As web environment receives web2.0, producer-oriented services are changing user-oriented. This trend is considered the collective intelligence made by users' knowledge. But in contrast with a change of web, structure of current education is composed of educators as producers. Accordingly, it is difficult to reflect needs of educatees who are real users in education system. So we study online education for advance of its environment which is applied to collective intelligence.

For protection of power system, it is a prerequisite to action characteristics of protective relay about a changing environment in power system and correcting the setting value. A substation operator always reside to correct of a relay, however there are problem of efficiency. Recently, power system operation become manless and supervision and control of incident is required anywhere, introduction of new concept as a intellectual manless protective relay is a recent trend. This paper is the web-based protective relay setting program that a manager make an analysis of operation and incident of power system through the web at a remote place corresponding recent manless of system and approach the protection relay and then can correct the error.

Duaring IT industrial trend time, there are many important concept. Cloud computing, Bigdata issue, etc. One of the most important concept is 'Web 2.0' On educational industry, there is not enough up-dated at Web 2.0 concept. It has still One way study model. So apply 'web 2.0' concept on educational platform, and especially e-learning class, we can apply 'collective intelligence' concept.

In this paper, we introduce a canonical framework of the large-scaled web-based sensor gateway and practically implement it as the environment monitoring system. The system consists of a central management server, up to 250 local embedded subsystems and up to 250 sensor or actuator nodes for each subsystem. The node information is gathered periodically through a well-defined protocol on the sensor network and converted to the web contents and the SNMP MIB objects according to its data type. The MIB objects are well-defined and include system, network, sensor, actuator and alarm specific data classes. Because there is an increasing trend that a large number of sites are willing to adapt unmanned sensing and control, the developed system will play a key role to efficiently manage a large scale sensor networked system such as environment monitoring systems or countermeasure systems against disaster and calamities.

인터넷 기반의 정보검색시스템 활용 및 최신 정보통신동향 기사제목 제공을 목적으로 웹기반 정보통신동향 검색시스템을 구현하였다. 시스템 구현을 위한 기본 프로그래밍에는 비주얼 폭스프로 데이터베이스 패키지를 활용하였으며, 웹기반 환경구현을 위해서는 폭스웹 CGI 변환프로그램과 퍼스널웹서버를 활용하였다.

As the amount of web contents in the Internet increases, it becomes hard to find out statistics that users want. In this paper we propose an analysis system based on the statistics of words, which can be used to prospect trends in a specific area. We applied this system to job recruiting site and we can find out trend and statistics about what part of technology is needed in job market and the result of this paper can be used for an application such as restructuring curriculum of a department in universities. It can also be used to predict trend in other areas.

Recently, the range of using Internet in business is expanding rapidly. And through Internet, companies are strengthening both their internal efficiency and their external competitive advantage in the market. In recent years, building and managing companies' web sites are becoming unavoidable tasks in business. Such a trend is becoming more imperative in business over the world. There is a great deal of research in progress to study the cases of companies with increasing performance from the use of their Internet web sites. But it is considered that there has not been enough of study in the area of levels of Internet application in business especially in strategic areas and application levels among countries. This research is in the same line of the research that was carried out on such topics in 1999. study in 1999 showed that there are significant differences in the usage levels of Internet in business between countries with long history of using Internet and those who are not. The 1999 study also suggested the model on development stages of Internet usage in business. This study is the continuation of the 1999 research and used two years of data to compare and analyze the trend of the Internet development stages in leading corporations in Korea, U.S.A., and Japan. This study found that there have been significant developments in the ability to use Internet in business in three countries. The differences in Internet usage level in each stage among different countries are compared and analyzed in this study.

The purpose of this study was to serve as a basis for the creation of new design. For attaining the purpose, an investigation was made into the actual condition or problems of domestic and foreign fashion design, and fashion design information was acquired from the Internet. Then, taking the acquired information as the basic data for merchandising, an attempt was made to work out an outline by using the Corel-Trace program, a widely-used computer software, and to modify it by using the Corel-Draw program. The findings of this study were as below: 1) The informations provided by domestic home-pages were largely made up of fashion news and articles on the trend of fashion, but included few of picture report. Almost all of them weren't developed into a database by item or detail. The foreign fashion design web-site were numerous in number, providing diverse information. They offered not only moving images or picture report on fashion show, leading models, photo gallery or fashion trend, but up-dated data everyday. 2) A way to create a design to meet a designer's target is recommended in this study. At first, the fashion information acquired through computer network would be handled by the Corel-Trace program. After Bitmap image would be converted into Vector image, that would be modified by the Corel-Draw program to create a design to suit a designer's target.

1 person media is becoming the leading trend among several media in the Internet era exploiting the individual desire of showing off. But, the vast accessibility of Internet produces the worry about privacy risk, which concludes in the increasement of closed SNS. In this paper, we propose a system based on PWW (Person Wide Web) where a person is producing a media and share it with other persons. PWW is an information system which consists of a smart-phone, mobile anchors, a standard web document, and his own cloud storage. An information consumer gets the link using his smart-phone from the mobile anchors attached on the objects in the field. The web browser in the smart-phone obtains the web documents designated by the link and presents it. We also explains the 1 person media system based on PWW and presents the example utilized in the field. We compared and analyzed the security factor of the system based on between WWW and PWW, and concluded that PWW is better than WWW in the aspect of security.

The main objective of this study is to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) application, IGIS(Integrated Groundwater Information Service System), for efficient management of groundwater data. This integrated system includes various groundwater measurements, monitoring data, well data, hydrogeochemical data, hydrogeological maps and diversely analyzed results including time series analysis data for water levels and quality. It will be used efficiently for local government officers to manage groundwater within their districts and also for drillers and investigators to develop wells and assess groundwater conditions. This web-based GIS system was implemented firstly for Cheonan and Daegu city. As a result, the system makes the efficient management, distribution and utilization of groundwater data possible by web-based GIS technology.
