  • Humans are facing many environmental challenges. Climate change, water pollution, global warming, and hazardous waste disposal are all issues that many countries throughout the world are dealing with. People's psychology and consumer behavior are significantly affected by these challenges, particularly generation Z, which is immediately affected by environmental changes. Young people have a strong sense of curiosity and have access to readily updated knowledge. Today's youth, in particular, live a civilized and responsible lifestyle. As a result, people recognize the significance of their own consumption behavior in affecting environmental change and are increasingly replacing them with green, ecologically friendly products as a fantastic method to mitigate their harmful consequences. In this research, there are four factors related to the young generation and environmental awareness that affect green consumption intention: perceived environmental responsibility, green knowledge, green attitude, and green product value. The goal of this study is to look into how detrimental environmental changes affect Generation Z's green consumption habits. This study used primary data from over 1000 people in the age group, which was processed using the AMOS 20 software. All the characteristics described above had an impact on Generation Z's green consumption intentions, according to the findings.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting satisfaction as well as the intention of Gen Z customers to reorder food online in the context of a crisis. Research design, data and methodology: Data for this cross-sectional study were collected via the Internet by conducting an online survey of 652 Gen Z respondents, aged 15-25, in the south of Vietnam and using a convenience sampling method. To analyse the reliability of the scales, SPSS was used to run Cronbach's alpha. Then, SmartPLS was used to assess the measurement model, including variable reliability and validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the proposed model, as well as test the hypotheses with partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Results: Social influence, price value, and convenience all have a positive effect on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction not only plays a critical role in mediating the relationship between social influence, price value, convenience and repurchase intention but also has a positive impact on repurchase intention towards buying food online. Conclusions: This study was successful in identifying the factors of repurchase intention in a crisis setting among Gen Z customers by developing a theoretical research model via literature to complete a brief Theory of Planned Behaviour model. This study also took an innovative approach to earlier ones by demonstrating not just the significant effect of social influence on satisfaction and repurchase intention, but also by identifying critical variables that managers should focus on increasing and improving management.

  • This study examines the rustling sound characteristics of electrospun nanofiber web laminates according to layer structures. This study assesses mechanical properties and frictional sounds (such as SPL); in addition, Zwicker's psychoacoustic parameters (such as Loudness (Z), Sharpness (Z), Roughness (Z), and Fluctuation strength (Z)) were calculated using the Sound Quality Program (ver.3.2, B&K, Denmark). The result determined how to control these characteristics and minimize rustling sounds. A total of 3 specimens' frictional sound (generated at 0.63 m/s) was recorded using a Simulator for Frictional Sound of Fabrics (Korea Patent No. 10-2008-0105524) and SPLs were analyzed with a Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT). The mechanical properties of fabrics were measured with a KES-FB system. The SPL value of the sound spectrum showed 6.84~58.47dB at 0~17,500Hz. The SPL value was 61.2dB for the 2-layer PU nanofiber web laminates layered on densely woven PET(C1) and was the highest at 65.1dB for the 3-layer PU nanofiber web laminates (C3). Based on SPSS 18.0, it was shown that there is a correlation between mechanical properties and psychoacoustic characteristics. Tensile properties (LT), weight (T), and bending properties (2HB) showed a high correlation with psychoacoustic characteristics. Tensile linearity (LT) with Loudness (Z) showed a negative correlation coefficient; however, weight (T) with Sharpness (Z) and Roughness (Z), and bending hysteresis (2HB) with Roughness (Z) indicated positive correlation coefficients, respectively.

  • This study empirically analyzed the effect of work value of beauty industry workers on service productivity through job satisfaction. First, according to the result of investigating factors that make effect on service productivity, it was identified that service productivity increases when work value and job satisfaction are higher. Also, it was identified that service productivity increases when awareness of satisfying values, intrinsic satisfaction, recognition of work value, recognition of self-value, and extrinsic satisfaction are higher. Fourthly, as a result of investigating the effects of work value of beauty industry workers on service improvement through job satisfaction, it was identified that the mediating effect of job satisfaction was also significant in the sobel test as Z value of |Z|=15.057 showed a greater value than 1.96. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that inner motivation can be increased for beauty industry workers to recognize that their work is meaningful and worthwhile and service productivity can be maximized by improving the satisfaction and intrinsic job satisfaction that come from work itself.

  • This paper is concerned with the problem of existence of solutions to the initial value problem u'(t) = A(t, u(t)), u(a) = z in a probabilistic normed space where $A : [a,b)\;{\times}\;D->E$ is continuous, D is a closed subset of a probabilistic normed space E, and $z\;{\in}\;D$. With a dissipative type condition on A, we estabilish sufficient conditions for this initial value problem to have a solution.

  • A study was made to find out a new method of calculating the survival rate of a fish population from length composition and growth equation. 1. In the steady state of the fish population, let the total mortality rate be z, the age of complete recruitment a, the oldest age in the catch b and the average between the age of complete recruitment and the oldest age in the catch Ut, then we have $$U_{t}\;=\;\frac{a-b\;{e xp}\{-z(b-a)\}}{1-\;{e xp}\{-z(b-a)\}}+\frac{1}{z}{\cdots}{\cdots}{\cdots}{\cdots}{\cdots}$$(1) And let b be infinite, then we obtain $$Z=\frac{1}{U_t-a}{\cdots}{\cdots}{\cdots}{\cdots}{\cdots}{\cdots}$$ (2) 2. Calculating numerical value of $U_t$ from age composition table and growth equation, and substitute in (1) for it, we may obtain the value of z and $e^{-z}$. 3. This method is applied to a case of mackerel and horse mackerel in the coastal waters of Korea, with the following results : Total mortality rate-Mackerel : 0.87909, Horse mackerel : 2.22327, Survival rate-Mackerel : 0.41516, Horse Mackerel : 0.10825, 95 percent confidence Interval of survival rate-Mackerel : $0.35966{\sim}0.47264$, Horse mackerel : $0.06897{\sim}0.14974$

  • In this paper, we consider some normality criteria concerning multiple values. Let $\mathcal{F}$ be a family of meromorphic functions defined in a domain D. Let k be a positive integer and ${\psi}(z){\not\equiv}0$, ${\infty}$ be a meromorphic function in D. If, for each $f{\in}\mathcal{F}$ and $z{\in}D$, (1) $f(z){\neq}0$, and all of whose poles are multiple; (2) all zeros of $f^{(k)}(z)-{\psi}(z)$ have multiplicities at least k + 3 in D; (3) all poles of ${\psi}(z)$ have multiplicities at most k in D, then $\mathcal{F}$ is normal in D.

  • Given the polynomial in z, P$_{0}$ (z) = z$^{n}$ + a$_{1}$z$^{n-1}$ + a$_{2}$z$^{n-2}$ + ... + a$_{n-1}$z + a$_{0}$ , it is of interest to know how much coefficient a$_{I}$ can be perturbed while simultaneously preserving the stable property of the polynomials. In this paper, we derive the maximal intervals, centered about the nominal values of the coefficients, having the following property: the polynomial remains stable for all variations within these intervals. And then, under the unfixed weighted perturbation evaluate upper and lower allowable perturbations.tions.s.

  • Switched-inductor (SL) Z-source three-level inverter is a novel high power topology. The SL based impedance network can boost the input dc voltage to a higher value than the single LC impedance network. However, as all the neutral-point-clamped (NPC) inverters, the SL Z-source three-level inverter has to balance the neutral-point (NP) potential too. The principle of the inverter is introduced and then the effects of NP potential unbalance are analyzed. A NP balancing method is proposed. Other than the methods for conventional NPC inverter without Z-source impedance network, the upper and lower shoot-through durations are corrected by the feedforward compensation factors. With the proposed method, the NP potential is balanced and the voltage boosting ability of the Z-source network is not affected obviously. Simulations are conducted to verify the proposed method.

  • This study was performed to evaluate some geometrical characteristics of disc type swirl nozzles and to develop nozzles having improved spraying performance for knapsack sprayers. Considered geometrical characteristics of the nozzles were disc thickness, orifice diameter, swirl chamber diameter and shape of the swirl chamber (nozzle chamber). 3 types of nozzle cores were compared. Main results of this study were as follows. 1. Spraying angle (A) was increased with decreasing disc thickness (x), and with increasing orifice diameter (y) or spraying pressure (z). The equation was as a follow. $$A=3.95\frac{1}{x}+73.50\sqrt{y}+18.97\sqrt{z}-60.16$$ 2. Spraying flow rate (F) was increased with decreasing disc thickness (x), and with increasing orifice diameter (y) or spraying pressure (z). The equation was as a follow. $$F=-89.95x+611.09y+620.49\sqrt{z}-868.20$$ 3. Mean spraying droplet size (V) was decreased with decreasing disc thickness (x), with increasing orifice diameter (y) in low spraying pressure, with decreasing orifice diameter (y) in high spraying pressure, and with increasing spraying pressure (z). $$V=148.77x^4-746.85x^3+1311.76x^2-917.31x$$ 4. The spray pattern was compared using CV values. The CV value of the nozzle core type 1 was 26.7% in spraying pressure $3\;kgf/cm^2$, the CV value of the core type 2 was 23.6% in spraying pressure $2\;kgf/cm^2$, the CV value of the core type 3 was 20.6% in spraying pressure $1\;kgf/cm^2$. 5. Minimum spraying pressure was improved from $1.5\;kgf/cm^2\;to\;1.0\;kgf/cm^2$ by changes of nozzle core shape.
