본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성 및 간호전문직관의 관계를 알아보고 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구대상자는 일 지역 4년제 간호대학생을 280명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, multiple regressions을 하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호사이미지는 성격과 간호직에 대한 생각에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 자아탄력성은 연령, 성별, 학년, 성격, 간호직에 대한 생각, 지원동기, 입원경험, 가족 중 간호사 유무에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호전문직관은 학년, 성격, 간호직에 대한 생각, 가족 중 간호사 유무에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성 및 간호전문직관의 관계를 분석한 결과 간호전문직관은 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성과 유의하게 정적인 상관관계가 있었고, 간호사이미지와 자아탄력성도 유의하게 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 간호전문직관 영향요인은 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성으로 나타났다.

This study was confirmed nurse's traditional, social, professional and personal image of the dimensional perception of the difference between the majors and non-majors students exist? and Reflected on the role of the media image of nurses are there differences in perception? and Nurses and nurse related information, and information on contacting the media and contacted the media image of the existing research results and is there a difference? For the purpose, we survey the nursing majors and non-majors students. The results follows. First, the traditional nurses, social, professional and personal image perception gap is high. Second, the media reflected the image of the nurse in charge of the secondary role of a doctor about the image is high. Third, the nurse contacted the media about the TV is very high. The results of this study have implications to enable communication between patients and nurses agree that will provide evidence. In particular, the nurses through the use of media(PPL and Publicity strategy) suggest ways to improve the image.

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify differences of nursing professionalism and nurse's image before and after convergence-based nursing history and culture program. Study subjects were 29 juniors in B nursing college. The convergence-based nursing history and culture programs had been provided 6 times. In this study, the score of nursing professionalism and nurses' image were significantly increased after program. Among the sub-items of nursing professionalism, the self-concept of professionalism, the social awareness, the professionalism of nursing showed significant improvement, and among the sub-items of nurse's image, the role of nurse, the interpersonal relationship of nurse were statistically significant improvement after program. Nursing professionalism and Nurse's image had significant positive relationship with each other. Therefore this program could be a good extra-curriculum and it is necessary to develop more variable contents.

This study was conducted to determine the types of nurse's image in nurses and nursing students by using Q-methodology. Total 40 Q-samples were extracted from Q-population consisted of the 385 statements, which were collected from 135 nurses with more than one year clinical experience in H city and 250 nursing students at H university. The Q-sample classification was conducted by 10 nurses and 40 nursing students, and data were analyzed by using PQ method program. As results, the types of nurse's images were derived as 'textbooked', 'realistic' and 'periodic.' This study was meaningful in analyzing the types of nurse image from both nurses and nursing students. In order to improve the image of nurses, we propose not only to develop a systematic nursing curriculum but also to develop health and medical policies reflecting reality of care settings.

The purpose of this study was to compare nurses' image perceived by two group of nursing students as clinical practice experience and non-clinical practice experience. This study used 400 questionnaires from nursing students in C city to collect data from September 2 to September 9, 2014 The data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 18.0 program using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, ANCOVA. According to the result, The nurse image was significantly different between the two groups(F=4750.2, p<.001). Also, the traditional image(F=3631.5, p<.001), social image(F=2872.5, p<.001), professional image(F=4022.9, p<.001), and personal image(F=1812.9, p<.001) of the nurse image sub-domain showed statistically significant differences. Therefore, In order to enhance the image of nurses after clinical practice of nursing college students, continuous efforts will be needed not only in clinical field and nursing college's efforts but also in policy support for nurses' independent work expansion.

This study examined the nurse images perceived by nursing students. The study was specifically meant to determine what images grade 2 and 3 nursing students had about nurses before and after their clinical practice to define the nurse's image. The selected nursing students were interviewed to obtain their opinions on the definition and necessity of a nurse and what a great nurse should be like as well as their prejudice about nurses, and content analysis was carried out to categorize their statements. As a result, 48 significant statements and 14 categories were selected. The findings of the study might not be generalizable because the subjects in this study were selected by convenience sampling from two different nursing departments located in Gangwon Province and Gyeonggi Province. More concrete and reliable results are expected if more students from more geographic regions are investigated.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between image of nurses and nursing professional values in nursing students. Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire using convenient sampling methods survey from 147 students enrolled in the nursing department from March 11 to March 22, 2013. There was a significant difference in the image of nurses on the club activities, satisfaction with major, satisfaction with college life. There was a significant difference in the nursing professional values according to the satisfaction with major. Image of nurses has positively correlation with nursing professional values. 'Social participation' domain of image of nurses has a strong positive correlation with nursing professional values. 'Self concept of profession' domain of nursing professional values has a strong positive correlation with image of nurses. Therefore, it is thought that developing various teaching strategies, promoting club activities, paying attention to the student, and guiding them for raising degree of satisfaction with major and college life would be helpful to improve nurse' image and nursing professional values of nursing students.

목적: 간호전문직 위상정립에 영향을 미치는 간호 이미지에 관해 대학생을 대상으로 그들이 지각하는 간호이미지와 바람직한 간호자질을 조사하여 전문직 간호사로서의 이미지 형성을 위한 기초자료로 제공하기 위함이다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 N.시에 있는 1개 대학교의 간호학생 92명과 일반학생 100명으로 총 192명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용한 서술연구이다. 연구결과: 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호 이미지정도를 살펴보면, 비간호학생군(A군)에서는 영화나 TV를 통해서 간호 이미지가 형성된 것보다는 그렇지 않은 경우가 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났고(F=4.81, p=.03), 신문이나 잡지에서는 의사의 보조역할로 비춰진 것이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 니타났다(F=3.41, p=.01). 반면에 간호학생군(B군)은10%유의수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 결과는 간호사와 간호조무사를 복장이나 행동을 보고 구분할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다(F=2.25, p=.06). 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호사 자질정도를 보면, 두 군 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 간호이미지와 간호사 자질간의 상관관계에서는 r=.720(p=.000)으로 높은 순 상관관계를 보임을 알 수 있었다. 간호 이미지에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 예측변인은 간호사 자질로 52% 설명할 수 있었으며, 여기에 영화나 TV를 통해 형성된 경우를 추가하면 54%, 간호학생인 경우를 추가하면 총 56%로 간호 이미지를 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 제언을 할 수 있겠다. 1. 간호 대학생들이 긍정적인 간호 이미지를 경험하도록 올바른 윤리와 간호전문성을 정립할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 2. 간호사 이미지 향상을 위한 대중매체의 활용전략에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

This study examined the influence of nurse image, job value on the nursing professionalism of first year nursing students. Data were collected from May 7 to May 14, 2018 for 306 first year nursing students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The average degree of nursing image at 4.12, job value score of 3.12, and nursing professionalism score of 3.98. Nursing professionalism was positively correlated with the nursing image(r=.823, p<.001) and job value(r=.492, p<.001). The significant variables explaining nursing image(${\beta}=.760$, p=.000) and job value(${\beta}=.134$, p=.000) These factors explained 69% of nursing professionalism. It is necessary to provide education that consider the nursing image, job value of nursing students to help them establish an acceptable view of nursing professionalism.

The Purpose of this study was to exam the relationships among nurse image, nursing professionalism and major satisfaction and mediating effect. A convenience sample of 200 nursing students were recruited from a college in G city, from May 12 to 16. 2014. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS/PC ver 21.0 programs. There were significantly positive correlations between nurse image, nursing professionalism and major satisfaction. Nursing professionalism fully mediated the relationship between nurse image and major satisfaction. These findings indicate that increasing nursing professionalism can be an effective way to change nurse image more positive among nursing students, especially before clinical practice. A collaborative effort among nursing education and nursing leaders in practice is needed to change nurse image more positive.
