A total of 20 studies were used in the final review, and most of the descriptive studies were published in academic journals. The most relevant variables in artificial intelligence research were related to clinical nursing, and the literature topics were artificial intelligence recognition and readiness for the use of artificial intelligence, nursing adaptation, and artificial intelligence-related nursing ethics. This study systematically analyzed the current status of artificial intelligence in the nursing field in Korea and suggested the direction of further research. This study propose follow-up research to develop the capacity to utilize artificial intelligence in Korea's nursing clinical and educational sectors and to support its effectiveness.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship among sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, and reproductive health promoting behaviors of nursing college students. The research tools utilized were sexual knowledge measurement tool by Jeon(2004), sexual attitudes measurement tool by Ho(2009), and reproductive health promoting behaviors measurement tool by Jo(2014). A total of 300 nursing college students were surveyed, and 229 responses were analyzed. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's post hoc test and pearson's correlation coefficients with IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. Female students exhibited higher sexual knowledge, and it was evident that reproductive health promoting behavior education is appropriate during lower academic years. Additionally, the indication that higher sexual knowledge corresponds to higher reproductive health promoting behaviors suggests the ongoing necessity for sexual education to enhance reproductive health promoting behaviors. Therefore, this study could serve as foundational data for developing educational materials on reproductive health promoting behaviors for counseling and education aimed at improving nursing college students' reproductive health.

  • The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to confirm the relationship between gender sensitivity, sexual assertiveness, and dating violence among nursing students and to identify factors that effect dating violence. The 366 nursing students who were the subject of the study were satisfied, and the collected data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression. The research results show a significant positive relationship between gender sensitivity and sexual assertiveness (r=,172, p<.001), and a significant negative relationship between gender sensitivity and dating violence (r=-.105, p<.005), and a significant negative relationship was also found between sexual assertiveness and dating violence (r=-.024, p<0.05). The influencing factors for dating violence were age (𝛽=.184) and grade (𝛽=.145), and the explanatory power for dating violence was found to be 7.1%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a program to prevent dating violence among nursing students.

Subjects were 197 caregiver's and data collection was conducted from July 1 to 29, 2022. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 28.0 program. There was a significant positive correlation between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and self-efficacy(r=.653, p<.001), and patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities(r=.467, p<.001). In addition, the complete mediating effect of self-efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities, and the explanatory power was 46.8%. Therefore, strengthen the patient safety management activities of caregiver's, systematic program development and educational opportunities should be provided to improve self-efficacy.

  • This study is a descriptive research study to conducted the mediating effect of learning flow in the relationship between optimism and career adaptability in order to improve the career adaptability of nursing students. The subjects were students enrolled in the nursing department of 4-year universities in G and M cities. Data were collected from April to May 2023. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Baron and Kenny's regression analysis. As a result of the study, first, optimism showed a positive effect on learning flow. Second, optimism showed a positive effect on career adaptability. Third, learning flow showed a partial mediating effect on the relation between optimism and career adaptability. From this, these findings suggest that strategies to promote a optimism and learning flow should be operated in order to improve the career adaptability of nursing students in the nursing education field.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the between nursing students simulation pratice education experience, clinical practice satisfaction, problem-solving ability, and clinical performance ability. The research design was a descriptive correlational study, and the participants were third-year nursing students. A total of 197 people were involved, including 95 students from a university with simulation training in the curriculum and 102 students from a university without simulation training in the curriculum. It was composed. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and pearson correlation were used to analyze the collected data. As a result of the study, nursing students who had experience in simulation practice education showed significant differences in clinical practice satisfaction and clinical performance ability during clinical practice. However, there was no significant difference in problem-solving ability. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a correlation between simulation training experience, clinical practice satisfaction, and clinical performance ability. Based on the results of this study, it will be possible to develop and utilize simulation education programs in various situations to increase the effectiveness of clinical practice for nursing students.

  • This study was conducted in order to examine the effects of communication ability with physician and burnout on turnover intention of nurses working in small-medium sized hospitals. A convenience sample of 135 nurses at small-medium sized hospitals were recruited. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson' correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 25.0 program. The participants' average score was 3.23 points for nurses' communication ability with physician, 3.00 points for burnout, and 2.79 points for turnover intention, respectively. Communication ability was significantly correlated with burnout and turnover intention negatively. And burnout was correlated with turnover intention positively. Factor influencing turnover intention of nurses in small-medium sized hospitals included burnout. This variable explained 42% of the variance in turnover intention. It is suggested that burnout should be taken into consideration when developing strategies to decrease turnover intention of nurses in small-medium sized hospitals.
