본 연구에서는 지속적인 증가 및 확대 추세에 있으나 여전히 많은 실패를 겪고 있는 SDO(Software Development Outsourcing) 프로젝트의 성과 향상을 위해 SDO 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구가설의 검증을 위해 SDO 경험이 있는 고객사의 정보시스템 인력을 대상으로 현장 설문조사를 실시하여 214개의 설문을 수집, 분석에 이용하였다. 분석 결과, SDO의 성과에는 벤더의 힘과 고객사 요구사항의 불변성, 목표의 명확성 그리고 목표의 일치 정도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 SDO의 실패를 낮추고 성공 가능성을 높이는 데 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, the using of prefabricated temporary equipments is increasing in the industrial field because it can reduce the installation and dismantling period. The various types of prefabricated temporary equipments are manufacturing with various materials in domestic and overseas countries. However, those equipments should win the safety certificate according to the "Governmental Notification about Safety Certification" which regulate the member-based safety certification. It tends to cause over performance of temporary equipments because it couldn't consider structural benefit of the prefabricated products. As the result of this study, it is concluded that the establishment of new safety certification standard for the prefabricated temporary equipments is resonable and the movable scaffold is appropriate for those prefabricated temporary equipment. The movable scaffolds are using as single structure and cannot be expands horizontally. Other types of temporary equipments are using as complex structure which can freely expand horizontally according to the main structure. From the results of the study, the standard of vertical compression performance of prefabricated movable scaffolds should be more than double the performance of single main frame. Other test items of safety certification standard should be fixed when the Notification is amended. The prefabricated temporary equipments which are adopted for the safety standard on assembled structure should be used, moved and kept in assembled state and not separated discretionally. The establishment of new standard for the assembled structure based on this study leads to the development of various types of temporary equipments using structural efficiency of prefabricated structure.

The purpose of the study is discovering the effects of virtual competitors on user in AR (Augment Reality) home training system. Specifically, the current research examined their effects on immersion, perceived competition, and leaning motivation. The paper tested three unexplored relationship. First, introducing virtual competitors in home training system will enhance user's immersion. Second, presenting virtual competitors in home training system will increase user's perceived competition. Third, virtual competitors in home training system will raise user's learning motivation. For empirical analysis, we developed home training system, which could check and give feedback automatically, based on user's posture. Using this AR home training system, the study empirically shows how and why virtual competitors affect users. The results give implications not only on service design; but also on the idea that virtual other could affect user's behavior.

As personalized recommendation of products and services is rapidly growing in importance, a number of studies provided fundamental knowledge and techniques for developing recommendation systems. Among them, the CF technique has been most widely used and has proven to be useful in many practices. However, current collaborative filtering (CF) technique has still considerable rooms for improving the effectiveness of recommendation systems: 1) a similarity function most systems use to find so-called like-minded people is not well defined in that similarity is computed from a single perspective of similarity concept; and 2) temporal information that contains the changing preference of customers needs to be taken into account when making recommendations. We hypothesize that integration of multiple aspects of similarity and utilization of temporal information will improve the accuracy of recommendations. The objective of this paper is to test the hypothesis through a series of experiments using MovieLens data. The experimental results show that the proposed recommendation system highly outperforms the conventional CF-based systems, confirming our hypothesis.

End-User Computing(EUC) is a rapidly growing phenomenon in organizations As EUC gets to be a major segment of information systems, it becomes more important to manage EUC effectively. This paper focuses on developing an integrative framework of EUC management in the contingent perspective. The characterstic of task for which EUC is implemented was considered as a contingent variable. Based on systematic review of previous research on success factors of EUC implementation, three generic variables for EUC management were identified theoretically, which were support, promotion and control. The contingent relationships between these three EUC management variables and EUC performance were reasoned and four hypotheses concerning these relationships were derived. A field study was undertaken to test the hypotheses. Data were collected from 83 End-Users belonging to Korean business organizations. Correlation analyses and Fisher's Z tests were employed to test the hypotheses. The results supported the hypotheses for the most part and gave implications and future research directions for the management for EUC.

최근의 CALS 시스템 구축 가속화 및 전자상거래 활성화 분위기는 정보기술의 전략적 활용의 초점을 개별기업 위주에서 기업간 협력체제 구축과 이를 바탕으로 하는 기업간 전자적 결합(Electronic Integration)으로 옮기고 있다. 우리는 정보기술의 공유를 기반으로 새로운 기업간의 관계를 구축할 수 있으며, 이러한 관계를 전략적으로 활용함으로써 기존 사업에서의 경쟁우위 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사업기회를 창출할 수 있다. 관련기업간의 데이터 표준화를 통한 정보의 공유는 CALS 시스템 구축의 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있는데, 정보공유의 범위는 산업별 특성과 제품별 특성에 따라 달라질 수밖에 없으며, 관련기업간의 교섭력(Bargaining Power)에 의해서도 영향을 받게된다. CALS 환경에서는 개별기업의 정보전략에 따라 수직적 협력관계에 있는 기업들간의 정보공유 정도와 수평적 협력관계에 있는 기업들간의 정보공유 정도가 결정된다고 할 수 있다. 정보공유의 범위를 설정하는 데에는 기업간에 이루어지는 업무의 성격, 공급-제조-유통으로 연결되는 관련기업간의 구조 등도 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 CALS 시스템 구축과정에서 우리가 고려할 수 있는 정보공유의 범위를 관련업무공유, 시스템공유, 부품 설비공유, 시설공유 등의 관점에서 분석하여 봄으로써, 각 산업별로 진행되고 있는 시범사업들의 시스템 영역의 범위를 재조명해보고자 한다. 이 연구에서 집중적으로 다루게 될 정보공유의 범위에 대한 내용은 CALS 시스템을 개발하려는 기업들의 응용서비스 개발 및 정보전략 구축에 중요한 공헌을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.진" 사업에 대한 표준 설정을 위하여 노스캐롤라이나주 지방보건소의 "보건교육/건강증진" 표준체제를 예로 들었다. 다음으로, 경제적인 효율면에서 볼 때 "보건교육/건강증진" 사업에는 단기 혹은 장기 투자가치가 있는가 하는 것이다. 새로 태어나는 미국 지방 보건소의 "보건교육/건강증진" 활동은 지역 시민 및 그 단체가 광범위하고도 자연 다발적으로 참여할 때만 성공할 수 있다고 결론 지울 수 있다.한 분야별 전문가시스템 개발을 지양하고 MCRDR이론을 기반으로 한 범용성 있는 전문가시스템 개발 툴의 개발에 관한 연구를 소개한다. 후 새로운 지식을 얻는 반복적인 Explanation-based Data Mining Architecture를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 의의로는 데이타 마이닝을 통한 귀납적 지식생성에 있어 귀납적 오류의 발생을 고메인 지식을 통해 설명가능 함을 보임으로 검증하고 아울러 이러한 설명을 통해 연역적으로 새로운 가설지식을 생성시켜 이를 가설검증방식으로 검증함으로써 귀납적 접근과 연역적 접근의 통합 데이타 마이닝 접근을 제시하였다는데 있다.gical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projec

최근 인터넷 전화가 보급되면서 이를 보편적 서비스에 포함시켜야 할 것인지에 대한논란이 일고 있다. 인터넷 전화 보급 초기 단계에는 일정 기간 동안 인터넷 전화를 고정 전화의 보완 서비스로 인정하여 인터넷 전화까지 포함하는 광의의 보편적 서비스시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다고 본다. 그러나 현재 가설되어 있는 고정 전화망의 내용년수가 차서 그 유지가 곤란해지고, 인터넷 전화도 충분히 보급되는 시점이 되면 인터넷 전화만을 가지고 보편적 서비스 시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다. 한편 보편적 서비스제공 시에는 전국 동일서비스 제공을 원칙으로 하되, IP 망의 특성을 살려 품질보증 서비스와 best effort 서비스를 동시에 제공할 필요가 있다. 유비쿼터스 네트워크 사회에 걸맞는 새로운 보편적 서비스 제도는 소비자가 자기 책임 하에 각 서비스를 자유롭게 선택할 수 있는 시스템이 구축될 때 더욱 든든한 기반을 확보할 수 있을 것이다.

CASE 도구의 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준과의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 국내 57개 기업이 91개의 정보시스템 프로젝트를 대상으로 한 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. 기업의 일반적인 특징과 CASE 도구의 활용정도, 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준에 관한 자료를 획득하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 연구 초점은 CASE 도구의 활용에 있어서 중요한 요인을 찾는데 있다. CASE 도구의 도입 형태와 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스가, 개발 생산성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 4가지 가설을 검정하였다. 검정결과 두 독립변수가 모두 개발 생산성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 CASE 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스간의 교호작용이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 또한 CASE 도구의 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준사이의 전략적 관계 격자를 제시하였다. 전략적 관계 격자는 CASE도구 도입 형태와 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준이 정도에 따른 4가지 셀로 구성되어 있는데 개별 셀마다 각 기업의 정보시스템 환경을 고려한 효과적인 전략을 제시한다. 마지막으로 CASE도구의 활용을 위한 추후 연구방향이 제시된다.
