Recently, the definition of work space contains so many meanings. Basically, this means space where handling various information and developing numerous creative activities. Moreover, the work space is important not only for individual itself but also organizational development. This research is studied for suggesting revitalization of advanced work efficiency, deriving motivation as well as creative operation support for harmonious communication. In order to make the better creative work places, "concentration and motivating interests between members of organization", "Necessity of environment for development and operational progress of work", "improvement and creativity of work and importance of the physical environment" and "harmonious communication and development of advanced community" should be considered. This research arranged based on ALCEMIS model and used actual examples on each step for better understanding of creative work spaces. The place where co-workers share with can create more effective and fulfilling outcome and satisfaction than independent and exclusive places. Especially creative jobs need this kind of spaces for better communication and cooperation.
The purposes of this study are to investigate the research attitude of social work students and to examine the factors associated with research attitude. The subjects of this study are social work students around capital city in Korea. The sampling methods used in this study is a purposive sampling strategy. Data were collected by answering the questionnaire in class. Data from 321 of social work students were finally analyzed by regression analysis. The results show that the level of research attitude by social work students in Korea is relatively lower than previous study. The variables affecting importance and usefulness of research are related to the attitude of research class and the attitude of nature for social work practice. The implications of social work research education are discussed.

Purpose : This study was to provide a meaningful framework for establishment of the direction of Nursing Management area to get ready for Nursing Personal Licensing Examination Board. Method : Using methodological and descriptive research method, the research process was as follows: a preliminary work list which was performed by New Nurse related to nursing management area was made of such key information as the domain of nursing management work, the element of that domain, and the detail work content, by means of a broad review of literature related to nursing management on Licensing Examination for the new nurse. After this preliminary work list sought to obtain examination, consensus, and modification of expert group in the nursing management field, research instrument which was the work list performed by new nurse within nursing management area was to developed. And next, it was to survey various of the importance and the frequency of that work performance by registered nurse, nurse manager, and the professors to take responsible of nursing management. Finally, the educational content for nursing management at the level of baccalaureate was proposed by various analyzing of research results. Results : The work list which was performed by new nurse related to nursing management area consisted of 9 domains, 24 elements, and 80 detail work contents. After it was examined into such various analysis as descriptive statistics, ANOVA, mean range, and so on, of the importance perception of the work and the frequency of work performance, the educational contents for baccalaureate in nursing management which consisted of total 65 contents made up of 18 core contents and 47 essential contents, which new nurses have to necessarily know and perform within the nursing management area. Conclusion : The results of this study will contribute to identifying the work list of new nurses performed in nursing management area and also proposing the educational contents that was taught at the level of baccalaureate in nursing management area based on doing actually in nursing unit.

The ultimate goal of construction is to complete the given work in the most economical and safest way within the required construction period while meeting the quality standards specified in the design drawing. There are a few characteristics of finish work. First, executed in subdivided processes, finish work involves a very diverse and complex structure. Second, there are no criteria for each segmented process with regard to the appropriate time of input. Third, it is not very necessary to set priorities for lead and lag works. This study intends to provide information on the completion of a project in accordance with the required duration by setting priorities in the delay of each detailed process of finish work to minimize delay in finish work. In this study, finish work is divided into wet work and other types of finish work, and the importance of each process is classified based on the given details of each process. In addition, the study employs a survey to analyze delay factors of a designer, a constructor, and a supplier. Using the survey results, the study sets priorities in delay of final work to provide information on the completion of an apartment project within the planned construction period.
In this study, for the introduction factors of ERP system suggested in the prior study, I analyzed the importance of each introduction factor by using Delphi methodology and AHP. As a result of analysing the importance of the introduction factors of the 1st layer, the supplier factor was analyzed to be the most important factor among innovation factor, information technology factor, the user factor, the supplier factor, and in the weight analysis on the 2nd layer considering the importance of 1st layer, the standard work model of the supplier factor was a suitable factor, and the CEO participation factor(.086) was analyzed as the second most important introduction factor. These analysis results enable to determine that domestic Small & Medium enterprises' position hope to introduce by selecting a system in which the company characteristics and management strategies are applied well, because they should operate an ERP system that has already been developed, and in this course, the participation of CEO was also found to be a very important factor.

As one of recent issues in the information and communication industry, internet of things has attracted attention to provide intelligent infrastructure services which connect and share data and information between real and virtual world. According to the development of these internet of things technologies, types of machines, telecommunication devices, and terminals are increasing tremendously. In this situation, connectivity and interoperability between internet of things components are important issues to build a hyper connected society. To visualize this society, it is important to set up and develop information and communication technology (ICT) standards among stakeholders. However, under limited budget and human resources, it is essential to rank standardization work items for setting standards with respect to efficiency. The purpose of this study is to provide a method for setting standardization strategies within group decision making. As a multi-criteria group decision making tool, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted and applied to determine the priorities of setting work items. The proposed method first defines decision making problem with objective, criteria, and alternatives which produces a hierarchy consisting of upper and lower criteria. Then, pairwise comparisons of academy and public sector experts are performed with respect to their relative meaning and importance. Individual surveys of expert groups are collected and summarized to determine relative criteria importance measures. Furthermore, to deliver reliable importance criteria measures, differences between academy and public sector expert groups are compared and tested using Mann-Whitney non-parametric test. The results are illustrated for useful guidelines to practical group decision making in standardization strategy establishments.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine comparison in the frequency and importance of nurse's job in new graduate nurses working in musculoskeletal ward. Method: A descriptive design was used with convenience sampling of 72 new graduate nurses working in musculoskeletal ward of the 2 hospitals with over 500 beds. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Results: 1) The total score for frequency of nurse's job was $2.57{\pm}.41$ and the total score for importance of nurse's job was $3.00{\pm}.37$. 2) The most frequent category was to manage for a medication and the most frequent item was to administer a medication in the order. 3) The most important category was to control of tissue perfusion and the most important item was to keep the aseptic techniques. 4) The frequencies among the work places were different significantly in 3 categories. 5) The importances among the work places were different significantly in 2 categories. Conclusion: New graduate nurses perceived the importance than the frequency of nurse's job. Also check or analysis the vital sign and nurses job associated with medication were higher score. Therefore, further research is needed to develop the educational strategies to strengthen not only theory also practice.

Purpose: To identify the clinical role of Advanced Practice Nurses (APN), and evaluate how other medical personnel perceive their work(difficulty, importance). Methods: A questionnaire survey was performed with 277 health care providers (APN 52, nurses 88, and medical doctors 137 [professors 51, fellows 44, & residents 42]) in a single, tertiary hospital. The questionnaire was categorized into 6 domains (total 40 tasks): 6 tasks on identifying health issues (A); 3 tasks on prescribing and conducting diagnostic tests (D); 18 tasks on disease treatment (T); 4 tasks regarding prescribing medicine (M); 3 tasks regarding medical collaboration (C); 6 tasks regarding patient education (E). The survey measured the frequency, difficulty, and importance of APN's clinical tasks, and evaluated the willingness of authorizing clinical tasks to APN. Results: The most frequent tasks for APN were A domain, lowest were T domain. The scores for perceived job difficulty were lower than those for job importance in all groups. The proportion of willingness to legally delegate clinical practices to APN was higher in A and E domains, but lower in D and T domains. However, professors, who spent the most time with APN, showed a higher willingness to legally delegate clinical practice. The participants favored medical doctors as substitutes for tasks which were not legislated for delegated job performance. Conclusion: In this study identified clinical roles that medical doctors considered possible for legal delegation to APN were identified. The results can be used as evidence for the legalization of the practice of APN.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of company employees. The importance of the selection factors of dental clinics by demographic characteristics. Methods : The subjects of this study was 218 employees. In this study, structured were used. Results : As for perception of the importance of traffic convenience by general characteristics, the company employees who were male, who were married, who had children, who continued to work for a longer period and who were better paid placed more significance on traffic convenience among the selection factors of dental institutions, and the gaps between them and their counterparts were significant. Regarding perception of the importance of the physical environments of dental institutions by general characteristics, those who were in their 20s and in their 50s and up, who were less educated, who worked for a smaller period and who were less paid gave more weight on the importance of physical environments, and the gaps between them and their counterparts were significant. As to perception of the importance of the image of dental institutions by general characteristics, monthly pay made a significant difference to that. Concerning the external qualifications of dental personnels, they took a significantly different view according to their age and monthly pay. In relation to perception of the importance of dental service by general characteristics, the women attached more importance to dental service than the men, and the intergroup gap was significant. In regard to perception of the importance of the basic components of dental institutions by general characteristics, those who were in their 40s and up, who had children, who were better paid and who were assistant directors were significantly different from their counterparts in their opinions on the importance of the basic components of dental institutions. Conclusions : The findings of the study suggest that dental institutions should make efforts to provide patients with the best medical service to gain their confidence.
