조직특성과 전자정부 성과간의 관련성에 대한 실증연구 - A 정부기관 서비스를 중심으로 - (The Relationship of Organizational Factors and e-Government Performance - Centered on the Services of A Governmental Agency -)

  • 본 연구는 조직특성요인이 전자정부성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 파악하고자하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 조직특성과 전자정부성과에 대한 문헌연구를 심도 있게 수행하였으며, A 정부기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 조직특성(최고관리자의 지원과 관심, 정보지향적 조직문화 및 기관 부서 개인간 협업) 모두가 전자정부 성과(고객서비스증대, 업무효율성 향상, 비용절감)에 유의미한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 조직특성요인 모두가 고객서비스 증대에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

기록연구사의 근무실태 및 제도운영에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study concerning the Issues of Working Conditions and Operational System of Archivists in Korea)

  • 정부기관에 근무하는 기록연구사들의 근무실태와 직무만족, 제도운영의 개선방안을 파악하기 위해 설문조사와 면접조사를 실시하였다. 직무특성은 Hackman과 Oldham의 직무특성요인을 포함하여 전문성, 역할갈등, 스트레스, 이직의사의 9가지 항목으로 조사하였다. 직무환경은 의사소통, 참여, 인간관계, 상급자, 교육훈련의 5개 항목으로 구분하여 조사하였다. 직무만족은 일반적 만족도, 보람, 소명감의 3가지 항목으로 측정하였는데 모든 항목에서 매우 긍정적인 인식을 보여주었다. 제도운영의 개선을 위한 과제로는 조직편제, 업무분장, 인사관리, 중앙기록물관리기관과 기록관의 협력을 중심으로 의견을 분석하였다. 이상의 분석을 통해 시사점과 개선책을 제시하였다.

종합병원 근무자의 근로생활의 질과 조직유효성과의 관련성 (Relationship between Quality of Working Life and Organizational Effectiveness of Employees at the General Hospital)

  • Objectives: Quality of Working Life(QWL) is a set of employee's physical, mental conditions which are perceived at their work. Most employees and managers are concerned about the quality of working life as a strategy for improving organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between QWL and organizational effectiveness of employees at the general hospital. Methods : Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires at the general hospital in Kyunggi-Do. Survey was conducted to 675 workers. QWL was measured by using 5 items from the scale developed by Walton(1973). Organizational effectiveness was measured by measuring organizational commitment, intention of job-shift, and job satisfaction. Results: The recognitions to each component of QWL were significantly different by socio-demographic characteristics such as sex, age, education levels and working duration. Also, QWL were significantly different by types of organizational culture. Multiple regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were applied to find the relationship of QWL and organizational effectiveness. As a result, job-pride, compensation, working condition, human relationship and development showed significant relationship with organizational effectiveness. Conclusions: These results show that QWL is significantly related to organizational effectiveness. So we expect that this result will be used as basic informations for management and motivation of employees at the general hospital.

타워크레인 기초설계 및 안정성 검토 모델 (Tower Crane Foundation Design and Stability Review Model)

  • Tower crane is a large construction equipment which is extremely tall for its section when it is erected, with its high slenderness ratio, and it has a heavy load by itself due to large lifting stuff to handle. In line with the construction projects in these days which increasingly tend to become higher, larger and complex, the stuff and height subject to lifting are also getting larger and higher, which has also increased the risk of disastrous accidents. A stable foundation design thus to deal with the increasing self load becomes more important. When a typhoon Maemi swept the nation in 2003, as many as 43 tower cranes fell down or collapsed, causing a severe damage to the people and the properties. Considering such fatal damages, a technical evaluation of the stability to prevent the safety accident with the tower crane must be very crucial. Tower cranes operation in domestic construction sites, in fact, have been simply dependent on personal experience and intuition of the engineers. Particularly when it comes to the foundation design, it mostly depends on manufacturer's recommendation. The study hence was intended to develop the fundamental measures for granting the objective stability, instead of following the individual's experience only. The simulation model recommended in the study is expected to make a good commitment to achieving an effective lifting work as well as preventing the safety accident.

  • Many housing studies and education programs in Korea have focused on design, planning, and construction. Houses and nearby environments are a large portion of the total assets each household possesses. However, effective and efficient housing management of housing assets has been relatively neglected. Facility management can be defined as the practice of coordinating the physical environment with the people and process (work of the organization). The purpose of this study is to figure out the construct of courses of Housing majors in the College of Human Ecology in Korea and investigate facilities management programs and courses provided in the U.S. to explore the possibility of merging facility management perspectives and educational programs into housing studies. Many courses provided in facility management programs have human ecology perspectives in terms of a multidisciplinary approach, life cycle commitment, and various stakeholders building physical, social, and ecological milieu. By merging and supplementing the existing curricula of housing and consumer studies, facility nanagement programs and courses could be a possible alternative to specialized housing education programs.

  • 본 논문은 조직내에서 나타나는 상사의 비인격적 감독이 종업원들이 정보보안 정책을 준수하려는 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 영향 관계를 종업원들이 인식하는 조직공정성이 조절하는 효과도 규명하고자 하였다. 분석한 결과, 비인격적 감독은 조직 내의 정서적 사회적 유대감을 낮추고, 조직원들이 조직의 정보보안정책을 준수하려는 의도에 부정적인 영향을 끼치고 있으며 조직공정성은 비인격적 감독과 보안정책 준수의도 사이의 부정적 관계를 완화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 분배공정성이 높을수록 부정적 관계가 완화되는 것으로 나타났다.

Online Crowdsourcing Platform Continuous Participation During COVID-19: A Low-income Group Perspective in Malaysia

  • The crowdsourcing system relies heavily on the number of crowd participation on the platform to ensure the platform's success. However, exploring factors that motivate the crowds to sustain on the platform remains unclear, and very little literature was found on this matter. Lately, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the world, including Malaysia. Due to the pandemic, many people have lost their jobs, and hence, most of them have shifted to digital work. Hence, to understand the motivation for continuous participation on the online crowdsourcing platform among low-income crowd workers (B40) in Malaysia, this paper explores the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations for continuous participation. A qualitative method interview was performed where 14 active participants of Upwork.com, under the GLOW program, took part during the data collection process. This paper used the thematic analysis method to extract the data collected from this study. The finding of this study identified eight intrinsic motivation factors: (1) personal development, (2) pastime, (3) fun, (4) passion, (5) task identity, (6) time-workplace flexibility, (7) altruistic, and (8) peers' success and four extrinsic factors: (1) monetary, (2) job security, (3) personal commitment, and (4) environment.

COVID-19 환자를 간호한 지방의료원 간호사의 간호서비스 질 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Nursing Service Quality of Nurses at Local Medical Centers for COVID-19 Patients)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the effects of fatigue, resilience, and self-leadership on nursing service quality of local medical center nurses who nursed COVID-19 patients. Methods: The participants were 135 nurses who worked at regional public hospitals located in H-gun, G, and C-city in province C. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. Results: The participants' nursing service quality showed significant positive correlation with resilience (r=.53, p<.001), and self-leadership (r=.60, p<.001). The factors affecting participants' nursing service quality were commitment to self-leadership (β=.57, p<.001) and work position (chief nursing officer) (β=.26, p<.001), which explained 42% of the participants' nursing service quality. Conclusion: During a crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to help nurses enhance their self-leadership skills and build their career continuously by developing relevant policies, systems, and nursing intervention programs. Future studies could expand the knowledge base by including more participants to explore other ways to improve nursing service quality during the COVID-19 pandemic.

한국 임상치과위생사의 이직의도 관련 요인에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 (Turnover intention among dental hygienists in Korea: a systematic review and meta-analysis)

  • Objectives: To identify the factors influencing the turnover intention of registered South Korean dental hygienists and analyze the effect sizes. Methods: Overall, 54 studies based on criteria of PICO from 1 January 2000 to 11 January 2022 were extracted. The factors related to turnover intention were applied to the ecological system theory and categorized. Subsequently, the effect size of the correlations was comprehensively meta-analyzed by dividing it into protective and risk factors depending on the negative or positive correlation direction. Results: For the overall effect size, the protective factor (ESr=-0.458) was higher than the risk factor (ESr=0.352). In the protective factors, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support belonging to the microsystem yielded the largest effect size. Furthermore, as for risk factors, burnout, job stress, work harassment, role conflict, and emotional labor belonging to the microsystem showed a moderate effect size. Conclusions: Factors belonging to the microsystem demonstrated a large effect size in both protection and risk factors for dental hygienists' turnover intention. Additionally, the factor showing the largest effect size was protective factor categorized into a microsystem.

  • 상호배제 패러다임은 그룹통신, 원자적 커밋먼트 프로토콜이나 복제 데이터 관리 등의 하나의 객체에 대한 독점적인 이용이 필요한 실질적인 문제들의 해결방안을 위한 기본적인 수단으로 이용 될 수 있다. 이러한 문제는 그 동안 광범위하게 연구자들에게 연구되어 왔던 바, 그 이유는 많은 분산 프로토콜들이 상호배제 프로토콜을 필요로 하기 때문이다. 그러나 이러한 유용성에도 불구하고 아직까지 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 이러한 문제를 다룬 적은 별로 없었다. 본 논문에서는 이동 컴퓨팅 시스템 하에서 상호배제의 문제를 기술코자 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 해결방안은 토큰 기반의 알고리즘에 기반을 두게 된다.
