In this paper, we cluster similar word senses applying vector space model and HAL (Hyperspace Analog to Language). HAL measures corelation among words through a certain size of context (Lund and Burgess 1996). The similarity measurement between a word pair is cosine similarity based on the vector space model, which reduces distortion of space between high frequency words and low frequency words (Salton et al. 1975, Widdows 2004). We use PCA (Principal Component Analysis) and SVD (Singular Value Decomposition) to reduce a large amount of dimensions caused by similarity matrix. For sense similarity clustering, we adopt supervised and non-supervised learning methods. For non-supervised method, we use clustering. For supervised method, we use SVM (Support Vector Machine), Naive Bayes Classifier, and Maximum Entropy Method.
Purpose: One of the characteristics of service companies such as foodservice franchise is that it is easy to imitate, so many brands can imitate the menu that is popular with consumers. Therefore, foodservice franchise company should develop a brand that customers can identify from other brands in order differentiate it from its competitors. In order make the foodservice franchise company identifiable from other brands, it is possible through communication with customers. Therefore, this study proposes a new research model to analyze customer loyalty through online advertising and online word of mouth trust and immersion. Online was provided to customers through a mixture of advertisements and word of mouth, but previous studies have only considered online advertisements or online word of mouth. In addition, we want to verify the difference according to gender, which is an important variable in researching the online information processing behavior of customers. Research design, data, and methodology: The questionnaire of this study was surveyed on 20 years of age or older who have visited the restaurant franchise store within the last 3 months among the foodservice franchise companies operating SNS. During the survey period, 400 surveys were surveyed for a total of 20 days from April 1 to April 20, 2020. Result: The research results are as follows. First, in this study, the effect of online advertisement and online word of mouth on trust and immersion was studied. Second, this study verified the social influence theory in online advertising and online word of mouth. Third, the effect of online advertising and online word of mouth on loyalty according to gender was verified. Fourth, compared to existing advertisements, online advertisements are suitable for marketing by foodservice franchise companies because they can interact with consumers, modify advertisements immediately, execute extensive advertisements at low cost, segment the market, and measure advertisement effectiveness. The recent online expansion has been expanded to mobile-based, allowing foodservice franchisees to provide new communication services such as SMS (Short Message Service), multimedia messaging services, and location-based services. Fifth, a foodservice franchise company can increase brand awareness through online marketing or induce the use of offline stores. Sixth, franchisor can grow into a sustainable company only when they use resources efficiently. Conclusions: Trust is important in foodservice franchise information. This trust has a significant impact on customer commitment and loyalty.
Purpose: In order to use a word as academic terminology, we must first take a look at the meaning of that word as it is commonly used and then consider whether or not the connotation of that word is suitable to be used as academic terminology. Presently, the word Pumjil(品質) is being used as academic terminology occupying an important position in the field of business administration in Korea and is usually translated into English as 'quality'. The same is true in Japan. However, as is the case with many Korean words, the meaning that the word implies has a tendency to change gradually over time. This tendency can account for the changes or additions to the meaning a word connotes. Methods: This dissertation aims to escape from such biased ideas and study the meaning of 'Pum-Jil品質' from the view of humanities and exegetics. Then the natural definition of the word as far as business administration is concerned can be considered. Results: 'Pum-Jil品質' has been used amid changes in modern times(historic texts in both Korea and China. In Korea particularly, the word was used in the royal court until comparatively modern times.), and now it is also widely used in the field of business administration. In this process of change, a notable point is that 'Pum-Jil品質', which was originally used to mean 'nature or character of a man', took on a new meaning, 'a certain quality of a thing or a good'. Conclusion: 'Pum-Jil品質' should require basic functional 'quality' of goods or services as a prerequisite. And the functional quality should meet consumers' needs, as the pledge (trust; 信賴) for quality is between suppliers and consumers. Without consumer's trust for goods, the relationship between suppliers and consumers cannot be maintained. So goods must exchange with trust, not expenses. In conclusion, we believe it is reasonable to understand 'Pum-Jil品質' based on the meaning of 'evidence or similar rating for pledge (trust)' from the view of humanities and exegetics. In this paper, we conducted word-to-word similarity analysis of standardized datasets collected through web crawling for 10,000 Vertical Noise Mouses using Word2Vec, and made 92 students of computer engineering use the products presented for 5 days, and conducted self-report questionnaire analysis. The questionnaire analysis was conducted by collecting the words in the form of a narrative form and presenting and selecting the top 50 words extracted from the word frequency analysis and the word similarity analysis. As a result of analyzing the similarity of e-commerce user's product review, pain (.985) and design (.963) were analyzed as the advantages of click keywords, and the disadvantages were vertical (.985) and adaptation (.948). In the descriptive frequency analysis, the most frequently selected items were Vertical (123) and Pain (118). Vertical (83) and Pain (75) were selected for the advantages of selecting the long/demerit similar words, and adaptation (89) and buttons (72) were selected for the disadvantages. Therefore, it is expected that decision makers and product planners of medium and small enterprises can be used as important data for decision making when the method applied in this study is reflected as a new product development process and a review strategy of existing products.
The purpose of this study was to develop a stuttering therapy device to aid in stutter therapy. The research method used for this study was as follows: First, the stuttering therapy device based on analysis of the prolonged speech method used at home and abroad was designed to achieve the goal of research. Second, the stuttering therapy device was to be developed to maintain a vocalization state, to use bio-feedback visualization, to have enough inspiration, to use Korean language in this device, and to use transfer and maintenance training in daily life. Third, the stuttering therapy device effectiveness was to be verified through use in clinical cases. The results of subjects receiving speech therapy and using the breathing control prolonged speech device and SI(stuttering Interview) evaluation programs for 3 months were as follows: For subject A, the stuttered word rate was reduced from 3.20 SW/M to 0.5 SW/M. For subject B, the stuttered word rate was reduced from 1.90 SW/M to 0.75 SW/M. For subject C, the stuttered word rate was reduced from 3.37 SW/M to 0.34 SW/M. For Subject D, the stuttered word rate was reduced from 0.51 SW/M to 0 SW/M. Follow-up evaluations verified the effectiveness of how the stuttering therapy device can reduce subjects' SW/M.

This study analyzes the effects of department store loyalty programs on consumer relationship quality and the effects of consumer relationship quality on relationship continuity intention in department stores. The survey was conducted on women consumer patrons of department stores in October 2009; 381 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, the loyalty programs of department stores were classified by the conformity, shared values, benefit of use, psychological availability, and convenience. The relationship quality of consumers was classified by trust and satisfaction, and the relationship continuity intention of consumers was classified by the continual use intention and word of mouth intention in department stores. The conformity, psychological availability, and convenience of loyalty program influenced the trust of consumers; in addition, the psychological availability influenced the satisfaction of consumers in department stores. The trust and satisfaction of consumers influenced the continual use intention and the satisfaction of consumers influenced the word of mouth intention in department stores.
This study investigated vocabulary learning strategies used by EFL middle school learners in Korea and examined the relationship between the middle school learners' vocabulary learning strategy (VLS) use and their vocabulary proficiency level. One hundred and forty-one students in a public middle school participated in the study and the data for this study were collected from a vocabulary learning strategy questionnaire and a vocabulary proficiency test. Based on the result of the vocabulary proficiency test, the participants were divided into three proficiency groups: high-, mid- and low- level proficiency groups. The overall findings of the study revealed that the participants used cognitive strategies most frequently and social strategies least frequently. The most frequently used individual strategies were 'using a bilingual dictionary,' 'studying the sound of a word' and 'practicing words through verbal repetition.' The least frequently used ones were 'interacting with native speakers' and 'studying or practicing the meaning of a word in a group.' The research results also showed that the vocabulary proficiency level has a significant influence on the vocabulary strategy use. The more proficient learners used vocabulary learning strategies more actively. More specifically, the high proficiency level group used metacognitive strategies the most. The middle and low proficiency groups used cognitive strategies the most. It is suggested that language teachers should facilitate the vocabulary learning process by helping learners develop appropriate strategies.

With the development of over-the-top (OTT) services, the demand for content is increasing, and you can easily and conveniently acquire various content in the online environment. As a result, copyrighted content can be easily copied and distributed, resulting in serious copyright infringement. Some special forms of online service providers (OSP) use filtering-based technologies to protect copyrights, but illegal uploaders use methods that bypass traditional filters. Uploading with a title that bypasses the filter cannot use a similar search method to detect illegal content. In this paper, we propose a technique for profiling the Heavy Uploader by normalizing the bypassed content title and efficiently detecting illegal content. First, the word is extracted from the normalized title and converted into a bit-array to detect illegal works. This Bloom Filter method has a characteristic that there are false positives but no false negatives. The false positive rate has a trade-off relationship with processing performance. As the false positive rate increases, the processing performance increases, and when the false positive rate decreases, the processing performance increases. We increased the detection rate by directly comparing the word to the result of increasing the false positive rate of the Bloom Filter. The processing time was also as fast as when the false positive rate was increased. Afterwards, we create a function that includes information about overall piracy and identify clustering-based heavy uploaders. Analyze the behavior of heavy uploaders to find the first uploader and detect the source site.
Recently, utilization of mobile Internet services is rapidly increasing. To properly accelerate the vitalization of mobile Internet usage, we have to know exactly about the factors affecting potential users' value recognition and intention to use. Technology acceptance model (TAM) is one of the most powerful reference framework for the individual user's adoption of IT innovations. This research borrowed core concept of TAM, and tried to explain users' intention to use mobile Internet by understanding the direct and indirect effects of subjective norm and perceived usefulness. To increase the explanatory power of the model, this paper introduced personal innovativeness as a key moderator variable. The research findings include; i) subjective norm has strong positive influence on perceived usefulness and intention to use, ii) perceived usefulness has positive influence on intention to use, iii) the influence of subject norm is greater than that of perceived usefulness, iv) positive influence of subjective norm on the perceived usefulness and intention to use are significantly stronger in the case of low personal innovativeness sub-group than the case of high personal innovativeness sub-group, and v) high personal innovativeness sub-group have shown strongly positive influence of perceived usefulness on the intention to use while there is no such significant relationship in the case of low personal innovativeness sub-group. Based on these findings, this paper proposed several guidelines to increase the adoption and the usage of mobile Internet; i) word-of-mouth is extremely important, ii) to form a good word-of-mouth, it will be very important to make early adopters and heavy users have positive direct experiences of using mobile Internet.
Digital signage in a smart store would engage and invoke responses from consumers because good in-store experiences are more important than ever. Thus, the present study investigates consumer perceptions of interactive digital signage integrating technology acceptance model. Specifically, the current study examined 1) the effects of personal and fashion innovativeness on interactivity; 2) the effect of interactivity on perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment; and 3) the effects of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment on intentions to use the products and the store, visit the store, and engage in word-of-mouth. As a pre-study, two researchers visited the smart stores of six brands in Seoul, all of which integrate various technologies in the fashion field. A video clip was developed as a stimulus to the study. A total of 214 responses were gathered and analyzed. The results were as follows. Personal innovativeness has a significantly positive effect on interactivity, whereas fashion innovativeness has no significant effect. Interactivity had positive effects on the perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment. Consumer responses (i.e., intentions to use, visit, and engage in word-of-mouth) were predicted by usefulness and enjoyment, but not by ease of use. The findings of this study could provide the fashion industry and retailers practical and valuable insights into enhancing consumers' in-store experiences through the use of interactive digital signage.
