W.Choi([1]) obtains a complete description of ergodic property and several property by making use of the semigroup method. In this note, we shall consider separately the martingale problems for two operators A and B as a detail decomposition of operator L. A key point is that the (K, L, $p$)-martingale problem in population genetics model is related to diffusion processes, so we begin with some a priori estimates and we shall show existence of contraction semigroup {$T_t$} associated with decomposition operator A.
The optimum conditions was synthesized for the formation of Magnetite ($Fe_3O_4$) by air bubbling with the suspensions obtained by mixing Ferrous sulfate ($FeSO_4\cdot 7H_2O$) and Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) solution in various values equivalent ratio($R=2NaOH/FeSO_4$) were studied. The changes of the structure were measured with XRD, $EM and BET. Equivalent ratio R: 0.65 was synthesized Goethite ($\alpha$-FeOOH), which becomes Maghemite ($\gamma=Fe_2O_3$) by dehydration, reduction and oxidation process. At the equivalent ratio over 1 (R>1), Magnetite ($Fe_3O_4$) was synthesized directly. The oxygen-deficient Magnetite ($Fe_3O_{4-\delta}$), which is obtained by flowing $H_2$ gas(100 ml/min) through the synthesis Magnetite at 350$\circ$C for 4 hr. By using it, was researched the decomposition reaction of $CO_2$. $CO_2$ was decomposed nearly 100% in 45 minutes by the oxygen-deficient Magnetite.

The spinel $LiMn_{2}O_{4}$ powders were synthesized at $480^{\circ}C$ for 12 h in air by a sol-gel method using manganese acetate and lithium hydroxide as starting material and the $Fe_{3}O_{4}$ powders were synthesized by the precipitation method using $0.2M-FeSO_{4}{\cdot}H_{2}O$ and 0.5M-NaOH. The synthesized $Fe_{3}O_{4}$ powders were mixed at portion of 5, 10, 15 and 20 wt% about $LiMn_{2}O_{4}$ powders through ball-milling followed by drying at room temperature for 48 h in air. The mixed catalysts were reduced at $350^{\circ}C$ for 3 h by hydrogen and the decomposition rate of carbon dioxide was measured at $350^{\circ}C$ using the reduced catalysts. As the results of $CO_{2}$ decomposition experiments, the decomposition rates of carbon dioxide were 85% in all catalysts but the initial decomposition rates of $CO_{2}$ were slightly high in the case of the $5%-Fe_{3}O_{4}$ added catalyst.
This work was carried out ozone generation and TCE decomposition characteristics using dielectric ball materials filled barrier discharge reactor and catalyst's reactor for ozone decomposition. Ozone concentration generated from $Al_2O_3$ or $TiO_2$ filled barrier discharge reactor was so high compared with non-filled discharge reactor. This reactor is good discharge structure for generating the high ozone concentration. In addition, TCE decomposition rate and COx conversion rate increased using $MnO_2$ filled discharge reactor, because ozone was decomposed at the same discharge space on the surface of $MnO_2$ catalysts. To identify the $MnO_2$ catalytic effects, TCE decomposition rate reached to 100[%] by the decomposition of ozone at $MnO_2$ catalyst's reactor by the arrangement of $Al_2O_3$ filled discharge reactor and $MnO_2$ catalyst reactor. Finally, $MnO_2$ catalyst is good materials for the decomposition of ozone and this process will be useful for decomposing VOCs such as TCE.

The Decomposition of NO$_2$ (nitrogen dioxide), one of the Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP), was studied by utilizing the SPCP (Surface induced discharge Plasma Chemical Processing) reactor so as to obtain optimum process variables and maximum decomposition efficiencies. Experimental results showed that for the frequency of 10kHz, the highest deco position efficiency of 84.7% for NO$_2$ was observed at the power consumptions of 20W. The decomposition efficiency of $NO_2$ was found to be: 1) proportional to the residence times, and inversely proportional to the initial concentrations of $NO_2$; 2) the maximum when the electrode diameter was 3mm; 3) influenced by the electrode material, decreasing in the order of W>Cu>Al; and 4) proportional to the $CH_4$ content, due to which the highest efficiency of 98% was obtained with almost all the $NO_2$ removed.

This study gives the optimal reaction conditions, reaction mechanisms, reaction rates leaded from the oxidation of phenol by electron beam accelerator and ozone used for recent water treatment. It gives the new possibility of water treatment process to effectively manage industrial sewage containing toxic organic compounds and biological refractory materials. The high decomposition of phenol was observed at the low dose rate, but at this low dose rate, the reaction time was lengthened. So we must find out the optimal dose rate to promote high oxidation of reactants. The reason why the TOC value of aqueous solution wasn't decreased at the low dose was that there were a lot of low molecular organic acids as an intermediates such as formic acid or glyoxalic acid. In order to use both electron beam accelerator and biological treatment for high concentration refractory organic compounds, biological treatment is needed when low molecular organic compounds exist abundantly in sewage. In this experiment, the condition of making a lot of organic acids is from 5 kGy into 20 kGy dose. Decomposition rate of phenol by electron beam accelerator was first order reaction up to 300ppm phenol solution on the basic of TOC value and also showed first order reaction by using both air and ozone as an oxidants.

The objective of this paper is to clarify the decomposition property for $M^{X}$/G/1 queues with generalized vacations so that the decomposition property is better understood and becomes more applicable. As an example model, we use the $M^{X}$/G/1 queue with setup time. For this queue, we correct Choudhry's (2000) steady-state queue size PGF and derive the steady-state waiting time LST. We also present a meaningful interpretation for the decomposed steady-state waiting time LST.

Pre-treatment methods to determine various heavy metal contents in packaging papers were investigated by ICP-ES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry) analysis. Pre-treatment methods utilized in this study include dry ashing and decomposition methods ($HNO_{3-}HClO_{4-}HF,\;HNO_{3},\;and\;H_{2}SO_{4-}HNO_{3}$). They were compared with the conventional extraction (water) and migration (3% acetic acid) methods. The five representative heavy metals (Cd, As, Pb, Cr and Hg) were analyzed. For Cd, Hg, and As, the results were below detection limit of the instrument. In case of Cr and Pb, the migration test is considered to be a better method compared to the extraction test, but all pretreated methods showed much higher detection efficiency than the extraction or migration test. However, the detection ratio between the migration test and decomposition methods was different. Among all decomposition methods, the nitric acid - perchloric acid - hydrofluoric acid treatment brought a slightly higher detection value than others, but there was no significant difference among them except sulfuric acid - nitric acid method. Concerning Pb, the sulfuric acid - nitric acid method showed a low detection efficiency compared to other decomposition methods. The sulfuric acid - nitric acid method is, thus, not considered to be a suitable analysis method for Pb in packaging papers.

The ALD process is an adequate technique to meet the requirements that come with the downscaling of semiconductor devices. To obtain thin films of the desired standard, it is essential to understand the thermal decomposition properties of the precursors. As such, this study examined the thermal decomposition properties of TEMAHf precursors and its effect on the formation of $HfO_2$ thin films. FT-IR experiments were performed before deposition in order to analyze the thermal decomposition properties of the precursors. The measurements were taken in the range of $135^{\circ}C-350^{\circ}C$. At temperatures higher than $300^{\circ}C$, there was a rapid decrease in the absorption peaks arising from vibration of $Sp^3$ C-H stretching. This showed that the precursors experienced rapid decomposition at around $275^{\circ}C-300^{\circ}C$. $HfO_2$ thin films were successfully deposited by Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) at $50^{\circ}C$ intervals between $150^{\circ}C$ to $400^{\circ}C$; the deposited films were characterized using a reflectometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Grazing Incidence X-ray Diffraction (GIXRD), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results illustrate the relationship between the thermal decomposition temperature of TEMAHf and properties of thin films.

Aluminum sulfate, $AI_{2}(SO_4)_3\cdot18H_2O$ was prepared by adding of kaolin-dissolved sulphuric acid into ethanol and its thermal decomposition behavior was discussed. As-synthesized high purity precipitate particles were platelike shapes of $2\mu\textrm{m}$ size. With increasing drop rate of leach liquor into ethanol, the crystallite sizes of the precipitate decreased. The apparent activation energies for dehydration and sulfate decomposition of the precipitate were $11.9Kcal mol^{-1}$ and $48.2kcal mol^{-1}$ respectively.
