In order to confirm ecological validity of D$\ddot{o}$rnyei's second language motivational self, the present study investigated 495 South Korean secondary school students' L2 learning motivation and motivated behavior by using a questionnaire survey. The participants' ideal L2 self, ought-to L2 self, integrativeness, and instrumentality were examined and compared to identify which motivational factor had the most effect on their motivated L2 learning behavior. Among Korean secondary school students, the concept of integrativeness was replaced with the ideal L2 self as a more appropriate concept for understanding Korean secondary school students' L2 learning motivation. As for instrumentality, promotional aspects demonstrated a significant correlation with both the ideal and ought-to L2 selves, whereas preventional aspects showed a relatively high correlation with the ought-to L2 self. The ideal L2 self had the most impact on the motivated behavior, and the ideal L2 self and ought-to L2 self reflected the students' different motivational characteristics. It is suggested that D$\ddot{o}$rnyei's (2005, 2009) L2 motivational self system can be a better psychological model than Gardner's (1985) socio-educational model for understanding Korean secondary school students' L2 learning motivation.

Vietnam is becoming a leading country in the consumption of Korean wave. Many Vietnamese students have visited Korea due to a significant interest in the Korean wave. This study used focus group interviews with 12 Vietnamese female students in order to examine the experience of the Korean wave acceptance (RQ1), the experience of internalization toward ideal beauty (RQ2) and differences of internalization towards ideal beauty depending on the living period in Korea (RQ3). First, the results of RQ1 showed that Vietnamese students were accepting the Korean wave through media, Korean and social interaction in their daily lives. They also have a positive attitude toward Korean cosmetics and K-pop among various content of the Korean wave. Second, four focal meanings were composed through RQ2. They were the standards of ideal beauty, the causes of ideal beauty internalization and the results of ideal beauty internalization. The results of ideal beauty internalization were separated into the perception dimension and behavior dimension. Last, the results of RQ3 found that the strength of internalization of ideal beauty can very depending on the living period in Korea. This study has academic implications in that it understands Vietnamese female students who become a member of Korean society from a sociocultural perspective. The results of this study are useful to establish practical implications for young Vietnamese consumers to build desirable aesthetic values.

The concept of quasi-coincidence of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy point with an interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy set is considered. By using this idea, the notion of interval valued (α, β)-intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals, (1,2)ideals in a semigroup introduced and consequently, a generalization of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals is defined. In this paper, we study the related properties of the interval valued (α, β)-intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals, (1,2) ideals and in particular, an interval valued (Є, Є ∨q)-fuzzy bi-ideals and (1,2) ideals in semigroups will be investigated.

본 연구에서는 실험에 포함된 이상조건의 이해를 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 주요 연구질문은 다음과 같다. (1) 실제 실험 상황에는 어떠한 이상조건이 포함 되어 있다고 생각하는가? (2) 실험에 포함된 이상조건들이 실제 실험에서 얼마나 만족되고 있다고 생각하는가 ? (3) 실험에 포함된 이상조건들이 실험 결과에 얼 마나 영향을 준다고 생각하는가 ? (4) 교사들은 실험에 포함된 이상조건에 대해 일반적으로 어떠한 관점을 가지고 있는가 ? 연구질문 1, 2, 3을 위해서 6개의 설문을 개발하여 총 85명의 고등학생과 과학교사에게 직접 실험과 함께 제시하여 응답하도록 하였으며, 연구질문 4를 위해서 과학교사 42명을 대상으로 4개의 설문을 개발하여 응답하도록 하였다. 응답결과는 연구 질문에 따라 분류되어 요약 제시되었으며, 물리 실험 지도를 위한 시사점 추출을 위해 사용되었다.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of an interval-valued fuzzy left (right, two-sided, interior, bi-) ideal generated by an interval-valued fuzzy subset in semigroups. Some characterizations of such generated interval-valued fuzzy ideals are also discussed.

This study was designed to get the knowledges of the ideal arch form of the class I malocclusion patients of Koreans with first premolar extraction. The subjects consisted of 98 individuals with class I malocclusion with first premolar extraction. The results were as follows ; 1 Author found the ideal arch shape of the class I malocclusion patients with first premolar extraction. 2. Equations of ideal arch form of the class I malocclusion patients with first premolar extraction were obtained from SPSS.

In this erratum, we correct a mistake in the proof of Proposition 2.7. In fact the equivalence (3) ⇐ (4) "R is a quasi-regular ring if and only if R is a reduced ring and every principal ideal contained in Z(R) is a 0-ideal" does not hold as we only have Rx ⊆ O(S).

In this paper we study the structure of closed weakly dense ideals in Privalov spaces $N^p$ (1 < p < $\infty$) of holomorphic functions on the disk $\mathbb{D}$ : |z| < 1. The space $N^p$ with the topology given by Stoll's metric [21] becomes an F-algebra. N. Mochizuki [16] proved that a closed ideal in $N^p$ is a principal ideal generated by an inner function. Consequently, a closed subspace E of $N^p$ is invariant under multiplication by z if and only if it has the form $IN^p$ for some inner function I. We prove that if $\cal{M}$ is a closed ideal in $N^p$ that is dense in the weak topology of $N^p$, then $\cal{M}$ is generated by a singular inner function. On the other hand, if $S_{\mu}$ is a singular inner function whose associated singular measure $\mu$ has the modulus of continuity $O(t^{(p-1)/p})$, then we prove that the ideal $S_{\mu}N^p$ is weakly dense in $N^p$. Consequently, for such singular inner function $S_{\mu}$, the quotient space $N^p/S_{\mu}N^p$ is an F-space with trivial dual, and hence $N^p$ does not have the separation property.

This study investigated the ideal female beauty in advertisement images through the iconological comprehension of Renaissance portraits and explored the longitudinal change of the ideal female beauty in modern Korean society. A total of 146 cover images on Hyang-Jang magazine, which is the company magazine of AMORE PACIFIC Group, from 1972 to 2012 were selected as the data. These images were divided into 10-year units for analysis using iconological criteria, which were pose, shape of eyes and lip, and hairstyle. The way presenting the cover images on Hyang-Jang magazine had changed in order to emphasize female body, self-satisfaction and independence of female, and sexual attractiveness of female. The results of this study implied that the change of ideal female beauty had been affected by socio-cultural contexts of modern Korean society that has industrialized and democratized in a short period of time.
