본 연구에서는 전문직업관이 업무수행 능력에 미치는 영향을 간호 서비스 종사자들을 대상으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 간호 서비스 종사자 대상으로 수집한 193부의 설문조사 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전문직업관의 구성 요소 중 전문적 자아개념이 업무수행 능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 그 다음은 업무 전문성인 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 사회적 인식은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 업무수행 능력 향상을 위해 전문직업관을 어떻게 관리해 나가야 할 것인지에 대한 기초자료를 제공하엿다는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to identify a survey on total care services, to verify the perception, performance and importance of nursing practices between nursing students and nurses. The sample of the study were 93 nursing students and 38 nurses, A structured questionnaire used in this study composed of 235 items. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 to calculate frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The Major findings of this study were as follows: The amount and responsibility of nursing practices in total service showed that 'very much increase'was the most. There were statistically significant differences in performance of total care service by nutritional care and elimination care. There were statistically significant differences in importance of total care service by respiratory Care.

본 연구는 업종별 산업간호사의 보건관리업무의 내용과 수행정도를 측정하고 업종별 보건관리업무 수행정도를 비교 분석코저 한다. 연구방법은 산업간호사회에 등록된 산업장중 서울, 인천, 마산, 창원, 부산, 울산 지역에 있는 130개 산업장을 임의로 선정하여 산업간호사를 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 자료분석은 반도와 백분율, 업종간의 보건관리업무 내용별 수행정도는 일원분산분석과 다중검증 비교로 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 업종별로 산업간호사의 업무수행에 유의한 차이를 보인 보건관리내용은 서비스업에 있어서 근로자의 건강사정에 대한 수행정도가 제조업과 기타제조업에서 보다 높게 나타났다.(F=4.23, P=.0167) 반면에 근로자의 건강진단과 계속관리, 작업환경 관리업무 수행정도는 제조업과 기타제조업에서 서비스업보다 높게 나타났다.(F=9.78, P=.0001 ; F=5.366. P=.005) 2) 업종간에 유의한 차이가 없는 보건관리내용은 산업장진단 또는 건강문제분석, 보건교육, 통상증상에 대한 투약, 기록과 보고, 건강관리실 운영 등이었으며 업무수행정도는 가끔 또는 필요시하는 정도로 나타났다. 반면에 조사, 연구 참여에 대한 수행정도는 세 업종 모두 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들은 산업장 간호사의 신규교육이나 직무교육과정운영이 업종별로 운영되어야 함을 시사해 준다고 볼 수 있으며 또한 산업간호사의 직무 중 보건 교육, 통상질환에 대한 투약, 기록 및 보고, 건강관리실운영등은 업종간에 유의한 차이가 없으나, 수행정도는 낮은것으로 나타나 이에 대한 실제적인 직무교육이 강화되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 특히 보건교육도 업종별로 차이가 있으므로 다양한 보건교육교재의 개발이 필요하다고 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare job satisfaction, job stress, and nursing task performance for nursing and nursing integrated service wards and general ward nurses to provide basic data for efficient nursing manpower management in nursing and nursing integrated service wards. For comparative research. The subjects were 136 nurses in the nursing and nursing integrated service ward and general ward nurses at a general hospital in D metropolitan area. There was no significant difference between the groups in the job satisfaction, job stress, and nursing task performance of the nursing and nursing integrated service ward nurses and general ward nurses. The performance was high. Factors influencing the performance of nursing tasks were job satisfaction and job stress, with 20.6% of nurses in nursing and nursing integrated service wards and 47.5% of nurses in general wards. Therefore, there is a need for support to improve the ability to perform nursing tasks that can increase job satisfaction and maintain job stress.

한국경제 수준의 향상과 보험제도의 도입으로 병원을 찾는 대상자의 수가 증가하게 되었다. 아울러 저렴한 보험숫자가 병원슷가가 병원의 경영난을 초래하게 되므로 병원주는 이를 극복하기 위한 과학적이고 체계적인 병원관리에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 특히 간호부(과)에서도 목적 지향적인 계획과 업무수행에 관심을 갖게 되어 그 관리체계나 간호의 질이 향상하기 시작하였다. 간호의 질을 향상시키기 위한 간호관리란 그 내용이 방대하므로 본 논문에서는 수간호원의 역할에 중점을 두었다. 즉 간호의 질 향상을 위한 평가 중 소급평가로써 퇴원환자 기록지 감사, 퇴원예정환자면접 및 병실 집담회에 관한 내용과 동시 평가로써 환자 기록지 감사 및 환자 면접 내용에 관해서 논하였다. 또한 인력관리를 위해서는 간호원-환자간의 관계, 간호원-의사간의 관계, 직무평가, 업무평가 및 간호인력 활용에 관해서 미국과 한국의 차이점을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 한국의 간호관리는 병원표준화 심사실시 및 간호원의 계속적인 노력으로 많은 향상을 보았으나 아직까지는 간호업무 수행절차에 관한 평가에 불가하므로 목적 지향적인 업무체계화와 한국병원상황에 적합한 평가도구의 틀개발과 질적간호를 위한 적정간호인력의 확보에 관한 노력이 계속되져야 한다고 본다.

The aim of this study was to identify the performance and requirements of the visiting nursing care using Omaha system in public health center. The highest performance were 'personal hygiene', 'pain', 'medication regimen', 'nutrition', 'physical activity', 'sanitation', 'sleep and rest patterns', 'oral hygiene', 'mental health' in order. The lowest performance were 'sexuality', 'postpartum', 'income', 'family planning', 'pregnancy', 'spirituality', 'abuse', 'reproductive function', 'neglect' in order. Problems such as 'postpartum', 'pregnancy' and 'family planning' need to strengthen the role of visiting nurses according to the region. this result will be the basis for visitung nursing care.

This study was conducted to identify differences in Practical Performance of Nurse between Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Ward and General Service Ward. The subjects of this study were 185 nurses from S hospital, Comprehensive Nursing Care service operating hospital, located in D city. This study used the measuring tool "Nursing Professionalism Scale" developed by Yoon etc(2005) and "Practical Performance Scale" developed by Lee etc(2005). The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 version. As a result of the study, Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Ward nurses have higher Nursing Professionalism than General Service Ward nurses. Also, Nursing Professionalism has an effect on improvement of Practical Performance on Both ward nurses. Therefore, the study can be applied to improve the Practical Performance of the nurses through the establishment of the Nursing Professionalism.

This study examined the mediator or moderator role of job embeddedness in the relationship between the nursing performance and turnover intention. Data was collected from 653 nurses in 3 tertiary hospitals, 2 secondary hospitals, and 3 small-medium sized hospitals in Daegu, and analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlations, hierarchical multiple regression using the PASW 18.0 program and structural equation model (SEM) using the AMOS 18.0 program. The job embeddedness showed mediating effects between the nursing performance and turnover intention. On the other hand, job embeddedness did not have moderating effects. This study confirmed that job embeddedness had a mediating effect on the relationship between the nursing performance and turnover intention. Enhancing job embeddedness is required to promote nursing performance and reduce turnover intention.

연구목적: 본 연구는 병원간호사에게 보다 편안하고 건강한 업무환경을 제공하는 것의 중요성을 병원관리행정가, 교육가, 간호관리자에게 알려주는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 연구방법: 연구진행에 동의한 5개의 종합병원을 선정하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2010년 7월에 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과: 직무만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 간호실무환경으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음은 업무-가족 갈등으로 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 설명변수는 직무만족도를 39% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과 간호실무환경과 업무-가족 갈등이 간호조직에서의 성과인 직무만족도에 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 업무환경을 더 매력적으로 만들고, 업무-가족 갈등을 감소시키는 전략은 경력간호사의 보유와 질적 간호를 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 지역내 양호교사의 업무수행 실태를 파악하고 이에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석함으로써 학교 간호업무수행상의 개선점을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 조사 대상은 전라북도내 양호교사 143명 중 설문에 답한 87명으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 spss를 이용하여 평균, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient를 적용하였다. 분석된 주요 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다.
