본 연구의 목적은 마셜의 사회권 개념을 역동적으로 해석하여 현실 복지국가에서 작동하는 사회권의 성격 및 발달 정도 등을 구체적으로 조망할 수 있는 분석 틀을 탐색적으로 모색하는 것이다. 최근 들어 마셜의 시민권 개념이 주목을 받음에 따라 한국에서도 그와 관련된 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있으나 사회권을 포함하여 마셜의 시민권을 논의하고 있는 대부분의 기존 연구들은 주로 개념의 내용과 근거 그리고 권리의 정당성을 명확히 하는 연구에 주목하다 보니 개념의 구체화 및 활용에 대해서는 상대적으로 소홀한 편이었다. 이에 본 연구는 마셜의 사회권이 가진 발생학적 역동성에 주목하여 사회권의 발생이 민주주의, 자본주의, 복지주의라는 현대 자본주의의 복합적 발전 속에서 탄생한 역사적 개념임을 논증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 마셜이 시민권의 성격을 논의하며 제시한 복합사회 개념에 주목하고 이 개념이 현대 민주복지국가의 성격을 논의하는 정치철학적 개념과 정합성을 가지고 있음을 보인다. 이러한 논의에 기초하여 본 논문은 마셜의 사회권이 가진 복합성과 역동성은 시장과 국가와의 관계, 개인과 공동체의 관계라는 정치철학적 쟁점을 통해 유형화가 가능하며 이러한 정치철학에 근거한 유형화는 에스핑-앤더슨에 의해 제시된 복지국가 레짐 개념을 통해 현실분석의 도구로 전화될 수 있음을 보이고자 한다.

The elderly people was over 8.3% in 2003. This seament is projected to grow to 14.4% by 2019(Aged society) and over 20% by 2026(Super aged society). As the elderly population is increasing and young population is declined social issues around elderly care are emerged in Korea. As a result of that, they are in the condition of poor system of the welfare of the old and it is the worst one in Korea. And because of the worst financial independence and difficulty in Korea, welfare facilities and medical instruments are so insufficient and deteriorated, so the quality of service is getting low. Furthermore the mortality of cancer is rapidely increased in recent years. So it is expected that the number of families who are caring for terminal cancer patient will be increased. We can not solve those problems only with government's policy such as to secure ample budget and to enlarge the aged welfare institutions. Definitely, to acheve the suggetions persistence concern about old people is most important, and family, community and national government should be linked to accomplish to goal. Accordingly, for this study attempts to provide conceptual framework of the respite care, spiritual care and home hospice, nursing home for the elderly. And this study is to discuss the necessity and effect about the construction of housing welfare infrastructure and to make a cooperation and linkage system among the aged welfare institutions, government and the aged welfare programs. As is well known, the issue of the increasing aged people is neither a matter of individuals nor of the family, but rather a complex matter of whol society. Therefore it can be resolved by the active participation of government. Conclusively this study tries to provide an direction of the improvement with regard to the welfare policy for the elderly. The study is as follwos: Chapters 1: The theological base, conception, essentiality, respite care, spiritual care and home hospice, nursing home for the elderly. Chapters 2: Definitions of respite care, spiritual care, hospice, patient of termina cancer and quality of life. And relations between respite care and nursing home. Chapters 3: The necessity of long-term care insurance and the perspectives of spiritual care. Chapters 4: Conclusions and summarizing(The directions of improvement of welfare policy for the elderly). To sum up, the problems of the aged people has not effects only to the aged people. This means that the problems of aged is the problems of the young generation today. Because young generation will be the old generation in the near future.

본 연구는 달구벌건강주치의사업에 참여하고 있는 기관의 실무자와 서비스 이용자들의 경험을 토대로 질적연구를 통하여 보건의료·복지 서비스의 통합적인 지원의 성과와 개선방안을 살펴 보았다. 분석 결과 달구벌건강주치의사업은 의료취약계층의 복합적 수요 해결에 효과적이었다. 의료와 복지 사각지대에서 삶의 희망을 잃어버리고 의료와 복지서비스 이용에 대한 두려움을 가진 이용자들에게 신속 간단한 대상자 선정과 자원연계를 통한 통합적 서비스 제공으로 복합적 수요 해결과 삶에 대한 긍정적인 태도 회복, 삶의 질 개선에 기여하였다. 달구벌건강주치의사업은 대상자 의뢰기관부터 서비스 제공기관까지 공공뿐 아니라 민간기관이 참여하는 포괄적 네트워크를 구축하였으며, 대구의료원을 중심으로 5개 상급종합병원의 참여로 경증부터 최중증까지 대상자의 중증도에 적합한 치료를 지원하는 모형을 구축함으로써 의료혜택에서 소외된 대상자를 적극적으로 발굴하고 실제 이들의 건강 문제를 해결함으로써 건강 형평성을 개선한 것으로 파악된다.

While the use of large scale underground complex space is increasing currently, this research suggests the methodology of servicing advanced service for civilian and constructing active disaster protection system in order to be free from danger problem of underground complex space by applying new ubiquitous technology. Synchronization between virtual space and real space and construction of ubiquitous disaster protection system arc the core technology. Based on RFID, USN technology, usually, user centered spatial information services are presented. it can be convert to disaster protection system on emergency situation without delay. Through these technology. we can ensure the safety of underground space where the floating population is concentrated in, moreover, utilize for infrastructure that presents various civilian services. Then we can satisfy the increasing civilians desire for safety and welfare and finally, it will contribute to construction of productive city and creation of new conceptual market.

View From the point of change of the land of the land of the nation. The advancement in the modern civilization has led to building many apartments characterized by high buildings and building complexes due to population concentration into big cities. This tendency not only causes serious problems in terms of city images but also produces considerable discords in the matter of harmonized beauty of the complex itself.At the stage of space planning for the apartment complexes only economic and functional aspects were considered. So in many cases the space, which dose not contribute to environmental improvement which must go in parallel with the quantity increase of apartments and improvements of welfare and living standards of the apartment inhabitants.

Urban agriculture is drawing people's attention along with environmental problems and recent changes in population and society such as the expansion of the aged, and various related discussions are going on for expanding the base. The purpose of this study was to suggest the application of urban agriculture in the permanently rental apartment complex to build a social welfare. Aiming at the introduction of urban agriculture in permanently rental apartment complexes, this study presented the roles and necessities of urban agriculture in response to environmental changes at home and overseas, explained the current state of permanently leased apartment complexes, estimated the land area usable for urban agriculture in existing complexes, and proposed strategies for the introduction of urban agriculture.

This manuscript is based on the report "THE RESEARCH ON THE OBJECT TO BE FIRE RESISTIVE AND THOSE LIMITS" issued by FILK. With advancement of the life style recently. People seek for more comfort therefore the aspect of the residence is getting more complex. Meanwhile, the vital and property loss caused fire is getting higher. For the safe of the public welfare, these fire hazard should be controlled by governmental system. It will also be satisfactory if this small opinion could be helpful for the safe.

현대 도시공간은 단순주거환경에서 문화, 복지, 환경을 포괄하는 다기능 충족공간으로 급격하게 패러다임이 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 요구에 따라 문화적 이미지의 가치 창출에 대한 필요성과 질적인 성장관리가 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 복합공간개발계획에 있어 문화콘텐츠를 개발 도입한 성공사례의 연구 분석을 통해 각 개발 사례별로 문화콘텐츠영역을 추출하여 문화콘텐츠와 공간이 어떻게 연계되어 새로운 복합문화공간으로 조성될 수 있는지 살펴본다 또한 각 개발사례별 PM(Project management)과 PMr (Project Manager)의 범위와 역할에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 통합적이고 체계적인 관리시스템의 중요성을 인식한다. 따라서 이러한 PM과 PMr의 타당성에 대한 인식과 더불어 다양한 복합문화공간개발에 있어서 통합적 계획과 관리시스템으로 가장 효과적인 방법인 PM의 적용이 향후 복합공간개발의 질적인 향상을 가능하게 하는 새로운 대안의 기반이 될 것으로 기대한다.

요나 콤플렉스는 미국의 유명한 심리학자 매슬로에 의해 제안된 심리 용어이다. 요컨대 요나 콤플렉스는 성장에 대한 두려움이다. 그것은 정신 역학 이론의 가설에서 비롯된다. "사람들은 실패를 두려워할 뿐만 아니라 성공도 두려워한다." 그것은 기회 앞에서 회피하고 후퇴하는 일종의 심리를 나타낸다. 이것은 우리가 잘 할 수 있는 것을 하지 못하게 하거나 심지어 우리의 잠재력을 탐구하는 것을 피하도록 이끄는 감정적인 상태이다. 자기실현이라는 관점에서 보면, 그것은 자기실현에 심리적 장애물이다. 본 논문은 다음과 같이 구성되어 있다. 제1장에서는 본 논문의 연구 배경과 중요성을 설명하고, 제2장에서는 이론적인 근거를 설명하고, 제3장에서는 본 논문의 연구 방법이 문학적인 방법이라고 설명하고, 제4장에서는 요나의 형성 이유를 분석한다. 다섯 번째 장에서는 요나 콤플렉스를 극복하는 방법을 자세히 설명했다.
