In this paper, we design and implement the prototype system, and propose the Extended Faceted Classification. Scheme and the Hybrid Retrieval Method that support classifying the software components, storing in library, and efficient retrieval according to user's request. In order to designs the classification scheme, we identify several necessary items by analyzing basic classes of software components that are to be classified. Then, we classify the items by their characteristics, decide the facets, and compose the component descriptors. According to their basic characteristics, we store software components in the library by clustering their application domains and are assign weights to the facets and its items to describe the component characteristics. In order to retrieve the software components, we use the retrieval-by-query model, and the weights and similarity for easy retrieval of similar software components. As the result of applying proposed classification scheme and retrieval model, we can easily identify similar components and the process of classification become simple. Also, the construction of queries becomes simple, the control of the size and order of the components to be retrieved possible, and the retrieval effectiveness is improved.

Inspection system which was performed in the past selected the final winning bidder by separating Pre-Qualification, the basic design evaluation and price evaluation. However, turnkey and alternative bidding construction has selected way to determine the successful bidder as the best design and the most low cost method, comprehensive evaluation method (bid price adjustment, design score adjustments, weights standard), the best design and the fixed amount method from january 1, 2010 to the present. Due to these institutional problems, orders institutions were often a way to determine the successful bidder to apply differently for identical or similar construction. Therefore this study winning bidder selection criteria through analysis of construction the number and construction order performance, order performance by work division and institutional orders, the weights bidder order performance and orders status of turnkey alternative tendering construction to civil part performed in domestic.

Markov Chains has proven to be effective in predicting human behaviors in the areas of web site assess, multimedia educational system, and driving environment. In order to extend an application area of predicting human behaviors using Markov Chains, this study was conducted to investigate whether Markov Chains could be used to predict human behavior in selecting mobile phone menu item. Compared to the aforementioned application areas, this study has different aspects in using Markov Chains : m-order 1-step Markov Model and the concept of Power Law of Learning. The results showed that human behaviors in predicting mobile phone menu selection were well fitted into with m-order 1-step Markov Model and Power Law of Learning in allocating history path vector weights. In other words, prediction of mobile phone menu selection with Markov Chains was capable of user's actual menu selection.

In this research we propose the design of the Order Statistic-Adaptive Weighted Average Hybrid(OS-AWAH) filter which can suppress noise from the corrupted image sequence effectively while preserving the image structure. The proposed filter combines the desirable properties of the order static based spatial filter which can preserve the image structure while reducing noise and the adaptive weighted average based temporal filter which can adapt the filtering weights according to the amount of motion without motion estimation. Performance characteristics of the OS-AWAH filter in noisy sequences containing moving step edges are investigated throuth computer simulations and compared with the median based filters such as 3-D WM(weighted median) filter, MMF (multistage median filter), ADCWM(adaptive directional center weighted median) filter. The visual evaluations are also carried out by applyin gthe filters to the real images. The statistical analysis and experimental reslts show that the OS-AWAH filter is effective in preserving image structures while suppressing noise effectively without motion compensation preprocessing.

Short-text similarity calculation is one of the hot issues in natural language processing research. The conventional keyword-overlap similarity algorithms merely consider the lexical item information and neglect the effect of the word order. And some of its optimized algorithms combine the word order, but the weights are hard to be determined. In the paper, viewing the keyword-overlap similarity algorithm, the short English text similarity algorithm based on lexical chunk theory (LC-SETSA) is proposed, which introduces the lexical chunk theory existing in cognitive psychology category into the short English text similarity calculation for the first time. The lexical chunks are applied to segment short English texts, and the segmentation results demonstrate the semantic connotation and the fixed word order of the lexical chunks, and then the overlap similarity of the lexical chunks is calculated accordingly. Finally, the comparative experiments are carried out, and the experimental results prove that the proposed algorithm of the paper is feasible, stable, and effective to a large extent.

A proposed test statistic is obtained by multiplying constant weights by the Neumann smooth type statistic discussed by Eubank and Hart(1993) in order to observe the effect of weight. It has very good results of power studies. Another advantage of this test is that it simultaneously provides an important diagnostic tools that can be used in many cases to determine how the model should be adjusted.

In order to investigate the properties of aqueous fibroin solution, the molecular weight distribution of silk fibroin was determined by gel filtration chromatography. The molecular weights spreaded from 200 kDa to less than 20 kDa. The distribution of molecular weight was significantly affected when the pH of solubilization solution is less than 1. Distributions of fibroin solution stored at various condition were also investigated.

Recently, twinning rate increases in Korea since the early 1990s by delayed marriage and prevailing of assisted reproductive technology. But twin and higher-order multiples are at increased risk for perinatal and neonatal mortality over 5 fold despite of dramatic improvement of perinatal and neonatal care. Because twins are born more prematurely and have lower birth weights than singleton. In addition, twins are at increased risk for cerebral palsy mainly in monochorionic twins due to co-twin fetal death, twin to twin transfusion and congenital anomaly. So, this article reviews the factors contributing to the mortality and morbidity of the twins and the efforts to decrease the neonatal mortality of twins.

Robust regression based on M-estimator reduces and/or bounds the influence of outliers in the y-direction only. Therefore, when several influential observations exist, diagnostics in the robust regression is required in order to detect them. In this paper, we propose influence diagnostics in the robust regression based on M-estimator and its one-step version. Noting that M-estimator can be obtained through iterative weighted least squares regression by using internal weights, we apply the weighted least squares (WLS) regression diagnostics to robust regression.
