중국 기업의 가치 혁신 신제품개발 전략에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 중국 기업들을 대상으로 가치 혁신 신제품개발 전략, 관리 방식, 학습 방식, 그리고 신제품 성과간의 관계를 살펴보고, 중국 고유 문화와 중국이 겪고 있는 환경적 변화가치 혁신 신제품개발을 위한 관리 방식과 학습 방식에 어떻게 영향을 끼치는지를 조사하였다. 본 연구 결과는 이론적으로, 가치 혁신 신제품개발을 위해서는 조합적 관리방식과 조합적 학습 방식이 필요하다는 점을 밝혀 주고 있다. 그리고, 중국 기업들은 이러한 관리와 학습 방식을 수행하는데 유리한 국가 문화와 환경을 갖고 있음을 보여 주고 있기 때문에, 국가 문화와 국가 환경이 신제품개발 관리에 영향을 끼치고 있음을 증명해 주고 있다.

The Effects of Value Innovation Culture on Individual Creativity : Focus on SMEs and Ventures Companies in Daejeon Region (가치혁신 문화가 개인창의성에 미치는 영향 : 대전 중소벤처기업을 중심으로)

  • In order to be successful in the very changeable competitive environment, the organization has to creative not only on the research and development but also on the Value Chain. Especially for the middle and small venture companies, they have to be creative on the Value Chain to get new profit. For the value innovation, kinds of factors which initiate the value innovation such as Meaningful Work, Risk Taking, Customer Orientation, Agile Decision-Making, Business Intelligence, Open Communication, Empowerment, Business Planning, Learning Organization and other similar factors should be included in the organization culture. By focusing on the above 9 factors with value innovation culture, the study practically analysis the effect of the Value Innovation Culture on the Individual Creativity, and the followings are the result of the study. Firstly, meaningful work, empowerment and risk taking are positively associated with expert knowledge which is one component of individual creativity. Secondly, open organization is confirmed to be positively associated with creative thinking skills. Thirdly, learning organization, empowerment and innovativeness are the factors which is positively associated with Intrinsic Motivation. These results have showed the employees' individual recognized Value Innovation Culture is confirmed to be helpful on inducing Individual Creativity.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest directions for enhancing competitiveness of corporate management by examining how individual creativity and organizational members' value innovation culture perception affect innovation behavior and knowledge sharing, and how innovation behavior and knowledge sharing affect organizational innovation performance and management outcomes In order to achieve these research objectives, the measurement variables of each variable were extracted through previous research and 423 valid samples were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical package program and LISREL 9.1 to verify a hypothesis. As a result of this study, it was found that the creative thinking skills of the individual creativity, the meaningful tasks of the value innovation culture recognition, and the risk - taking culture have a significant influence on the innovation behavior. Only the meaningful tasks of organizational members' value innovation culture perception affect knowledge sharing. Innovation behavior has a significant effect on knowledge sharing and innovation performance, but not on business outcome. In addition, knowledge sharing has no significant effect on innovation performance but has a significant effect on business performance. Finally, we confirmed that innovation performance has a significant effect on management outcome.

  • Globalization has brought about rapid economic, technological, and cultural changes. In order for countries around the world to communicate, recognize and understand globalization, creativity or planning ability can be used to code. In this paper, we would like to present and prove a data analysis that can solve world problems. In the global market, the value of goods or services increases with connectivity. This connection is becoming one of the factors that increase the value of culture. Changes taking this into account promoted cultural spread and innovative growth, and increased productivity and competitiveness in each region of the world. This paper compares the income of the middle class in the United States on the impact of globalization and anti-globalization on cultural spread and innovative growth. Globalization has created an environment in which various elements of K-culture can interact and spread. Through the Internet, social media, and international travel, globalization has had a positive impact on Korea's innovative growth. In areas such as economic activity, technological innovation, and creative industries, globalization has facilitated new tech and approaches, Through this, it changed the existing economic model and contributed to exports K-culture with a new middle class model. However, globalization in the cultural industry can result in the loss of regional characteristics & individuality, which can lead to the middle class cultural unification and alienation(chasm). As a result of the empirical analysis of K-exports for the middle income in the United States, cultural diffusion and innovation must be developed even in anti-globalization. With these industrial changes the soft power value of the Korean Wave proves that it can create value for use for the middle class of major exporting countries.

  • Recently, major activities for the transfer and commercialize of the innovatory IT techniques are revitalized with the active study and development of the IT technologies. Nowadays, the primary concern for the systematic technology valuation gets the great attention in order to transfer or trade innovatory IT techniques easily. It is because the accurate appraisal for the technology is the most important step to get its proper utility value in the transfer and commercialize of the techniques. In this paper, we survey the general technology valuation methods for the transfer and commercialize of the techniques and also examine the special technology appraisal method for the innovatory IT techniques, which have relatively short technical life cycle and can create high added values, in order to transfer innovative IT techniques satisfactorily.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the value chain reorganization of cultural contents industry cluster in Daegu city and its impact on the regional economy. To achieve this goal, this research examined the change of value added structure, institutional milieu and networks among regional innovators and their effect on value chain reorganization of cluster. The result shows that the scope of the value chain generating value added have been extended and the networks among regional innovators have been increased. Such value chain reorganization has a positive effect on the regional economy. In the context of public policy, however, the focus of industrial policies needs to generate cultural and institutional specificities in a given region and to strength Triple helix innovation system.

  • The value chain is analytically useful for the cultural industry that has the characteristics of both manufacture and service industry, as the focus of value chain analysis moves from manufacturing only to the other stages of activity involved in supplying goods and services to consumers. The aim of paper is to analyse the value chain of the cultural industry in Gyeongbuk, find out the strengths and weaknesses of it, and suggest the ways to enhance the innovation capabilities of cultural industry in Gyeongbuk. First, the firms in advertisement & marketing, and circulation & distribution have low percent in cultural industry and need the low level of human resource, but produce high value-added in value chain; so, we should facilitate the make-up of the firms in advertisement & marketing, and circulation & distribution. Second, we should strengthen inter-firm networks to facilitate the ex-change of the equipment, human resource, information and technology between them. Third, we should construct the system to development human resource with two levels and spread the open atmosphere of firms.

  • In the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, AI technologies, such as Chat GPT, have moved beyond assisting to actively analyzing data and providing solutions. This research assessed Chat GPT's e-service quality's influence on perceived value, innovativeness, and subsequent learning outcomes. Findings revealed that while ease of use and responsiveness weren't significant, safety and reliability were positively related to perceived value and innovativeness. A negative correlation was found between trustworthiness and perceived value. Users who saw Chat GPT as valuable and innovative experienced enhanced learning. The study emphasizes the need for guidelines in deploying Chat GPT academically. Given Chat GPT's recent introduction, further nuanced research is necessary.

Innovation Milieu and Cluster Formation of Cultural Industries in Gyeongbuk (경북 문화산업의 혁신환경과 클러스터 구축방향)

  • Strategies for regional development has been implemented by facilitating the cultural industry since the mid 1990s. The government of Gyeongbuk attempted to establish the cluster of cultural industries and to enhance the capability of cultural industries. However, infrastructure of the industries is still weak. The most cultural industries are small-sized enterprises and are in low value-added production link in the value chain. This research examines the situation of cultural industries and then to recommend the direction of cluster of cultural industries in Gyeongbuk. The cluster of cultural industries in Gyeongbuk needs to be decentralized integration. Cultural industries in Gyeongbuk are found in dispersed regions with own cultural and industrial characteristics. The hub of cluster of cultural industries should be formulated to promote network among cultural industrial complexes in dispersed regions; thus, the hub is able to provide knowledge and information for the cultural industrial firms in Gyeongbuk. The supporting center as the hub of cluster has to input more energy to establish the on-line and off-line network among firms, and between firms and innovation agencies such as universities, cultural industrial organizations, and local governments. The cultural industrial cluster should be linked with IT cluster in Gumi and cluster of Daegu cultural industries to upgrade the value chain of cultural industries.

조직구조, 조직문화의 업무특성이 조직몰입 및 조직성과 미치는 영향: 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 중심으로

  • 1년에도 수십 수백 개씩 스타트업이 생겨나고 있다. 아마도 모두 미래의 구글과 페이스북, 그리고 아마존이 되길 희망하며 하루하루 가열차게 달리고 있다. 하지만 그 많은 스타트업 중 소위 성공했다 불릴 수 있는 기업은 손에 꼽는다. 능력 있는 창업가, 기발한 사업 모델과 아이디어 그리고 이를 뒷받침해 줄 기술력과 자본이 있다고 성공할 수 없다. 스타트업 기업을 굴러가게 하는 힘은 결국 그 조직의 구성원에게서 나오기에 성공한 스타트업에겐 모두 그들 만의 '조직문화'가 있다. 그게 모두에게 좋은 문화일 필요는 없을 것이다. 그 조직에 가장 접합한, 그래서 구성원의 구성원의 공감대를 사 '일하고 싶은 회사'가 될 수 있게 하는 '조직 문화'가 있는 스타트업이 수많은 인재를 모아 성장을 거듭해 올 수 있었고 그것이 결국 스타트업을 성공으로 이끌었던 것이다. 이런 조직 문화는 회사 초창기에 세팅할수록 해당 기업의 성공 확률도 높아진다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 기업을 대상으로 조직문화 유형이 스타트업 구성원의 조직 몰입과 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 실증분석을 목적으로 하였다. 초기 스타트업 기업의 조직문화 차원은 경쟁가치모형의 혁신문화와 위계문화로 구분하였으며, 조직성과는 스타트업의 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도를 활용하였다. 조직문화는 외부환경에 대한 적응과 조직내부 통합의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 구성원들에 의해 창조 발전되어 학습되는 기본가정으로서 스타트업 구성원들에 의해 공유된 가치(values), 신념(beliefs), 규범(norms)의 체계로 정의한다. 따라서 어떠한 조직문화를 갖는냐에 따라 조직 구성원의 몰입, 충성심, 직무동기, 직무성과는 물론 조직성과와 혁신을 포함하는 여러 조직 요인도 직 갑적인 영향을 받는다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 혁신문화가 스타트업 구성원의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 조직몰입이 스타트업 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도에도 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
