It is a very important task for managers to motivate employees who work at service encounters where interaction with customers is important. The purpose of this study is to propose the trust of supervisor and supervisor's expressions as factors that can enhance or strengthen employees' prosocial behavior. Hierarchical regression analysis was used for this purpose. The results and implications are as follows. First, trust toward supervisors appeared to be a factor to improve employees'engagement. Second, job engagement has a positive effect on prosocial behavior of employees, that is, customer oriented behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, this work confirmed the moderating effect of the supervisor's gratitude expressions in the relationship between trust toward supervisor and job engagement. Research on gratitude in the marketing field is still in its infancy, and previous researches are focused on business and consumer relations. Expressing gratitude can be a natural tendency. This study suggests that gratitude expression should be introduced as part of organizational culture.

Business utilization of holograms is widely used as a similar hologram. The use of holograms has been proposed in many cases. In this paper, we present an outline of similar holograms using up to 3 or 4 facets, and express the similar holograms using the results produced by 3D modeling for a building from dealing with the representation of buildings from hololens to pseudo-hologram by using 3D modeling results. In addition, to reflect the real image of the disadvantage of modeling, we propose a method to enhance the 3D expression of the object by reflecting the actual building surface on the 3D model through photographing. Virtual building seen by the human eye can be virtually shown in space through a hologram among various methods shown in a virtual space such as AR / VR / MR. Through this study, it will be possible to express holograms of various materials such as buildings or cultural properties with enhanced realism.

The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of spatial expression in the works of Terunobu Fujimori, Japan's leading eco-friendly architect, in line with the contemporary background on environmental issues. As a method of research, we will select five representative multi-room spaces from the 1990s to the present and explore the characteristics of expression in the space through literature research. As a result of the analysis, we were actively using the strategy of using natural materials to finish the space and introduce plants into the building. Japan's strategy of borrowing traditional methods was to use them as a way of expressing space, a way of expressing fantasy and deviance. We expect that the demands of modern people seeking novelty in this era and the eco-friendly building plan of feasible alternatives can be presented as another methodology for spatial design.

The purpose of this study is developed the Item Feature Analysis (IFA) frameworks for curriculum-based assessments, focusing on Math competency and representation in secondary schools and implemented the IFA in National Assessment of Educational Achievement. To conduct the study, previous studies were analyzed, and feasibility studies were conducted twice. As a result of the study, we structured the IFA framework based on the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum in Korea and developed a method to analyze the characteristics of the math items. The results of structuring the framework for math included two categories: math competency in the content aspects, and representation type in the formal aspects. Specifically, 12 features of math competency and 8 features of representation type were identified, and an item feature analysis framework composed of these features was developed. The math competency was developed based on the subject competency of 2015 national curriculum. Math assessments in high schools, which have been changed to the competency-based assessments, had more frequency of the feature of math competency compared to middle schools. In this study, implemented the IFA in National Assessment of Educational Achievement and explored the way of ensuring the validity. These have been proved as critical applications for ensuring the validity of curriculum-based student assessment as well as building a tool for assessment.

In this study, 116 pairs of 5-year-olds and their mothers who are attending at child care centers and kindergartens in Seoul and Incheon were selected for the study to analyze the difference in the mother's emotional expressiveness and children's ability to solve interpersonal problems. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and independent sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, the negative emotionality of children was significantly different according to the gender of the child, and mothers' emotional expressiveness was significantly different according to the presence of siblings. Second, it was found that mothers of children with higher negative emotionality expressed more negative emotions than children with lower negative emotionality. Third, the children's interpersonal problem solving skills did not show any difference depending on the children's negative emotionality.

To specify a formal semantics for a programming language is to do a significant part for design, standardization and translation of it. The Python is popular and powerful, it is necessary to do research for a formal semantics to specify a static and dynamic semantics for Python clearly in order to design a similar language and do an efficient translation. This paper presents the Action Equation 2.0 that specifies a formal semantics for Python to change and update Action Equation. To measure the execution time for Python programs, we implemented the semantic structure specified in Action Equation 2.0 in Java, and prove through simulation that Action Equation 2.0 is a real semantic structure that can be implemented. The specified Action Equation 2.0 is compared to other descriptions, in terms of readability, modularity, extensibility, and flexibility and then we verified that Action Equation 2.0 is superior to other formal semantics.

In the content-based video retrieval applications, the information on the movement of an object can be used as important in classifying the content. In particular, analyzing and classifying human movement can be used for various purposes as well as retrieval. In this paper, a method to improve the performance of the shape variation descriptor and shape sequence to describe and classify movement using shape information that changes according to the movement of an object is proposed. By selecting a shape descriptor to more efficiently describe the shape information of an object and comparing the distance function used to measure the similarity, the description and retrieval efficiency of movement information can be increased. Through experiments, it was shown that the proposed method can describe movement information more efficiently and increase the retrieval efficiency compared to the previous method.

In the multimedia era and contemporary art, the expression of narrative is expanding in various ways based on formal theory. And the expression form is maximized according to the use of each medium. In terms of understanding artworks, an approach that combines various expressions and media using these narratives is also possible. Therefore, this study analyzed the works of the artists by selecting three artists, Sadic Guissi Alfrazi, Lindsay Sears, and Kara Walker, who fused the media using narrative structures. Through this, it was intended to present the artistic value and significance of the work and the possibility of expanding the narrative expression of contemporary art in the future. As a result of the analysis of previous artists' works, it was shown that the phase of convergence can be derived by using the medium of narrative concepts beyond the dichotomy of content and form, confirming that digital technology and media development are changing the form of art. In addition, it was confirmed that the use of narrative structure facilitates media conversion. It is expected that discussions on the new paradigm of contemporary art will progress in the future.

This study attempted to find a new manufacturing method through Basalt fiber and resin infusion method to expand the range of expressions of Contemporary jewelry produced in studios. To this end, the concept of fiber introduction and infusion method was examined through analysis of used cases, and based on this, flat plates and color samples were produced, and then the samples were made to estimate the possibility of direct use in jewelry. As a result, the infusion method process presented certain results that could be used as a production process in the studio, and Basalt fibers were able to express various colors of spray and porselin, especially fiber its painted with porselin, which have high strength and they can be expressed intentionally, it are very valuable as jewelry's material, it is expected to be an opportunity to expand the practical production methods and expressions of Contemporary jewelry.

This article focused on contemporary American animation since the 1990s and later detailed clues to the theory that contemporary pop art style influenced contemporary American animation art creation expression and contemporary American animation. Knowing why American animation swept the world summarizes the art creation characteristics of modern American animation. After a combination of theoretical and actual animation works, the main manifestations of the postmodern pop art style in contemporary American animation: exaggerated and superficial shapes highlight character characteristics; rebellious colors reconstruct emotional perception; creation impacts the mass media-dependence; bizarre collage and repetition, embodying the postmodern pop spirit of jokes and spoofs, Etc. Through this, it is expected that the current analysis of American animation will provide new innovative ideas for domestic animation design and increase the competitiveness of domestic animation in international video animation.
