본 논문에서는 RFID를 기반으로 하는 유비쿼터스 사회에서 개인 프라이버시 침해 요인을 분석하고 RFID 프라이버시 보호를 위한 요구 사항을 도출한다. 또한 세계 각국 및 국제 단체에서 RFID 프라이버시 보호를 위한 세계 각구의 법제 동향 및 가이드라인 제정 동향에 대하여 분석한다. 이를 기반으로 국내의 RFID 프라이버시 보호 가이드라인을 분석하여 적용방안을 제시한다. 최종적으로 RFID 기술 구현에 따른 RFID 프라이버시 보호 방안을 제시한다.

The importance of disease prevention and risks of infection for funeral workers is present but it has not been studied about disease prevention of funeral workers in Korea. Health cares of funeral workers in Korea live in poor surroundings, because it depends on only effort of Funeral home or workers. And nationwide survey and guideline made for the infection of funeral workers almost do not exist. We propose the guideline about high infectious disease, personal hygiene, physical and spatial management in Korea. We aim to exploit the guidelines in the control, or ideally the eradication, of the disease or infection conditions we are considering. This guidelines contain a guide to funeral director's control procedures and equipment for infectious disease.

The purpose of this study was to figure out requirements and considerations of guidelines for libraries serving active older adults in Korea. The research data were collected by examining domestic laws and policies, foreign library guidelines and service practices. Two focus group interviews were also conducted with 10 librarians of Seoul metropolitan area. The research findings were the following: Specific guidelines should be set up including sections of information resources, human resources, facilities, service & programs, and promotion & marketing. The guideline should also include not only solutions for improving digital literacy of old adults but solving librarians' difficulties with serving old adults.

공정거래위원회(위원장 권오승)는 대 · 중소기업간 협력증진을 위한 기반 조성을 위해 「대 · 중소기업간 상생협력을 위한 바람직한 계약체결 가이드라인」, 「협력업체 선정 · 운용 가이드라인」, 「하도급거래 내부심의위원회 설치 · 운용 가이드라인」을 제정하여 기업의 사용을 권장키로 했다. 이 가이드라인은 의무사항이 아닌 권장사항으로 공정위는 기업들이 이를 사용할 경우 하도급벌점 감점 등 인센티브를 부여(과징금 부과시 감경, 과거 3년간 누적벌점 감점)키로 했으며 건교부 등 관련부처에서도 인센티브를 제공할 예정이다. 또한 하도급의 시정조치 강화 및 하도급거래 우수업체에 대한 인센티브 제공을 위해 「하도급거래공정화지침」(이하 공정화 지참)도 개정했다.

Wayfinding is a 'Process solving problem to find destination', and it is important to select spatial data for optimal way. Recently, due to the complexity of space and the expansion of the medium of the wayfinding service, it is necessary to the approach on the information design for them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a meta guideline on the information design for the design of orientation sign, which is an important cognitive clue in the wayfinding. It was conducted in 3 stages, First, a design process was proposed and design elements were derived for each step by literature research related to information and sign design, and analysis of manual for signage design. Second, a meta guideline for information organization and visualization in the three-stage design process was proposed by FGI and analysis. Third, the meta guideline was applied to the sign design on an area for user evaluation to inspect the applicability of the meta guideline. Through the user questionnaire, the possibility of applying the guideline for visualization of directions and spaces, information hierarchy according to spatial characteristics and information priority was identified. It is meaningful in that necessary element for signage design are systematized centering on the process and that it presents a macroscopic methodology according to spatial characteristics.

The study aims to derive major factors from the results of needs analysis to develop the reference service model and guidelines at the national level. The literature review and case study enabled investigation of the considerations to develop the reference service model and guidelines. The Needs Analysis revealed librarians' and users' needs about the reference service. The major factors and implications derived from the analysis suggest the directions of the National-level reference service model and guidelines development process. This study has significance because it presented the implications and the development process of the reference service model and guidelines for domestic libraries, and directly contributed to the development of the reference service model and guidelines for the National Library of Korea.

Because of increased concern regarding health and well-being, interest in consumer health information (CHI) has also increased, leading to a growing number of health-related websites. As a result, research has shown that public libraries are experiencing an increased demand for CHI-related reference services. The task of providing these services then falls on the public reference librarian, who is often untrained and inexperienced in this area. Therefore, improvements to how public libraries provide CHI reference services effectively are needed. This study analyzed the previous research at home and abroad, and developed CHI reference guidelines for public librarians. Guidelines developed in this study went through a verification process utilizing expert advice and a survey of public librarians.

Digital interactives in museums are expanding and user experience is becoming the focus of exhibition design. The purpose of this study was to suggest guidelines for serious games as a part of museum exhibits. To achieve this, studies on museum education, public space HCI, serious games, and universal design were analyzed by using content analysis methods. Results included 16 quality standards from cognitive, physical, and personal/social models. The findings from this study could benefit the design of future museum gaming interactives.

말과 글에서 유추가 가능한 정보에 대해서는 사람들이 일반적으로 생략해서 표현하는 경우를 볼 수 있다. 사람들은 생략된 정보를 문맥적으로 유추하여 이해하는 것이 어렵지 않지만, 컴퓨터의 경우 생략된 정보를 고려하지 못해 주어진 정보를 완전하게 이해하지 못하는 문제를 낳게 된다. 우리는 이러한 문제를 생략어복원을 통해 해결할 수 있다고 여기면서 본 논문을 통해 한국어 생략어복원에 대해 정의하고 기술 개발에 필요한 말뭉치 구축 시의 생략어복원 대상 및 태깅 사례를 포함하는 가이드라인을 제안한다. 또한 본 가이드라인에 의한 말뭉치 구축 및 기술 개발을 통해서 엑소브레인과 같은 한국어 질의응답 시스템의 품질 향상에 기여하는 것이 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적이다.
