Cyber education has been predicted that it would become the primary education system of 21st century as a way of education focusing on consumers, with the aspect that it seems to be able to satisfy the demand about re-education and lifelong education as the acceleration of fast knowledge accumulation throughout every field of society in the digital era. However, cyber education system has a lot of problems which are for that it lacks of human resources for effective interaction, and it can be disadvantageous to certain type of students with a class environment concentrated on reading and writing and with foundation on computer technology. Therefore, in this thesis, We intended to analyze factors influencing satisfaction of people studying in a situation that cyber education has been required to be a mainstream system of education in the midst of trend of changing paradigm of college education recently, and to suggest some possible solutions for cyber education at university.

Tunnel oxide of non-volatile memory (NVM) devices would be very difficult to downscale if ten-year data retention were still needed. This requirement limits further improvement of device performance in terms of programming speed and operating voltages. Consequently, for low-power applications with Fowler-Nordheim programming such as NAND, program and erase voltages are essentially sustained at unacceptably high levels. A promising solution for tunnel oxide scaling is tunnel barrier engineering (TBE), which uses multiple dielectric stacks to enhance field-sensitivity. This allows for shorter writing/erasing times and/or lower operating voltages than single $SiO_2$ tunnel oxide without altering the ten-year data retention constraint. In this paper, two approaches for tunnel barrier engineering are compared: the crested barrier and variable oxide thickness. Key results of TBE and its applications for NVM are also addressed.

This study was to provide model of SOAP Note, as a English and a Korean. English model was written with abbreviation. Abbreviations are und as a time and space saver while writing a notes. Acceptable abbreviations varies from one facility to the next, particularly terminology specific to allied health field such as physical therapy and occupational therapy. Based on the research results, the following consideration and guideline are presented. 1. Include the SOAP Note in curriculums of physical therapy. 2. The list of abbreviation have to approved between the Korea Hospital Association and the Korea Physical Therapy Association.

This study explored pre-service English teachers' participation in the development of a rubric and examined evaluation of their own English poetry. The current study would investigate: 1) the pre-service English teachers' perception as a rubric developer and self-evaluator, 2) the number of analytic area that the participants included in their rubrics and the scoring scheme that they designed in their rubrics, and 3) the inter-rater differences between self-assessemnt and expert-assessment across analytic areas. Twenty-four EFL learners participated in the current study. The researchers analyzed the learners' own English poetry, their field notes which contained the process of their writing, their rubrics, scores of self-assessment, and expert raters' scores. The results revealed that learners showed positive responses on learner-directed assessment, that 'content' is the most important area, and that inter-rater difference is small across all analytic areas.

Planar optical waveguides are fabricated on a Y-cut LiNbO3 single crystal substrate by Ti indiffusion method. From data measured by the bright M-line spectroscopy, refractive index profiles are reconstructed by WKB approximation method. Then, single strip, X-crossing strip, and Y-brinch strip optical waveguides are fabricated on X-cut LiNbO3 single crystal substrate, with waveguide patterns made by the laser beam direct writing method. And their near-field intensity profiles are observed after coupling the light to the waveguide edges.

Two cases of bilateral ulnar neuropathies caused by telephone overuse are described in people engaged in the job of longtime telephone use. They had worked using telephone all through the working hours. Although they were right handed, they usually used the telephone in their left hand so as to leave their right hand free for writing, and would lean his elbow on the desk. Telesales or teleconsultation is a rapidly expanding field of business. These cases highlights the need of proper training and supplies appropriate to do their job.

The main purpose of this study is to find out how each students' different cognitive styles and cognitive developmental stages influence their mathematical communication capabilities. Our results are as follows: First, there was an interaction effect between cognitive styles and cognitive developmental stages. Students in the independent-formal group get good marks in written ability. Students' cognitive developmental stages influence their writing abilities. Second, There is a little difference in oral communication ability depending on cognitive styles. Students in the field-independent group participated in more actively and creatively, and showed competency in expressions and speaking skills and students' cognitives styles inflence their speaking abilities.

Near-filed optical storage using cantilever aperture tip is a promising way fer next generation optical data storage. To enhance the speed of reading and writing data, gap between tip and media should be controlled fast and precisely within near field region. In this paper, several PZT actuators are analyzed far constructing dual servo control algorithm: coarse actuators(stact. PZT, bimorph PZI) for media surface inclination and One actuator(film PZT) for media surface roughness. Dynamic analysis of stack PZT, bimorph PZT, and film PZT are performed through the frequency response. Based on the frequency response and mathematical model, fast analog controller is designed.

Using tightly focused femtosecond laser pulses, we produce an optical waveguide and devices in transparent materials. This technique has the potential to generate not only channel waveguides, but also three-dimensional optical devices. In this paper, an optical splitter and U-grooves, which are used for fiber alignment, are simultaneously fabricated in a fused silica glass using near-IR femtosecond laser pulses. The fiber- aligned optical splitter has a low insertion loss, less than 4 dB, including an intrinsic splitting loss of 3 dB and excess loss due to the passive alignment of a single-mode fiber. Finally, we present an output field pattern, demonstrating that the splitting ratio of the optical splitter becomes approximately 1:1.

Although scholars have been using qualitative research commonly since 1990 in Korea, discussions on the criteria for the quality of qualitative research have been rare. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the trends of qualitative research methodology in Family Studies, and critically examine qualitative research articles published in the three most prominent journals in the field of family studies. The three journals were Journal of Korean Home Management Association, Journal of the Korean Home Economics Association, and Journal of Family Relations. During the period from 1998 to 2003, twenty seven published articles were identified as qualitative research articles from the three journals. Qualitative research in family studies had a wide variety of purposes, but the articles shared similar characteristics: the main goal was to understand the nature of the research participants' experiences and perspectives. The common data collection techniques were in-depth interview, journal writing, and document analysis. Also, all research articles had applied various techniques to data analysis such as grounded theory, or van Manen's method. This article also discussed the usefulness of qualitative research methodology in broadening and deepening the knowledge body in Korean Family Studies.
