최근 들어 과학관은 과학기술 문화의 핵심기관으로 역할을 수행하고 체험, 놀이, 교육이 융합되어 관람객과 상호작용를 하는 장소로 각광받고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 과학관에서 제공되는 서비스는 고객들과 상호작용 및 고객 관리 체계가 불충분한 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 대표과학관으로 국립과천과학관에서 제공되는 회원제를 이용하여 고객의 다양한 욕구에 적합한 서비스 제공 프로세스가 가능한 회원제 모델을 개발하고자 한다.

본 연구는 한국과 일본의 노인복지시설종사자들의 업무저해요인 및 안전문화인식을 비교하기 위하여 실시한 비교서술연구이다. 연구대상은 일본 'N'시 지역 노인복지시설 근무 종사자 460명과 한국의 K도의 'A'시, 'S'시에 소재하는 노인복지시설 근무 종사자 220명으로 총 680명 이었다. 연구기간은 2018년 4월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 이었으며, 자료는 ${\chi}^2$- test, t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 업무저해요인은 한국과 일본 두 집단 간의 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 안전문화 인식에서는 한국 노인복지시설 종사자들이 일본 노인복지시설 종사자들 보다 안전문화인식의 수준이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 또한 양국 모두 업무저해요인이 적을수록 안전문화인식을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 업무저해요인이 안전문화인식에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구결과는 안전문화인식을 높이고 업무저해요인을 감소시키기 위한 근무환경개선과 인적자원관리 전략수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라고 기대된다.

본 연구는 프로티언 경력지향성이 지속학습활동을 통해 주관적 경력성공에 영향을 미치는 매개과정에 대해서 조직문화 불균형성이 조절변인으로서의 역할을 하는지를 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 대기업 경력 5년 이상의 사무직 근로자 276명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 25와 Process Macro v3.5를 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 프로티언 경력지향성이 주관적 경력성공에 영향을 미치는 관계를 지속학습활동이 매개하는 것은 확인되었지만, 조직문화 불균형성의 조절효과 및 조절된 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 그러나 프로티언 경력지향성의 하위변인인 '자기주도성'이 지속학습활동을 통해 주관적 경력성공 및 그 하위변인 '고용가능성', '경력만족'에 영향을 미치는 매개과정에 대한 조직문화 불균형성의 조절 효과는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점에 제한점, 후속연구 제언을 논의하였다.

This research studied the classification and meanings of symbols on the clothes of he Koran catholic priest. The results are as follows. 1) Symbol of religios spirits and values. - There are many spirits of crist which require to keep and meanings of innocence. 2) Symbol of status - served to symbolize the conscious change from earthy to ordaned man. 3) Symbol of role - differentiate between the role of priest and aid-priest. 4) Symbol of position(or rank) - indicate the position of priests in catholic church. 5) Symbol of situation. 6) Symbol of ritual ceremony - characterized the ritual ceremony.

코로나19 사태 이후, '사회적 거리두기'가 시행되면서 기존의 '대중문화'나 예능 프로그램들이 양방향 커뮤니케이션을 하지 못하게 되며 쇠퇴하게 되었다. 이후 생겨난 '언택트 콘텐츠'는 BTS의 '방방콘'과 같은 언택트 공연이나 글로벌한 OTT(온라인 동영상 서비스)인 넷플릭스의 급성장 등으로 성장 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 또한 글로벌하고 언택트한 콘텐츠들은 대부분 온라인과 디지털에서 이루어지며 이는 엄청난 양의 빅데이터를 쏟아내게 된다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 언택트 콘텐츠의 유통과정에서 쏟아지는 빅데이터를 분석하는 것은 소비자의 니즈를 파악하는 것에 많은 도움이 되며, 이에 따른 성장 기대치 또한 높을 것이다. 그래서 우리는 해당 연구주제와 관련해 기존 연구에서 진행되었던 연구 사례들을 찾아보고, 이를 통해 빅데이터가 언택트 시대의 콘텐츠 유통에 어떤 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것인지에 대해 분석하고자 한다.

양기백선생은 20여년전 도미하여 몸마우스 대학에서 정치학사, 아메리칸 대학에서 행정학석사, 가톨릭 대학에서 도서관학석사 학위를 획득하고 현재 미 국회도서관의 한국부장으로 봉직하면서 한국도서관발전에 많은 공헌을 하고 있다. 1965년에 한국에 관한 자료수집차 일시 귀국하여 관계인사들과 모임을 가진 바 있다.

한국출판학회(회장 부길만)는 지난 10월 4일 오후 2시 가톨릭청년회관 4층 대강당에서 '제27회 정기학술대회'를 개최했다. 이번 학술대회에서는 출판의 생산-유통-소비 과정 중 지역 출판의 생산자 영역(출판사 및 출판인)을 집중적으로 다뤘으며, 지역 출판계의 발전을 위한 방향을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

직지대모인 박병선 박사가 지난 2011년 11월 23일 세상을 떠났다. 그 후 1년. 인천가톨릭대학교 신학대학은 지난해 11월 23일 박병선 박사 선종 1주기를 기념해 추모미사 및 루갈다 아카이브를 개관했다. 루갈다는 박병선 박사의 세례명으로, 루갈다 아카이브에는 박병선 박사가 기증한 도서 1286권, 비도서 68점 등이 전시되고 있다.

The 'discovery' or 'conquest' of the New World in 1492 was the starting point of world history that irrevocably changed the fate of the Latin American continent. The global stream known as 'Columbian Exchange', which was the widespread inter-continental contacts, inter-civilizational conflicts, or bilateral communication, has rendered multifarious effects throughout many historical periods up to the very contemporary time. The propagation of Catholicism initiated along with this 'discovery' transformed Latin America of nowadays in the region that has the biggest Catholic population in the world. The previous studies in Korea regarding Latin American Catholicism has focused on the spread of Catholicism in relation to the European colonization, rather than analyzing the concrete and detailed ways in which Catholicism exerted tremendous influences in the whole continent. They were less attentive to various historical contexts in which the diffusion of Catholicism differed greatly according to cultural landscapes and political specificities. Thus, this essay attempts to examine the diffusion of Catholicism from the perspective of confrontation between royal authorities and the power of church. The essay points out that the royal communities and institutional authorities which facilitated the intial process of Catholic evangelization maintained antagonistic relationship with ecclesial powers. By delving into the gradual transformation of church systems, it reveals that Catholicism in Latin America became a major field for conquerors in power to attain economic and political dominance. And unlike the initial submission and hospitality, the religious convert of the indigenous people attested to the violent inhumanity and opposition. Therefore, the essay aims to pave a clearer way to the understanding of complicated dynamics and conflicts between Catholicism in Latin America and the establishment of Spanish colonization.

To investigate of the recognition and using behavior on the Tofu, 46.3% of male and 53.7% of female adults in Daegu and Kyungbuk area were surveyed. The main results are as follows : 96.4% of the participants usually preferred the Tofu owing to health and about 68.4% of them had purchased Tofu made of domestic soybean. In addition, the responses to 7 questions about the Tofu were also measured on 5 point Likert scale. The item "Tofu is healthy food" and "Tofu is digestive food" were totally received the high point but "Tofu prevents osteoporosis" earned the lowest. Female had generally better knowledge of Tofu than the counterparts. Most participants relatively knew and had eaten common Tofu, soft bean curd, uncurdled bean curd, fried bean curd against functional Tofu such as Tofu added with omija, surimi, spinach, etc. But they intended to eat functional Tofu such as Tofu added with green tea, black sesame, spinach, omija. Furthermore, 60.7% replied "increasing" prospects for the Tofu consumption. 40.0% of adults said the plan should be "Make of good quality domestic soybean" for the purpose of better improvement to consume.
