This study investigated the possibility of reducing sodium and sugar intake in the Bulgogi bowl and yogurt, respectively, by utilizing food and non-food factors. Sodium and sugar replacers were the target food factors, and eating environment was the target non-food factor. The sodium content of Bulgogi bowls was reduced by 40%, and a flavor enhancer was applied to compensate for the reduced saltiness. Low calorie sweeteners, such as sucralose and stevia, were used to lower the sugar content of yogurt by 30%. Consumers were asked to evaluate the samples in one of the three eating environments: private booth evaluation, BOOTH; watching video clips during evaluation, VIDEO; conversation with friends during evaluation, FRIEND. The results showed that applying sodium or sugar replacers were effective in lowering sodium or sugar intake, respectively, without compromising the acceptance level of samples. Significant influences of the eating environment were observed on liking and perception of samples, but the influence patterns were not consistent between Bulgogi bowl and yogurt.

In this paper, the next generation of digital video media attention to the 3D digital stereoscopic images can be most easily produced and minimize the cost for technology that can be made three-dimensional imaging technique, one of the leaf anaglyph research on methods through the low cost of the optimal representation of the three-dimensional stereoscopic images, and enjoy watching, a technique is proposed.
Since the inception of the platform business in educational contents, the prominence of the online educational video has flipped the educational environment. Educational contents have been produced on the internet and allowed learners to access more flexible and student-centered. In fact, the number of people watching the educational content online, such as TED talks and YouTube, has increased during the past decade. The ways of delivering the lecture and the course information in online educational videos are totally different from the traditional lectures. In this paper, we aimed to examine and categorize the online educational videos based on the user's engagement and interest in the course contents. For the study, a negative binomial regression analysis was applied to estimate the effects of the attributes of the traditional lectures by comparatively analyzing the educational videos online. Several values are determined as engaging factors in the online educational videos; hybrid production of education and entertainment, shorter duration, and the number of presenters. From the study, we suggests how to produce engaging educational contents which will appeal the attentions from the users. Moreover, the result of the study may use as a guide to the providers making the productive educational videos.

Now it is continuously necessary to Study on technology and using experience is continuously required in online video service area to stimulate the watching motivation efficiently with such as recommendation or promotion. One of efficient ways of increasing the using motivation is to give the users pleasure when they use the services. This study focused on 'unexpected funny finding' as a strategy of providing pleasure of using. It was believed that it could increase the pleasure of using the service, if serendipity, which means unexpected pleasure, accidental finding such as finding a beautiful $caf{\acute{e}}$ or meeting a friend at a certain place unexpectedly, is applied. This study defines the serendipity as 'contents that give unexpected pleasure' at the online video environment. First it theoretically extracted the various characteristics of serendipity through reading many books. Next it verified the other concept of serendipity through the diary of users' survey to additionally extract the characteristics of serendipity at video environment that are hard to find in books. It formed estimation items for the characteristics of the extracted serendipity and tested them in youtube to confirm the characteristics of serendipity being found in video service and observe potential factors that make it. As a result if verified and confirmed four factors that cause serendipity at video environment. This study could be used as basic data to understand the concept of serendipity. It has an academic meaning in the point that it could be a useful reference for the future study that analyzes the role or effect of serendipity at IT area including online video service.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception on video material making and the effect on science teaching ability after conducting non-face-to-face teaching material making activity for elementary pre-service teachers. This activity consisted two processes. One is that elementary pre-service teachers conduct inquiry, understand related science concepts, analyze science textbooks and then make video material. The other is that they watch video materials produced by colleagues. This study was conducted on 89 elementary pre-service teachers for 8 weeks. After this activity was completed, the perception on video material making and the effect on science teaching ability of elementary pre-service teachers were investigated, and the results were analyzed. In the process of making and watching non-face-to-face teaching materials, elementary pre-service teachers showed positive results in teaching-learning, video production, and emotion and attitude toward video material making. In addition, it was found that they improved their science teaching ability through this activity and were very satisfied with this activity. However, they also mentioned several disappointments such as exclusion of learners' right to self-determination, lack of various communication channels, and errors in content of materials. This suggests that if these problems are solved, non-face-to-face classes can also be a good form of class.

Barrage is an interactive method based on video, and the video itself is visualized from the viewer's point of view to play people's emotions, and it already has an advantage in communication by attracting people's attention using stories and plays. Advances in digital and mobile technology have enabled video viewing anytime, anywhere. Due to the nature of the barrage site that relies on the same video content or playback to participate in video sharing through computers or mobile clients, a barrage that can express users' feelings and thoughts will be added, breaking down the limit of content acceptance by a single user. Barrage satisfy users' entertainment needs, and their influence is growing. Gradually, they are heading to offline movie theaters and TV from barrage videos on the Internet. Attempts to function as offline ammunition facilitated technological innovation for media convergence by converging mobile media with PCs and screens. At the same time, the trend of media convergence shown by coal screens is also a trend of overall technological development. A barrage is an extension of human communication skills. The properties of the barrage fit well with the need for experiential marketing (via video). It can provide a visual experience and create an atmosphere of "surrounding and watching" and eliminate loneliness. Barrage itself provides a function to comment on videos, which is a trigger point for the reason, and donation adds to the amount of information in the video, adding to the fun of the video. Through the barrage, sarcastic, teasing, and expressing emotions can bring entertainment experiences, and users can produce and communicate their shooting text while consuming the satisfaction brought by the shooting. At the same time, Barrage attaches great importance to the needs of the masses, is more individual and diversified, and has commercial significance in line with the current development trend of the Internet. As a new interactive method, barrage contains huge potential value. However, the impact of the interactive way of barrage should also be viewed from a dialectical point of view, how to solve the difficulties in the development of barrage. The way to solve the difficulties in the development of barrage is worth studying. This research will analyze the reasons for the development of barrage and the analysis of Chinese barrage websites, the case analysis of barrage videos, the exploration of the characteristics and values of barrage, and the problems in the process of barrage communication. Provide reference for the development of industrial culture.

Recently, the method of social interaction is transforming into a method that utilizes videos. We are suggesting a new social video platform that contains a video of 'I' and 'the other'. We studied how the appearance of 'the other' and 'I' affected the user. So we applied the Social Impact Theory and Self-Monitoring Theory. The platforms were then used to investigate how the user's positive attitude and sense of community were affected by having the user view his/her and 'the other's appearance watching the same video. As the result, users felt more positive attitude when their own appearance was shown on the screen. However, the positive attitude decreased when there were more femininity in the surrounding videos along with their own appearance. Also, when there were more masculinity in the surrounding video, the users felt a stronger sense of community. We believe this research will provide implications for developing the structure and organization of a new social video platform.
