  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for improving health promotion behavior by identifying the effects of life stress and coping with stress among nursing college students on health promotion behavior. The data was collected from 352 nursing students in 6 colleges in B and K city, and the data was analyzed with SPSS/Win 23.0. Factors influencing health promotion behavior were school life satisfaction (F=9.18, p<.001), happiness score (F=20.64, p<.001), health status (F=12.40, p<.001), eating breakfast (t=-3.31, p=.001), unbalanced diet (t=-4.20, p<.001), time spent sleeping (F=2.64, p=.049), and exercise (t=5.20, p<.001). In the correlations, health promotion behavior was negatively correlated with life stress (r=-.289, p<.001), but it was positively correlated with coping with stress (r=.539, p<.001). The factors influencing health promotion behavior were stress coping (β=.439, p<.001), happiness score (β=.251, p<.001), exercise (β=.172, p<.001), unbalanced diet (β=.125, p=.002), life stress (β=-.121, p=.005), and eating breakfast (β=.083, p=.046). The above variables explained 46.0% for the health promotion behavior. Thus, in order to improve the health promotion behavior of nursing college students, integrated nursing interventions need to be developed through improving coping with stress, creating a sense of happiness, reducing life stress, and maintaining exercise and good eating habits.

  • The p53 protein was discovered in 1979 as cellular 53-kD nuclear phosphoprotein bound to the large transforming antigen of SV40 virus. $P21^{WAF1/CIP1}$, which has been described as the critical downstream mediator of p53, is known to suppress DNA replication and arrest the G1 cell cycle by quaternary complex with cyclin D, cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA). In these days, some studies shows that the p21 can be induced by independent pathways. There are various reports about the expression of p21 (67%.82.4%) in oral squamous cell carcinoma. But these studies are mostly done in malignant tumor not in benign tumor. So we decided to study the expression of p21 in ameloblastoma and the relationship between p53 and p21 as a downstream mediator of p53 in ameloblastoma. We investigated the expression of p21 and p53 with the method of immunohistochemistry. We selected 30 cases of ameloblastoma tissue blocks (acanthomatous type: 5 cases, follicular type: 8 cases, plexiform type: 17 cases) imbedded in paraffin. We used 30 cases of normal gingival tissues and 30 cases of squamous cell carcinoma tissues (SCC) respectively and compared their results with those of ameloblastoma. We made slides with the streptavidin-biotin methods and used monoclonal antibody DO-7 (Novocastra, Newcastle, United Kingdom) as p53 antibody and monoclonal antibody M7202 (DAKO, California, U.S.A.) as p21 antibody. We used Pearson's correlation coefficient to analyse the relationship. The results were as follows: 1. p21 was expressed in ameloblastoma about 30% and this is lower than that of normal gingiva and SCC. 2. In normal gingiva and ameloblastoma, p21 expression was correlated with p53 expression. 3. In SCC, p21 were expressed about 83.3% and this is more than that of p53. But there was no correlation between p21 and p53 expression. We confirmed p21 expression and relation with p53 in ameloblastoma. But, to confirm the function of p21, more studies about p21 expression in malignant ameloblastoma and ameloblastic carcinoma are needed.

  • To play the networked video contents in a client's mobile device in real time, the contents should be delivered to it by the contents server with streaming technology. Generally, in a server-client based commerce model, the server is in charge of both the authentication of the paid customer and distribution of the contents. The drawback of it is that if the customers' requests go on growing rapidly, the service quality would be degraded results from the problems of overloaded server or restricted network bandwidth. On the contrary, in P2P based networks, more and more the demand for service increasing, the service quality is upgraded since a customer can act as a server. But, in the P2P based network, there are too many servers to manage, it's possible to distribute illegal contents because the P2P protocol cannot control distributed servers. Thus, it's not suitable for commercial purposes. In this paper, the dymanic group authentication scheme is proposed which is suited to P2P based applications. The proposed scheme consists of group based key generation, key update, signature generation and verification protocols. It can control the seeder's state whether the seeder is joining or leaving the network, and it can be applied to hybrid P2P based commerce model where sales transactions are covered by the index server and the contents are distributed by the P2P protocol.

  • As Internet technologies are mature, many new applications that are different characteristics are emerging. Recently we see wide use of P2P(Peer to Peer) applications of which traffic shows different statistical characteristics compared with traditional application such as web(HTTP) and FTP(File Transfer Protocol). In this paper, we measured subscriber network of KT(Korea Telecom) to analyze P2P traffic characteristics. We show flow characteristics of measured traffic. We also estimate Hurst parameter of P2P traffic and compare self-similarity with web traffic. Analysis results indicate that P2P traffic is much bustier than web traffic and makes both upstream traffic and downstream traffic be symmetric. To predict parameters related QoS such as packet loss and delays we model P2P traffic using two self-similar traffic models and predict both loss probability and mm delay then compare their accuracies. With simulation we show that the self-similar traffic models we derive predict the performance of P2P traffic accurately and thus when we design a network or evaluate its performance, we can use the P2P traffic model as reference input traffic.

  • In the remarkable growth of P2P financial platform in the field of knowledge management, only companies with big data and machine learning technologies are surviving in fierce competition. The ability to analyze borrowers' credit is most important, and platform companies are also recognizing this capability as the most important business asset, so they are building a credit evaluation system based on artificial intelligence. Nonetheless, online P2P platform providers that offer related services only act as intermediaries to apply for investors and borrowers, and all the risks associated with the investments are attributable to investors. For investors, the only way to verify the safety of investment products depends on the reputation of P2P companies from newspaper and online website. Time series information such as delinquency rate is not enough to evaluate the early stage of Korean P2P makers' credit analysis capability. This study examines the credit analysis procedure of P2P loan platform using artificial intelligence through the case analysis method for well known the top three companies that are focusing on the credit lending market and the kinds of information data to use. Through this, we will improve the understanding of credit analysis techniques through artificial intelligence, and try to examine limitations of credit analysis methods through artificial intelligence.

  • According to the arbitration mechanism among the peers in the network, the P2P networking environments can be classified into hybrid P2P networking environments and pure P2P networking environments. In hybrid P2P networking environments, each peer gets continual services from the servers that arc operational most of the time, and so, network isolation does not occur because every peer can always keep connection to the server. In pure P2P networking environments, however, every peer directly connects to another peer without server intervention, and so, network isolation can occur when the per mediating the connection is terminated. In this paper, we propose a scheme for each peer to keep connection information of other peers by maintaining IDs of its neighbor peers, to reconnect to another peers when the mediating peer fails to work. and, for efficiency. to balance the number of connections that should be maintained by each peer. With our mechanism, each pier in the network can continuously maintain connection to the network and get seamless services from other peers. Through the simulation, we ascer-tained that network isolation does not occur in the pure P2P network adopting our mechanism and that our mechanism distributes and balances the connections that are maintained by each peer. We also analyzed the total network traffic and the mean number of hops for the connections made by each peer according to the recommended number of connections that is established at system setup time.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among the functional status, hostility, and social support in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The subjects were comprised of 135 patients who had received PCI from two general hospitals in Seoul, Korea. The functional status differed significantly according to gender (t=5.880, p<0.001), age (F=23.620, p<0.001), education (F=17.718, p<0.001), occupation (t=-6.498, p<0.001), monthly income (F=7.237, p<0.001), and smoking (t=2.327, p=0.025). The hostility differed significantly according to age (F=6.150, p=0.001), period after PCI (F=6.141, p=0.001), and family history (t=2.514, p=0.013). Differences were observed in the scores for social support according to age (F=2.866, p=0.039) and education (F=5.136, p=0.002). Significant positive correlations were found among functional status and social support (r=.20, p=0.025), friends support (r=.22, p=0.010) and a significant negative correlation between functional status and hostility (r=-.24, p=0.005). A significant negative correlation was found between hostility and friends support (r=-.17, p=0.046). Nurses should consider the characteristics of patients who have undergone PCI and develop nursing intervention programs to improve their functional status, hostility, and social support.
