seen as an adequate, delicate factor structure to represent design aptitude, and also the scale can be a useful tool to the students who are conflicting to decide their majors and careers. The further study needed to validate the scale through the investigation of the relationship with related scales measuring designing ability, and with other criteria-referenced group.
The main premise of this study is that the assurance on human rights of the mentally ill is contradictory to 'the greatest happiness of the greatest number' or 'therapeutic benefits'. Accordingly this study aims to find out the conceptual framework of assurance and restriction on human rights of the mentally ill. Using qualitative method, this study conducted the in-depth interview with 10 general public, 9 professionals, 6 mentally ill regarding the several issues of human rights included long-term hospitalization, restriction on driver's licence, involuntary hospitalization, restriction on communication in psychiatric ward. Research results are as follows ; two sets of dimensions are inferred from the analysis of interview transcript. First dimension is the focus of justification, ranging from the emphasis on positive consequences influenced to 'the greatest numbers'(the utilitarian thought) to the emphasis on assurance of rights without any conditions(the deontological thought). Second dimension is the locus of decision, raging from the formal system included the professionals and the government agency to the informal system included the families and the mentally ill. And there are differences in attitudes toward assurance and restriction on rights of the mentally ill among general public, professionals, and the mentally ill. In detail, general public regarded that 'involuntary hospitalization' and 'restriction on driver's license' which are apt to be directly harmful to people must be justified by consequence-centered and decided by the formal system, while 'long-term hospitalization' which is less harmful to people could be justified by right-centered and decided by the formal-system. And they thought that 'restriction of communication' could be justified by right-centered and decided by the informal system. Based on the findings, this study would conclude that practical guidelines for the promotion of human rights of the mentally ill must be developed.
This study is to compare and analyze the policy decision process between Korea Long-term Care Insurance and Japan's using policy network theory as an analysis tool, and to lead political and theoretical implications. The result of the study is summarized as follows. First, a policy agenda about Long-term Care problem for the Elderly set up by the government-leading both Korea and Japan. and the number of policy participation(actors) increased to characteristics of policy process stage. but there is a difference between Korea and Japan in a background of setting up policy agenda about Long-term Care problem. Second, interaction among policy actors is corporative from early policy agenda establishment stage in Korea and Japan. but it changes to dissenting or critical rapidly as being announced the frame of system to the people. Also, it shows that main policy actors play a role in policy making decision and the connection structures of network is similar to both countries although it has a difference in the interaction frequency. Fourth, although the number of policy actors and the extent of their opinion reflection to the policy effect are different, it shows that policy network pattern is very similar to from policy agenda setting stage to parliament(The National Assemble) policy decision stage as a result of government-leading policy process. The theoretical and political implications of this study are as follows. The number and the variety of policy participation, the importance of establishing opened-interaction system, lots of limitation of policy making-decision process of Japan Long-term Care system, and exclusively the government-leading network has demerits about the reflection of too much government's opinion to the policy outcomes.
