구조방정식을 이용한 Website 평가방법에 관한 연구 (A study on the Website evaluation method using SEM)

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose an analytical method for evaluating user satisfaction of Internet websites using the structural equation model(SEM). This paper is intended to identify critical evaluation factors of user satisfaction for websites to determine criteria for evaluating the websites, and use the criteria to develop a SEM model for quantitatively evaluation of each factors' effects of user satisfaction. The SEM model used 2 variables of usability and good-looks for the evaluation factors of websites user satisfaction and each factors have 4 sub evaluation criteria, 3 portal sites were evaluated to construct the SEM model, and 155 subjects participated the website evaluation using the walk-through and face-to-face survey method. Analysis results showed that the SEM model was statistically significant for all the 3 websites evaluated. Both the usability and good-looks two factors also showed significant effects to user satisfaction of websites and have positive correlation. The user satisfaction was more effected by the usability factor than good-looks, and the simplification and harmonization were the most critical sub-factors of the usability and good-looks.

  • This study investigates the relationship between perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall and loyalty, and examines how perceived website attractiveness and flow play mediating roles between perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall and affective commitment in the context of Internet clothing shopping mall. For these purposes, the author developed a structural model which consists of several variables. In this model, perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall that consist of such as familiarity, reputation, uniqueness, positive emotion, self-efficacy, and interactivity were proposed to affect the website attractiveness and flow, and in turn, result in higher affective commitment. Thus, perceived website attractiveness and flow were proposed as core mediating variables between perceived mobile service characteristics and affective commitment. To test unidimensionality and nomological validity of the measures of each construct, the author employed scale refinement procedure. The results of reliability test with Cronbach's, and confirmatory factor analysis warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. In addition, nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the result of correlation analysis.

  • This study is analyzed how much protected buying and selling service on Auction site affects to the customers' satisfaction. According to the results of it, First, considering that the aspects of the reliability of the Auction site, trade factor affects to the reliability of Auction website. Second, it shows the organized security of the site affects to the reliability. and it could be explained the escrow service has brought the customers to get the reliability of Auction website. Third, the execution of purchasing contract on website affects to the customers' satisfaction. and it makes customers confirm and rely on Auction. For example, carrying out of the escrow service, enhancement of the system for the policies for the buying protection of customers, and various concerns and efforts for the execution of the purchasing contract and so on affect to the customers' satisfaction.

  • 웹사이트의 사용성은 정보시스템 설계와 전자상거래 영역의 연구자 및 실무자들의 지속적인 관심의 대상이다. 높은 사용성을 가진 웹사이트는 사용자의 생산적 활동을 자극하고 사이트 내의 콘텐츠 소비량을 증가시키는 등 바람직한 결과를 낳을 수 있다. 항행성은 사용성을 평가하는 가장 중요한 지표 중 하나로 항행성의 개선은 사용성의 증가와 직결된다. 본 연구는 시선 분석을 바탕으로 대한민국 정부의 보건복지부 웹사이트의 항행성 개선을 통해 사용성을 증진시키기 위한 노력을 담고 있다. 실행 연구 방법론을 적용한 다년간의 연구 결과 홈페이지의 항행성을 개선시키고자 디자인을 바꾸었고 그 결과를 시선 분석법을 적용하여 추적하고 평가했다. 본 연구는 시선 분석 방법과 실행 연구법을 접목함으로써 전자정부의 서비스 개선을 항행성 측면에서 진단하여 사용성 개선 연구에 관한 이론적 시사점 및 실무적 교훈을 획득하였다.

인터넷 탐색가치와 인터넷 쇼핑물 유형에 따른 의류제품 쇼핑 웹사이트 속성 평가의 차이 (Differences across Types of web Navigation Value and Shopping Mall in Evaluation of website attributes for Apparel Shopping)

  • The purposes of this studs were 1) to identify web navigation values and classify consumers based on these values and 2) to determine differences between consumer groups and between types of shopping mall in evaluation of website attributes when shopping apparel. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 204 male and female students who experienced shopping at the website, living in Cheju and analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis and t-test. Two factors of navigation value were found and labeled as; information value and entertainment value. Two groups were identified based on navigation value; users of information value (53%) and users of entertainment value (47%). Significant differences between two groups were found in evaluating website attributes selling products of various types regarding apparel products and processes for information search, order and payment. However, for shopping mall website selling only apparel products, differences between two groups were not significant in evaluating most attributes except for two items to evaluate apparel products. Differences between shopping mall types (shopping malls selling products of various types and selling only apparel product) were significant in evaluation of internet users of information value regarding attributes of apparel products while differences between shopping mall types were not significant in evaluation of users of entertainment value regarding all attributes. Internet users of information value showed favor to shopping mall website of department store type chi e internet users of entertainment value showed favor to shopping mall website selling only apparel products.

웹사이트 화면디자인의 시각요소와 스타일 분석 (Visual factor and Style Analysis of Web Design)

  • 본 연구에서는 웹사이트 인터페이스의 여러 디자인 문제 가운데 사용자의 감성적·심미적 만족을 주요 목표로 하는 스타일의 역할을 이해하고 다양한 시각 요소에 기초한 분석적 접근 방법을 제시하였다. 스타일은 정서, 문화적 동질감 및 메시지를 즉각적으로 드러나게 하는 맥락을 제공하며 재미와 몰입감을 주는 역할을 한다. 이는 웹사이트 인터페이스 디자인의 우선적 디자인 목표라 할 수 있는 인지적 측면의 디자인 원리에 따른 기능성과 동시에 각종 시각 요소들을 통해 구현해야 할 주요 디자인 특질이라고 할 수 있다. 웹사이트 인터페이스의 시각요소를 파악하기 위해 내용의 구조에 따른 구성 측면, 심볼 시스템에 관한 매체 측면 및 조형적 측면의 여러 다른 차원으로 구분하였다. 여기서 도출된 시각 요소들에 기초하여 스타일 형성의 요인들을 분석하였다. '소프트-하드(Soft-Hard)', '따뜻한-차가운(Warm-Cool)'을 각 축으로 하는 이미지맵의 반대편에 위치하는 몇 개의 사이트를 선정한 후, 구성적 측면의 요소들에 대한 조형적 특성과 아이디어를 전달하는 시각적 전달방식에 따른 정서적 효과를 파악하였다. 웹사이트 스타일에 대한 이 같은 분석적 접근 방법의 이해는 디자인 계획시 디자인 문제의 체계적 이해와 다양한 해결안 도출에 활용될 수 있으며, 화면디자인을 위한 구체적 가이드라인을 마련하기 위한 토대가 될 수 있다.

의류웹사이트 특성과 충동구매행동의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (The Role of Website Characteristics on Impulse Buying)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 의류판매 온라인 쇼핑몰 상에서의 충동구매행동과 의류판매 사이트의 프로모션, 제품/정책 정보간의 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 인터넷 설문지를 통한 데이터 수집을 통해 236부가 본 연구에 사용되었다. 결과 분석 이전에 웹사이트특성을 분류하기 위해 요인분석을 실한 결과 웹사이트 특성이 프로모션과 제품/정책 정보로 구분되었다. 연구결과 충동구매를 한 집단의 의류판매 사이트의 프로모션과 제품/정책 정보에 대한 평가가 그렇지 않은 집단보다 높게 나타났고 충동구매집단의 충동구매성향과 의류판매 사이트의 프로모션, 제품/정책 정보에 대한 평가는 정적인 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

의류쇼핑 웹사이트 전환비용과 사이트 유지의 구조모델 (A Structural Modeling for Switching Costs and Site Retention in Apparel Shopping Website)

  • This study estimates a structural model to examine the causal relationships among web browsing, switching cost, and site retention in the context of apparel shopping website. A total of 499 usable questionnaires were obtained from consumers aged from 20 to 49 years. For data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural model were used. The result showed that consumer's perceived switching costs consisted of three factors: relationship cost, search cost and benefit loss cost. In estimated structural model, the relationship cost was influenced by leisure browsing; the search cost was influenced by informational browsing and leisure browsing; the benefit loss cost was influenced by leisure browsing. Especially, the leisure browsing was the most highly related to the benefit loss cost, and followed by relationship cost and search cost. However, hedonic browsing was not significantly related the factors of switching costs. The search costs significantly affected customer's intentions for site retention. A managerial implication was discussed for e-retailers in order to develop strategic switching costs in building long-term relationships with web browsers on the apparel shopping websites.

The Effects of the Attractiveness of an Internet Shopping Mall and Flow on Affective Commitment

  • With the many advantages of the internet, online shopping has become one of the fastest growing types of retail businesses. However, internet-based firms are much more firmly required to retain existing customers rather than secure new ones, and to make them revisit the site by strengthening trust and loyalty, thereby improving profits and outrivaling competitors. Commitment is an essential part of successful long-term relationships between buyers and sellers. Although commitments by both parties in an exchange can provide the foundation for the development of relational social norms, disproportionate commitments can lead to opportunism by the less committed partner. Moreover, flow, which is characterized by intense concentration and enjoyment, was found to be significantly linked with exploratory use behavior, which in turn was linked to the extent of computer use. The level of flow was, itself, determined by the individual's sense of being in control, and the level of challenge perceived in maneuvering a website. Website attractiveness goes hand in hand with the attractiveness of an internet shopping mall, and it can be conceptualized as the persuasive effectiveness of a message by the use of familiarity, favor, similarity, etc. It occurs when information receivers try to achieve self-satisfaction when they actually or emotionally identify themselves with an information source. This study investigates the relationship between the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall and the loyalty of online consumers, and it examines how perceived website attractiveness and flow play mediating roles between the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall and the affective commitment in the context of a clothes internet shopping mall. For these purposes, a structural model comprising several variables was developed. That model was tested with an analysis of moment structure (AMOS) using data from respondents who had purchased clothing through the internet during the past three months. In this model, the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall, such as familiarity, reputation, uniqueness, positive emotions, self-efficacy, and interactivity, were proposed to affect the website's attractiveness and flow, and lead to a higher affective commitment over time. Thus, the perceived website attractiveness and flow were proposed as core mediating variables between perceived system characteristics and affective commitment. The results of a reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha, and a confirmatory factor analysis warranted using unidimensionality for the measures for each construct. In addition, the nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the results of a correlation analysis. The results of empirical analyses indicated that systematic attributes resulting in website attractiveness and user's characteristics, thereby triggering customers' flow, play a crucial role in inducing customers' affective commitment, and a user's characteristics are twice as important as systematic attributes in this study. Moreover, familiarity, reputation, and uniqueness all have a significant effect on website attractiveness, and the research showed that uniqueness took the first place, and that familiarity and reputation followed in order of magnitude. The fact that reputation was not the most important factor that affects the attractiveness of an internet shopping mall, with uniqueness or familiarity having a greater impact, suggests much deeper implications. Finally, positive emotion, self-efficacy, and interactivity all have a significant effect on customers' flow. In particular, the fact that positive emotion, compared to self-efficacy or interactivity, has much more impact on flow is very suggestive.

유통정보기술 활용이 커뮤니케이션 전략과 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향 (An Effects of the Distribution Information Technology Application on the Communication strategies and CRM performance)

  • 기업이 고객을 차별화하기 시작한 것은 고객관계관리가 확산되면서부터이다. CRM이 확산된 배경에는 마케팅활동이 브랜드중심에서 고객중심으로 옮겨가면서 고객관계와 고객자산의 중요성이 크게 부각되었고, IT를 기반으로 하여 고객정보를 획득하고 관리하며, 모형화 할 수 있는 능력이 경쟁우위를 지속하는데 핵심요소가 되었기 때문이다. 그러나 최근 CRM의 효과에 대한 회의론이 퍼지면서 학계와 실무진에서는 어떤 경우에 CRM의 성과가 나타나고, 어떤 경우에 실패하는가에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 저자들 또한 CRM 성과에 지대한 영향을 미칠 것이라고 생각되는 유통정보기술의 역할에 따라 기업의 CRM 성과가 어떻게 달라지는가를 검증하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CRM 성과에 영향을 미치는 선행변수인 유통정보기술 요인으로 IT기술투자, IT 시스템 활용, Website 활용, 그리고 커뮤니케이션 등을 설정하였다. 본 연구는 CRM 성과는 IT 기술투자, IT 시스템 활용과 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 받을 수 있음을 가설로 제시하고, 설문조사 결과를 토대로 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, IT 기술투자, IT 시스템 활용, 웹사이트 활용이 좋을수록 고객과 조직구성원간의 커뮤니케이션이 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 IT 기술투자, IT시스템 활용, 고객과 조직구성원간의 커뮤니케이션이 좋을수록 기업의 CRM 성과는 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 갖는 학문적 의미와 관리적 의미를 제시하였다.
