소나무(Pinus densiflora) 묘목의 생장에 미치는 납과 CO2의 영향 (Effects of Pb and CO2 on the Growth of Pinus densiflora Seedlings)

  • 본 연구는 $CO_2$ 증가와 Pb 오염이 소나무 묘목에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하였다. 납 오염 토양(500 mg/kg-soil)과 비오염토양에 2년생 소나무를 식재한 후, $CO_2$ 농도를 380 PPM 혹은 760 ppm으로 조절한 배양기에서 3개월간 생육시킨 후, 소나무 묘목의 성장, 납 함량 변화 및 토양의 물리 화학적 변화를 조사하였다. 소나무의 생체량과 뿌리 길이는$CO_2$ 농도에 따라 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 납에 의한 저해는 뚜렷이 나타났다. 납 오염 토양에서 토양중의 납 잔류랑은 $CO_2$ 농도에 영향을 받지 않았으나, 소나무 뿌리중의 축적량은 $CO_2$ 농도가 높으면 2배 정도 높았다. 이러한 결과는 $CO_2$ 농도 증가가 소나무 뿌리의 Pb 생물 이용성에 영향을 미치는 것을 시사한다.

Co3O4 나노입자가 코팅된 In2O3 나노와이어의 에탄올 가스 검출 특성 (Ethanol Gas Sensing Properties of In2O3 Nanowires Coated with Co3O4 Nanoparticles)

  • $In_2O_3$ nanowires were coated with $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles to investigate the improvement of ethanol gas sensing performance compared with as-synthesized $In_2O_3$ nanowires. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the nanowires synthesized by VLS mechanism had diameters and lengths of approximately 50-100 nm and a few micrometers, respectively. $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles produced by hydrothermal method was in the size range of a few to a few tens nm. As-synthesized and $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles coated $In_2O_3$ nanowires sensors exhibited responses of 1.96% and 4.57%, respectively for the ethanol gas concentration of 200 ppm at $200^{\circ}C$. The underlying mechanism for the improved responses of $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles coated $In_2O_3$ nanowires sensors is discussed.

수확 후 CO2처리가 느타리버섯 곤지7호의 OPP 포장 저장 중 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of postharvest CO2 treatment on the quality of the 'Gonji-7ho' oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) during oriented polypropylene packaging and storage)

  • 느타리버섯 곤지7호의 수확 후 CO2 처리에 의한 품질 유지 효과 및 적정 처리 농도를 구명하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 수확한 버섯을 3℃에서 1일간 예냉 후에 CO2 농도 0, 30 및 50%에서 3시간 처리한 다음 20 ㎛ 두께 OPP필름 봉지에 밀봉하여 3℃에 21일 저장하였다. 30% CO2 처리에서 대조직의 경도가 저장 21일까지 높게 유지되었고, 대조직의 색은 명도(CIE L값)가 30% CO2 처리한 느타리버섯이 저장 14일, 21일에 높고 황색도(CIE b값)가 저장 2일, 7일에 낮게 나타났으며 외관품위가 저장 7일부터 저장기간 내내 대조구와 50% CO2 처리에 비해 높았으며 3℃ 저장 중 17일까지 느타리버섯 곤지7호의 상품성을 유지하였다. 30% CO2 농도로 3시간 처리가 느타리버섯 곤지7호의 저온저장 중 품질 유지기간을 연장할 수 있는 수확 후 처리방법으로 판단되었다.

  • The supported bimetallic Co-containing catalysts promoted by the different amount of noble metal (Pd) have been studied in the dry reforming of methane. The activity, selectivity, stability and resistance to the carbon deposition of Co-Pd/$Al_2O_3$ catalysts depend on both the catalyst composition and process conditions. It has been observed that the Co-Pd/$Al_2O_3$ catalysts produce the various oxygenates from $CO_2$ + $CH_4$ at moderate pressures.

  • $LiCoO_2$ powder was synthesized by Sol-Gel method using inorganic materials. The starting materials, $CH_3COOLi^*2H_2O\;and\;Co(CH_3COO)_2{^*}4H_2O$, were mixed in the atomic ratio Li/Co of 1 and dissolved in i-propanol with acetic acid. The solution was dried for gelation, and finally obtained the pre-powder. The pre-powder were studied by thermal analysis. Based on the TGA result, heat treatment was performed at various temperature(500 to $800^{\circ}C$) for 2h in air atmosphere. The crystal structure, morphology, electrochemical property were carried out using XRD, SEM, cyclic voltammetry(CV).

침전제의 종류 및 침전 공정의 변화가 β-Ga2O3 분말 합성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Precipitants and Precipitation Conditions on Synthesis of β-Ga2O3 Powder)

  • In this research, a precipitation method was used to synthesize ${\beta}-Ga_2O_3$ powders with various particle morphologies and sizes under varying precipitation conditions, such as gallium nitrate concentration, pH, and aging temperature, using ammonium hydroxide and ammonium carbonate as precipitants. The obtained powders were characterized in detail by XRD, SEM, FT-IR, and TG-DSC. From the TG-DSC result, GaOOH phase was transformed to ${\beta}-Ga_2O_3$ at around $742^{\circ}C$, and weight loss percent was about 14 % when $NH_4OH$ was used as a precipitant. Also, ${\beta}-Ga_2O_3$ formed at $749^{\circ}C$ and weight loss percent was about 15 % when $(NH)_2CO_3$ was used as a precipitant. XRD results showed that the obtained $Ga_2O_3$ had pure monoclinic phase in both cases. When $(NH)_2CO_3$ was used as a precipitant, the particle shape changed and became irregular. The range of particle size was about $500nm-4{\mu}m$ based on various concentrations of gallium nitrate solution with $NH_4OH$. The particle size was increased from $1-2{\mu}m$ to $3-4{\mu}m$ and particle shape was changed from spherical to bar type by increasing aging temperature over $80^{\circ}C$.

Sb/Bi비에 따른 5원계 바리스터의 소결거동 및 전기적 특성(II) : ZnO-Bi2O3-Sb2O3-Co3O4-Cr2O3 (Sintering and Electrical Properties According to Sb/Bi Ratio(II) : ZnO-Bi2O3-Sb2O3-Co3O4-Cr2O3 Varistor)

  • In this study we aimed to examine the co-doping effects of 1/6 mol% $Co_3O_4$ and 1/4 mol% $Cr_2O_3$ (Co:Cr = 1:1) on the reaction, microstructure, and electrical properties, such as the bulk defects and the grain boundary properties, of ZnO-$Bi_2O_3-Sb_2O_3$ (ZBS; Sb/Bi = 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0) varistors. The sintering and electrical properties of Co,Cr-doped ZBS, ZBS(CoCr) varistors were controlled using the Sb/Bi ratio. Pyrochlore ($Zn_2Bi_3Sb_3O_{14}$), ${\alpha}$-spinel ($Zn_7Sb_2O_{12}$), and ${\delta}-Bi_2O_3$ were formed in all systems. Pyrochlore was decomposed and promoted densification at lower temperature on heating in Sb/Bi = 1.0 by Cr rather than Co. A more homogeneous microstructure was obtained in all systems affected by ${\alpha}$-spinel. In ZBS(CoCr), the varistor characteristics were improved (non-linear coefficient, ${\alpha}$ = 20~63), and seemed to form ${Zn_i}^{{\cdot}{\cdot}}$(0.20 eV) and ${V_o}^{\cdot}$(0.33 eV) as dominant defects. From impedance and modulus spectroscopy, the grain boundaries were found to be composed of an electrically single barrier (0.94~1.1 eV) that is, however, somewhat sensitive to ambient oxygen with temperature. The phase development, densification, and microstructure were controlled by Cr rather than by Co but the electrical and grain boundary properties were controlled by Co rather than by Cr.

  • $TiO_{2}-Co_{3}O_{4}$ humidity sensors were fabricated by conventional ceramic process and their humid sensing characteristics were investigated. The sample which was added 10wt% $Co_{3}O_{4}$ and heat-treated $1200^{\circ}C$ showed the highest sensitivity to humidity changes and improved a linearity. As $Co_{3}O_{4}$ content was increasing, the sensor consists a uniform pore distribution and grain in the surface. This was analyzed by SEM photographs.

  • Objectives : Cnidium officinale(CO) has been used for medication for stroke in the Oriental Medicine. So this study was planned to investigate the effects of CO on the focal ischemia-induced by Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion(MCAO) in rats Materials and methods : The focal ischemia was induced by MCAO. CO extracts through oral administration and herbal acupuncture at GB2l was carried out during 3 weeks after focal ischemia-induced. Eight-arm radial maze was used for the behavioral task. For the neuroprotective effect of CO, we investigated AchE, ChAT, and NGF-expression by immnohistochemical method. Results : The error rate in the eight-arm radial maze task was significantly decreased in normal group compared to control group on 1-6days, OA-CO1(CO oral administration, 0.8g/kg) group on 1-6days, OA-CO2(CO oral administration, 1.6g/kg) group on 1-3,5,6days, HA-CO1(CO herbal acupuncture, 0.016g/kg) group on 2,3,6days, HA-CO2(CO herbal acupuncture, 0.008g/kg) group on 1-3,5,6days. The rate of correct choice was significantly increased in OA-CO1, HA-CO2. The density of neurons in the hippocampal CA1 was the most increased in OA-CO1, HA-CO1, HA-CO2. The density of ChAT in the hippocampal CA1 was increased in OA-CO1, HA-CO2. The density of ChAT in the hippocampal CA1 was significantly increased in OA-CO1, HA-CO2. The density of NGE in the hippocampal CAI was significantly increased in OA-CO1, OA-CO2, HA-CO2. Conclusions : These results suggest that CO oral administration with 0.8g/kg and CO herbal acupuncture with 0.008g/kg might be used as a regulator of cell death of cholinergic system induced by stroke.

Ni3[Co(CN)6]2 PBA 나노큐브를 통한 단분산된 3차원 구조의 NiO/NiCo2O4 제조 및 특성 평가 (Synthesis and characterization of three-dimensional monodispersed NiO/NiCo2O4 via Ni3[Co(CN)6]2 PBA nanocubes)

  • $Ni_3[Co(CN)_6]_2$ PBAs의 하소과정을 통해 단분산된 $NiO/NiCo_2O_4$ 나노큐브를 성공적으로 합성했다. 단분산된 $Ni_3[Co(CN)_6]_2$ PBAs 나노큐브는 수열합성 반응 시 생성된 핵 들의 '자기조립'에 의해 형성된다. 이때 입자의 자기조립 속도는 온도와 계면활성제인 SDBS(Sodiumdodecylbenzenesulfonate)의 양에 의해 영향을 받으며, FESEM 분석을 통하여 SDBS: 0.25 g, 온도: $60^{\circ}C$에서 단분산된 200 nm의 PBA 나노큐브들을 얻을 수 있었다. 최적의 하소 조건을 결정하기 위해 Thermogravimetric-Differential Thermal Analysis(TG-DTA)를 통해 열적 거동을 확인하였다. 그리고 PBA 전구체 및 $NiO/NiCo_2O_4$ 입자의 형상과 결정성을 확인하기 위해 Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)과 X-ray diffraction(XRD) 분석을 진행하였다.
