  • All the works including sculpture created by modern artists contain a message that represents both the ideas and spirit of an era. We are entrusted with the responsibility of transmitting to future generations modern art in as nearly as perfect condition as possible. Thus despite the challenges we face in preserving modern art, we are obliged to conserve it. Especially, outdoor sculpture can be considered as not only works of art themselves, but also a public art. The work of contemporary sculptors often refers to the complexity of social relationships between the art and the public space, so that the public space tends to include the actual public in the art. The conservator at this point needs to preserve tile concept of the public art which is incorporated in the public participation in the sculpture, in addition to the materials of the sculpture itself. Once the sculpture is damaged, it will need restoration. Restoration may be essential to prevent further deterioration, or it may be necessary in order to make an object usable again. It is difficult to generalize about restoration because, as with preventive treatment, the acceptable degree of intervention varies from one discipline to another The degree of treatment including restoration may depend on such variables as available resources, the future use of the object, and the needs of the particular discipline to which it belongs. When conservators start to treat artworks or during the treatment, they will face many moments where they have to make a choice. Codes of ethics are necessary in order to provide a basis for making choices. Even though ethics have always been subject to change depending on an era or culture, the ethics subject will be much easier to reached an agreement on than one involving aesthetic value. The aesthetic value will be one of the most prominent factors for defining the damage: even minor loss of parts or discolouration can be considered as fatal damage for artworks. Sometimes, an alteration of the appearancecould be intended by the artist himself so that the artist's intention could be important factor for judging the damage of artworks. But, modern hermeneutic theories show that the artist's intention cannot be the only factor for consideration, so that the interpretation and application of artist's intent should be an interdisciplinary task regarding distinctive social and cultural backgrounds.

베트남 모바일결재시스템 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Factors Affecting Customer Intention to Use Mobile Payment System in Vietnam)

  • Nowadays, mobile commerce is having an increasingly profound impact on our daily lives, and offer interesting and advantageous new services. Mobile payment is an emerging and important application of mobile commerce in smart work, enabling users to use their mobile devices (especially mobile phones) for paying goods and services wherever they go. The appearance of m-payment is expected to provide us a convenient and bright future to enjoy. That is the common trend on over the world, but in Vietnam, although the number of smart phone users has been increasing rapidly, the adoption of m-payment system still didn't succeed completely. The research reviewed literature regarding mobile payment services, analyzed the impact of customer characteristics and system characteristics on m-payment adoption in Vietnam. To analyze the adoption behaviors of m-payment users, m-payment research model which consists of three customer-characteristics (m-payment trust, personal innovativeness, m-payment knowledge) and four m-payment system characteristics (mobility, reachability, convenience, compatibility) were studied. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, trust, and compatibility are the important predictors to the intention to use m-payment. This study will assist m-payment services suppliers in implementing appropriate business models and service strategies to successfully attract customer to use m-payment in Vietnam, allowing managers to exert appropriate investment, time, and effort for m-payment system development in designing smart working.

KS-SQI 서비스 품질이 고객 행태에 미치는 영향과 사용자 경험 평가 분석 : OTT 서비스를 중심으로 (An Analysis on the Impact of KS-SQI Service Quality on Customer Behavior and User Experience : Focusing on OTT Service)

  • The subject of this study is user experience analysis for OTT mobile app services. Application service quality was quantitatively measured by utilizing KS-eSQI evaluation model from a service quality perspective. The purpose of this analysis is to analyze how service reuse and other people's intention to recommend services are affected by service quality. In addition, further analysis of user experience will qualitatively look at what efforts are needed to improve OTT service quality and provide a user-friendly environment. According to the survey, the higher the level of KS-eSQI service quality, the higher the reuse of OTT services and recommendation of others. In particular, the dimensions of primary services and unexpected additional services had a higher impact on customer loyalty and recommendation of others than in other industries. Moreover, the following three implications were found to improve app services from a customer experience perspective. First, images and video thumbnails that highlight the strength of the content they provide should be actively utilized. Second, it is necessary to provide service companies with evidence for data-based work recommendations. Third, it should provide a viewing environment in which users can respond more intelligently to the various situations and conditions when they actually watch.

  • 인터넷의 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 많은 양의 정보가 다양한 채널을 통해 제공되고 있다. 이와 더불어 사용자들은 효과적인 정보 제공 서비스를 원하고 있으며, 정보 교환에 도움을 주는 가상 대리자 역할의 대화형 에이전트의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 패턴매칭 기법과 베이지 안 네트워크 등의 인공지능 기법을 이용하여 사용자 질의 의도를 분석한 후 적절한 답변을 제공할 수 있는 질의응답 에이전트를 개발한다. 이때 유의어 사전을 이용한 키워드 데이터베이스를 구축함으로써 동의어 관계를 가진 유사 키워드 등의 사용자에 따른 다양한 지식표현 문제를 해결한다. 실제 의류 사이트를 소개하는 점 사이트에 적용해 봄으로써 그 가능성을 평가해 본다.

3D 디지털 애니메이션 모델을 활용한 의상 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구 I (A Study on the Application of 3D Digital Animation Model for Fashion Design I)

  • The purpose of this study is to apply 3D computer graphics in fashion design as a creative medium and it attempts to fine out what advantages 3D technique can offer to fashion design. For this purpose, this study, first, tries to develop a 3D digital model in which designer can select design, color , pattern and fabric palette whatever necessary . This study uses of the software named 'Poser of Fractal Design' and the and the 3D digital model comprises four stages ; body modeling, item design (item coordination), color design (color coordination), pattern and fabric design (pattern and fabric coordination). Secondly, this study seeks to accumulate a data base which was produced in the course of case studies, which have applied 3D digital model to design. The outcome of the case studies shows that 3D digital model can enhance designing in the following four aspects. ⅰ) It can give more freedom to designer to try various ideas, revise and modify them, It can also produce random generation. Through this process, the designer test various input and output without damage on fabric after revision and alteration. ⅱ) It can help designers to enhance their accuracy. Since fault in the design developed by the 3D digital model can be detected in advance, designers can make correlation before actual work begins. In the end, designers can express their ideas and intention accurately as well as freely. ⅲ) Since design developed by the 3D digital model can be shared on screen by various actors in the course of priduction such designers , merchandisers, and supervisors, it can help communication between and cut the time of feedback.ⅳ) By using the 3D digital model, designers can work from the begining with awareness of actual outcome their design, since the 3D digital model provide animation, which helps designers to envisage visual changes as they apply various items, colors, pattern and fabrics.

  • 최근 기업에서의 생산물류 과정은 각 공정의 진척상황과 생산실적, 품질정보 등을 실시간으로 수집하기 위하여 작업일지에 생산현황을 수기로 기록하거나, 바코드(Bar-code)를 주로 활용하고 있으며, 이는 작업자의 기록을 일일이 확인하거나, 작업자가 일일이 바코드 스케너로 판독해야하는 부가적인 작업을 필요로 한다. 이때 고의나 실수로 인하여 데이터의 정확성이 떨어지게 되고, 이는 시스템 전체의 신뢰성 문제가 발생하게 되며, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 자동인식 분야에서 각광을 받고 있는 RFID를 도입하고 있다. RFID는 무선통신기술을 사용하여 대상물체에 직접 접촉하지 않고도 해당 정보를 판독하거나 기록할 수 있는 자동식별 기술로서, 최근 EPCglobal의 RFID 태그표준인 Gen2 및 EPCIS 표준이 제정됨으로써 전산업으로 확산될 전망이다. 본 논문에서는 EPCIS확장모형을 중심으로 MES개선을 위해 제조물류 흐름을 분석하는 RFID식 Modeling Notation을 제안하고, 제조업의 EPCISEvent Template을 제안하였다.

저층 교육시설 증축공사에서 모듈러 공법의 적용효과 분석 (Application Effect Analysis of The Modular Construction Method in The Extension Works)

  • 세계적 추세인 친환경에 맞춰 국내 건설 산업은 리모델링 및 증축에 관심을 갖게 되면서 모듈러 공법이 대두되고 있다. 모듈러 공법은 기존의 공법과는 달리 공장에서 70%이상을 모듈 형태로 제작하고 현장에서는 단기간 내에 조립만 하여 완성하는 공업화 건축시스템이다. 모듈러 공법은 현장 작업 감소로 인한 공기단축, 경량철골 사용으로 인한 하중 부담 감소, 반복 생산으로 인한 공사비 절감 등 많은 장점을 갖고 있다. 하지만 현재 상용화되고 있는 기존 공법의 진입 장벽이 높아 활성화되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 공법 선정에 영향을 줄 수 있는 관계자의 의사결정에 도움을 주고 모듈러 시장의 활성화를 도모하기 위해 모듈러 공법을 가장 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 증축 공사에 적용하고자한다. 실제 사례를 비교 분석하여 공기, 공사비, 노무인력 등의 측면에서 타 공법과의 차별성을 강조하고, 구체적인 효과 분석을 통해 모듈러 공법의 경쟁력을 알리고 모듈러 공법의 활발한 국내 도입에 일조하고자 한다.

프랑스 사회적 미니멈(Minima sociaux)의 구조 및 급여 체계 : 유럽 공공 부조 제도의 한 연구 (French 'Minima Sociaux's Scheme, Benefit Determination Rule and its Appreciation : A Study on Social Assistance in Europe)

  • 본 연구는 유럽 공공 부조 및 최저 소득 보장 체계 연구의 하나로서 프랑스의 사회적 미니멈에 대해서 이의 구조 및 급여 체계를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구조 측면에서 프랑스 사회적 미니멈은 여덟 종류의 선별적 급여와 하나의 보편 급여를 가진 다원적 구조 체계를 보이고 있다. 이는 사회보험의 사각지대에 있는 사람들에 대해서 최저 소득을 보장하려는 의지의 표출임과 동시에 각각 다른 시기, 다른 논리에 의한 제급여의 도입 및 실시 결과의 부산물이기도 하다. 둘째, 급여 결정 기준을 바탕으로 아홉 종류의 급여 체계를 살펴본 결과, 근로 능력이 없는 집단을 대상으로 하는 급여가 근로 능력이 있는 집단을 대상으로 하는 급여보다 그 수준이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 빈곤 집단의 소득 보장에 대한 국가 및 사회 개입에 있어서 근로 능력의 유무에 따른 프랑스의 양분된 시각을 반영하고 있다. 셋째, 사회적 미니멈 급여 수준과 상대적 빈곤선과의 비교 결과, 대부분의 급여수준이 상대적 빈곤선 수준에 못 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 사회적 미니멈 수급자들에게는 연계 부조 프로그램이나 부가적 권리까지 부여된다는 점을 고려할 때 사회적 미니멈은 빈곤 극복을 위한 유일한 대안이 아니라 기본 대안으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다는 사실에 주목할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 최저 임금 수준과의 비교 결과, 최저편입(RMI)급여 수준은 50%이하임이 드러났다. 이는 수급자의 소득보장에 대한 국가의 제한적 역할 수행, 지위 논리 개입 등 복합적인 요인의 결과이다.

대학병원 응급실 내 1급 응급구조사의 업무와 직무만족도 (The Work and Job Satisfaction of Paramedics in the Emergency Room of University Hospitals)

  • Purpose : This research is to examine the work and job satisfaction of paramedics in the emergency room of university hospitals. This research is done to provide basic data needed for establishing work realms of paramedics in hospitals and to enhance their degree of satisfaction. Methods : Research questionnaire survey was conducted on 141 paramedics working in the emergency room of 32 university hospitals from August 24, 2010 to September 30, 2010 through direct visits and telephone interviews or email to explain the purpose of this research and assurance of confidentiality of responses on the questionnaires. As the tool for the degree of job satisfaction, 'The Index of Work Satisfaction' developed by Slavitt, et al(1978) and revised and supplemented by Soon-shim Kim and Hye-ran Kwon(2002) was used. The collected data were analyzed by evaluating frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA, Cronbach's $\alpha$ by using SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results : 1. Investigating the work and role of paramedics in the emergency room of university hospitals, electrocardiogram(EKG) was found to be highest with $\alpha$ was widely used with the rate of patient evaluation and test area. In the medical treatment for patients area, cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) with 95%(134 persons) and ventilation assistance through ambu bagging(BVM) with 95%(134 persons) were found to be high. $\alpha$ were performed. In the role within the hospital and other areas, a member of CPR team in the hospital accounted for 78%(110 persons). 2. In the measurements of the job satisfaction of paramedics working at university hospitals, the total mean score was 2.91. The mean score in each question area indicated: section on job 3.48, autonomy 3.05, interaction 3.01, organizational demand 2.85, working conditions 2.67, salaries 2.40. This result obviously demonstrates the work of paramedics itself was most satisfied but the salaries were most dissatisfied. 3. In the measurements of the job satisfaction of paramedics working at university hospitals, job satisfaction based on the general characteristics showed significant difference in age (F=6.547, p=.002), gender (F=4.436, p=.000) marital status (F=-3.270, p= .001), religion (F=2.041, p= .043), motive for application (F=3.603, p= .015), and salary (F=6.658, p= .000). 대학병원 응급실 내 1급 응급구조사의 업무와 직무만족도 The Journal of the Korean Society of Emergency Medical Technology Vol. 15 (1) 63 4. In the measurements of the job satisfaction of paramedics working at university hospitals, job satisfaction based on the working environmental characteristics showed significant difference in total number of paramedics (F=3.779, p= .012), form of employment (F=5.601, p= .001), existence or non-existence of intention to change jobs (F=-4.037, p= .000). Conclusion : The work of paramedics in the emergency room of university hospitals consists of lots of treatment processes after specialized diagnosis and performance of professionally subdivided works. However, current legislation does not reflect such circumstances to which paramedics are exposed; thus, it should be considered for further revision and modification. The degree of job satisfaction of paramedics in the emergency room of university hospitals was high but low in salaries and working conditions were the weak points. The measures to enhance their degree of job satisfaction should be taken though improvement of labor conditions such as consideration of the rate of increase in salaries, compensation for overtime work, providing rest areas, improvement of current employment system, and conversion of temporary employees into regular employees.
