얼굴의 표정은 얼굴의 구성요소 같은 기하학적 정보와 조명이나 주름 같은 세부적인 정보들로 표현된다. 얼굴 표정은 기하학적 변형만으로는 실감적인 표정을 생성하기 힘들기 때문에 기하학적 변형과 더불어 텍스쳐 같은 세부적인 정보도 함께 변형해야만 실감적인 표현을 할 수 있다. 표정비율이미지 (Expression Ratio Image)같은 얼굴 텍스처의 세부적인 정보를 변형하기 위한 기존 방법들은 조명에 따른 피부색의 변화를 정확히 표현할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 서로 다른 조명 조건에서도 실감적인 표정 텍스처 정보를 적용할 수 있는 비선형 피부색 모델 기반의 표정 합성 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 동적 외양 모델을 이용한 자동적인 얼굴 특징 추출과 와핑을 통한 표정 변형 단계, 비선형 피부색 변화 모델을 이용한 표정 생성 단계, Euclidean Distance Transform (EDT)에 의해 계산된 혼합 비율을 사용한 원본 얼굴 영상과 생성된 표정의 합성 등 총 3 단계로 구성된다. 실험결과는 제안된 방법이 다양한 조명조건에서도 자연스럽고 실감적인 표정을 표현한다는 것을 보인다.

Y. R$\acute{e}$ball$\acute{e}$ [11] discussed the representation of necessity measure through the Choquet integral criterian. He also consider a decision maker who ranks necessity measures related with Choquet integral representation. In this paper, we consider a decision maker have an "ambiguity"(say, interval-valued) necessity measure according to their Choquet's expected utility. Furthermore, we prove two theorems which are weak Choquet integral representation of preferences with a monotone set function for interval-valued necessity measures and strong Choquet integral representation of preferences with an interval-valued utility function for necessity measures.

The contemporary consumer's fashion retail shops are becoming diverse in function and sensitivity while keeping in mind the effects of consumer's lifestyles according to changing fashions. Recently, external changes and expressive characteristics have become symbolic in retail fashion shops. This reinforces the importance of the skin, which is becoming image-sensitive and increasingly important. Therefore, this thesis will study the relationship between expressive tendency and skin in fashion retail shops by distinguishing the characteristics of a skin historically as well by categorizing the four brands from flagship stores which have introduced brand identity and an exceptional expressiveness of skin into types of form and space.

In the economic design of the process control procedure, where quality is measured at certain time intervals, its properties are difficult to derive due to the discreteness of the measurement intervals. In this paper a Markov chain representation of the process monitoring procedure is developed and used to derive its properties when the process follows an ARIMA(0,1,1) model, which is designed to describe the effect of the noise and the special cause in the process cycle. The properties of the Markov chain depend on the transition matrix, which is determined by the control procedure and the process distribution. The derived representation of the Markov chain can be adapted to most different types of control procedures and different kinds of process distributions by obtaining the corresponding transition matrix.

This study analyzes presentation methods of traffic guide maps to guide drivers easily and correctly to their destinations on complex road networks. The problems of Korea's guidance systems were analyzed and domestic and international road guide maps were compared. This study includes the problems of road number discernment, such as the sizes, colors and marking intervals on the map. The widths and colors of different hierarchical roads were evaluated. The indices, enlarged downtown maps and uncertainty of grade separation on the map were analyzed and the solutions were also provided.

In the process of solving a linear equation, some questions had equal sign('=') relation properly, while other questions did not have equal sign('=') relation properly. Since whether students could express equal sign('=') relation properly or not is determined by questions, the direction for teaching should be instituted, and instruction and teaching should be conducted by comparing and analyzing after conducing tests on may items. Most of students who got the answer for items without the method of solving a linear equation solved the items using binomial. For questions asking to solve using the characteristic of equality, most of students solved the questions using binomial instead of using the characteristic of equality. Therefore, instruction and learning to solve equations using both the characteristic of equality and binomial have to be achieved.

This study analyzed how two sixth graders recognized, generalized, and represented functional relationships in exploring geometric growing patterns. The results showed that at first the students had a tendency to solve the given problem using the picture in it, but later attempted to generalize the functional relationships in exploring subsequent items. The students also represented the patterns with their own methods, which in turn had an impact on the process of generalizing and applying the patterns to a related context. Given these results, this paper includes issues and implications on how to foster functional thinking ability at the elementary school.

A Bit-depth expansion is a method to increase the number of bit. It is getting important as the needs of HDR (High Dynamic Range) display or resolution of display have been increased because the level of luminance or expressiveness of color is proportional to the number of bit in the display. In this paper, we present effective bit-depth expansion algorithm for conventional standard 8 bit-depth content to display in high bit-depth device (10 bits). Proposed method shows better result comparing with recently developed methods in quantitative (PSNR) with low complexity. The proposed method shows 1db higher in PSNR measurement with 40 times faster in computational time.

This research basically defines that relationship among simplicity/complexity, other product aesthetics and consumer preference. The goal of this research is to find answer 'How much the simplicity/complexity influence expressed functional shapes on products?' and 'What is relationship between simplicity/complexity and consumer preference?' This is process that first we make categorize products by analysis, and second we analyze each category group for fading propensity from consumers, and finally we verify through design process.

In this paper we analyse how school mathematics terminologies have been changed from the syllabus period to the 2007 curriculum. For this we survey the school mathematics terminologies which have been used since the syllabus period on the 2007 curriculum basis, analyse changes in expression of those, and look through to the characteristics of mathematics terminologies for each curriculum period.
