A passenger ship is consist of five(5) constituents; passenger, sea, crew, port and ship itself and the rule & regulation which is applicable to passenger ship are differently required as their objects of constituents. the basic concept of rule & regulation can be defined all activities to keep safety of ship and her constituents. Especially, the rule & regulation for passenger ship design and construction shall be considered not only safety of ship itself but also safety of lives, so its are required more severe than commercial vessel. Recently, the IMO have finished the rule making work on the 'passenger ship safety' since it has been discussed last 2000 and next MSC meeting will be adopted the results. In this paper, the application method of rule & regulation are treated and the new rule which were made by IMO are introduced. The rule & regulation for passenger ship is one of the most important things. therefore, it is required to careful consideration to apply on the rule application.
During the past decade after entering the World Trade Organization (WTO), China has quickened its integration into the global economy while its foreign trade has been further invigorated. On the 10th anniversary of China's accession to the WTO, the Chinese government issues White Paper to give a comprehensive introduction to China's foreign trade development. Through this paper, the Chinese government introduces I. Historic Progress in China's Foreign Trade II. Reform of and Improvements to China's Foreign Trade System III. The Development of China's Foreign Trade Contributes to the World Economy IV. Promoting Basically Balanced Growth of Foreign Trade V. Constructing All-round Economic and Trade Partnerships with Mutually Beneficial Cooperation VI. Realizing Sustainable Development of Foreign Trade. At present, the underlying impact of the international financial crisis, the protracted, arduous and complicated nature of the world economic recovery is manifesting itself, and the global economic structure and trade layout face in-depth readjustment. China will make new adjustments to its foreign trade, in an effort to turn foreign trade from scale expansion to quality and profit improvement, and from mainly relying on its low-cost advantage to enhancing its comprehensive competitive edge, thereby turning China from a big trading country to a strong trading power. China's foreign trade is still hampered by many uncertainties and is bound to meet new difficulties and challenges. During the 12th Five-year Plan period China will open itself wider to the outside world as a driver for further reform, development and innovation, make full use of its advantages, strengthen international cooperation in all respects. And at the same time China integrate itself into the world economy on a wider scale and at a higher level. China is willing to work with its trading partners to cope with the various challenges facing the world economy and trade, and promote its foreign trade to realize a more balanced, coordinated and sustainable development, and share prosperity and mutually beneficial results with its trading partners.
Purposes of the study were to : (a) measure the levels of job satisfaction, (b) investigate the degree of job characteristics, (c) determine the levels of organizational commitment, (d) investigate relationships between demographic variables and job satisfaction, and (e) examine the relationship between organizational commitment, job characteristics and job satisfaction. Questionnaire was developed and mailed to 300 dietitians who are currently working in school, hospital and industry foodservices. A total of 177 questionnaires were usuable : resulting in a 59% response rate. Results of this study were summarized follows : 1. Approximately half of the respondents(46.9%) indicated that the were 26 to 30 years old. A total of 112 respondents(63.3%) were unmarried. A bachelor's degree was reported as the most common education level(46.9%) while 6.2% of the participants reported a master's degree. Years of employment in professional practices were ranged from 2 to 5. Approximately 40% of the respondents had earned over \900,000 per month. 2. Work itself of the JDI was with the highest job satisfaction mean score followed by supervision, co-workers, wage and promotion. 3. In total job satisfaction score, dietitians in school foodservices were a significant lower than dietitians in industry foodservices and hospital foodservices. 4. A significant relationship was found for demographic factors and four job facets in terms of job itself, co-workers, and promotion. 5. A work itself was the most improtant facet th the dietitian followed by wage and promotion. 6. Task identity of the JCI facets was the most prevalent job characteristics followed by variety, dealing with others, feedback and friendship. 7. Three groups of dietitians had no significant difference in total job characteristics score. 8. A group of dietitians with a higher job satisfaction score had a significant higher score in job variety and job autonomy. 9. Organizational commitment mean score with dietitians was 1.88. 10. Job satisfaction score for five facets and total job satisfaction were significantly correlated with organizational commitment score.11. Job charateristics with job variety, job autonomy, feedback, task identity, friendship were positively correlated with organizational commitment.
The Quantitative analysis for collapsion probability of each construcion work has not been developed, despite of that the one for safety management itself has been reported, up to now. It is concluded that showing critical check points against structure collapsion due to each work at construction site, and Quantifying those could be useful Quality-assuring tool, not to prevent Quality failure. Risk classes of each work at construction site, classified by German Builders Mutual-Aid Association (GEBMAS), and by special instruction rates of Korea Insurance Development Institute, are introduced to compare with the results of this study. As of a study method, total 2,002 sheets of questionwares are distributed directly to new city development areas, which are called, Ilsan 110 points : Pundang 79points and Chungdong 38points, including additional Changwon 125sheets and pusan 60sheets, by four(4) people, for contact with actual site engineers. Total responses of 1,056 sheets, are collected. Interrelationship diagram between experience years of Engrs., and risk rate of responses are also classified, with the criteria of four(4) years. Domestic journals with relation to construction have reported that main building Structure collapsions are mainly shown on apartment buildings and office ones. These two(2) building structures are again classified as five(5) kinds of works. This study takes use of an approach on haying the risk rates for each construction work on the above individual construction work. Additionally, site investigations have been performed to find out any possible unreasonable check items, due to construction method ; Reinforced Concret structure, Pre cast Concrete structure, and Steel structure building. Developed Quality Assurance Analysis Form with the Quantitative danger class, resulted from this study, are verified as it is able to be a good efficiency tool against collapsion of building structures.

This study aims to figure out the relation between the demographic characteristics and job satisfaction of those who work at fashion companies. The subject of this study is those who work at fashion companies beyond the small and medium sized businesses and designer brand employees in Busan. We used SPSS/WIN 10.0 to analyze the data for this study. The job satisfaction was found to increase in proportion to the satisfaction with the job itself, the senior of official, wage and colleagues, which increases along with the level of post. The job satisfaction was found to be proportional to the level of work specialization, satisfaction with the company and welfare. The job satisfaction and the performance would improve if the work environment for employees is made better by making their works more diverse and discretionary to ensure a successful growth of fashion companies.
The purpose of this study is to investigate relations between the organizational culture and job satisfaction of ordinary dental technicians who are serving at dental laboratories. Findings of the study are summarized as follows. Ordinary dental technicians' job satisfaction as a whole was measured 3.40 in average score. In detail, those dental technicians were highest in satisfaction about their work, followed by their work conditions, organizational relations and occupation itself in order, but showed some dissatisfaction in terms of their self-realization. Regarding relations between the organizational culture and job satisfaction of ordinary dental technicians, the former was found significantly affecting the latter. Those dental technicians' job satisfaction was being most positively influenced by innovation-orientation as one of their organizational culture styles, followed by task-orientation. In regard to relations between sub-areas of the satisfaction and styles of the culture, ordinary dental technicians' organizational relations were being significantly, positively affected by such styles of their organizational culture as relation-orientation and task-orientation. Those technicians' occupational satisfaction, self-realization and work conditions were being strongly influenced by one of their organizational culture styles, that is, innovation-orientation. Originary dental technicians' work satisfaction was not being significantly affected by any of the organizational culture styles. The more relation- or task-orienting ordinary dental technicians were in organizational culture, the stronger their organizational relations were. The more innovation-orienting ordinary dental technicians were in organizational culture, the more those dental technicians' satisfaction regarding their occupation, self-realization and work conditions is likely to positively change. These findings indicate that ordinary dental technicians are even more orienting both relation and task in organizational culture, while being afraid of innovation and that their organizational culture as a whole is somewhat strict hierarchically.
Never Ending Story is an animation work about the stories of the Japanese Sex Slavery Victims who were taken by the Japanese military and forced to sexual slavery, which tormented them with painful memories all their lives. This animation work stimulates the critical perspectives of the audiences in order to ensure a history-based approach based on facts. And, unlike general character animation works which pursue immersion and empathy through illusion of life that are created by the characters, this work demands the audiences to contemplate on historical facts described in the work and make their own judgements. In order to serve these purposes, this work is characterized by its aesthetics properties and elements such as 'sympathy', 'typification', and 'alienation effect'. And, these elements effectively deliver the reality of historical facts that cannot be denied in a chronological narrative. Therefore, this study would sufficiently be of a value in reviewing the diversity in expression and the methodologies used in them, let alone the significance of the theme itself.

This study examined the application of the FRBR model to newspapers and news articles. In order to meet the purpose that was mentioned above, we analyzed data items based on the level of newspapers and articles and discussed how the FRBR model may be applied. In terms of the level of a newspaper, each of newspapers, morning/evening paper, issue and edition are regarded as an individual work, and the relationship among them are considered to be the 'whole-part relationship'. Each article on the level of article basis was considered to be a work and was in a relationship of 'whole-part relationship' with the edition of each level of newspapers. Newspaper articles can be represented as texts, photographs, graphics, and tables, etc., and regarded as an individual work. Each work can be a part of the article on a newspaper or can be an independent article itself. Moreover, a uniform heading of each boxed article and running story is included in the work of each article and is forming a 'whole-part relationship'. Because of the changes of the newspaper name, the uniform title of each name regarded as a single binding. It is called the superwork and it is forming 'whole-part relationship' with each name.

The environment of computational grid is composed of the LAN/WAN each of which has different efficiency and heterogeneous network conditions, and where various programs are running. In this environment, the role of the resource selection broker is very important because the work of each node is performed by considering heterogeneous network environment and the computing power of each node according to the characteristics of a program. In this paper, a new resource selection broker is presented that decides the number of work processes to be allocated at each node by considering network state information and the performance of each node according to the characteristics of a program in the environment of computational grid. The proposed resource selection broker has three steps as follows. First, the performance ratio of each node is computed using latency-bandwidth-cpu mixture information reflecting the characteristics of a program, and the number of work processes that will be performed at each node are decided by this ratio. Second, RSL file is automatically made based on the number of work processes decided at the previous step. Finally, each node creates work processes by using that RSL file and performs the work which has been allocated to itself. As experimental results, the proposed method reflecting characteristics of a program, compared with the existing (uniformity) and latency-bandwidth method is improved $278%\sim316%,\;524%\sim595%,\;924%\sim954%$ in the point of work amount, work process number, and node number respectively.

Ever more so than any other times, today's corporations today face an ultimate issue of acquiring highest work expertise for their employees. However, most of current academic researches try to focus on what factors comprise an expertise while they fail to tackle the very issue of detailed numerical measurement of the expertise factors recommended improvement paths, and goals for each measured expertise level. Hence, this study suggests more objective and highly reliable identification of work competence measurement factors and the correlation among the identified factors. For details, it tries to propose a methodology of expertise measurement by developing into the definition of experts and expertise, reestablishment of expertise factors, determination of reference points of the expertise factors, and weighting of the factors. This measurement methodology finds that it itself has significant correlation with existing work competency level measurement and test tools. Therefore it is identified to justify its effectiveness. Finally, this study proposes an action point of establishing a national expertise architecture and its frameworks for various societies in general.
