도로경관의 구성요소 제어를 통한 광역도로 경관형성에 관한 연구 - 부산시 광역도로사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Plan for Wide Road's Streetscape by Simulation of Streetscape's Components - As a Sample Wide Area Road in Busan -)

  • 도시가로는 이동을 위한 공간의 기능주의적인 일률적 시설배치를 벗고 쾌적하고 친숙한 문화공간의 역할을 담당할 수 있는 공간으로 바뀔 수 있게 되었다. 또한 도시경관을 구성하는 요소 중 가로경관을 대상으로 그 중에서도 광역도로의 가로경관을 구성하는 다양한 요소들을 분석 및 도출하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 파악하여 쾌적하고 편리한 동시에 지역의 정체성을 나타내는 가로경관을 갖는 광역도로가 될 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것은 가로경관 형성에 큰 의미가 있다고 판단한다. 따라서 본 연구는 먼저, 가로경관의 이론적 고찰과 광역도로의 입지적 특성 등을 고려하여 광역도로 가로경관의 구성요소를 도출하여 이들을 제어하여 시뮬레이션을 작성하였다. 이를 토대로 시행한 평가를 통해 진입부는 친숙한 가로경관의 구성인자, 진입관문으로서 symbol적인 가로경관의 구성인자, 연속적이고 동적인 가로경관의 구성인자, 재미있고 즐거운 가로경관의 구성인자로 4가지의 구성인자가 광역도로의 진입부 가로경관을 대표할 수 있음을 확인하였고 중간부에서는 친근한 가로경관의 구성인자, 안정적이고 부드러운 가로경관의 구성인자, 즐겁고 동적인 가로경관의 구성인자, 상징적인 가로경관의 구성인자로 4가지의 구성인자가 광역도로의 중간부 가로경관을 대표할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Differences in Density and Body Condition of Small Rodent Populations on Different Distance from Road

  • This study was conducted to identify the road effect on small rodent populations within fragmented forest areas around the road from June to September 2002, in 9 study sites of Baekdugdaegan mountains, Korea. Two species of small rodents, Korean field mouse Apodemus peninsulae and striped field mouse Apodemus agrarius, were captured in this study. Korean field mouse preferred forest area, and striped field mouse generally has been found edge area around road. Mean body weight of Korean field mouse was significantly different, but that of striped field mouse was not between both distance from road. Korean field mouse is forest-dwelling species and their distribution is limited in forest area. In contrast, striped field mouse has wide distributional range around road. The effects of road is different in each small rodent species and their habitat preferences.

지역기반의 비가산성 도로통행료 부과에 따른 교통망 균형모형 (A Traffic Equilibrium Model with Area-Based Non Additive Road Pricing Schemes)

  • 비가산경로비용(Non Additive Path Cost)에서 경로를 구성하는 링크통행비용의 합이 경로통행비용과 일치하지 않는다. 비가산성 비용의 적지 않은 사례가 교통부문에 존재하고 있으나 교통망 균형모형은 대부분 가산경로비용 가정에 의존하고 있다. 이 경우 교통망모형은 경로에 속해있는 링크의 통행비용에 선형적으로 증가한다는 경우에 한정된다. 비가산경로비용 대표적인 예로서 특정지역을 출입하는 통행료 체계를 들 수 있다. 이 체계는 차량이 진입(Entry)하면서 인식되고 진출(Exit)하면서 통행료가 정산되므로 링크의 요금이 경로에 선형적으로 반영되지 않는다. 본 연구는 지역기반 통행료 부과체계를 중심으로 새로운 Wordrop 균형모형을 제안한다. 제안된 모형은 비가산경로비용을 가산경로비용으로 전환되기 위해 이진표식변수를 도입한다. 제안된 모형은 경로를 열거하지 않고, 기존의 최적경로탐색기법과 비선형알고리즘이 적용이 가능하며, 수식과 해법에서 네트워크의 변형이 요구되지 않는다는 측면에서 기존에 제안된 모형보다 일반화되었다고 할 수 있다. 증명과 사례연구를 통하여 모형을 검증한다.

도로밀도에 대한 소하천 유역 기반의 총량규제 기초자료 확보 방안 (Acquisition of Evidential Information to Control Total Volume of Road Density per Tributary Watershed)

  • This paper is primarily intended to propose a new concept of "aggregate control of road density" which is defined as the area-wide road surface per watershed area. An empirical study for experimental sites was conducted to confirm how a standard GIS technology can be used to assist in estimating the road density in terms of total volume threshold control. Guidelines for a replicable methodology are presented to provide a strong theoretical basis for the standardization of factors involved in the estimation of the road space threshold; the meaningful classification of road types, delination of watershed boundary, interpretation for distribution trends of road density etc. A variety of visual maps using overlay analysis can be generated over large areas quickly and easily to show the fact that some degree of road space already exists in the experimental sites. They could be used as an evidence to limit further construction of road network in comparison with other tributary watershed. It is anticipated that this research output could be used as a valuable reference to confirm the potential of introducing the new concept of "site specific road density" to support more scientific and objective decision-making in the process of road construction project.

도시 열환경을 고려한 녹지관리방안 수립 연구 (A Study on Green Space Management Planning Considering Urban Thermal Environment)

  • This study suggests plan of green space management based on the result of research apprehending the characteristic through sorting types of city thermal environment targeting summer which thermal pollution is the most serious. Considering anthropogenic heat, development level of wind road, thermal environment, as a result of types of thermal environment process, it is appeared 36 types, and 10 types is relevant of this research subject. Type I-1, size of building is large, artificial covering area is wide, and thermal load of anthropogenic heat is high, type II-1, development condition of wind road is incomplete as IIlevel, entering cold air is difficult and thermal management and improvement is needed area. Type III-1, scale is large and it is area of origin of cold air, development level of wind road is mostly favorable, type III-2 is revealed as smaller scale than III-1, and small area of origin of cold air. Type IV, anthropogenic heat is $81{\sim}150W/m^2$, average, but development function of wind road is very favorable. Type V, large area of thermal load and the origin of cold air are distributed as similar ratio, and level of development function of wind road is revealed as II level. According to standard of type classification of thermal environment, as a result of suggesting plan of green space management and biotops area ratio, type I-1 is buffer green space and waterway creation, goal biotops area ratio 35%, type II-1 afforestation in site and goal biotops area ratio 40%, type III-1, preservation plan to display the current function continuously is requested. Type IV suggests afforestation of stream current, and type V suggests quantitative increase of green space and goal biotops area ratio 45%.

도시공원의 접근성 향상 방안 연구 - 경기도 권역을 중심으로 - (Strategies to Improve Parks' Accessibility in City - Focus on Gyeonggi-do Region -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the arrangement of parks, in whole city level by using park's effective distance and to find the accessibility obstacles in case of using parks, in boundary of each parks' effective distance, so that to show how to improve communities' usage of city parks. The 8 cities in Gyeonggi-do and analysed the effective distance of parks. To find the accessibility obstacles in the boundary of parks' effective distance, 1) we choose 18 sample parks and extract obstacles - wide road, rail road, river- in interior and verify it by field survey and asking the park user's residents directly. The main findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, Ansan city and Goyang city are only satisfied with the minimal city parks size standard, so that the rest 6 cities are lack of quantities which residents can use. The result of analyzing effective distance in whole city level, parks are mainly designated in new-town, so that most cities which have old-towns have very poor park systems to use. Because Ansan city is new-planned city, it is very effective arrangement in park systems exceptionally. Second, $96.2\%$ of park users' are living in the area which was easy to gain access not intercepted by wide road, rail road or river. Third, therefore at the stage of planning park, effective distance and resident's accessibility as well as park's supply quantitatively are needed to be considered. In addition, selection of location and elevation of resident's safety and accessibility through making a plan must be reflected. In the low accessibility area, the program to improve park's accessibility and amenity - like making small park or pocket park, linking parks with resident-friendly road etc.- has to be investigated.

GIS 프로그래밍을 이용한 도로중심선 평면선형 평가 (Evaluation on the Horizontal Alignment of Road Centerline using GIS Programming)

  • 도로의 평면 선형은 도로의 안정성과 교통 용량과 관계가 깊다. 도로의 효율적인 유지 관리와 기준에 대한 적합성 평가를 위해서는 도로의 평면 선형을 정확하게 분석하는 방법이 필요하다. 최근 Lidar자료나 GPS를 이용한 도로의 평면 선형 연구가 진행되고 있으나 넓은 지역에서의 평면 선형 곡선 반경을 분석하기에는 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수치지형도의 도로중심선을 이용하여 곡선 반경이 도로 구조 시설기준에 적합한지 여부를 평가하는 도구를 GIS 상에서 구현하고자 한다. 또한 $ESRI^{(R)}$ $ArcObject^{TM}$와 프로그래밍 언어인 비주얼 베이직(Visual Basic)을 사용해 도로의 평면선형을 자동적으로 산정할 수 있는 인터페이스를 설계 구현하였다.

  • This is a research of an adaptive longitudinal control system for situated cognition in wide range, traffic accidents reduction and safety driving environment by integrated system which graft a road infrastructure's information based on IT onto the intelligent vehicle combined automobile and IT technology. The road infrastructure installed by laser scanner in intersection, speed limited area and sharp curve area where is many risk of traffic accident. The road infra conducts objects recognition, segmentation, and tracking for determining dangerous situation and communicates real-time information by Ethernet with vehicle. Also, the data which transmitted from infrastructure supports safety driving by integrated with laser scanner's data on vehicle bumper.

ROADMOD를 이용한 도로청소 및 모래여과시설에 의한 고속도로에서의 강우시 TSS 저감효과 분석 (Removal Efficiency of TSS Loadings from Expressway by Road Sweeping and Sand Filter Facility Using ROADMOD)

  • In this study, the removal efficiency of road sweeping and sand filter facility for removing total suspended solid (TSS) as nonpoint source pollution from expressway was evaluated for the last 10 years (2012~2021) using ROADMOD. ROADMOD is a screening level model and was calibrated for runoff rate and TSS loading both at the inlet, which is the loading from the drainage area, and the outlet, from the sand filter facility. The drainage area is 715 m2 and the dimensions of sand filter facility are 1.5 m (wide) × 3.8 m (length) × 1.5 m (depth). The monitoring period for model calibration was the rainfall event during Aug. 31~Sep. 1, 2021 and the amount of rainfall was 74.5 mm. As a result of calibration, the determination coefficients (R2) of the flow rate were 0.66 and 0.86, for the inlet and outlet, respectively, and those of TSS loading were 0.50 and 0.84, for the inlet and outlet, respectively. Considering that ROADMOD is a screening level model, the calibration results were reasonable to evaluate the best management practices (BMPs) on the expressway. Using ROADMOD simulation results for 2012~2021, the average yearly runoff rate from the expressway was 82% and removal efficiency was 9% for road sweeping, 35% for sand filter facility, and 39% for both road sweeping and sand filter facility.

도로의 차량 인식을 위한 LiDAR 자료 적용연구 (Utilizing LiDAR Data to Vehicle Recognition on the Road)

  • 차량 인식의 문제는 교통관리나 차량검색 등의 분야에서 자동차가 포함하고 있는 중요한 정보를 얻기 위해 필수적으로 수행해야 하는 과정이다. 본 연구는 LiDAR 자료를 교통정보 추출에 활용하기 위한 기초 연구로써 LiDAR 자료로부터 도로포인트를 추출하고 이중 도로 상의 차량을 분류하기 위한 알고리즘을 제시하고 인식된 차량의 크기를 추정하기 위한 알고리즘을 제시하였으며 광범위한 지역에서 LiDAR 자료를 이용하여 도로상의 차량 댓수를 파악하고 크기를 추정하였다.
