A Study on Wu-Yue Chunqiu as a Fiction: Through a Analysis of Discourse Revealed in the Work (소설로서의 《오월춘추(吳越春秋)》 연구 -작품에 나타난 서술 분석을 통하여)

  • 這篇論文原來開始了於一個把 《吳越春秋》想看成小說書的意圖. 以成就那個目的的方法, 我在 這兒分析了《吳越春秋》裏面的各種敍述表現。《吳越春秋》的作者通過史實的記述不但追究了歷史的知識跟敎訓而且通過表現的方法注重了構 思與小說一樣的文體。所以作者的敍述表現在硏究 《吳越春秋》方面上不得不重視. 我發見了《吳越 春秋》裏面的重要的敍述方法如下。 第一, 作者運用了各種修辭法。作者爲了《吳越春秋》的文學的表現使用了如隱喩法⋅直喩法⋅諷喩 法⋅誇張法⋅漸層法等等的各種修辭。 第二, 作者運用了很多的對話。連續不斷的對話使文章具有展開事件的功能。此外, 我發見了對 話的使用讓讀者把握人物的性格。 第三, 作者多用了細密化的表現。描寫, 特別是人物描寫與場面描寫, 在基本上異於簡略事件的歷史記述, 這使讀者認識《吳越春秋》是一篇的初步小說。 总而言之,《吳越春秋》裏面的各種修辭⋅對話的使用⋅細密化的表現使人們覺得作者憑藉記述歷史的借口而寫成一篇的歷史小說。我信如此的筆法運用讓《吳越春秋》成一本進入小說的段階的典籍。

A Study on the Data Compression Algorithm for Just-in-Time Rendering of Concentric Mosaic (동심원 모자이크의 실시간 표현을 위한 데이터 압축 알고리즘에 관한 연구)

  • Concentric mosaics are made with arranging and summing of video frames by using common spacial standards. Compared with previous works on 3-D wavelet transform coding, we have made important design considerations to enable flexible partial decoding and bit-stream random access. A just-in-time(JIT) rendering engine of the compressed concentric mosaic is developed. However, computationally, it is still demanding to accomplish the real-time rendering. Only the contents for specific scene representation are need to be decoded by maintaining compressed data. Thus our proposed algorithm is able to render real concentric mosaic by using lifting scheme instead of wavelet transform.

  • Exhibition which was a boring and rigid image once has recently hold a place as an intimate culture to the public such that audiences can feel and participate in exhibition at first hand. Along with this, forms and directions of exhibition become diversified, and various attempts have been made. In addition, with such changes, ways of expressing exhibition contents become diversified as well and ways of inducing sensible and psychological expressions and experience are receiving attention rather than formal and physical expressions. This study aims to provide audiences with ways of being able to more effectively expressing exhibition contents, atmospheres, sensibility and so on by applying lights and colors to in expression of exhibition contents.

  • XML has become one of the most influential standard language for representing and exchanging data on internet. However, XML itself has a ability to represent a logical structure for storing and managing data, it is inadequate to use as a conceptual modeling tool because of its complexity for representing the document structures. In this paper, we propose the graphical form of conceptual modeling techniques for representing the structure of the XML schema documents using an extended entity relationship diagram. For this, extended entity relationship model is presented for representing the XML schema structure, transformation rules are presented for transforming extended entity relationship model into XML schema document to show the completeness of the proposed model.

  • They use emoticons as assistance to express their emotion on CMC communications. Emoticons have been developed into diverse forms like text emoticon, image emoticon, animation emoticon. However emoticons represent the emotion only in simple way, not in specific because the shortage of grouping expressions of the emotion. So, the emoticons used nowadays should be grouped specifically in order to help produce the modulated animation emoticons those are able to represent the feeling in specific and diverse way and be used conveniently. Therefore, this thesis is going to propose the design method of a new kind of animation emoticons those can make what animation emoticons used nowadays are not able to through the grouping and analyzing expression images according to faces, gesture(hand), and backgrounds(decoration) focused on the animation emoticons in messenger programs.

  • These days, computing systems need to be intelligent for satisfying general users' ambiguous requests. In order to make a system intelligent, several methods of managing knowledge have been proposed. Especially, in ubiquitous computing environment, where various computing objects are working together for achieving the given goal, ontology can be the best solutionfor knowledge management. In this paper, we proposed a novel reasoner processing ontology-based knowledge which is expressed in EOL. As this EOL reasoner uses less computing resource, it can be easily adapted to various computing objects in ubiquitous computing environment providing easy usability of knowledge.

  • In this paper, we propose a new method for power estimation in nodes of multi-level combinational circuits and describe its application to the extraction of common expressions for low power design. Extracting common expressions which is accomplished mostly by the extraction of kernels and common cubes, can be transformed to the problem of rectangle covering. We describe how the newly proposed estimation method can be applied to the rectangle covering problem and show the experimental results with comparisons to the results of SIS-1.2.

  • This article come to study the visualization representation technique of eye brain of person, basing on the ground of the dynamic graphics which is able to change the real time, manipulating the image as graphic factors of the multi-data. And the important thought in such realization is as follows ; corresponding the character points of human face and the parameter control value which obtains basing on the existing image recognition algorithm to the multi-dimensional data, synthesizing the image, it is to create the virtual image from the emotional expression according to the changing contraction expression. The proposed DyFIG system is realized that it as the completing module and we suggest the module of human face graphics which is able to express the emotional expression by manipulating and experimenting, resulting in realizing the emotional data expression description and technology.

  • When scenes in the real world are perceived for the purpose of computer/robot vision fields, there are great deals of texture based patterns in them. This paper introduces a texture feature representation on a coordinate system in which many different patterns can be represented with a mathematical model (Gabor function). The representation of texture features of each pattern on the coordinate system results in the high performance/competence of texture pattern classification. A decision tree algorithm is used to classify pattern data represented on the proposed coordinate system. The experimental results for the texture pattern classification show that the proposed method is better than previous researches.

  • In multimedia information retrieval applications, content-based image retrieval is essential for retrieving relevant multimedia documents. The purpose of our paper is to provide effective representation and efficient retrieval of images when a pixel-level original image is automatically or manually transformaed into its iconic image containing meaningful graphic descriptions, called icon objects. For this, we first propose new spatial match representationschemes to describe spatial relationships between icon objects accurately by expressing them as rectangles, rather than as points. In order to accelerate image searching, we also design an efficient retrieval method using a two-dimensional signature file organization. Finally, we show from our experiment that the proposed representation schemes achieve better retrieval effectiveness than the 9-DLT (Direction Lower Triangular) scheme.
