우리사회에 이혼률이 급증하고(조이혼률 : 1990년 1.1건$\longrightarrow$2002년 3.0건), 가족생활주기중에 학령기 부부의 결혼만족이 가장 낮다는 연구결과들(서동인ㆍ정현숙, 1994 등)이 제기되면서 어느 때보다 가족관계 또는 부부관계의 질적인 향상에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 실제로 Mace (1979)등은 가족향상에서 가장 중요한 것은 부부중심(couple-focused)이며 행동중심(action- oriented)이라고 하였다.

Standard Long-term care(LTC) Utilization Plan is a kind of care plan, which aims to help beneficiaries and their family choose services to meet their care needs. The objective of this study is to determine the relationships among family caregivers' perceived quality, overall satisfaction and utilization in Standard LTC Utilization Plan. Data were gathered from family caregivers with beneficiaries who have used community service in long-term care insurance system. A national cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted in December 2008, using proportionate quota sampling. Finally, 351 family caregivers completed questionnaires which included demographic characteristics, perceived quality(9 items), overall satisfaction(1 item) and utilization(2 items). Path analysis was conducted to find a causal relationship. This study shows firstly, the quality of Standard LTC Utilization Plan was categorized into three dimensions, that is, assessment of care needs, recommended care plan, and management of monthly benefits. Secondly, reliability and validity of quality items were satisfied. Finally, in the effect of perceived quality and satisfaction for utilization, assessment of care needs(indirect effect, path coefficients=0.077) and overall satisfaction(total effect, path coefficients=0.324) were statistically significant. The findings of this study would be helpful in developing the strategies, which is needed to improve the role of Standard LTC Utilization Plan.

This study is about the verification of the effectiveness of 'Resilient Parenting Program' based on Walsh's family resilience approach. The program was developed for strengthening parenting self-efficacy and increasing parent satisfaction and family relation as well. The program was practiced once a week for 8 weeks at the B community service center and each session lasted for 2 hours. The participants of the program were 13 mothers of elementary schools who had a need to increase their parenting skills and satisfaction. Among the 13 participants, 7 of them were arranged to the experimental group and 6 of them were included to the control group. The scores of the two groups at the point of pre-test, post-test and follow-up test, 3 months after the termination of the program, were analysed and compared through the Wilcoxen matched pairs signed rank test and Mann-Whitney U test. The scales adapted in this study were the Parent Satisfaction Scale, the Parenting Self-efficacy Scale, and the Family Relation Scale. As the results of the analyses, there were significant differences of the increases in the area of parent-child relationship satisfaction, general parent satisfaction, parenting self-efficacy, and family relation between the two groups. In conclusion, the effectiveness and utilization of the program were confirmed. Also, it is verified that the program can be an important tool for strengthening healthy family functioning through the interventions of parents in the field of community based social work practice.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how early retirees spent their days and how daily life was experienced. In order to cover as many aspects as possible of the subject, this study examined sources of life satisfaction/dissatisfaction. Data were drawn from in-depth interviews in which 101 early retirees residing in Seoul. The Majority of early retirees in this study were at least somewhat dissatisfied with their daily life. Content analysis of reasons for life satisfaction/dissatisfaction revealed that the sources were categorized into 6 categories and 66 specific sources. Analysis of sources of life satisfaction revealed that early retirees mentioned most frequently as their sources of life satisfaction in this order: subjective emotions, family relations, stability of economy, positive attitude on retirement. Analysis of sources of life dissatisfaction revealed that life dissatisfaction was intimately connected with the loss of work role, family, unstability of economy, and ill preparation for retirement. Implications for macro and micro alternatives to support early retirees were provided.

연고가 소비자들의 제품구매와 점포선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 이에 대한 실증적인 연구가 밝표된 적이 거의 없다. 본 논문에서는 관계마케팅의 관점에서 세 가지의 사회적연고의 형태가 소비자의 만족, 신뢰, 압박감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 검증하였다. 대체적으로 종교적 관계나 가족적 관계는 소비자의 만족, 신뢰와 압박감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among work-family culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention of employees in banking industry. In response to employees' need for work-family balance, employers have instituted a number of programs, such as assistant with child care and elder care, flex time, job sharing, shorter work weeks, and telecommuting were adopted. These areas of study are so important in modern organizations because of their influence on organizational success and on the personal lives of employees. To accomplish this study, it was determined that the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 254 employees in bank industry. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Perceived work-family culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. Second, Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

The current study attempted to explain how family members' communication competence and personality such as locus of control, impulsivity, and optimism influenced their family relationship satisfaction. In addition, we examined which variables among these would predict highly the family relationship satisfaction by conducting the regression analyses. We also included demographic variables such as gender of offsprings, age and education level, and conversation time among family members as the control variables that may have influenced the family relationship satisfaction. Results showed that the higher the communication competence, internalness, and optimism were, the higher the family relationship satisfaction was whereas the higher the impulsivity was the lower the relationship was. for offspring, her/his own communication competence and impulsivity, the conversation time with her/his father, and the impulsivity of the parents in order were the best predictors of the their family relationship satisfaction. For father, his own communication competence, wife's impulsivity and optimism, and the conversation time with his offsprings in order predicted his family relationship satisfaction. For mother, her own communication competence and education level were the strongest predictors of her family relationship satisfaction. The results clearly demonstrated that the family members' communication competence and conversation time among themselves as well as their personality are playing an important role in explaining the their family relationship satisfaction. lastly, the limitations of the current study, and suggestions and implications for future studies were discussed.

This study intend to provide basic evidence needed to improve the life satisfaction of disabled children and youth by analyzing factors to influence on their life satisfaction. To accomplish this study's goal, raw data of Survey of Disabled People in 2014 conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare was utilized for multiple regression analysis to identify determining factors among family relation satisfaction, domestic violence, type of household, economical conditions, family relationship satisfaction, subjective health status, severity of disability, experience of discrimination, satisfaction on number of friends and school adjustment on 197 disabled children's life satisfaction. Results of the analysis are as follows. Domestic violence, family relationship satisfaction, subjective health status, and satisfaction on number of friends are influencing factors on life satisfaction of disabled children's and youth students. This results shows that strengthening family structure and function, expanding all family members participating program, implementing sociability improvement program and promoting health condition are needed to heighten the life satisfaction of students with disabilities.

This study attempts to find how the government policies regarding population aging may affect the life patterns of the baby boomers and what factors play a significant role in providing life wellness. This study uses the data provided by Korea Welfare Panel Study published between the years 2006 and 2011. First, according to the analysis of the data from Korea Welfare Panel Study in the year 2006, the factors affecting the life wellness are family relations, health and social relations. However, between the years 2007 and 2009, the major factor is not the present income providing security or life satisfaction. Second, the next significant factor in improving the wellness of life is family relations after health or occupation. Therefore, the government should provide them with re-employment programs prior to their retirement through which baby boomers can find employment similar or different to their present occupations. For improving the wellness of life, the most significant factor is family relations.

본 연구에서는 코로나19 팬데믹에서 서비스산업종사자들의 직업 불안이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고자 연구를 진행하였다. 거기에 가족지지의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 2019년말에 발생한 코로나19는 세계적으로 한 번도 경험해 보지 못한 새로운 세상을 경험하고 있다. 자국의 국민을 보호하고자 국제 공항은 외국의의 출입을 철저히 봉쇄함으로써 코로나 확산을 막았고, 그로인하여 세계 경제교역은 큰 타격을 받았다. 산업관련 물동량은 점차 회복되고 있으나 여행객을 포함한 인적교류는 아직도 힘든 상황으로 호텔업, 관광업등의 서비스산업은 상당한 영향을 받아 거기에 종사하는 직원들 또한 자신의 직업에 대한 불안이 늘고 있다. 2021년 현재 대부분의 나라에서 위드코로나 정책으로 전환하면서 서비스산업이 점차 회복되고 있으나 아직도 힘든 상황을 보내고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 포스트 코로나시대에 서비스산업종사자들의 직업불안을 낮게 하고 삶의 만족을 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
