WBI (Web-Based Instruction), a web-based tool for teaching the students at a long distance, makes possible to Interact between learners and instructors, provides a wide variety of learning materials, has an advantage of overcoming spatial constraints. In this paper, as a model of using the web for education, a web-based education-evaluation system has been designed and implemented. Web-based education-evaluation system has to be equipped with both of the online setting question mode and the upload setting question mode, the former makes questions on web and the latter uploads the setted questions on offline with settling a defeat of the existing systems on setting questions. And the system has to be equipped with the function of analyzing the questions that gives teacher several kinds of analysis information and makes possible to feedback to questions by adjusting the difficulty and revising the questions. In this paper, a system that reflects the above requirements has been designed and implemented with PHP script language and MySQL database system.

In this study, 63 university seniors majoring Child Studies were in an 8-week Web Based Instruction (WBI) program. Student characteristics of learning motivation, self-regulatory learning strategy, and learning style (Kolb, 1985) were the independent variables. Learning effects as dependent variables were measured by paper test and work assessment. Spearman's $\rho$ was calculated and tests of rank order difference were used for the data analysis. Results showed that learning motivation and self-regulatory learning strategy had meaningful positive relations with learning effects on the paper test score. Learning effects showed differences by learning style. These findings indicated that the learner's characteristics should be considered in the design and development of more effective WBI environments.

The purpose of this study is to increase students' interest in the subject of English, which has been led by some mannerism, and to improve the students' basic scholastic ability and self-controlled problem solving, through adopting an individualized Web Based Instruction(WBI) as a concrete and practical learning method. In order to achieve this, an individualized Web Based Instruction(WBI) homepage has been developed to be applied experimentally to the field of middle school education for 8 months, and a research has been made on its effects on the students' interest in English along with the improvement of English. Two groups which showed almost the same interest were selected as a controlled group and an experimental one. Individualized Web Based Instruction was applied to the experimental group, while the controlled group was not instructed according to student ability. The controlled group was taught using CD added with the textbook. As a result of T-test, the students in the experimental group showed more improvement in communicative competence than those in the controlled group.

Web based instruction (WBI) has been widely used thesedays because the web has various advantages for instruction. However, most of current WBI systems do not support various requirements from students. It is because of the lack of research for structural instruction method. This paper presents a new method of WBI and designs an instruction model to support various requirements from students by implementing dynamic WBI system using JSP to solve current WBI problems. The developed WBI system uses multimedia based instructions. The implemented system focused on the practical instruction by providing the functions of listening, homework, and test on web site. For the similar effects as in the classroom, it supports functions of electronic white board and multimedia data which is consisted of high-quality sound and video data with high degree of compression. Furthermore, the system supports that instructors can design a test using three kinds of basic forms, a multiple-choice test, brief-answer test, essay test, and evaluate the tests easily. It also supports easy management for homework, lecture registration, and many school affairs.

Thanks to the technological developments in the Internet, the Web-Based Instruction in the school practices has been available which is now taking its place as one of the new educational methods. With the increased interest in Web-Based Instruction, there appear a lot of materials and methodologies on utilizing the WEB to actively discuss and deal with the teaching-learning ways. Nevertheless, they comparatively tend to overlook the aspect of school guidance such as the development of sociability through social interaction which is an important element for building the personality of learner. This study has tried to design and apply the teaching-learning system for the promotion of social interaction in the Web-Based Instruction, and also made an investigation into the influences of social interaction on the development of children's sociability in the WEB field.

By the most important media to deliver the contents on a remote instruction we commonly use audio and documents. A number of remote instruction system are trying to offer the video, but they did not acquire satisfiable results because of the limited network and width. Also, they use the general web browsers that have a lot of unspecific users access the contents. Also, they use the general web browsers that have a lot of unspecific users access the contents. Like this most systems that use the continuous media have not offer the satisfiable contents because of the network limitation. Moreover, because they use the web browser, they offer the contents having documents(web pages) only. In this paper, we propose a web-based remote instruction system on real-time using audio and documents which are the most important media for a information delivery. In addition to the system, we use a action synchronization mechanism between the web browsers. If the instructor uses web pages on his computer and explains the contents of them, the learners see the same web pages as the instructor's and listens to his voice.

Through WWW, one of Internet services, network infrastructure is grown explosively and web-based technologies have been developed tremendously. That technologies have had a potent influence on wide-area of society, so did educational area. Meanwhile, discussion is emphasized at school education because of its great advantages at a constructivist perspective and the part of performance assessment. But, there are many differences between web-based discuss-learning instruction and face to face discussion, because the former is based on interaction through the media especially networks. Consequently, in this paper, we look into about the consideration factors of the web-based discuss-learning instruction, and also study about the support system development factors and methods.

Classroom of latest primary school and secondary school is taking advantage of web activity in instruction. Must use web browser compulsorily to take advantage of web, classroom of our country is using Internet Explorer web browser that offer in Microsoft mostly. This web browser can say that necessary function is very lacking in primary school and secondary school classroom instruction by thing for ordinary people. Thus, to solved lacking, this study presented inconvenient of Internet Explorer web browser that use in existing. And searched improvement plan in reply. Also, embodied web browser that actuality practical use is possible reflecting this in design. Web browser that embody confirmed that satisfaction which is excellent through spot application is. To be more efficient and utilizes as class effectively, this web browser may be beaconed to primary school and secondary school teacher and students of our country.

In middle and high school to learn the principles of fluid mechanics to Experiments in space and time constraints and difficulties for the study of the principles of fluid mechanics to the problem is superficial. Web Based Instruction program that implemented a comparative analysis became an effect of 15% to industrial total high school students in satisfaction, Interest, Achievement. The fluid mechanics education through engineering design and web design through the actual web server is implemented on the Internet over broadband. In present, an education paradigm of new info-age is consisting by using the Internet in education field, and as that practical use of internet in education is in increasing trend and various education method is showed. Also, as using the web by teacher and student, teacher can achieve efficiently instruction and student management and students can handle various kinds item about studies efficiently. But much of the existent systems were drived on instruction management, systems of student management are very few. Therefore, in this paper, we designed and implemented system that can efficiently manage instruction and student in web. Implemented system was designed by dividing teacher module and student module and various function for instruction management and student management were included in teacher module and in student module include various functions with related to as class, report and result record.
