Considering the traffic condition of railroad 'KTX' links to lack of service's punctuality in nation's small/ medium cities, design guidelines with practical railroad transportation policies in terms of convenient railroadbus connection and improving comfortable ride is suggested. Following the guideline and policies, operational requirements of current railroad-bus connection system, the system's design consideration, and transportation policies and laws in relation to the bus operating companies should be analyzed to decide the practicality of the railroad-bus connecting infrastructure. Also, in order to achieve practical railroad-bus connection, connecting buses' design guideline is combined with suggested optimization method of the practicality transportation system. Lastly, the design guideline of buses as 'links,' and railroad transportation policies concerning the operation of connecting bus system for nation's small/medium cities are suggested.

Nowadays, Cone-Beam CT is widely supplied in dental clinics, the distribution rate in south korea is highly ranked worldwidely. Recently, The number of Cone-Beam CTs reached 10 thousands according to national healthcare system report. Also, dental manufacturers released many kinds of In-house 3D digital printers, the distribution rate of which rises rapidly in dental clinics. Accordingly, using Cone-Beam CT data and Intraloral scan data, the application of implant guide surgery is widespread in a unit of private clinic. Through the previous articles, the latest methods of computer-guided implant surgery are reviewed, and also the considerations for precise and reliable guide surgery are summarized.

A standard for the vibration magnitude of a maglev train is presented herein to ensure a comfortable ride for the passengers. The vibration magnitude is determined from the vertical acceleration of the car body. A parameter analysis of the maglev train system is then performed considering the vehicle-structure interaction, and a deflection limit of L/1300 is proposed to satisfy the standard for the vertical acceleration. The proposed deflection limit is applied to the dynamic analysis of the actual maglev train system to assess applicability. Compared with the existing standard for the guideway structure, the proposed deflection limit is expected to enable economical design and construction.

본 논문에서는 에너지 데이터 플랫폼에서의 데이터 거래 가이드라인을 연구 및 제안한다. 타 산업에서의 데이터 플랫폼들의 현황과 에너지 데이터 플랫폼 구조를 분석하여 에너지 데이터 거래에서의 이해관계자를 정의한다. 또한, 타 산업에서의 데이터 거래가이드를 분석하여 에너지 거래 가이드 구성요소와 거래 계약 거래 원칙을 정의한다. 에너지 데이터 거래 가이드의 구성 요소로는 데이터 거래 이해관계자 정의, 데이터 거래 유형, 데이터 거래 유형별 거래 계약 원칙, 데이터 구매 및 판매비용 산정 방안, 데이터 플랫폼 이용료 산정 방안, 데이터 거래시 법적 쟁점으로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 거래 이해관계자 정의, 데이터 거래 유형, 데이터 거래 유형별 거래 계약 원칙에 대해 정의하였다.

Surgical guide not only provide diagnosis and treatment plan, but even location and direction of implantation. Surgical guide could be divided into non-limited design, partially limited design, and completely limited design. Partially limited design is easily manufactured and inexpensive but less accuracy, compared to completely limited design. From this approach, partially limited design may be particularly effective in patients who present with a single missing tooth or partially edentulous teeth. Completely limited design is anatomically accuracy, esthetical and functional, optimized treatment for prosthetic and biomechanical perspective, and also minimizes discomfort for post-treatment. The purpose of this study is to review previous studies of various surgical guides and applying in clinic.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the appropriateness and applicability of a evidence-based peri-operative hypothermia management guideline developed by NCC-NSC in Korea using expert group. The expert group was composed of 180 registered nurses in surgical units and recovery room, and physicians (surgeons and anesthesiologists) who had enough experiences and knowledgeable on the management of surgical patients. Validity of guidelines were evaluated in terms of appropriateness and applicability using 9 point scale. Most of the recommendations in the guideline received high score of above 6-8 point both in appropriateness and appropriateness. However, most of the recommendations were received significantly lower score in applicability than appropriateness. This research can be used as a step to develop more acceptable hypothermia management guideline for the patients undergoing abdominal surgery in Korean. In addition, further studies which identify the barriers that inhibit applicability of recommendations should be investigated.

The purpose of this study is to study the elements that make up the interface design of the applicatio, focusing on Android's Google Material Design Guidelines. and propose a way to produce the UI design guide by categorizing it according to form and combination methods. The components provided by the Materials Design Guidelines were disassembled form and attributes, types, and the characteristics. The components of UI design include surfaces, letters, icons, and media, which enable the creation of UI style guides, and the components for the purpose of exploring and communicating information, with different components and rules of use used for the purpose. Based on these results, I would like to propose design criteria for the interface of mobile applications and how to utilize it effectively.

The purpose of this study was to investigate nurses' knowledge and performance of guidelines for evaluation of new fever in critically ill adult patients according to the level of evidence. The total participants were 145 nurses working for medical surgical unit and intensive care unit in two hospitals. The knowledge and performance mean scores of guidelines were $0.70{\pm}0.09$ and $3.08{\pm}0.31$ respectively. The evidence level 1 of guidelines had the higher performance score in high score group than low score group of knowledge groups(F=3.86, p=.023) and performance groups(F=163.14, p<.001), while the evidence level 3 of guidelines had the higher performance score in low score group than high score group of knowledge groups(F=5.99, p=.003). Knowledge and performance scores were significantly correlated (r=.25, p=.003). In Conclusion, these findings emphasize that clinical professions need to enhance both of knowledge and practice with evidence based guideline of new fever in critically ill patient.

The aim of this study is to suggest development guidelines of educational smart application for the students with development disability based on Universal Design for Learning(UDL). The basic guideline set were organized by analyzing UDL studies on different media. The totally 35 preliminary guidelines which consist of 14 items of contents presentation, 12 items of education strategy and 9 items of education engagement were settled through review of smart contents expert developer and professors in special education. Based on the preliminary guideline, a survey was conducted to determine effective guidelines among end users which consist of the teachers who educate students with disability, parents with disabled children and professors in special education major. 3 categories and 20 guidelines are presented by analyzing survey result through excluding items whose importance factor were lower than average of importance.

Purpose: This study is designed to develop performance guidelines for temporary residential facilities inside and outside the building to improve the residential habit of the victims caused by a disaster. Method: Performance items were set up by analyzing the disaster response system and prior study for eliciting performance guidelines and conducting field surveys of temporary housing facilities and interviews of temporary residential facilities for eliciting relevant performance guidelines. Results: The performance of temporary housing facilities in and out of the country was largely classified as technical, environmental and social, and each presented performance guidelines. The derived performance guidelines were generally similar, although some were similar due to indoor/outdoor characteristics. Conclusion: The performance guidelines presented in this study to improve the residential habit of the victims are applied in practice, and continuous improvement through feedback of results is required.
