In this study our main focus is to verify the relationship between social value of transportation system and its perceived features. To achieve this objective, we investigated the value of public bike system (PBS) through willingness to pay (WTP) analysis using contingent valuation method (CVM) and the survey was conducted for 1726 respondents who live in Suwon, Korea. Moreover the determinants related to features related to bicycle use were also gathered. The estimated binary logistic regression and censored regression reveal that the value of PBS is influenced by perceived features towards bicycle use incorporating non-congestion, transportation mode like auto and bus, and high mobility system as well as other variables such as income, bicycle ownership etc. Furthermore the results show that the perceiving of positive features to bicycle use leads to higher social value of PBS. Based on the findings, we discuss the importance of pre-review for transport policy implementation, and also explore the possibilities for application to PBS.

많은 기업들이 기업 내 또는 기업간 통합을 위해 웹서비스 시스템을 도입, 구축하고 있다. 하지만 기업관리자들은 기대했던 만큼의 실질적인 성과를 체감하고 있지 못하며 투자효과 분석 또한 미흡한 실정이다. 현재 웹서비스의 평가는 웹서비스의 서비스 품질 관리측면에서의 분석이 이루어 지고 있으며 웹서비스가 기업의 비즈니스에 가져다 주는 가치분석에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통해 웹서비스의 도입으로 인해 기업에 발생하는 이익을 분석하여 기술적 가치와 비즈니스적 가치로 분류하고 이를 바탕으로 가치의 측정을 위하여 웹서비스의 이익을 비용절감과 가치증대의 관점으로 새롭게 정립하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업이나 공공기관에서 웹서비스의 이익을 인식하는 새로운 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is developing a information support system for R&D decision making to maximize economic results of the R&D. This system is composed of studying the model of work flow for R&D decision making, analyzing a technology information, connecting with the databases from KISTI and others, and valuing R&D technology on line. Especially in the case of technology valuation, this system is combined with the valuation model which supports knowledge information for helping more objective estimation.

The Information System(IS) planning for construction project management must be performed through decomposing the construction management business process upon considering the information technology in a construction company. Following this background, this paper proposes a model for evaluating the expected value of IS planning for construction project management. The model is made to analyze the effectiveness and to evaluate the opportunity of IS planning for task and information, then finally to quantify the value. Lastly, this model can be used to plan IS for construction project management.

remanufacturing 시스템의 공정을 다룬 모델은 그들의 경제적인 결론 평가에 집중하여 보여졌다. 특별히 이러한 모델은 분리된 구성품의 목적과 정도에 대한 의사결정을 보조하였으며, 결론적으로 복구될 수 있는 아이템의 경제적 가치를 사용 이러한 아이템의 재고 보유 원가를 얻을 수 있다고 하였다. 이러한 정보는 재고 관리 정책 결정을 위해 사용될 수 있으며 경제적 가치에 접근하기 위해 이상의 평균 원가 접근은 순 현재 가치 방법으로 비교할 수 있다. 재고관리 관점으로부터 remanufacturing 시스템에서의 수집 방식을 추가하여 고려하였으며, 향후 폐차업의 리싸리클링 분야에 접목하고자 한다. 경제적 평가 모델로부터의 반영된 결과는 remanufacturing 시스템뿐만 아니라 체계적인 평가를 제조업에서 추가하여 연구 할 수 있다.

정보환경의 변화에 따라 도서관과 웹 검색엔진의 차별성이 있음에도 불구하고 이용자들은 인터넷의 자원과 학술데이터베이스의 자원을 혼동하고 있다. 특히 구글스칼라가 갖는 검색속도와 조작의 편의성이라는 장점에 따라 데이터베이스의 학술적 가치에도 불구하고 구글스칼라를 가장 많이 이용하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 구글스칼라가 갖는 장점을 반영한 메타서치시스템의 특성과 가치를 조사하였다. 조사 대상은 메타서치시스템이 갖는 인터페이스 측면과 전자정보원 측면에서 비교 분석하였다. 이러한 새로운 검색채널로써 메타서치시스템을 이용하는 기관의 이용통계를 분석하여, 이를 바탕으로 구글스칼라와 같은 웹 검색엔진이 갖는 이용자선호가치를 수용하는 상황에서 이용자 이용행태 패턴과 주제별 전자정보 탐색 행위 등을 조사하였다.

This study aims to estimate the values of freshwater ecosystem services from demand and supply perspectives. From demand side, unit-values of ecosystem services are derived from Environmental Valuation Information System (EVIS) and aggregated to 5 main watersheds in Korea. The derived unit-values are based on the willingness to pay estimates per household from stated preference methods. The nation-wide average total values of water quantity supply, water purification, and natural disaster control are estimated as 501.2, 410.4, and 242.4 billion won/year, respectively. From supply side, we examine the direct and indirect public expenditures (or investment) in 2013 to improve freshwater ecosystem services by the government. The total sum of government expenditures corresponds to 8,882 billion won in 2013, where 12.9, 81.3, 0.3 and 5.3% are spent to improve provisioning, regulating, supporting and cultural services, respectively, indicating that most efforts are concentrated in enhancing regulating services.

소프트웨어 개발초기에 모든 요구사항을 정의하는 것은 불가능하며 모든 요구사항이 최고의 우선순위를 가지는 것 또한 아니다. 따라서, 올바른 일(Right Thing)을 올바른 순서(Right Order)로 하고, 변경에 따른 시소관계(Trade-off) 의사결정에 도움되는 고객가치 지향적인 요구사항 정제 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 고객 입장에서 핵심 서비스와 제품기능 만족도를 판단하는 긍정적인 가치요소와 프로젝트 팀 입장에서 구현 시 발생 비용과 기술적인 위험도를 판단하는 부정적인 가치요소에 의해 고객가치를 정량화하여 요구사항의 우선순위화 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 목적은 정해진 일정과 한정된 자원 내에서 반드시 필요한 모든 기능을 포함한 시스템을 고객에게 제공하고 모든 이해당사자들에게 실효성 있는 가치를 제공하여 요구 결항 축소 및 시스템 만족도를 높이는데 있다.

Association rules among product items by association analysis suggest sales effect among products. These are useful for marketing strategies such as cross-selling and product display etc. However, if we evaluate more practical product values reflecting cross-selling effects, they will be also more useful for the decisions of companies such as product item selection for product assortment and profit maximization etc. This study proposes product value evaluation models with the concept of effective value based on single-item association chain and itemset association chain. In addition to that, we performed experiments with transaction data related to clothing of an online shopping mall in Korea to show the performances of our models. In result, we confirmed that some items increased in effective values compared with their pure values while the others decreased in effective values.

신재생에너지의 효율 향상을 위한 시스템 개발과 병행하여 검토되어야 할 부문이 경제성 분석이다. 본 논문은 제주도 전력계통에 연계하여 운영중인 풍력발전의 자원과 발전량을 모의하기 위하여 제주도의 전력수요와 발전설비 특성, HDVC 수전 데이터, 풍속 등의 자료를 기반으로 가격예측을 위한 범용 소프트웨어들을 사용하여 에너지 시장 측면에서 풍력발전이 갖는 경제적 가치를 분석하였다.
