본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성 및 간호전문직관의 관계를 알아보고 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구대상자는 일 지역 4년제 간호대학생을 280명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, multiple regressions을 하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호사이미지는 성격과 간호직에 대한 생각에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 자아탄력성은 연령, 성별, 학년, 성격, 간호직에 대한 생각, 지원동기, 입원경험, 가족 중 간호사 유무에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호전문직관은 학년, 성격, 간호직에 대한 생각, 가족 중 간호사 유무에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성 및 간호전문직관의 관계를 분석한 결과 간호전문직관은 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성과 유의하게 정적인 상관관계가 있었고, 간호사이미지와 자아탄력성도 유의하게 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 간호전문직관 영향요인은 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to find out a correlation of clinical nurse's character, clinical practice stress, stress coping and factor affecting nursing professional value on nursing students in Korea, and to use it as a basic data in developing nursing professional value promotion programs for nursing students. The study was composed of 145 students who were studying in fourth year student at colleges. Data were collected from May to June, 2019. Data analysis included an independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression using the SPSS program. As a result of this study, nursing professional value of those was significantly correlated with clinical nurse's character, clinical practice stress and stress coping. In a regression analysis, nursing professional value accounted for 38.2%(F=43.973, p=.000), of the variance of clinical nurse's character and stress coping. The most significant factor affection the success of nursing professional value was stress coping(β=.508, p=.000). The result of the study indicates the importance of developing clinical nurse's character and applying variety stress coping method for positive nursing professional value of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of self-leadership and nursing professionalism on social responsibility in nursing students and verify the mediating effects of nursing professionalism on the relationships between self-leadership and social responsibility. The subjects of this study consisted of 250 nursing students. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires. The results were as follows: Self-leadership and nursing professionalism had a positive effect on social responsibility. Nursing professionalism had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-leadership and social responsibility. Conclusively, this results of study is meaningful to provide evidence to improve the self-leadership and maximize nursing professionalism to increase social responsibility in nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate major satisfaction, communication skills, image of nurses and nursing professionalism, and to identify the influencing factors on nursing professionalism of nursing students. Data were collected using questionnaires from 214 students who were 3rd years in the nursing university in Gwangju, June 2019. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The mean scores for the major satisfaction(3.71±0.53), communication skills(3.50±0.38), image of nurses(3.80±0.52), nursing professionalism(3.70±0.56) were above average. It was found that there were significant differences in the nursing professionalism depending on age, motivation for nursing clinical practice. Significant relationships were found among major satisfaction(r=.531, p=.000), communication skills(r=.531, p=.000), image of nurses(r=.836, p=.000) and nursing professionalism in nursing students. The results of stepwise multiple regression indicates that image of nurses(β=.705, p=.000) and communication skill(β=.136, p=.001) and major satisfaction(β=.133, p=.002) and predicts 72.8% in clinical practice competency(F=191.248, p<.001). In conclusion, to enhance nursing professionalism for nursing students, it is necessary to develop and utilize a program that enhances image of nurses, communication skills and major satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify differences of nursing professionalism and nurse's image before and after convergence-based nursing history and culture program. Study subjects were 29 juniors in B nursing college. The convergence-based nursing history and culture programs had been provided 6 times. In this study, the score of nursing professionalism and nurses' image were significantly increased after program. Among the sub-items of nursing professionalism, the self-concept of professionalism, the social awareness, the professionalism of nursing showed significant improvement, and among the sub-items of nurse's image, the role of nurse, the interpersonal relationship of nurse were statistically significant improvement after program. Nursing professionalism and Nurse's image had significant positive relationship with each other. Therefore this program could be a good extra-curriculum and it is necessary to develop more variable contents.

This research was conducted to help establish positive and professional nursing intuition by confirming the degree of self-directed learning ability, emotional intelligence, grit, and nursing intuition perceived by nursing students in the post-corona era. The subject of this research were nursing students located in G Metropolitan City. A descriptive survey was conducted from February 22 to March 28, 2021 as a self-report questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The analysis showed that higher major satisfaction, emotional intelligence, and grit indicated more positive and professional nursing intuition. Factors affecting nursing professional intuition were emotional intelligence and major satisfaction, and the explanatory power was 61.7%. Based on the results of this research, curriculum activities and strategies of comparison and activities are required to increase the emotional intelligence and major satisfaction of nursing college students. These strategies are also expected to help nursing students establish positive nursing professional intuition.

This study was performed to investigate the relations on nursing professionalism, consciousness of biomedical ethics and intrapersonal intelligence of nursing students. The study included 159 nursing students. Data collection period was from December 3, 2018 to December 7 (5 days). Nursing professionalism was 3.97 with low social awareness and consciousness of biomedical ethics was 2.95 with high right to life of newborn and organ transplantation but low artificial abortion and euthanasia. Intrapersonal intelligence was 3.79, which showed high self reflection and self-understanding but low self-planning. There was significant positive correlation between nursing professionalism and consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.31, p<.001) and nursing professionalism and intrapersonal intelligence(r=.39, p<.001). Nursing professionalism showed a positive correlation with biomedical ethics and intrapersonal intelligence. As a result, the nursing education strategy for positive establishment of nursing professionalism of nursing college students needs to be provided with education to improve intrapersonal intelligence that can improve self-development and education that deals with the foundation of Nursing professionalism.

The purpose of this study is to explore the trend of nursing professional research topics published domestically through quantitative content analysis. The research method performed procedures for collecting academic papers, refining and extracting words, and data analysis. A text network was developed by collecting 351 papers and extracting words from the abstract, and network analysis and topic modeling were performed. The core-topics were nurses, nursing professionalism, nursing students, nursing care, professional self-concept, health care professionals, satisfaction, clinical competence, and self-efficacy. Through topic modeling, topic groups of nurse's professionalism, nursing students' professionalism, nursing professional identity, and nursing competency were identified. Over time, core-topics remained unchanged, but topics such as role conflict and ethical values in the 1990s, self-leadership and socialization in the 2000s, and clinical practice stress and support systems in the 2010s have emerged. In conclusion, it is necessary to facilitate multidimensional interventional research to improve nursing professionalism of clinical nurses and nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of perceived social support and interpersonal competence on the effects of covert narcissism on nursing professionalism of nursing students. For this purpose, 375 nursing students from three colleges in J province were sampled for convenience. The result of this study were as follows: First, the fix indexed of causal model among covert narcissism, nursing professionalism, perceived social support and interpersonal competence were identified suitably. Second, covert narcissism of nursing students directly affected interpersonal competence and perceived social support, which was statistically significant. Third, interpersonal competence showed mediating effects in relationship between covert narcissism and nursing professionalism. Fourth, the interpersonal competence of nursing students directly affected perceived social support and nursing professionalism. Based on the results of the research, it is necessary to develop an intervention program that can enhance interpersonal competence in order to strengthen nursing professionalism of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Consciousness of biomedical ethics on nursing professionalism among nursing students. Data were collected among 192 nursing students in G city, from May 20 to 27, 2021. The collected data was analyzed a using t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's correation coeffcient and Stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 WIN program. The average score for Consciousness of biomedical ethics was 3.28±0.41 and nursing professionalism was 3.32±0.85. nursing professionalism showed a positve correlation(r=.55, p=.000) with Consciousness of biomedical ethics, Models including the variables, Organ transplant, Euthanasia, explained 37%, 16.5% of the variance in the nursing professionalism. Based on the outcome of this study, steps should be taken to design intervention program that emphasize a improve nursing professionalism for nursing students.
