Platinum (Pt) has been commonly used as a counter electrode material in dye-sensitized solar cells, because it has high catalytic activity and electric conductivity as well as chemical inertness with iodide electrolyte. However, Pt is too expensive to be commercialized. Therefore, in the present study, carbon black counter electrode with Pt and carbon nano tube (CNT) was investigated. The power conversion efficiency with Pt added carbon black electrode was lower than hat of pure Pt electrode which was 6.47 %. By adding 3 wt% Pt to the carbon black counter electrode, the power conversion efficiency was maximized at 5.88 %. On them, additional adding of 1 wt % CNT, the power conversion efficiency (${\eta}$)wasincreasedupto6.21%. The reason of power conversion efficiency improvement with a proper amount of Pt and CNT was examined by comparing the impedance properties measured using EIS.

Tree-ring width analysis has been used to assess the effects of air pollution on tree growth around industrial complexes. Our study was conducted to elucidate the effect of air pollutants on annual ring growth in black pines (Pinus thunbergii) of age 41$\sim$48 years around Ulsan Metropolitan City. The growth data were analyzed by multiple regression and the results are as follows: 1. The annual ring increment of black pines increased with tree age until age 40 years and then decreased gradually after age 40 years. 2. The increment of annual ring width of black pines was affected more by precipitation and evapotranspiration than air temperature. An annual ring decline appeared in the years 1968$\sim$1983, when annual ring indices below zero were observed. Decreased annual ring growth during this period may have been due to air pollution. 3. The heavy metal with the strongest effect on annual ring growth of black pines in the experimental stand was lead (Pb). The concentration of lead in the stand was estimated as over 6 ppm. 4. The technique of tree-ring width analysis may be useful for estimation of the extent of pollution in forest areas near industrial complexes.

We have fabricated the Pd-blck/NiCr gate MISFET-type $H_2$ sensor to detect the hydrogen in atmosphere. A differential pair-type structure was used to minimize the intrinsic voltage drift of the MISFET. The Pd-black film was deposited in the argon environment by thermal evaporation. In order to eliminate the blister formation in the surface of the hydrogen sensing gate metal, Pd-black/NiCr double metal layer was deposited on the gate insulator. The scanning electron microscopy and the auger electron spectroscopy was used to analyze their surface morphology and basic structure. The Pd-black/NiCr gate MISFET has been shown high sensitivity and stability more than Pd-planar/NiCr gate MISFET.

This paper argues how Adrienne Kennedy embodies the features of a black woman's self-identity in Funnyhouse of a Negro. An educated young black woman, Sarah lives in a funnyhouse which is surrounded by mirrors. The reflections in the funnyhouse's mirrors are a metaphor of a black woman's life in America. Sarah's narrative is played out by four "selves," differing by sex and race. These selves imply her mixed cultural heritage. Two white women symbolize white European royalty, Jesus expresses christianity which is the basis of western culture and Lumumba represents Africa. Sarah's desire for whiteness is concentrated on skin color and hair. She longs for pallid skin and straight hair of the white race. Sarah wanted to be white, but her "tainted blood" by her black father made that impossible. Sarah is always obsessed by the fear of her father and the unhappy destiny of her mother. Ceaseless knocking, paralyzed images of lifelessness and surreal dreams effectively show her fear. Sarah's selves remain fragmented in the funnyhouse. Sarah exposures the black woman's anger and frustration through her death. Her death is a gesture of denial and refusal of the dominant society. At the same time, it was her last choice and struggle not to completely lose her own identity.

This study was conducted from April 2012 to June 2012 to analyze breeding status of Black woodpeckers (Dryocopus martius) in the Gayasan National Park. Nest height, tree diameter which a nest built and altitude at the nest site of Black woodpeckers were 17.4 m, 63.8 cm and 587 m, respectively. A pair of Black woodpeckers completed a clutch in 4 eggs on 7 May and 3 of eggs hatched on 24 May 2012. Both female and male incubated eggs and never left eggs without one of parents. A male more contributed to build a nest than a female. Incubation duration was higher in a male than in a female. Nestlings made a begging call in a nest during the growing period. Begging frequency of nestlings increased from 11 days up to 20 days after hatching. After then, nestlings reduced begging and fledged a nest 24 days after hatching. This study provided information of breeding ecology to protect and manage population of Black woodpeckers which are endangered species in South Korea.

The purpose of this paper is to illuminate how Suzan-Lori Parks reveals colonized oppression and violence in a black woman's body in Venus. The body of Hottentot Venus is an 'object' of white male spectators' gazes and a dissection from a medical study. The report on her pathologic anatomy gives the audience the illusion that the body of a black woman is inferior to those of others. Not only 'subjective' aesthetics, but also 'objective' medicine makes us confuse 'fact' with 'truth' about black women. By publicly exhibiting her erotic body, Venus is represented as a singular emblem for nineteenth-century colonial discourse on race and sexuality. Her body stands for the powerful signifier of raped Africa. A distinctive feature of black Venus is her raciality. The ownership of her body is only transferred from Mother-Showman to Doctor Baron. She had no right to her ownership. Her body is an object of hatred and curiosity and at the same time a site which is represented by conflicting desires. Parks' eventual goal in Venus is to investigate 'hindsight' of Venus Hottentot, 'the past' and 'the posterior'. As the meaning of original chocolate can be regained, the insulted and damaged body of Venus should also be recovered and resurrected.

Due to vehicle personal injury accident does not, and to analyze the cause and prevention of a variety of devices and technologies are coming out. Among other things, representative of the black box, and rear camera. Despite these advances in technology, and vehicle human injuries continue to occur. The reason for this is that the children, the negligence of the driver or the vehicle is in reverse when a person suddenly passed the back of the vehicle, or the rear of the existing detection system is properly detected was unable to. Therefore, In this paper, we want to design a black box to reveal the cause of the accident, using Kinect to prevent accidents, rear-view camera and rear integrated black box system.

Recently, a great attention has been paid to a car black box device in the automobile markets besides it provides an accident re-construction based on the data which contains audio, video, and some meaningful driving informations. Also, it is expected that the device will get to promote around public transit and the market will greatly grow within a few years. Thus, this research conducted of preference the influencing factors in decisions purchase of auto black box. Factors influencing in decisions purchase of black box was divided safety, functionality, differentiation, economics. Questionnaire survey was conducted to those who worked in black box company. This study suggests practical and theoretical implications of factors influencing in purchase decisions based on the results.

Changes in accumulated pulsed photostimulated luminescene (PPSL) signals were observed after storage, which affected the ability to detect irradiation in black and white peppers. The PPSL curves were accumulated linearly during the 120 s measurement times, and PPSL signals increased according to irradiation doses. Threshold levels of black and white peppers were below 557$\pm$220 and 503$\pm$92 photon counts in 60 s, and below 679$\pm$351 and 812 $\pm$ 648 photon counts in 120 s, respectively. The PPSL signals of black and white peppers linearly increased with irradiation dose up to 5 kGy, but very little from 5~10 kCy. The accumulated PPSL signals of irradiated black and white peppers had higher decay rates when stored in normal room conditions than in a darkroom Detection of irradiation was possible for up to 12 months after irradiation, if the samples were stored in a darkroom.

In order to investigate the characteristics of resistance and conduction of vulcanized styrene butadiene rubber (SBR)/ carbon black (CB) composites, surface/ volume resistivity, point to point resistance, decay time, and electrical conduction experiments with four different kinds of non-conductive carbon black were measured. When about 50phr of carbon black were loaded in SBR, all resistivites suddenly decreased and critical region (Rc) was shown. Current densities of SBR/CB composites showed critical point (Pc) and increased with the electric fields. Electrical conduction mechanisms of SBR/CB composites could be considered as the ohmic conduction at low electric fields and the space charge limited conduction (SCLC) at high electric fields, respectively.
