목적: 의료수준의 발전과 더불어 대중들의 건강요구와 건강증진에 대한 기대 수준도 점점 높아지므로 간호사는 대상자의 요구를 이해하고 양질의 간호를 제공하여 환자의 건강상태를 바람직한 방향으로 변화시켜야 한다. 따라서 이 연구는 환자가 인지한 간호에 대한 경험과 대상자가 경험한 간호에 대한 만족도를 파악하고, 그 관계를 규명함으로써 환자 간호의 질향상과 간호 만족도 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 일 종합병원의 127명의 입원 환자가 간호 경험정도와 제공받은 간호에 대한 환자 만족도 정도를 규명하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구결과: 첫째, 입원환자의 간호 행위에 대한 간호 지각도의 정도는 각 항목별 비교 분석한 결과 신체적 간호행위에 대한 지각도가 평균평점은 2.74로 가장 높았으며, 또한 환자가 지각한 간호행위에 대한 만족도는 기술-전문적 간호행위(M= 3.55)의 만족도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 일반적 제특성과 전체 간호행위의 지각도와 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과 연령(p< 0.1)에 따라 유의한 차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 연령이 높을수록 간호행위에 대한 지각도가 높게 나타났다. 그리고, 간호행위에 대 한 지각도의 하부영역 분류중 신체적간호행위에 대한 지각도는 입원과(p< 0.05)에 따라 유의한 차가 있는 것으로 보였다. 또한 일반적 제특성과 전체 간호행위의 만족도와의 관계에서는 입원과(p< 0.05)에 따라 유의한 차가 있었다. 일반외과 환자가 내과 환자보다 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 입원환자의 간호 행위에 대한 환자의 지각도와 만족도간의 관계(r= 0.39, p= 0.00)는 서로 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 대상은 1개 종합병원에 국한된 것이므로 연구결과를 일반화 할 때는 신중을 기해야 한다. 연구결과에서 보여주듯이 정신적 간호행위가 가장낮은 지각도로 나타났듯이 간호사는 환자들의 정신적 지지의 간호가 잘 이루어 지도록 노력해야 할 것이며, 또한 교육적 간호행위의 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났으므로 보다 더 환자와 간호사간의 정보교환이 잘 이루어지도록 해야 한다. 연구결과를 기초로 하여 전 진료과 병동으로 확대 반복 연구를 제언하며, 환자의 간호 만족도를 향상시키기 위해 전문적 지식 및 긍정적 의사표현등을 포괄하여 간호사의 적극적 간호행위가 수행되어야 할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlations of learning attitude, class participation, and learning satisfaction, and to identify the influencing factors on learning satisfaction of nursing students in fundamental nursing curriculum. Data were collected from 173 nursing students from September 1 to 8, 2017. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Learning attitude, class participation, and learning satisfaction according to the general characteristics commonly showed significant differences in satisfaction with major, satisfaction with school, friendship, last semester grade, and interest in fundamental nursing. Learning satisfaction showed significant positive correlations with learning attitude and class participation. Satisfaction with major, interest in fundamental nursing, and class participation, which accounted for 36% of the variance, were significant predictors influencing learning satisfaction in nursing students. It is necessary to increase majors' satisfaction, fundamental nursing interest, and class participation in order to improve learning satisfaction of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between clinical practice stress, practice satisfaction, and nursing image of nursing students with experience of Gerontological nursing practice and to identify factors affecting nursing image. Data were collected from 150 nursing students from September 1 to 23, 2016 and analyzed using SPSS / Win 23.0. Results showed, practise stress was 3.13, satisfaction, 3.14 and nursing image, 3.32. Correlation analysis revealed that there was negative correlation between practice stress and practicec satisfaction, practice stress and nursing image, and a positive correlation between nursing image and practice satisfaction. Meanwhile, the factor affecting nursing image was practice satisfaction (${\beta}=.602$) and the explanatory power was 40%. Therefore, effective nursing education and practical strategies are needed to improve the nursing image and practice satisfaction of Gerontological nursing practice of nursing students.

This study was done to investigate and compare satisfaction of clinical practice and its influencing factors between associate and bachelor nursing students. The participants were 420 nursing students in two cities. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 19.0 program. Satisfaction of clinical practice in associate and bachelor nursing students correlated with self-esteem, self-efficacy, interpersonal relationships, and satisfaction of major. Significant factor influencing satisfaction of clinical practice in associate nursing students was satisfaction of major, and this factor accounted for 26.8% of the variance in satisfaction of clinical practice. And significant factors influencing satisfaction of clinical practice in bachelor nursing students were satisfaction of major, interpersonal relationships and gender, and these factors accounted for 31.9% of the variance in satisfaction of clinical practice. The above findings indicate that satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students is influenced by satisfaction of major and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, when nursing interventions are developed to improve satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students, these factors need to be considered.

연구목적: 본 연구는 병원간호사에게 보다 편안하고 건강한 업무환경을 제공하는 것의 중요성을 병원관리행정가, 교육가, 간호관리자에게 알려주는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 연구방법: 연구진행에 동의한 5개의 종합병원을 선정하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2010년 7월에 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과: 직무만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 간호실무환경으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음은 업무-가족 갈등으로 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 설명변수는 직무만족도를 39% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과 간호실무환경과 업무-가족 갈등이 간호조직에서의 성과인 직무만족도에 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 업무환경을 더 매력적으로 만들고, 업무-가족 갈등을 감소시키는 전략은 경력간호사의 보유와 질적 간호를 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것이다.

연구 목적: 사례 관리(CM) 환자 만족도 측정에 관한 연구 결과를 고찰하여 사례관리 실무에서 활용할 수 있는 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 방법: MedLine, CINAHL에서 주요용어로 case management, care management, 주제어로 patient satisfaction, client satisfaction을 이용해 문헌 검색을 실시하였다. 연구 결과: 만족도에 대한 개념은 관련 연구가 매우 부족하며, 서로 다른 이론적 접근을 하고 있으므로 그 측정에 어려움이 있다. 신뢰할 만한 만족도 측정을 위해서는 설문 문항을 서술하는 여러 가지 방법들, 측정 척도의 종류, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 혼란변수들을 주의 깊게 고려하여야 한다. 만족도는 사례관리 연구에서 흔히 측정되는 성과이지만 대부분의 관련 연구에서 사례관리의 특징이 반영된 측정 도구를 사용하지 않고 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 다섯 개의 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구를 제시하고 그 특징을 소개하였다. 또한, 간호성과분류체계(The Nursing Outcomes Classification)에 제시된 만족도 측정항목들 중 사례관리와 관련이 높은 약 40%의 항목들을 발견하였다. 결론: 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구가 매우 부족하므로 표준 사례관리 측정도구 개발이 시급하다. 한편 사례관리사들은 만족도 측정에 대한 이해를 높이고 기존 연구 결과를 활용함으로써 보다 정확한 사례관리 만족도 평가가 이뤄지도록 노력해야 한다.

The study was conducted to investigate factors influencing satisfaction in major on nursing students. A convenience sample 159 nursing student was selected from G do and C do, between 17 June and 24 June 2019. Data were analyzed t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Factors that influenced satisfaction in major included gender, age, religion, perceived academic achievement, acquisition of fundamental nursing skills(FNS), perceived health state. Satisfaction in major showed a positive correlation with learning self-efficacy(LSE), confidence in performance of FNS and satisfaction with practicum. These variables revealed regression analysis that significant factor and explained 63.0% of the variance. It is necessary to develop and test programs to ensure an improvement in LSE, confidence in performance of FNS and satisfaction with practicum among nursing students to increase their satisfaction in major.

This study is convergence study about the effect path of relationship among satisfaction with biological nursing science, satisfaction with major nursing subject, critical thinking disposition, satisfaction with major and clinical competence. The survey was performed on 203 nursing students in three college. Data was collected using a structured questionnaires in May 2018 and analysed with PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Model fit indices were in good agreement with recommended level(${\chi}^2/DF=1.093$, GFI=.992, AGFI=.968, RMSEA=.021, CFI=.998, NFI=.983). Base on the path model, satisfaction with biological nursing science showed a direct effect on satisfaction with major nursing subject(${\beta}=.345$), satisfaction with major nursing subject showed a direct effect both on critical thinking disposition(${\beta}=.272$) and satisfaction with major(${\beta}=.277$), critical thinking disposition showed a direct effect both on satisfaction with major(${\beta}=.365$) and clinical competence(${\beta}=.582$), satisfaction with major a direct effect on clinical competence(${\beta}=.228$). In conclusion the biological nursing science satisfaction has eventually improved clinical competence. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply various teaching methods that can increase satisfaction with biological nursing science.

This study was to investigate the relationship of teamwork, burnout and clinical practice satisfaction and to identify the influencing factors on clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. The participants were 197 nursing students in G city. The investigation period is from November 11, 2019 to November 21, 2019. As a result of the study, clinical practice satisfaction showed a positive correlation with teamwork, and a negative correlation with burnout. In the multiple regression analysis, burnout, teamwork, and age were the influencing factors. Those factors explainde 38.7% of the clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. The most important factors were burnout of nursing students and teamwork. In order to improve clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, it is considered that a curriculum that can reduce burnout and improve teamwork during the clinical practice is necessary.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between stress and satisfaction with clinical practice of 113 nursing students. The subjects scored 3.17 points of full 5 on stress with clinical practice and 3.24 of full 5 on satisfaction with clinical practice. There were no significant correlations between their stress with clinical practice and satisfaction with clinical practice(r=-.048, p=.615). The findings of this study provide the basis for expanding nursing practice and education for nursing students, and nursing administrators and professors should make efforts to increase nursing students' satisfaction with clinical practice and decrease stress with clinical practice.
