물가지수의 가중치 추정모형: 물가지수체계의 연관분석적 평가법(속)

  • 현행 일반적으로 쓰여지고 있는 물가지수 산식은 기준시점의 거래량(또는 거래금액)을 상품별 가중치(weight)로 삼는 가중총합방식(weighted aggregate formula, 또는 가중산술평균산식)으로서의 Laspeyres식이라 함은 주지하는 바와 같다. 그것이 상품별로 유통면의 중요성을 분명히 감안하여 있고, 비교시점의 가격변동만이 계산에 반영된다는 점에 있어서 물가지수로서의 실용성이 널리 인정되어 있는 산식이다. 그러나 Lasperyres식의 난점을 또한 많은 것이니 그 가운데 특히 가중치의 고정성과 관련하여 기준시점의 이동에 따른 전후 물가지수의 비연결성은 결정적 결함이라 할 수 있다. 여기에 이 식의 지수적 허구성이 흔히 논의되고, 이른바 Paasche check라 하여 수시로 조사한 거래량(또는 거래금액)에 의하여 물가지수의 가중치로 삼아서 전자를 검정하는 방법도 쓰여지는 형편이다. 필지는 일찌기(1973년) Laspeyres식의 상품별 가중치에 관한 객관적 평가법의 하나로서 산업(따라서 상품)의 연관분석적 수단에 의한 약간의 시안을 발표한 바 없지 않았다. 그것은 요약컨대 산업연관분석에 쓰이는 투입계수표를 중심삼아 한 상품가격이 다른 상품가격에 미치는 파급효과, 따라서 물가에 미치는 파급력을 계산하고, 나아가서 각 상품의 수요 및 공급함수를 도입하여 그들 계수를 추정함으로써 가중치의 객관화를 꾀해 본 것이 전고의 골자이다.

A Study on the Development of Shape Functions of Polyhedral Finite Elements (다면체 유한요소의 형상함수 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, a polyhedral element is presented to solve three-dimensional problems by developing shape functions based on Wachspress coordinates and moving least square approximation. A subdivision of polyhedrons into tetrahedral domains is performed for the construction of shape functions of polyhedral elements, and numerical integration of the weak form is carried out consistently over the tetrahedral domains. The weight functions for moving least square approximation are defined by solving Laplace equation with boundary values based on Wachspress coordinates on polyhedral element faces. Polyhedral elements presented in this paper have similar properties to conventional finite element regarding the continuity, the completeness, the node-element connectivity and the inter-element compatibility. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the present method for solving three-dimensional problems using polyhedral elements.

Geographically Weighted Regression on the Environmental-Ecological Factors of Human Longevity (장수의 환경생태학적 요인에 관한 지리가중회귀분석)

  • The ordinary least square (OLS) regression model is assumed that the relationship between distribution of longevity population and environmental factors to be identical. Therefore, the OLS regression analysis can't explain sufficiently the spatial characteristics of longevity phenomenon and related variables. The geographically weighted regression (GWR) model can be representing the spatial relationship of adjacent area using geographically weighted function. It also characterized which can locally explain the spatial variation of distribution of longevity population by environmental characteristics. From this point of view, this study was performed the comparative analysis between OLS and GWR model for ecological factors of longevity existing studies. In the results, GWR model has higher corresponded to model than OLS model and can be accounting for spatial variability about effect of specific environmental variables.

Cross Correlations between Probability Weighted Moments at Each Sites Using Monte Carlo Simulation (Monte Carlo 모의를 이용한 지점 간 확률가중모멘트의 교차상관관계)

  • In this study, cross correlations among sample data at each site are calculated to obtain the asymptotic cross correlations among probability weighted moments at each site using Monte Carlo simulation. As a result, the relations between the asymptotic cross correlations among probability weighted moments and the inter-site dependence among sample data at each site are nearly a linear relation with slope 1. The smaller ratio of concurrent data size to entire sample size is, the weaker the relationship grows. Simple power function which the correction term in power function accounts for the differences of the sample size between two sites was fitted to each case to estimate the parameter. It is noted that this result can be used in the various researches which include the estimation of the variance of quantile considering cross correlations.

  • Color images are often corrupted by the noise due to noisy sensors or channel transmission errors. Some filters such as vector media and vector $\alpha$-trimmed mean filter have bee used for color noise removal. In this paper, We propose the fuzzy cluster filters based on the possibilistic c-means clustering, because the possibilistic c-means clustering can get robust memberships in noisy environments. Also, we propose weighted vector $\alpha$-trimmed mean filter to improve the conventional vector $\alpha$-trimmed mean filter. In this filter, the central data are more weighted than the outlying data. In this paper, we implemented the color noise generator to evaluate the performance of the proposed filters in the color noise environments. The NCD measure and visual measure by human observer are used for evaluation the performance of the proposed filters. In the experiment, proposed fuzzy cluster filters in the sense of NCD measure gave the best performance over conventional filters in the mixed noise. Simulation results showed that proposed weighted vector $\alpha$-trimmed mean filters better than the conventional vector $\alpha$-trimmed mean filter in any kinds of noise.

Self-Adaptive Performance Improvement of Novel SDD Equalization Using Sigmoid Estimate and Threshold Decision-Weighted Error (시그모이드 추정과 임계 판정 가중 오차를 사용한 새로운 SDD 등화의 자기적응 성능 개선)

  • For the self-adaptive equalization of higher-order QAM systems, this paper proposes a new soft decision-directed (SDD) algorithm that opens the eye patterns quickly as well as significantly reducing the error level in the steady-state when it is applied to the initial equalization stage with completely closed eye patterns. The proposed method for M-QAM application minimized the computational complexity of the existing SDD by the symbol estimated based on the two symbols closest to the observation, and greatly simplified the soft decision independently of the QAM order. Furthermore, in the symbol estimating it increased the reliability of the estimates by applying the superior properties of the sigmoid function and avoiding the erroneous estimation of the threshold function. In addition, the initialization performance was improved when an error is generated to update the equalizer, weighting the symbol decision by the threshold function to the error, resulting in an extension of the range of error fluctuations. As a result, the proposed method improves remarkably the computational complexity and the properties of initialization and convergence of the traditional SDD. Through simulations for 64-QAM and 256-QAM under multipath channel conditions with additive noise, the usefulness of the proposed methods was confirmed by comparing the performance of the proposed 2-SDD and two forms of weighted 2-SDD with CMA.

  • This paper proposes a frequency transfer function synthesis for approximating a high-order model with resonance to a low-order model in the frequency domain. The presented model approximation method is based on minimizing the error function weighted by the numerator polynomial of approximated models, which is used of the RLS(Recursive Least Square) technique to estimate the coefficient vector of approximated models. The proposed method provides better fitting in a low frequency and peak resonance. And an example is given to illustrate feasibilities of the suggested schemes.

  • This paper proposes a speech enhancement method through the process of combining the gain function with spectrum subtraction method in the two microphone array with close spacing. A speech enhancement method that uses a gain function estimated by the SNR (Signal-to Noise Ratio) based on the multi frequency band coherence function causes the performance degradation in high correlation between input noises of two channels. A new speech enhancement method is proposed where the weighted gain function is used by combining the gain function from the spectral subtraction. The performance evaluation of the proposed method was shown by comparison with PESQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality) value which is an objective quality evaluation test provided by the ITU-T (International Telecommunications Union Telecommunication). In the PESQ tests, the maximum 0.217 of PESQ value is improved in the various background noise environments.

  • This paper presents the potential field for mobile robot path planning. The proposed repulsive potential has weighted parts, which consists of conventional repulsive potential and goals nonreachable with obstacles nearby repulsive potential. It ensures the global minimum of the total potential when the robot approaches goals near obstacle and the robot passes the adjacent obstacles. Simulation results shows that the proposed potential is better than conventional potentials.

  • 본 논문은 다양한 값의 가중치간 적용한 두 포인트 보간 필터를 제안한다. 기존 방법은 선행 보간 필터에 변형 함수와 가중치를 적용한 일반선행 보간 공식을 이용해 영상의 화질을 향상시켰지만 제안된 보간법은 일반 선형 보간 공식에 가중치 값을 다양하게 적용하여 2 점 보간법에서 실질적인 가중치 결정을 제공한다. 실험 결과에서는 제안된 방법이 기존 보간법보다 더 우수한 성능을 보여주는 것을 알 수 있다.
