간호학생들의 시각장애인 봉사체험 연구 (Nursing Students' Lived Experience of Blind Person)

  • This is a Phenomenological study to describe the experience of nursing students on blind persons. Report and individual interviews were conducted on subjective experience of 5 nursing students. Data were analyzed through Giorgi's method in which meaningful statements. The results were from significant statements on reports and interview. These were clustered into 17 theme and 4 central meaning. Nursing Students started practice with prejudice, fear, and expectation at the same time. They also experienced complicated feelings (expansion of consciousness, growth of self, expansion of emotion, true presence)for the blind person. Make a situational structural description from theme and central meaning. Make a general structural description from situational structural description.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify key abilities needed to develop for student nurses. Methods: A methodological research design was used in this study. The abilities for student nurses were developed through literature review and educational objectives analysis of 60 nursing colleges in Korea. Results: Finally, the abilities required to develop for student nurses in higher education were 8 cluster of abilities and 19 abilities such as problem solving ability, relationship ability, professional ability, ability in information processing, globalization, voluntary service. Conclusion: To perceive and achieve abilities for student nurses in higher education has to be needed a systematic approach in setting objectives, to improve curriculum and to develop program and educational methods.

문제중심학습이 간호학생의 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결과정에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Problem Based Learning on Critical Thinking Disposition and Problem Solving Process of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the change of critical thinking disposition and problem solving process in students who experienced problem-based learning. Method: This research design was one group pre-post test design. Twenty-five nursing students who participated in ‘'Nursing Process' course with two PBL packages for a semester in 2004 were the subjects of this study. The data were analyzed by repeated measures of ANOVA, and content analysis. Result: The problem defining in problem solving process was improved significantly, but there was no significant difference in the critical thinking disposition. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that PBL has a positive effect on nursing students' problem solving process, But for a more significant effect on a continuous base for critical thinking of nursing students, faculties should use web based and simulation-based education for self directed learning along with clinical situation-based scenarios.

간호학생이 지각한 자신의 리더십 유형과 임파워먼트의 관계 (The Relationship Between Leadership Styles and Empowerment of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership styles and empowerment of nursing students. Method: The subjects were 386 nursing students who were in college and university. The data were collected from July 26 to September 18, 2004 by the structured questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-tets and ANOVA with SAS package were used. Results: Transformational leadership showed a significant difference according to school career, present grade, interpersonal relations, admission motive, satisfaction degree for nursing, satisfaction degree for practice, meaning on nursing job and transactional leadership showed a significant difference according to last session study score, satisfaction degree for nursing. Empowerment showed a significant difference according to school career, present grade, interpersonal relations, satisfaction degree for nursing, satisfaction degree for practice, meaning on nursing job. Charisma, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration and contingent reward perceived by nursing students were positively related to empowerment. Management by exception perceived by nursing students was negatively related to empowerment. Conclusion: The result of this study may be helpful in empowerment improvement of nursing students.

간호학생에게 적용한 행위기법 중심의 자기이해 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of a Self-Awareness Program Using Action Methods for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is a) to develop a self-awareness program using various action methods and b) to experiment the effects of that on self-concept, the self-perception and the self-esteem in nursing students. Method: The subjects of this study were 37 nursing students. Using one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental research design, we conducted the experiments of a self-awareness program during the period of six weeks from March through May of 2004. Results: The scores of the posttest on self-concept, self-perception and self-esteem in nursing students were significantly higher than those scores of the pro-test. Conclusion: The results of our experimentation showed that a self-awareness program using various action methods was very effective to enhance self-concept, self-perception and self-esteem in nursing students. In particular, different action methods of psychodrama were shown to be a useful tool in exploring the areas of blind self and unknown self.

성과기반 간호교육에서 팀기반학습 적용의 효과 (The Effects of Team-Based Learning on Outcome based Nursing Education)

  • 본 연구는 성인간호학 분야의 심장계 환자간호에서 팀기반학습 프로그램을 개발하고, 간호학생들에게 적용하여 교과목 학습성과로서 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향, 학업성취도, 그리고 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 비동등성 대조군 전후설계인 유사실험연구이고, G시 4년제 간호학과 2학년 학생들을 편의표집하여 실험군 52명, 대조군 54명을 대상으로, 실험군은 2014년 2학기 중 주당 3시간씩 2주 동안 팀기반학습을 적용하고, 대조군은 동 기간동안 강의 및 사례적용 발표수업을 제공하였다. 연구 결과, 팀기반학습을 적용한 실험군과 적용하지 않은 대조군의 문제해결능력(F=5.92, p=.017)과 수업만족도 점수(F=5.80, p=.018)는 실험군이 대조군 보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 그러나 비판적 사고성향과 학업성취도 점수는 실험군이 대조군보다 높았으나 통계적인 유의한 차이는 없었다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 간호교육에 팀기반학습의 적용은 간호학생들의 중요한 학습성과인 문제해결능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 수업만족도를 높일 수 있음이 확인되었다.

보건계열 경험자의 간호학과 편입경험 (Experience of transferring students experience in health care to nursing department)

  • 본 연구는 보건계열의 경험이 있는 학생들이 간호학과 편입에 따른 경험의 본질을 이해하는 데 있다. 편입 전 보건계열 전공 혹은 의료기관의 경험이 있는 간호학과 편입 학생들의 경험에 관한 연구로서, 개인 경험에 따른 간호학과 편입의 본질을 파악하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석방법을 적용하여 그 경험을 분석하고, 그 경험의 의미를 파악하고자 실시하였다. 보건계열 전공자 4명과 의료기관 경험자 5명으로 총 9명으로 진행하여 3가지 테마와 9개의 중심의미로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 하여 보건계열의 경험을 가진 학생들의 간호학과 경험을 이해하여 다양한 교육전략과 방향을 모색하여 다양한 간호현장에서의 전문 간호 인력의 양성을 위한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

간호대학생의 영적안녕감, 영적간호역량, 죽음에 대한 태도와의 융합적 관계 (Convergent relationship between spiritual well-being, spiritual nursing competence, and attitude toward death of nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 기독교대학 간호대학생의 영적안녕감, 영적간호역량, 죽음에 대한 태도 정도를 알아보고 변인 간의 융합적 관련성 및 영향력을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 C 시에 소재한 간호대학생 185명을 편의표집하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 종교적 안녕감은 전공만족도가 매우 만족하는 학생의 경우, 성적이 상 수준의 학생에서 유의하게 높게 나타났고, 영적간호역량은 여학생, 전공만족도가 매우 만족하는 경우, 성적이 상 수준의 학생에서 높게 나타났다. 죽음에 대한 태도는 남학생에서 높게 나타나 유의한 결과를 보였으며, 영적안녕감은 영적간호역량, 죽음에 대한 태도에 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서, 간호대상자에게 영적인 건강을 제공하는 데 도움이 될 수 있도록 영적안녕감 강화 중재 방안 및 교육과정 개발을 위한 제도적 접근이 필요하다.
