소상공인은 우리나라 서민경제의 중요한 부분을 담당하고 있으나, 과다경쟁, 수익성 악화, 생활밀착형 업종편중 등의 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 이를 위해, 정부는 소상공인을 위한 상권분석서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 다양한 기관에서 제공받은 데이터는 표준화되지 않고, 제한된 데이터로 서비스의 구성에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터의 정합성 문제를 해결하고, 데이터 분석서비스 확장을 위해 설문정보와 상권정보를 연계하여 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 연계 방법은 상권정보와 설문정보를 업종과 영역을 기준으로 동일 영역 연계, 설문 정보의 개별업체 중심 연계, 설문정보의 작은 영역과 상권의 큰 영역 연계의 세 가지 방법이다. 연계된 상권정보와 설문정보는 다양한 방법으로 활용되거나 분석서비스를 확대할 수 있다. 본 논문은 기존 상권분석 서비스의 한계 를 설문정보로 극복할 수 있는 방법을 제안하여 소상공인에게 필요한 상권분석 서비스를 확대할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

As the climate crisis intensifies, the need to improve the climate resilience of developing countries is ever increasing. Hence, the international community is seeking ways to effectively conduct climate technology transfer by linking the projects with financial mechanisms. However, commercialization of climate technology in developing countries is no easy feat as comprehensive knowledge on the target country is a prerequisite for seeking a suitable technology-financial linkage measure. Hence, in-depth discussions on effective climate technology and financial linkage measures have become an important global agenda, and South Korea, as a country with long experience in climate technology transfer, and a strong ecosystem for public climate technology, should step forward to take up a leading role. Against this backdrop, this paper proposes strategies and implementation measures for linking funds from the Multilateral Development Banks (MDB) with Korea's Public Climate Technology (PCT) by examining several key areas of R&D, international cooperation, and technology commercialization.

This paper deals with expert system for power system fault restoration and accompanying numerical data processing. Nowadays, expert system which is a branch or artificial intelligence expands its application area to many fields. And it requires computer language for A.I. to be versatile. Expert system for power system handles numerous numerical data and language for A.I. has its deficiency in numerical data processing. However some recent version of the A.I. language rind ways of overcoming this dilemma by giving the way or linking conventional algorithmic languages to them. This study presents numerical data processing routines described in Turbo prolog which is run in IBM PC and linking numerical data processing routines written in Turbo C to Turbo prolog.

The rock engraving of the Korea are dated by a very few direct archaeological contexts by linking their images to objects of known prehistoric date-although many of the figures are 'abstract'. This paper focuses on the rock art of Bangu-dae, located in the south-east of Korea. I try to the date of engravings from their contexts and the ways in which they can be studied.

의약품을 사용할 때 나타나는 부작용은 국민의 건강을 크게 위협할 수 있다. 현재 의약품 부작용에 대한 보고가 매우 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 이에 현재 약국에서 사용하고 있는 의약품 사용평가(DUR:Drug Utilization Review)에 의약품 부작용 보고를 연계하게 된다면 활성화될 수 있다. 의약품 사용평가가 활성화되어 있는 미국 의약품 관리 체계 연구를 통해 의약품 부작용 보고 활성화 방안을 찾을 수 있다. 약국에서 의약품 관리 프로그램으로 사용되는 'Pharm IT 3000'에서 의약품 부작용 보고의 활성화 방안을 연구해 보았다. 문헌연구와 실제 프로그램 운영 방식 연구를 통해 Pharm IT 3000 처방 조제 현황 항목에 의약품 사용평가를 연동시켜 부작용 보고가 편리하게 되는 방안을 찾게 되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 근래 W3C의 특별 작업반 형태로 운영되어 온 도서관 링크데이터(LLD : Library Link Data) 관련 국제 활동상황을 분석하고, LLD가 도서관 서비스에 미칠 혜택을 사례연구를 통해 우선 숙고한 후, 보다 의미 있는 LLD를 위한 글로벌 식별체계, 이용 가능한 어휘와 데이터셋의 연결 문제 및 RDF, SKOS, Microformats, RDFa 등의 LLD 적용 방안을 논하는 것이다. 아울러 LLD 수용 및 LLD 기반 신 정보서비스 구축의 장애 요인들을 분석하고, 그 분석의 바탕 위에 LLD 기반 신 디지털정보시스템 설계 및 LLD 확산을 위한 권고사항을 제시한다.

In this study, it is assumed that understanding the nature of science (NOS) would enhance students' performance of scientific inquiry in more authentic ways. The ultimate goal of this study is to suggest new models for developing scientific inquiry activities through understanding the NOS by linking the NOS with scientific inquiry. First, the various definitions and statements of the NOS are summarized, then the features of the developmental nature of scientific knowledge and the nature of scientific thinking based on the philosophy of science are reviewed, and finally a synthetic list of the elements of the NOS is proposed, consisting of three categories: the nature of scientific knowledge, the nature of scientific inquiry, and the nature of scientific thinking. This suggested synthetic list of the NOS is used to suggest a model of scientific inquiry through the understanding of the NOS. This list was designed to provide basic standards regarding the NOS as well as practical guidance for designing activities to improve students' understanding of the NOS.

Associating polymers act as flocculants in colloidal suspensions, because the hydrophobic groups (hydrophobes) can adsorb onto particle surfaces and create intermolecular cross-linking. The steady-shear viscosity and dynamic viscoelasticity were measured for suspensions flocculated by multichain bridging of associating polymers. The effects of surfactant on the suspension rheology are studied in relation to the bridging conformation. The surfactant molecule behaves as a displacer and the polymer chains are forced to desorb from the particle surfaces. The overall effect of surfactant is the reduction of suspension viscosity. However, the additions of a small amount of surfactant to suspensions, in which the degree of bridging is low, cause a viscosity increase, although the number of chains forming one bridge is decreased by the forced desorption of associating polymer. Since the polymer chains desorbed from one bridge can form another bridge between bare particles, the bridging density over the system is increased. Therefore, the surfactant adsorption leads to a viscosity increase. The surfactant influences the viscosity in two opposing ways depending on the degree of bridging.

Employee suffered by industrial accident will face more economically disadvantaged and mentally tough life than life of employee before industrial disaster. however, in this study, we will study for welfare and reasonable compensation about how a country or society helps disaster victims in the industry put a little more unhappy because of the disaster of the injustice. I am to look into the rational compensation and welfare of the industrial accident disabled in terms of linking and expanding into social corporation and preparing policies of selecting major companies and prizing policies that can help the disabled if not in direct and monetary ways.

The NGIS(National Geographic Information System) project is in its third phase currently. To put the produced data to practical use, central and local governments are trying to implement spatial data warehouse(SDW). In this study, status of local and international SDW(Spatial Data Warehouse) technology were investigated. It has been observed that in Korea it was necessary to shift the focus from management of spatial data to servicing of spatial data to information end users. To that end, the following tasks should be pursued : 1) standardization, 2) automatic ways of linking various legacy administrative information, 3) development of customized middleware for spatial data integration and 4) legal system infra structure.
