Study on the Structural Relation between Service Quality Perceived by Golf Driving Range Customers, Service Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Behavior (골프연습장 이용고객들이 인식하는 서비스품질, 서비스가치, 고객만족 및 재구매행동과의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to figure out the structural relations between service quality perceived by golf driving range customers, service value, customer satisfaction, and repurchase behavior. For the subject of this study, we selected 374 persons among customers who used 8 golf driving ranges located at 'P' Metropolitan city, 'U' Metropolitan city, or 'C' city in 'K' do through the Convenient Sampling Method. The results were as follows: First, the golf driving range's service quality has a positive effect on the service value. Second, the golf driving range's service quality has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Third, the service value has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Fourth, the service value has a positive effect on the repurchase behavior. Finally, the customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the repurchase behavior.

An Exploratory Meta Analysis of Library Economic Valuation Studies (도서관의 경제적 가치측정 연구의 탐색적 메타분석)

  • This study aims to grasp how to understand the difference in return on investment (ROI) or the cost-benefit ratio in forty-two domestic and overseas studies of library valuation, using a meta-analytical review method. Meta-analysis, a quantitative analysis on the findings of previous studies, was conducted to gather the general findings and lessons from prior empirical research. The results of meta-regression analysis indicate that the pattern of findings is consistent with our expectations regarding the effect of benefit scope and per capita GDP included in the ROI figure. This study appears to be the first meta-analytical review conducted on library valuations and the findings provide strong implications for the policy-making process.

  • In Daesoon Jinrihoe (The Society of Daesoon Truth), pilgrimages can serve as a medium to experience and spread Daesoon Thought. The purpose of this study is to gauge the empirical impact that the motive of a pilgrimage has on the satisfaction level of the participant and the participant's willingness to revisit the holy place. This study further suggests a variety of propositions to promote pilgrimages and thereby Daesoon Thought. This study employs hierarchical analysis for measuring the correlation between all factors the pilgrimage can entail and also the moderator variables (holy places) in the pilgrimage. The study reveals that empirical motive is one of the most influential factors in determining a given participant's level of satisfaction and willingness to revisit said holy place. It is also revealed also that the religious significance of a holy place plays an important role in satisfaction and future revisitation. This study claims pilgrimages are a form of learning and cultural exchange which promotes Daesoon Thought that enables maturity of religious faith. Thereby, all stake holders in the Daesoon Jinrihoe community including clergy should increase their efforts to raise awareness and recognition of Daesoon Truth.

The Influence of Shop Crowdedness in Dining Franchise Liquor Shops upon the Perceived Values and Intent to Revisit (외식 프랜차이즈 주류 매장의 점포 혼잡성이 이용자의 지각된 가치와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the crowdedness of dining franchise liquor shops on the perceived values and revisit intention. For this purpose, 361 customers who had visited dining franchise liquor shops located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas were surveyed, and data was analyzed using AMOS 23.0 and SPSS 23.0 statistics programs. The analyses yielded the following findings. First, a higher level of crowdedness in the shop turned out to lower the perceived value of users. Second, a higher level of perceived value resulted in a higher level of revisit intent. Third, the analysis on the mediating effect of the perceived value showed that, in the relationship between the human crowdedness and revisit intention, both practical and hedonic values had mediating effects. However, in the relationship between the spatial crowdedness and the intent of revisit, the practical value had a mediating effect, while hedonic value did not exhibit such an effect. This study is meaningful in that it is presented as a theoretical establishment and an empirical study on dining franchise liquor shops.

A Study on the Pursuit of Social and Economic Values in Social Enterprises as Hybrid Organizations (혼합조직으로서의 사회적 기업의 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치 추구 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Organization and management scholars have researched social enterprises as hybrid organizations. However, research on the organizational uniqueness of social enterprises as hybrids is limited, especially comparing their organizational characteristics with other traditional types of organizations. Thus, this study attempted to compare social enterprises with traditional for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in the aspect of their organizational hybridity by using the data of the Social Value Survey. The results showed that the orientation of social enterprises in pursuing dual values is weaker than the other two types of organizations. Meanwhile, the results revealed that the extent to which an organization operates for realizing dual values is strongest in social enterprises among the three types of organizations. These findings add to the understanding of social enterprises' organizational hybridity in organization and management studies.

  • 최근 스마트 기기의 발달과 정보통신기술의 발전은 트위터, 페이스북, 인스타그램 등의 소셜네트워크(social network service) 상에서 유통되는 정보량이 폭발적 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 데이터화가 가속화되고 있는 현대사회에서 데이터의 가치는 점점 높아질 것으로 예상되며, 데이터로부터 가치 있는 정보와 통찰력을 효과적으로 이끌어내는 기업이 경쟁력 확보를 위한 핵심가치가 되었다. 글로벌 리서치 기관들은 빅 데이터를 2011년 이래로 최근 가장 주목받는 신기술로 지목해오고 있다. 따라서 대부분의 산업에서 기업들은 빅 데이터의 적용을 통해 가치 창출을 위한 노력을 기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다음 커뮤니케이션의 빅 데이터 분석도구인 소셜 매트릭스를 활용하여 키워드 분석을 통해 안드로이드와 애플 키워드 의미를 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Determinants of Earnings Repsponse Coefficients in Korean Stock Market : Cross-Sectional Analysis (우리나라 자본시장에서의 이익반응계수 결정요인에 대한 연구 : 기업의 성장성변수를 중심으로)

  • 본 논문에서는 기업의 성장성변수(기업지분의 시장가치 대 장부가치 비율, MB)가 이익반응 계수에 체계적인 영향은 미치는가를 1991년부터 1994년까지 한국증권시장을 대상으로 재무분석가의 예측치에 의한 사건시점방법을 사용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 여러 사건시점을 분석한 결과 기업의 성장성과 이익반응계수가 유의적인 정의 관계가 있다는 것을 발견하였다. 이는 우리나라 증권시장에서 성장성이 높은 기업에서의 이익변화가 성장성이 낮은 기업에 비하여 주식수익률에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다, 이에 추가로 Skinner와 Sloan(1998)에서 발견된 고성장기업에서 부의 비기대이익에 대한 큰 폭의 주식수익률 하락이 우리나라 시장에서도 나타나는가를 분석하였다. 이들의 결과와는 달리 우리나라 증권시장에서는 이러한 현상이 발견되지 않았으며, 이는 고성장기업에 대하여서도 이익정보가 주식시장에 적절하게 반영된 다는 것을 나타낸다. 본 논문은 우리나라 증권시장에서 기업이익과 수익률간의 사건시점방법을 통한 연구에 있어서 기업의 성장성변수(기업의 시장가치대 장부가치의 비율)가 통제되어야 하는 변수라는 것을 나타낸다.

  • 헬스케어 패러다임이 정밀, 예측, 맞춤, 예방의료 중심으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업은 4차 산업혁명 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 수요자 중심의 고부가 가치형 의료서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 한 영역인 개인건강기록(PHR) 서비스는 개인의 모든 건강기록 데이터를 기반으로 하여 예방과 관리 목적에 맞추어 맞춤형 건강관리를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인건강기록 서비스의 가치사슬을 정리해보고, 가치사슬 핵심요인 중심의 산업구조분석을 통해 주요 환경변화에 있어 경쟁자들과의 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 필요한 차별화 전략의 우선순위를 모색하고자 한다.

An Empirical Analysis on Determinant Factors of Patent Valuation and Technology Transaction Prices (특허가치 결정요인과 기술거래금액에 관한 실증 분석)

  • Recently, with the conversion towards knowledge-based economy era, the importance of the evaluation for patent valuation has been growing rapidly because technology transactions are increasing with the purpose of practically utilizing R&D outcomes such as technology commercialization and technology transfer. Nevertheless, there is a lack of research on determinants of patent valuation by analyzing technology transactions due to the difficulty of collecting data in practice. Hence, to suggest quantitative determinants for the patent valuation which could be applied to scoring methods, 15 patent valuation models domestically and overseas are analysed in order to assure the objectiveness for subjective results from qualitative methods such as expert surveys, comparison assessment, etc. Through this analysis, the important 6 common determinants are drawn and patent information is matched which can be used as proxy variables of individual determinant factors by advanced researches. In addition, to validate whether the model proposed has a statistically meaningful effect, total 517 technology transactions are collected from both public and private technology transaction offices and analysed by multiple regression analysis, which led to significant patent determinant factors in deciding its value. As a result, it is herein presented that patent connectivity(number of literature cited) and commercialization stage in market influence significantly on patent valuation. The meaning of this study is in that it suggests the significant quantitative determinants of patent valuation based on the technology transactions data in practice, and if research results by industry are systematically verified through seamless collection of transaction data and their monitoring, we would propose the customized patent valuation model by industry which is applicable for both strategic planning of patent registration and achievement assessment of research projects (with representative patents).
