  • 활선작업시 개폐섬락전압은 철탑형태와 작업유형에 따라 개폐섬락전압이 달리 나타나게 된다. 즉, 활선작업자의 위치, 철탑 종류 및 애자장치 종류 등에 따라 개폐섬락전압은 다르게 나타나기 때문에, 적용하고자 하는 활선공법이 있다면, 이에 대한 개폐섬락전압의 특성을 파악해 둘 필요가 있다. 점퍼V련은 일반적으로 선로의 수평각이 중각도 지역에 설치된다. 즉, 수평각이 너무 커서 조립식 점퍼장치를 설치할 수 없는 철탑에 점퍼V련 장치를 설치한다. 765kV 송전선로에서 실제 점퍼V련 장치가 많이 설치되어 있지 않으나, 이 경우에도 유지보수 사항이 발생할 수 있기 때문에 안전한 활선작업을 위한 실규모급 개폐섬락특성에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다.

Factors Influencing Crash Severity by the Types of Bus Transportation Services Using Ordered Probit Models (순서형 프로빗 모형을 이용한 버스 운송사업 유형 별 사고심각도 영향요인 분석)

  • Buses, one of the representative public transportation modes, are divided into a vareity of service types according to the purpose of operation, operating distance, and management agencies. Although bus-involved crashes may cause large amount of damage due to the higher number of passengers boarded on a bus, prior research has little focused on crash severity according to bus service types. This study aims to investigate factors influencing crash severity in bus-involved crashes and to present policy implications to reduce crash severity by bus service type. To do this, bus-involved crash data from the Traffic Accident Analysis System (TAAS) during five-year period are used. Ordered probit models for three types of bus service, i.e., city bus, suburban and express buses, and charter buses, are estimated to analyze the factors of accident severity. The results show that there are significant differences of factors affecting crash severity among the types of bus services while speed and road surface influence all the types of buses. In case of local buses, time of day, roadway alignment, and installation of a traffic signal are found to be statistically significant factors. Seat belt and road class have significant effects on injury severity of the intercity and express buses. Chartered buses have time of day, driving experience, seatbelt, traffic signal, and day of week as the significant factors. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the reduction of the crash severity by each bus service type.

  • For application of NATM, the self-supporting until installation of the supporting system must be satisfied. However, the face of a tunnel are always unsupported and therefore it is fairly vulnerable to tunnel collapses. Face blots are well known and widely used to prevent the deformation of the tunnel face and its circumference, which are installed horizontally toward the tunnel axis generally. To maximize the supporting effect of face bolts, this study has analysed the effective design patterns of face bolts by changing their installation angles. As the conclusion, it has been found that the axial displacement of the face increases slightly by installing the outermost bolts upward from the axis but surface settlement at 2.5D behind the face decreases up to 18%.

Correlation Analysis of Flow Characteristics Downstream of a Double Bent Pipe and Mounting Positions of Ultrasonic Flowmeter (곡관하류의 유동특성과 초음파유량계 설치위치의 상관관계 분석)

  • In this study, the establishment of the criteria for accurate measurement is investigated via a statistical analysis of experimental results. The magnitude of influence on measurement errors is severely affected by the number of paths, mounting angle of sensor, straight pipe length in sequence, and Reynolds number. Three-dimensional numerical analysis has been conducted to understand the flow patterns downstream of a double bent pipe. Numerical analysis shows that the results well agreed with the experimental ones in case of a sensor mounting angle of $0^{\circ}$ and L/D = 3, 5 of $45^{\circ}$, $135^{\circ}$ in a single path. As a result, when the Reynolds number is 700,000-1,400,000, the sensor error of a single-path ultrasonic flowmeter is reduced with the mounting condition of L/D = 3, $45^{\circ}$.

  • Turbo blowers are mainly used in refuse collection systems. We discuss blower performance in relation to the angle of the inlet vane installed at the upstream of the blower. The flow characteristics of the components are analyzed by three-dimensional Navier-Stokes analysis and compared to experimental results. A two-stage serially connected turbo blower is introduced to analyze the performance experimentally. Throughout the experimental measurements and the numerical simulation, the distorted inlet velocity generated in the small vane angle reduces the performance of the blower, because of the local leading-edge separation and the resulting non-uniform blade loading. We also perform a detailed flow analysis using the results obtained in the numerical simulation.

  • 본 논문에서는 카메라를 이용하여 크레인 스프레더의 스큐모션을 계측하는 계측기법에 대해 고찰하고 있다. 계측장치는 트롤리에 설치한 카메라와 스프레더에 설치한 두 개의 랜드마크로 구성된다. 랜드마크를 이용하여 크레인 스프레더 흔들림과 상하위치를 검출하는 기법은 저자들이 이미 제안한 기술이며 실험을 통해 그 유용성을 검증하였다. 크레인 스프레더의 스큐모션 계측기법 또한 제안된 계측기법에 기초한 것으로 두 개의 랜드마크를 검출하여 템플릿 매칭기법으로 스큐모션을 계측할 수 있다. 스큐모션은 스프레더의 회전각도를 검출하여 계측해야 하는데 계측정도와 신뢰도는 정확한 템플릿매칭의 가능여부에 의존하게 된다. 즉, 랜드마크의 회전으로 매칭이 실패할 경우에는 정확한 회전각도를 검출할 수 없는 경우가 발생할 수 있게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 랜드마크 회전에 따라 템플릿을 회전시키는 방법을 도입하여 템플릿매칭의 신뢰성과 계측정도를 개선하는 방법에 대해 연구하였다. 제안된 방법을 이용할 경우 템플릿매칭이 실패하는 경우가 없음을 실험을 통해 확인하였으며, 측정범위는 ${\pm}12^{\circ}$ 이고 이것은 크레인 스프레더의 스큐모션을 파악하고 제어하는데 충분한 정도의 범위이다.

  • We have reduced the oscillating linewidth of the commercial single mode InGaAsP visible laser diodes which emits in the 657 nm region of the spectrum down to 10 MHz by making a extended cavity employing the Littrow-type grating. The wavelength tuning characteristics of the commercial visible laser diode (CQL820D, Philips Co.) for the grating angle, laser temperature, and injection currents were measured by using the wavemeter. The proportional coefficients of the laser were found to be 1 THzlmrad, 32.4 GHz/K, and 6.14 GHz/mA, respectively.tively.

  • Smoke detector is commonly used to reduce fire detection time. However, technical problems regarding its inaccuracy of laser beam-receiving point on the surface of the sensor associated with incoming interference are identified when the laser transmitter and receiver are installed at a distance of about 100m. In this paper, we propose the auto focus alignment algorithm with high precision to adjust tilting angle of lasers caused by environmental interference so that solve existing issues using multi-level worm gear set.

A Study on The recognition rate of Electronic Toll Collecting System for Using RFID (RFID를 이용한 ETCS 인식률에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 900MHz 대역의 RFID를 이용하여 고속도로 자동 요금징수 시스템을 개발하고, 차량에 부착한 태그를 RFID 리더가 인식하는 효율을 높이기 위하여 최적의 태그부착위치와 안테나 설치위치에 대하여 연구하고 속도에 따른 인식률을 연구 하였다. 연구결과 RFID 리더의 높이는 170cm일 때 지표면과의 각도 $80^{\circ}$와 차량 진행 방향과 RFID 리더의 안테나 면과의 각도 $90^{\circ}$일 때 최적의 RFID 리더 설치 위치를 나타냈고, 태그의 위치는 차량 전면 유리 운전석 쪽 아래 모서리에서부터 가로 10cm와 세로 10cm에서 가장 좋게 나타났다. 차량과 RFID 리더간의 거리에 따른 차량의 속도별에 의한 인식률은 차량과 RFID 리더간의 수평 거리가 25cm 이하일 때 30km/h에서 80km/h까지 모든 경우에 100%의 인식률을 보임으로써 빠른 속도로 톨게이트를 통과하여도 충분히 인식할 수 있을 것으로 나타났다.
