시계열 분석을 이용한 가스사고 발생 예측 연구 (The Study of Prediction Model of Gas Accidents Using Time Series Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내에서 발생한 가스사고를 분석하여 가스사고의 건수예측모델에 대하여 제시하였다. 가스사고 건수를 예측하기 위하여 단순이동평균법(3,4,5기간), 가중이동평균법 및 지수평활법을 적용해 본 결과, 4기간 이동평균법과 가중이동평균법에 의한 모델의 평균오차제곱합이 44.4와 43으로 가장 정확성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 가스사고 발생건수 예측시스템을 개발함으로서 가스사고 예방활동에 적극 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 1990년대 중반 이후 금융 분야에서 가장 많은 관심을 받는 연구 주제 중의 하나는 대표적인 위험측정 방법인 VaR (Value at risk)이다. VaR는 주어진 신뢰수준에서 정상적인 시장조건을 가정할 때 선택한 목표기간 동안 발생할 수 있는 포트폴리오의 최대손실액으로 정의된다. 본 논문에서는 국내 주가지수 자료를 이용한 포트폴리오에 다변량 정규분포를 이용하는 VaR 예측 방법인 단순이동평균법과 지수가중이동평균법을 고려하여 VaR를 예측한 결과와 t 분포 및 조건부 코퓰라 (Copula) 함수를 이용하여 VaR를 예측한 결과를 비교 평가하였다. 자료 분석 결과에 의하면 포트폴리오 구성 종목 간에 종속성구조와 비정규성이 존재하는 경우에 t 분포와 조건부 코퓰라 방식을 이용하여 VaR 추정의 정확도를 높일 수 있다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.

간 경화도 측정을 위한 3.0T 자기공명 탄성계수 영상의 유용성에 대한 고찰 : 확산계수 영상 및 T2 강조 영상과의 비교 (The study of utility about magnetic resonance elastography for measurements of liver stiffness : the comparisons of ADC value & T2 weighted image)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the mutual relations by measuring SNR from T2 weighted image and ADC values on the basis of the stiffness values from liver tissues. This study was conducted that total 37 people(23 of males and 11 of females) were taken the liver MRI examination and average age was $54.5{\pm}12.7$ years old. The equipment was MAGNETOM Skyra 3.0T (SIEMENS, Erlangen, Germany) and 32 channel body-array coil. The examination were conducted with HASTE T2 weighted image by axial plane, Spin-echo EPI (echo planner image) DWI (b-value = 800) and Magnetic resonance elastography. The ROIs (region of interest: 200-300 $mm^2$) were established on the basis of the first axial stiffness image corresponded 95% confidence interval from axial stiffness image and then were measured values. After drawing the grid lines, signals were measured SNR from T2 weighted image and ADC values on the same locations that were analysed other 3 planes respectively. The results were showed correlation (0.057) that were increased to SNR from T2 weighted image by increasing stiffness value that no significant difference statistically p = 0.003. Other results were showed correlations (-0.301) that were decreased to ADC values by increasing stiffness values that no significant difference statistically p = 0.088. In the 3.0T equipment, the results may be error in much the same fashion as the 1.5T from ADC values by evaluation of fibrosis stage. However, Magnetic resonance elastography would be useful method that is used to diagnose exactly liver fibrosis stages in the 3.0T.

Closed Walk Ferry Route Design for Wireless Sensor Networks

  • Message ferry is a controllable mobile node with large capacity and rechargeable energy to collect information from the sensors to the sink in wireless sensor networks. In the existing works, route of the message ferry is often designed from the solutions of the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and its variants. In such solutions, the ferry route is often a simple cycle, which starts from the sink, access all the sensors exactly once and moves back to the sink. In this paper, we consider a different case, where the ferry route is a closed walk that contains more than one simple cycle. This problem is defined as the Closed Walk Ferry Route Design (CWFRD) problem in this paper, which is an optimization problem aiming to minimize the average weighted delay. The CWFRD problem is proved to be NP-hard, and the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) formulation is given. Furthermore, a heuristic scheme, namely the Initialization-Split-Optimization (ISO) scheme is proposed to construct closed walk routes for the ferry. The experimental results show that the ISO algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the average weighted delay compared to the existing simple cycle based scheme.

Assessment of Personal Exposure to Nitrogen Dioxide in Primary Schoolchildren

  • This study was designed to assess the level of nitrogen dioxide from several microenvironments including inside the home, outdoors near the home, inside the school, outdoors near the school, and on the road for 42 primary schoolchildren during the month of December 2002 in Seoul, Korea. The average personal, indoor, outdoor $NO_2$ levels, and indoor/outdoor ratio were 45.08 ppb, 27.89 ppb, 30.96 ppb, and 0.89, respectively. The indoor $NO_2$ concentrations were significantly associated with the presence of a smoker with a gas stove. The estimated personal $NO_2$ exposure using time-weighted average equation of $34.64{\pm}5.29$ ppb was significantly lower than the measured personal exposure of $45.08{\pm}5.50$ ppb. Our results indicate that indoor $NO_2$ levels were associated with the presence of a smoker and a gas stove. Moreover, personal $NO_2$ exposure with a gas stove in the house was significantly higher than those without a gas stove.

연결설정 지연 단축을 위한 바이러스 쓰로틀링의 가변 비율 제한기 (Variable Rate Limiter in Virus Throttling for Reducing Connection Delay)

  • 연결요청(connection request) 패킷의 전송비율을 일정 비율 이하로 제한함으로써 월 발생을 탐지하는 바이러스 쓰로틀링(virus throttling)은 대표적인 웜 조기 탐지 기술 중의 하나이다. 기존 바이러스 쓰로틀링은 비율 제한기의 주기를 고정시키고 지연 큐 길이를 감시하여 웜 발생 여부를 판단한다. 본 논문에서는 가중치 평균 지연 큐 길이를 적용하여 비율 제한기의 주기를 자율적으로 조절하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 가중치 평균 지연 큐 길이에 따른 다양한 주기결정 기법을 제시한다. 실험결과 제안 알고리즘은 웜 탐지시간에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않으면서도 연결설정 지연시간을 단축하여 사용자가 느끼는 불편함을 줄여 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Sensor and actuator design for displacement control of continuous systems

  • The present paper is concerned with the design of distributed sensors and actuators. Strain type sensors and actuators are considered with their intensity continuously distributed throughout a continuous structure. The sensors measure a weighted average of the strain tensor. As a starting point for their design we introduce the concept of collocated sensors and actuators as well as the so-called natural output. Then we utilize the principle of virtual work for an auxiliary quasi-static problem to assign a mechanical interpretation to the natural output of the sensors to be designed. Therefore, we take the virtual displacements in the principle of virtual work as that part of the displacement in the original problem, which characterizes the deviation from a desired one. We introduce different kinds of distributed sensors, each of them with a mechanical interpretation other than a weighted average of the strain tensor. Additionally, we assign a mechanical interpretation to the collocated actuators as well; for that purpose we use an extended body force analogy. The sensors and actuators are applied to solve the displacement tracking problem for continuous structures; i.e., the problem of enforcing a desired displacement field. We discuss feed forward and feed back control. In the case of feed back control we show that a PD controller can stabilize the continuous system. Finally, a numerical example is presented. A desired deflection of a clamped-clamped beam is tracked by means of feed forward control, feed back control and a combination of the two.

부여파기를 이용한 ETBF의 다진 영역 표현에 대한 연구 (Multi-level Representations of ETBF Using Subfilters)

  • [1]에서 extended threshold Boolean filter(ETBF)의 부분 군인 self-dual ETBF가 중앙값 부여파기 출력의 가중 평균으로 표현되어짐을 보였다. 이 논문에서는 이 결과를 일반적인 ETBF로 확장한다. 특히, 모든 ETBF를 최솟값(또는 최댓값) 부여파기 출력의 가중 평균으로 표현할 수 있음을 보였다. 이 표현은 자연스럽게 윈도우(window)의 크기가 K보다 작거나 같은 부여파기만을 사용하는 K차 ETBF(K-ETBF)라 불리는 ETBF의 부분 군(subclass)을 제시한다. 여러 가지 K 값에 대하여 평균 제곱 오차(mean square error)를 최소화하는 K-ETBF를 설계한 후 이들을 오염된 신호의 복구에 적용함으로써 여파기의 성능과 복잡도간의 호환작용(tradeoff)을 고찰하였다.

전사적 CRM 전략의 진단 및 평가 방법론 개발 (A Diagnosis and Assessment Methodology for Enterprise CRM Strategy)

  • As Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is becoming a core competence more recently, many companies want a reliable CRM assessment system which enables measuring and diagnosing corporate customer strategies for building an optimized CRM strategy. However, there has been short of researches on developing the CRM diagnosis methodology that is directly applicable to real practices. Drawing upon the theoretical framework of CRM scorecard, we developed and suggested a corporate CRM diagnosis methodology that can systematically understand and assess the corporate CRM capability and performance, guiding their future directions. Companies can search the important but weak areas among various CRM strategy subjects through the proposed diagnostic procedures. This framework has a hierarchical structure that has four evaluative domains each of which has several evaluative subjects consisting of many evaluative themes: the score of upper factor is the weighted average of its subordinate factor scores. And the score of each evaluative theme is the weighted average of quantitative and qualitative evaluative indexes. Quantitative indexes are calculated by analyzing customer and sales data and qualitative ones are derived from survey data. Each evaluative index has more than one measure and its score can be derived from its own formula consisting of the measures. To prove the concept, we applied this framework to a real company and concluded that it might be appropriate to understand the corporate CRM strategy situation, find the pain points, and resolve them for better CRM implementation.

복합환승센터 접근교통수단의 승하차 시설배치기준 (Layout Criteria of an Access Mode's on and off Facility at Multiple Transfer Centers)

  • 본 연구에서는 복합환승센터 접근교통수단의 정류장시설 배치기준을 개발하였다. 복합환승센터의 시설배치기준은 접근교통수단(Access Mode)의 승하차시설의 상대적인 위치선정에 관한 것으로 접근교통수단 하차 후 주교통수단(Main Mode)의 승하차 시설까지 이동거리를 최소화하도록 기준을 제시하였다. 이동거리 중 계단은 평면거리 보다 큰 가중치를 적용하였고 에스컬레이터는 평면거리 보다 적은 가중치를 적용하였다. 효과척도로서 접근교통수단별 이용자 가중평면환산거리를 채택하였다. 최종적으로는 본 연구에서 제시된 기준을 기존 김포공항에 적용하여 접근교통수단의 승하차 시설의 위치와 접근시설의 개선방안을 제시하였다.
