A laboratory experiment was conducted to evaluate the phosphorus status and define the relationship between composition of phosphorus forms and available phosphorus with 149 phosphorus accumulated soil samples. Distribution percentage of inorganic, organic and available phosphorous to total phosphorus were 68.9 (Saloid-p 2.7, Al-p 26.4, Fe-p 27.6, Ca-p 12.2%), 6.7 and 26.0%, respectively. In the relationship between available phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus in soil, Al-p, Saloid-P, and Ca-P showed significant correlation with available phosphorus which did not showed significant one with Fe-p. Multiple liner regression equation between available and inoganic phosphorus abtained as follow, $Av.P=81.694+0.858Sa-p^{***}+0.648Al-p^{***}+0.091Ca-p^{**}(R=0.826^{***})$ and contribution rates of Saloid-p, Al-p, and Ca-p to available phosphorus were 26.1, 65.2, and 8.7%, respectively. Relationship between available and water soluble phosphorus, water soluble phosphorus and $0.01M-CaCl_2-p$ were highly significant, respectively, and soil solution P extracted with $0.01M-CaCl_2$ for 30 minutes was selected as one of usable diagnostic techniques for soil P status.

This study was intended to conduct a prospective study on the P2P Car-sharing service, which will be established as a new business model in the future, by identifying consumers' intention to accept the technology for the P2P-based Car-sharing service that will be introduced and spread in earnest in the future. The main results are as follows. First, the quality characteristics of the P2P Car-sharing service all have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the perceived usefulness and ease of use of users, and among the quality characteristics, the service characteristics have a relatively strong effect on the perceived usefulness and ease of use, respectively. Second, both perceived usefulness and ease of use had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on users' intention to use P2P Car-sharing service, and ease of use was more dependent on intention to use P2P Car-sharing service. Third, the ease of use of the P2P Car-sharing service had a strong positive(+) effect on their perceived usefulness. As a result of this study, the most important factor to consider in establishing a P2P-based Car-sharing platform is to be constructed in the form of a universal design that prioritizes user convenience rather than usefulness and various functions of the service. It was suggested that UX design should be made, considering the surrounding clues, which are service environment elements.

For 1 < $p$ < $q$ < ${\infty}$ and ${\alpha}+1$ < $p$, we show that if there exists some positive constant $c$ such that ${\parallel}f{\parallel}_{L^{q(d{\mu})}}{\leq}c{\parallel}f{\parallel}_{\mathfrak{D}^p_{\alpha}}$ for all $f{\in}\mathfrak{D}^p_{\alpha}$, then ${\parallel}f{\parallel}_{L^{q(d{\mu})}}{\leq}c{\parallel}f{\parallel}_{\mathcal{B}_p(q)}$ where $\mathcal{B}_p(q)$ is the weighted Besov space. We also find the condition of measure ${\mu}$ such that ${\sup}_{a{\in}D}{\int}_D(k_a(z)(1-{\mid}a{\mid}^2)^{(p-a-1)})^{q/p}d{\mu}(z)$ < ${\infty}$.

The plasmids pSUPBT and pSUPBTR were constructed with a vector pSUP2021 and the BT toxin gene in the plasmid pES 1. The plasmids constructed were introduced into the antagonistic rhizobacteria P. fluorescens KR164 by conjugation and P. fluorescens having pSUPBT and pSUPBTR were named P. fluorescens KR164(pSUPBT)#2, KR164(pSUPBT)#3, KR164(pSUPBTR)#2 and KR164(pSUPBTR)#3, respectively. The BT toxin gene were identified in all transformants by Southern hybridization and the final product of BT toxin gene was identified only in P. fluorescens KR164(pSUPBTR)#3 by SDS-PAGE. This crystal toxin protein were also observed in electron microscopy.

The influences of pH on hydrogen production were also investigated over the pH range from 4.1 to 8.0 at HRT 10 hours. The hydrogen content for the produced gas was changed from 41 to 71% with corresponding pHs throughout this experiment. The produced hydrogen/carbon dioxide ratio was not vary significantly up to 6.0, then steepenly increased with increases in the pH. The maximal hydrogen yield was found to be 3.16 $\ell$/g sucrose at pH 5.0. Acetate production yield increased with increased pH, but butyrate production yield decreased with increased pH. Biomass yield increased with increased pH.

In this paper also discuss that L$_{p}$ (A) becomes a metric space with the metric $\rho$ : L$^{p}$ (A) $\times$L$^{p}$ (A) longrightarrow R where $\rho$(f,g)=∥f-g∥$_{p}$ , f,g$\in$L$^{p}$ (A). Then, in this paper prove the Riesz-Fischer theorem, i.e., the space L$^{p}$ (A) is complete and that the space L$^{p}$ (A) is separable.

In this paper, we consider the structure of ${\gamma}$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over the Galois ring $GR(p^a,m)$ for any unit ${\gamma}$ of the form ${\xi}_0+p{\xi}_1+p^2z$, where $z{\in}GR(p^a,m)$ and ${\xi}_0$, ${\xi}_1$ are nonzero elements of the set ${\mathcal{T}}(p,m)$. Here ${\mathcal{T}}(p,m)$ denotes a complete set of representatives of the cosets ${\frac{GR(p^a,m)}{pGR(p^a,m)}}={\mathbb{F}}p^m$ in $GR(p^a,m)$. When ${\gamma}$ is not a square, the rings ${\mathcal{R}}_p(a,m,{\gamma})=\frac{GR(p^a,m)[x]}{{\langle}x^2p^s-{\gamma}{\rangle}}$ is a chain ring with maximal ideal ${\langle}x^2-{\delta}{\rangle}$, where ${\delta}p^s={\xi}_0$, and the number of codewords of ${\gamma}$-constacyclic code are provided. Furthermore, the self-orthogonal and self-dual ${\gamma}$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over $GR(p^a,m)$ are also established. Finally, we determine the Rosenbloom-Tsfasman (RT) distances and weight distributions of all such codes.

In this paper we are concerned with the number of fuzzy subgroups of a finite abelian p-group ℤ_p^m × ℤ_pⁿ × ℤ_p^ℓ of rank three with order p^m+n+ℓ. We obtain a recurrence relation for the number of fuzzy subgroups of a finite abelian p-group ℤ_p^m × ℤ_pⁿ × ℤ_p^ℓ. In order to show that using this recurrence relation, one can find explicit formulas for the number of fuzzy subgroups of ℤ_p^m × ℤ_pⁿ × ℤ_p^ℓ consecutively, we give explicit formulas for the number of fuzzy subgroups of ℤ_p^m × ℤ_pⁿ × ℤ_p^ℓ where (n, ℓ) = (1, 1), (2, 1), (3, 1), (4, 1), (5, 1), (2, 2), (3, 2), (4, 2), (5, 2).

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare degrees of asthenopia in after wearing of dispensed reading glasses with different criterion of P.D. Methods: The person who has minus near correction power (distance correction value (-)) is compared to the degree of asthenopia by wearing of dispensed reading glasses with near P.D(-B) and distance P.D. The person who has plus near correction power is compared to degree of asthenopia by wearing of dispensed reading glasses with near P.D-B, distance P.D, near P.D-A. The "Near-P.D-A" means reduced optical centre distance of reading glasses of positive correction value at which the same effect of prism B.O through near visual point in distance glasses exist at near visual point in reading glasses. Results: When near correction value is (-), dispensed reading glasses with distance P.D have caused less asthenopia than dispensed glasses with near P.D-B. When the near correction value is (+), we cannot confirm that which P.D is more useful for reading glasses. As a result of this study, dispensed reading glasses with near P.D-A have caused less asthenopia than another criterion of P.D. Conclusion: The effect of prism B.I through a near visual point in distance glasses ((-) correction value) reduce convergence demand. Therefore (-) correction value-reading glasses support convergence in near vision, because the effect of prism B.I of reading glasses is smaller than that of distance glasses. When the near correction value is (+), centration points can be determined by one of near P.D-A, near P.D-B, distance P.D.

Meat quality of the domestic pork loins(n=537) classified by 3 groups(5.31-5.50, 5.51-5.70 and $\geq$5.71) according to pH at 24hr post-mortem(pH24) was investigated. In proximate chemical compositions, protein was highest and fat was lowest in the pork loins of pH24 5.31-5.50 group. Water holding capacity increased as pH24 increased, whereas purge loss and cooking loss decreased as pH24 increased. Meat color values(CIE L*, a*, b*, Chroma, Hue and $\Delta$E) decreased as $pH_{24}$ increased. In texture traits, hardness and chewiness were lowest and fat hardness was highest in the pork loins of $pH_{24}{\geq}$5.71 group when compared to the other $pH_{24}$ groups. However, Warner-Bratzler Shear force, springiness and cohesiveness were not significantly different among the pH24 groups(P>0.05). In sensory properties, juiciness and tenderness were highest in $pH_{24}{\geq}$5.71 group. From the results of this study, pork quality was highly related to $pH_{24}$. Therefore, the factors affecting the post-mortem pH, such as stress before slaughter, slaughtering methods, and cooling condition slaughter must be properly controlled and improved to produce high quality pork.
