기혼직장인의 직장-가정의 상호작용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Interaction between Work-Family of Married Employees)

  • The objective of this study is, first of all, to investigate the positive and the negative interaction between the work and family lives of married company employees. Secondly, it is to investigate the variables affecting this matter. The conclusion drawn by the result acquired through process is as follows. First, married company employees feel positive more than negative because of the influence that their families have on their work. Secondly, male employees feel more of the positive influence that family has on their work more than the female employees do. Thirdly, with respect to the type of business, self-employed individuals and specialized managers seemed to have negative influences on the interaction between work and family. Fourthly, it was found that the managerial ability of the individual is a variable that affects both directions. Fifthly, it was observed that variables related to family affect the interaction between work and family in the positive direction. Finally, the negative influence between work and family was decreased by family coherence.

A Study on the meaning of work and job embeddedness affecting the creative behavior of organization members

  • This study attempted to confirm the factors that the meaning of work perceived by organization members and job embeddedness affects creative behavior. In addition, we tried to confirm the relationship between the meaning of work and job embeddedness. On the other hand, we tried to verify the mediating effect of job embeddedness between the meaning of work and creative behavior. Accordingly, the following results and implications were derived through the hypotheses set for the members of small and medium-sized enterprises. First, the meaning of work showed a positive effect on job embeddedness and creative behavior, and it was empirically analyzed that job embeddedness was improved on creative behavior. In order to improve the creative behavior of organizational members, the need for advancement of the management and training system to systematically improve and strengthen the meaning of work and job embeddedness has emerged. Second, job embeddedness showed a mediating effect between the meaning of work and creative behavior. In other words, the employee's job embeddedness acted as a direct or indirect factor according to the improvement of the meaning of work and creative behavior. Accordingly, as one of the major factors in human resource management and strategic human resource development for the advancement of the sustainable management system, the need for institutional establishment and implementation was required as it became more efficient and effective.

Labor Productivity Model for Reinforced Concrete Construction Projects

  • This study aims to systematically identify direct and indirect factors that influence labor productivity and to build a model that mathematically quantifies them so as to efficiently manage and increase labor productivity in the construction work. This study was performed based on the productivity model for workers in reinforced concrete construction projects, because it aims to establish a general construction labor productivity model that reflects many factors that influence labor productivity. Using statistical analysis, we found that the components that significantly influence productivity were the worker component, the work characteristic component, the work technique component, the work management component, the equipment & materials component, and the work guide component, while the work delay components did not significantly influence productivity. In addition, a priority analysis was performed based on the components that showed statistically significant effects. The results of the analysis indicated that the influence of work management component and the work technique component is more than that of the worker component and the work characteristic component. The construction labor productivity model that was formulated in this study could be used for the determining the standard productivity during the initial planning stage, so the best strategy for increasing labor productivity could be formulated.

건축공사 안전관리비 비율 산정 모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimating Rate of Safety Management Cost in Building Work)

  • Standard safety management costs can not be applied to each site with same rate, it is very difficult, because it depends on the experience, work method, work kind, work progress schedule, and hazard level of each construction company. Therefore, this study is to find out hazard level of each work kinds through questionnaire and interview and investigate analyze the status which standard safety management costs have been used. Also, this study is to show reasonable rates of standard safety management costs in construction industry and to set up countermeasures against those problem after reviewing its status in korea with in Japan and Europe. This study is to investigate eleven project kinds of domestic system, first, and to investigate eleven items of apartment bldg, office. Also this study is to investigate and analyze performed costs of presently processing worker finished work so that it shows a new reasonable rate against standard safety management costs in construction industry, in order to make basical data and material to be systemized.

  • 스마트워크의 유형은 모바일 기기등을 이용하여 현장에서 업무를 수행하는 모바일오피스, 자택에서 본사 통신망에 접속하여 업무를 수행하는 재택근무, 자택인근 원격사무실에서 근무하는 스마트워크센터근무와 같은 형태를 의미하며 기존 사무실개념에 비하여 공간과 시간의 벽을 극복할 수 있도록 도와준다. 본 논문에서는 엘리베이터 산업의 에프터서비스 산업문야에서 모바일 오피스 시스템을 개발하는 과정을 설명하는데 개발된 시스템은 A/S Work이라 명명 하였다. 개발된 A/S Work 시스템은 M 엘리베이터사의 에프터서비스에 활용되어 기존시스템과 비교하면 다음과 같은 장점을 가진다. 1) 고객별 작업전후 사진관리 2) 현장에서의 고객만족도조사 3) 작업일지관리 앱 4) 작업자 근태관리 5) 그룹 SMS 기능.

근무년수에 따른 학교급식 영양사의 근무환경.급식환경 및 직무 수행도 분석 (Job environment, foodservice environment and work performance of school foodservice dietitian according to years of service in Daejeon/Chungnam province)

  • The objective of this study is to investigate various jobs and foodservice environments, as well as work performances of school foodservice dietitians and nutrition teachers in accordance to the years of service in Daejeon and Chungnam provinces. A survey was conducted among school foodservice dietitians and nutrition teachers; a total of 415 from selected elementary, middle and high schools in the areas. In this study, we surveyed the participants and analyzed the current state of general characteristics, status of their job environments and foodservice environments by frequency, and the averages and differences in work performance with regard to 12 work parts and 57 works using one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test according to the years of service. Six parts among 12 work parts were significantly different in work performance according to the years of service. The 6 work parts were menu (nutrition) management, utensil recovery and management, sanitation management, foodservice administration & evaluation, dietary habit guide, and other works. The 11-15 years group ranked as the top on the total score and means of work performance. While the 16-years or more group, 6-10 years group, and under 5 years group followed consecutively. Correlation analysis between job or foodservice environments and work performances showed that work performances of school dietitians were mostly influenced by employment status, education level, and annual salary among the variables of job or foodservice environments. Other works, dietary habit guides and menu management were mostly influenced by variables of job and foodservice environments.

영양교사의 현재와 미래지향적 직무에서 필수 업무와 추가 인력을 통해 수행 가능한 업무의 비교 (Comparison of Required and Additional Man Power's Implemental Task Elements between Present and Future-oriented Duties of School Nutrition Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the task elements categorized into required and additional man power's implemental between present and future-oriented duties of school nutrition teachers. The survey consisted of five duties, 27 tasks, 93 task elements, and 270 work details in the task elements of school nutrition teachers. A pilot-test was first conducted on nutrition teachers to confirm the survey contents, and then a main survey was performed on 240 school nutrition teachers, using a self-administrated online method, from July 16 to September 5, 2016. To compare present and future-oriented tasks, frequency analyses were conducted. Work details in the task elements were categorized into 'required' and 'additional man power's implemental', depending on school nutrition teachers' responses, based on a 50% cut-off percentage. The results showed that 13 work details among 60 work details (21.7%) in the 'Duty C. Safety and hygiene management of school foodservice', and 15 work details out of 106 work details (14.2%) in 'Duty B. Foodservice management practices' were identified as additional man power's implemental in future oriented duties. As to 'Duty A. Nutrition management', only three work details among 55 work details (5.5%) were identified as additional man power's implemental. On the other hand, all work details in 'Duty D. Nutrition diet education and counseling and 'Duty E. Reinforce professionalism' were identified as "required" as school nutrition teachers' duties. These findings imply that school nutrition teachers perceive nutrition management and education as their primary duties to the fulfill school foodservice' mission of promoting students' health and fostering students' dietary behaviors. The study offers practical and governmental implications, which can encourage school nutrition teachers to perform their primary duties.

스마트워크 사용자의 업무 영역에서 기술침해 스트레스 대응방안에 관한 연구 (How Smart Workers Cope With Techno-Invasion Stress in Work Domain)

  • 스마트워크가 확산되면서 업무와 비업무의 경계가 모호해 지고 있으며, 이로 인해 테크노스트레스가 유발되고 있다. 그러나 테크노스트레스는 수동적으로 그 결과를 받아들이기 보다는 일과 비업무의 경계를 능동적으로 조절함으로써 극복될 수 있다. 스마트워크 환경에서 업무/비업무 영역이 모호해지면서 발생하는 업무 영역에서 기술침해로 인한 스트레스에 대한 대응전략을 파악하기 위해 직무 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 스마트워크 참여자가 적극적으로 선택하는 경계관리전략의 역할을 이해할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 비업무의 업무 간섭, 직무 자율성, 직무 몰입, 직무 만족 간의 인과관계와 경계관리전략 유형별 조절 효과를 담은 연구 모델을 개발했다. 스마트워크 참여자를 대상으로 수집된 설문을 분석한 결과, 전체 5개 가설이 채택되었으나, 경계관리전략 유형별로 나눠 검증한 결과는 각 유형에 따라 직무만족에 영향을 주는 3개 가설의 채택과 기각이 상이하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 스마트워크 사용자의 경계관리전략에 따라 차별적인 변화관리를 마련할 필요가 있다는 점을 시사한다.

Work package 개념을 활용한 현장의 공정관리와 공사비 통합관리 효율화 방안 (Development of Integrated Cost and Schedule Management System using Work Package Concept for Efficient Project Management)

  • 최근 국내 건설산업은 성장의 시기를 지나 침체기로 접어들고 있으며 경쟁력 향상을 위해 건설사업관리 특히 공정관리의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 이러한 상황에 토목 건설업계는 생존을 위한 다양한 공사관리 방안의 연구 및 현장 적용에 부단한 노력을 하고 있으며 많은 성과를 이루고 있으나 아직도 체계적이며 효율적이고 현장 활용도가 높은 공정관리 기법의 정착은 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공사관리의 핵심인 공정관리의 활용에 대해 설문조사방식으로 현장기술자들의 인식 및 이해의 정도를 파악하며 현장에서 실제 사용하고 있는 공정표의 작성수준과 활용 현황을 파악을 위해 방문 조사하여 현재 국내 공정관리 현주소 및 문제점을 파악하였다. 아울러, 기존문헌 및 연구논문의 고찰, 현장에의 적용성을 바탕으로 현장 활용성이 높은 WBS 분류에서부터 work pacckage 도출과 Activty도출, 공정표 작성 및 관리방안을 제안하였다.

단위작업 생산성 정보를 활용한 공정관리 지원시스템 개발 (The Development of a Schedule Management Support System Using Productivity Information of Construction Activities)

  • 건설 프로젝트의 단위작업을 기반으로 발생되는 노무자의 작업시간은 진행된 실적물량 정보와 연계되어 생산성 정보로 가공되고 이는 다시 해당 단위작업의 공정관리와 연계됨으로써 프로젝트의 계획 대비 실적을 비교 및 분석할 수 있는 근거자료로 활용 될 수 있다. 또한 이러한 작업정보(노무자의 작업시간 및 실적물량 정보)는 잔여 작업 일정에 대한 예측 및 작업조 운영계획 조정 등 공정관리와 관련된 다양한 원천데이터로 제공될 수 있으며, 실적자료로 축적되어 향후 유사 프로젝트의 공사계획 수립에 유용하게 재활용될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 PDA, 바코드, 웹 기술 등을 활용하여 단위작업을 기반으로 발생되는 작업정보를 효과적으로 수집하고 이를 생산성 정보로 가공하여 공정 및 공사관리 업무를 지원하는 전산화 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 개발 시스템을 통해 분석 및 축적된 생산성 정보는 단위작업의 공정과 연계되어 잔여작업 일정 예측 및 작업조 조정 등 다양한 공정 지원데이터를 제공할 수 있으며 지식관리 차원에서 향후 유사 프로젝트의 공정계획 수립시 매우 유용한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
