확장 탄성 임피던스 역산을 이용한 저류층 물성 예측 (Prediction of Reservoir Properties Using Extended Elastic Impedance Inversion)

  • 확장 탄성 임피던스(extended elastic impedance, EEI)는 입사각에 따른 음향 임피던스(acoustic impedance, AI) 를 일반화한 탄성 임피던스(elastic impedance, EI)를 확장한 개념으로서 다양한 저류암 물성과 대비가 가능한 것으로 알려져 있다. 하지만 EEI 역산을 적용하여 예측한 저류암적 물성이 실제 물성을 얼마나 정확히 예측하는지를 검증한 사례는 거의 없다. 본 연구에서는 EEI 역산 기법을 이용하여 미국 와이오밍주 Teapot Dome 유전의 주요 저류층 중 하나인 Second Wall Creek 사암층의 P파속도($V_p$), S파속도($V_s$), P파속도-S파속도 비($V_p/V_s$), 포아송비(Poisson's ratio)와 같은 속도 물성들을 유추하고 실제 물리검층 자료와 비교하여 EEI 역산 기법의 정확도를 검증했다. 사용된 자료는 Teapot Dome 유전 남부의 3차원 공심점 모음 자료(CDP gather)와 많은 시추공에서 선택된 4개의 시추공 자료이다. $V_s$ 검층자료는 경험식을 통해 $V_p$ 검층자료로부터 계산되었다. 4개의 속도 물성 EEI 예측 %에러는 한 시추공에서의 포아송비를 제외하면 약 5%를 넘지 않는다. 그러나 속도로부터 직접적으로 계산되지 않는 공극률, 감마선 검층값, 밀도와 같은 물성들은 시추공에서의 EEI 역산 분석 결과가 만족스럽지 못하여 전체 자료에 EEI 역산을 적용할 수 없었다. 따라서 속도 물성의 경우 EEI 역산을 적용할 수 있지만 속도로부터 직접 계산이 되지 않는 물성의 경우는 EEI 역산 적용에 신중해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

인도산(印度産) 참나무(Quercus incana)를 이용한 표고재배(栽培)의 가능성(可能性)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Possidility of Oak Mushroom(Shiitake) Cultivation on Ban Oak (Quercus incana) of India)

  • 본(本) 실험(實驗)은 인도(印度) Simla지방(地方)에서 자생(自生)하고 있는 참나무 Ban oak(Q. incana)의 표고재배별용(栽培利用) 가능성(可能性)을 검토(檢討)하기 위(爲)하여 수행(遂行)되였다. 표고 균멱(菌)의 活着과 發育 및 자실체(子實體)의 발생상황(發生狀況)을 관찰(觀察)하고 원목성분(原木成分)을 한국(韓國)의 졸참나무(Q. Serrata)와 비교(比較) 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. Q. incana는 Q. serrat에 비(比)하여 Alcohol-Benzen extract. NaOH extract 및 Ash의 함유량(含有量)이 많았으나 cellulose pentosan은 적었다. 2. Q. incana를 이용(利用)한 톱밥배지(培地)에서의 균멱발육(菌發育)은 Q. serrata보다 신장속도(伸長速度)는 늦으나 균멱(菌)가 세밀하게 발육(發育)하였다. 3. 원목(原木)에서의 균멱발육(菌發育)은 실내시험(室內試驗)이나 야외시험(野外試驗) 공(共)히 Q. serrate가 빨랐으며 균멱(菌)의 활착량(活着率)은 두 수종간(樹種間)에 차이(差異)가 없고 양호(良好)하였다. 4. 원본(原本)에 종균접종후(種菌接種後) 16개월(個月)만에 Ban oak(Q. incana) 및 졸참나무(Q. serrata)에서 전대에서 첫 버섯이 발생(發生)하였다. 5. 이상(以上)의 결과(結果)에서 Ban oak(Q. incana)를 이용(利用)한 표고재배(栽培)는 가능(可能)하다고 사료(思料)된다.

인공습지 조성후 생물다양성 증진 효과에 관한 연구 -서울공고 생태연못을 중심으로- (The Effects of the Biodiversity Increase after Creation of the Artificial Wetland -The Case of Ecological Pond at Seoul Technical High School-)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the creation techniques of artificial wetland, one of biotopes developed to promote biodiversity in urban areas, and to look for improvement steps. Specifically, artificial wetland creation techniques were categorized into living environment and living creature classification. Being living conditions for creations, habitat environment was reviewed with a focus on water and soil environments. Living creatures were classified into plants, insects, fish, and birds. The evaluation of creation techniques was done in post-construction evaluation while considering the creation of habitats for living creatures. Intervention by users, changes in living environment and living species, and relevance of creation techniques were reviewed. Key results of this study are as follows. (1) Water environment for the living environment of creatures provides a suitable environment conditions for the living of creatures through a process easing the use of piped water. Various water depths and embankment appear to have a positive impact on the living of aquatic life. In particular, embankment covered in soil naturally played an important role as a place for the activities of aquatic insects and young fish as well as the growth of aquatic plants. (2) Various aquatic and ground plants to promote insect-diversity, shallow water, and old-tree logs had contributed greatly in increasing the types and number of insects. Aquatic insects. Aquatic insects were seen much particularly in areas where aquatic plants are rich but water is shallow than any other areas. (3) A space piled with stone to provide habitats for fish was not much used. However, it was observed that fish used embankment built with natural stones and embankment using logs in areas where water is deep. In addition, it was confirmed that 1,500 fish that had been released propagated using various depths and places for birth. (4) It was analyzed that techniques (creation of island, log setting, and creation of man-made bird nests) to provide habitats and to attract birds are not serving their roles. In such a case, it is believed that species had not increased due to the smallness as well as isolated features of the area. Based on theoretical review, they are judged to be areas that are likely to be used when a greater variety of birds is introduced. It is judged that attracting and keeping more birds at the site, such spaces need to be linked systematically in the future in terms of building eco-network while ensuring an adequate living areas. (5) In the study areas, users intervened greatly. As a result, a blockage was created preventing the normal growth of plants and non-indigenous plants were introduced. In order to limit the intervention by users, setting enough buffer zones, and environment education programs were urgently required. D/H=1>Hyangkyo> houses on the river>temples>lecture halls. 표고버섯의 톱밥재배에 있어 갈변과 관련된 효소작용 (Enzymatic activities related mycelial browning of Lentinula edodes (Berkeley) Sing)

  • Shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) is usually cultivated on the oak log. Log cultivation of this mushroom is getting difficult to get oak logs and has a weak point of its long cultivation period. Recently sawdust cultivation is getting increase. It is important to make mycelia browning on the substrate surface. This browned surface in sawdust cultivation plays an important role like as artificial bark of the oak log, which protects the other pests and suppresses water evaporation in the substrate. The period for mycelia browning is so long that the sawdust cultivation of Shiitake mushroom can not spread well into the mushroom farms. The development of methods for the rapid mycelia browning is quite required. In this article we would like to discuss about the enzymatic activities related mycelia browning and search the methods of cultivation period reduction.

융릉 정자각 및 비각 목부재의 연륜연대 분석 (Tree-Ring Dating of Wood Elements of Jeongjagak and Bigak for Yungneung)

  • Yungneung is the royal tomb of King Jangjo (the Crown Prince Sado, 1735~1762) and his wife, Hyegyeonggung-the Lady Hong (1735~1815). King Jangjo was the second son of the 21st King Yeongjo of the Joseon Dynasty. The tomb of King Jangjo was originally established at Yangju near Seoul in 1762 and moved to Whaseong near Suwon in 1789. We examined tree-ring (dendrochronological) dates of Jeongjagak, the ceremonial hall and Bigak, the tombstone house of Yungneung. We obtained tree-ring dates of 54 wood elements. The dates of bark rings were A.D. 1785, 1786, and 1787 with completed latewoods. These tree-ring dates were well matched with the historically recorded date of two buildings, A.D. 1789 when two or three year-storage after cutting logs was considered. The results indicated that the present buildings of Yungneung was built when the royal tomb of King Jangjo was moved from Yangju to Suwon. A historical record about the construction of Yungneung, 'Hyeonyungwon-eugye' confirmed the majority of woods was moved from 'Manrichang', an official storage office in Seoul through Han river and Yellow Sea to Suwon.

  • 정보통신기술의 발달에 따른 전자상거래의 도입으로 국제무역거래에도 무역서류의 전자화가 필요하게 되었다. BOLERO 프로젝트는 MANDATE 프로젝트의 성과를 기초로 하여, 전자식 선화증권의 실용 가능성에 관련한 예비실험(Pilot Test)을 실행한 것으로서, 이 프로젝트를 발전시켜 1999년 9월부터 상용서비스를 개시한 것이 볼레로넷 서비스이다. 따라서, 본고는 볼레로넷이 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 사용하는 시스템과 그 시스템상의 메시지의 안전한 송수신을 살펴봄으로써 무역업자들이 이 서비스를 사용할 수 있는지 여부를 고찰하고자 하는 것이다.

A comprehensive review of the therapeutic effects of Hericium erinaceus in neurodegenerative disease

  • Mushrooms are considered not only as food but also for source of physiologically beneficial medicines. The culinary-medicinal mushrooms may important role in the prevention of age-associated neurological dysfunctions, including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. Hericium erinaceus (H. erinaceus), is edible mushrooms, is a parasitic fungus that grows hanging off of logs and trees and well established candidate for brain and nerve health. H. erinaceus contains high amounts of antioxidants, beta-glucan, polysaccharides and a potent catalyst for brain tissue regeneration and helps to improve memory and cognitive functions. Its fruiting bodies and the fungal mycelia exhibit various pharmacological activities, including the enhancement of the immune system, antitumor, hypoglycemic and anti-aging properties. H. erinaceus stimulates the synthesis of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) which is the primary protein nutrient responsible for enhancing and repairing neurological disorders. Especially hericenones and erinacines isolated from its fruitin body stimulate NGF, synthesis. This fungus is also utilized to regulate blood levels of glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol. H. erinaceus can be considered as useful therapeutic agents in the management and/or treatment of neurodegeneration diseases. However, this review focuses on in vitro, in vivo and clinical trials for neurodegerative disease.

가스하이드레이트 형성 과정의 비저항 모니터링 (Electrical Resistivity Monitoring of Gas Hydrate Formation)

  • Electrical resistivity in hydrate-bearing sediments is sensitive to porosity, gas hydrate saturation, gas content, pore fluid composition, and temperature, so electrical measurements such as well logs and electromagnetic surveys have been used to explore gas hydrate-bearing formation. The high pressure tomography cell is designed considering the effect of electrode configuration and electrical shielding on tomography measurements and the safety. The evolution of electrical conductivity during $CO_2$ hydrate formation and dissociation reflects the combined effects of concurrent changes that include ionization of dissolved $CO_2$, temperature-dependent ionic mobility, changes in the degree of saturation, ion exclusion, surface conduction, and porosity changes. Measurements during hydrate formation and dissociation require careful analysis to properly interpret signatures, in particular when out-of plane conductivity anomalies prevail.

노루궁뎅이버섯의 재배방법에 따른 수량성 (Effect of Different Cultivation Methods on Yield of Hericium erinaceus)

  • 노루궁뎅이버섯의 재배방법에 따른 수량은 병재배로 재배하였을 때 356 g/850 ml으로, 봉지(pot)재배하였을 때의 810 g/2500 ml보다 더 높았다. 그러나 회수율은 병(850 ml)에 재배하였을 때 147.8%로 봉지(pot)에 재배하였을 때의 114.3% 보다 높았다 발이 유기시 균긁기는 하지 않은 것이 좋았으며 특히 병마개를 막아둔 상태에서 발이시키는 방법이 수량도 가장 많고 생물적 효율도 높았다. 노루궁뎅이버섯의 원목재배 수종은 참나무, 물오리나무, 포플러, 아카시나무 원목 순으로 좋았다. 참나무원목은 수량이 $1195.5\;g/0.1\;m^3$, 생물학적 효율이 17.3%, 초발이 소요일수는 69일, 개체중은 143 g이었다.

Enhancing the Viability Rate of Probiotic by Co-Encapsulating with Prebiotic in Alginate Microcapsules Supplemented to Cupcake Production

  • The objective of the study was to assess the survival of microencapsulated Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC8014 produced using the emulsion technique in alginate gel combined with pectin and maltodextrin components. The microcapsules were then added to cupcake dough that was further baked at 200℃ for 12 min. The viability of L. plantarum was assessed during baking and the 10 days of storage at 4℃ as well as in simulated gastrointestinal conditions. In addition, yeast-mold and water activity were investigated. After baking, the samples with microencapsulated L. plantarum contained more than 5 log CFU/g, which was higher compared to the bacterial concentration of the control samples. The concentration of L. plantarum was more than 6 logs CFU/g after the end of the storage; therefore, the probiotic functioned as a biopreservative in the cake. The prebiotic component strengthened the microcapsules network and helped protect the viability of L. plantarum in simulated gastric fluid (SGF) and simulated intestinal fluid (SIF) media. The results show that the addition of L. plantarum microencapsules did not affect the sensory scores of the cupcake while ensuring the viability of the probiotic during baking and storing.
