In NHS England, three laws were fundamental; several monitoring systems had been set up, including NHS Staff Survey, Commissioning for Quality and Innovation incentive scheme; mental health, musculoskeletal problem, and nutrition disorder and overweight were raised great concern; Health and Safety, and NHS Healthy Workforce Program were critical nationwide strategies. Conclusion: There were several similarities as well as differences between the Chinese public health system and NHS England, which laid foundation of learning by China. South Korea has been guaranteed the efficiency and the convenience of administrative work based on long-term experience and well-established ICT infrastructure. Vice versa, South Korea is always exposed to various scale cyber-attacks. It is an important element of national competitiveness to secure cybersecurity resilience and response in the public sector. For this, the well-trained cybersecurity professionals' retention and support for their capacity development through retraining are critical. As the Special Act on Balanced National Development, most public agencies moved to provincial areas, but the provincial areas are not ready for this, thus the workforce can't get enough retaining courses. We study to analyze whether there is a gap in cybersecurity educational opportunities or needs in the public sector depending on regions, institution type, and personal traits. This paper aims to suggest solutions for the cybersecurity education gap in the public sector based on the empirical analysis results.
Backround: Working condition surveys are widely recognized as useful tools for monitoring the quality of working life and the improvements introduced by health and safety policy frameworks at the European and national level. The Italian Workers' Compensation Authority carried out a national survey (Insula) to investigate the employer's perceptions related to working conditions and their impact on health. Methods: The present study is based on the data collected from the Italian survey on health and safety at work (INSULA) conducted on a representative sample of the Italian workforce (n = 8,000). This focuses on the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and self-reported health using a set of logistic and linear regression models. Results: Working conditions such as managerial support, job satisfaction, and role act as protective factors on mental and physical health. On the contrary, workers' risk perceptions related to personal exposure to occupational safety and health risks, concern about health conditions, and work-related stress risk exposure determine a poorer state of health. Conclusions: This study highlights the link between working conditions and self-report health, and this aims to provide a contribution in the field of health at work. Findings show that working conditions must be object of specific preventive measures to improve the workers' health and well-being.
There has been constant attempts for integration of public welfare delivery system which lead to integrated case management, then this become more significant issue regarding 'community care' recently in Korea. However, most of them was limited to fractional organization rearrangement or more use of private resources rather than realising user-centred approach. Therefore, in this research, we would like to do a couple of case studies in Britain which has rich experience of reforms for integrated approaches between health and social services and Troubled Family programme resembles the integrated case management in Korea by visiting a London Borough and a local council respectively. In conclusion, we found three conditions are required to establish successful integrated delivery system: elimination of institutional barriers relating to workforce, organization, and finance; shared objectives and partnership among the professional groups and agencies; and information sharing system with technical support regarding individual cases.

The importance of software technologies is becoming more prominent because of the competition to secure a competitive edge in software, which has been intensified since the emergence of smartphones and IoT. Thus, to assure the initiative in the global software industry and to foster superior human resources, there is a growing need for outstanding software development professionals. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the basic perception of software, the need for software development, and the enhancement of software coding ability based on a compulsory software class, which aims to increase the workforce of the converged software industry. The analysis shows that among other technical practices to enhance coding ability, learner-centered technical contents showed the most positive effect regarding the recognition and motive of development and are an essential factor in improving coding skills. The findings indicate that the need for program development and active involvement in the development of the program are the most important factors in improving the practical ability. The analysis presents meaningful results by suggesting a methodology for improving software development capabilities.

The Ringer's Solution used in medical institutions is one of the injections helpful for recovering the body condition from fever or dehydration by supplying the water to the body. The medical staffs frequently check the amount of Ringer's Solution prescribed for the relevant patient to check the time for replacing the Ringer's Solution. However, currently, many nurses experience the excessive workload because of the insufficient workforce and lots of workload assigned to each of the nurses; so the they cannot provide the high-quality medical services to patients and guardians. In order to solve this problem, this thesis designed and realized the Ringer's Solution replacement time control system through the non-contacting sensor, IoT device using WiFi, and OCS interlock. Thus, this study is expected to be able to efficiently operate the Ringer's Solution replacement work and also to provide the high-quality medical service to patients and guardians by automatically notifying the timing of Ringer's Solution replacement to medical staffs, and omitting the inefficient intermediate step in the past.

With the rapid development of scientific technologies and the appearance of new industrial areas, the 4th industrial revolution is rapidly progressed while new values are created and realized by the conversion between industries. The researcher wrote the main questions through the preceding research on domestic and overseas major new technology convergence products and services. The researcher planned the in-depth interview, which is one of the qualitative research methodologies, and conducted the Kano method questionnaire that can embody multidimensional and strategic judgment rather than grasp fragmentary preference trends. According to the results, In addition to strengthening the technical capabilities of the VR/AR game industry, policy needs to raise professional manpower have been raised. Practical workforce development through close collaboration between industry and educational institutions, and continuous supply of human resources through retraining of existing game contents personnel. In this era that technology is replacing human labor is coming. Like the introduction of Factory Automation and Smart Factory to enhance the productivity in manufacturing works in companies, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is being applied to strengthen the competiveness in service & office work of companies. But, RPA itself is not mature enough to be the specific technology or solution, but burgeoning as the conceptual technology alternatives to automate the business process harnessed with the concept of software robots, artificial intelligence etc. The biggest difference that the introduction of RPA can make is the transition of the work based on 'human labor', to the 'digital labor' that could result in the replacement of human labor itself with that. Considering this kind of impact to change the concept of labor, the discussion for the future policy for this is inevitable. In this paper, beginning from the overview of RPA, relevant concerns & consideration for the application of RPA will be described based on the understanding of industrial & technology trends and expected future of RPA.
Background: Workforce health is one of the primary and most challenging issues, particularly in industrialized countries. This article aims at modeling the major factors affecting accidents in the workplace, including general health, work-family conflict, effort-reward imbalance, and internal and external locus of control. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Esfahan Steel Company in Iran. A total of 450 participants were divided into two groups-control and case-and the questionnaires were distributed among them. Data were collected through a 7-part questionnaire. Finally, the results were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and Amos software. Results: All the studied variables had a significant relationship with the accident proneness. In the case group, general health with a coefficient of -0.37, worke-family conflict with 0.10, effort-reward imbalance with 0.10, internal locus of control with -0.07, and external locus of control with 0.40 had a direct effect on occupational stress. Occupational stress also had a positive direct effect on accident proneness with a coefficient of 0.47. In addition, fitness indices of control group showed general health (-0.35), worke-family conflict (0.36), effort-reward imbalance (0.13), internal locus of control (-0.15), and external locus of control (0.12) have a direct effect on occupational stress. Besides, occupational stress with a coefficient of 0.09 had a direct effect on accident proneness. Conclusion: It can be concluded that although previous studies and the present study showed the effect of stress on accident and accident proneness, some hidden and external factors such as work-family conflict, effort-reward imbalance, and external locus of control that affect stress should also be considered. It helps industries face less occupational stress and, consequently, less occurrence rates of accidents.
