최근 국방분야에서 M&S의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 이를 검증, 확인, 인증 할 수 있는 VV&A의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. VV&A는 M&S 개발시 신뢰성을 높이고, 사용자의 요구사항을 충족시켰는지를 판단하기 위한 정보를 제공한다. VV&A 과정은 M&S의 신뢰성을 보증하기 위해 필요한 활동이다. 그러나 한국에서는 현재까지 M&S 개발시 VV&A에 대한 지침과 규정이 정립되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 VV&A 절차의 일부를 현재 육군에서 개발 중인 한국형 전시자원소요산정 모델에 적용하기 위해 계획은 전단계에 대해 수립하였고 제한적으로 근접지역 직접사격 손실논리에 대해 결과확인을 실시하였다. 이는 M&S 개발시 VV&A 적용의 필요성을 인식할 수 있는 계기를 제공하였다.

본 논문은 공중급유기의 지상 대기시간을 최소화 하기 위해서 단일서버와 다중서버 환경에서 대기시간을 산출하는 대기행렬, 즉, Queuing 이론을 연구에 활용하였다. 국가의 예산과 자원은 한정되어 있어 군수지원 서비스팀의 무한한 증가는 제한되는 환경이다. 따라서 전시 준비단계 또는 전시 환경에 따라 지상 대기시간을 적응적으로 제어할 수 있는 군수지원 서비스팀 수량을 산출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공군의 공중급유기 군수지원 서비스팀의 최적 수량을 산출할수 있는 명문화된 기준을 제공함으로서, 군수지휘관이 평시에서 전시까지 각 단계별로 군수지원 서비스팀을 할당할 수 있는 근거를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This paper forces on the analysis of the overall outcome regarding Performance Based Logistics(PBL) application for Air Weapon System. We used data from domestically developed aircraft such as KT/A-1 and T-50 as well as data from foreign F-15K aircraft and F100 Engine to analyze the current ROKAF PBL application results. Furthermore, this paper thus suggests various techniques to maximize the outcome of user-based PBL performance such as clarifying the responsibility between customer and the company, developing standardized PBL performance index under TLCSM, PBL related maintenance capacity development, wartime PBL implementation process of domestic/foreign companies and many other schemes based on the analyzed data.

Non-contact underwater explosions against surface ship could cause extensive equipment damage during wartime service. Thus, the need to develop methods for the design of shock resistant equipment structures and systems was strongly established. In analytical methods, DDAM(Dynamic Design and Analysis Method) and transient repsonse method are used for ship shock design. In this paper, to analyze the characteristics of DDAM, medium weight shock test, DDAM and transient response analysis for missile system equipment are performed.

This is a case study which establishes effective ammo issue plan and determines ammo support capability by linking various situations about ammo issue with wargame simulation. Ammo function simulation model has been developed for this matter and it has been proven that the model has significant impact on type of round, parking space for magazine, number of workers and capacity of equipment, etc. during establishing ammo issue plan and determining ammo supply capability. Also, ammo support capability varies significantly depending on tactical damage and MOPP status, etc. ASP's tactical situation, such as magazine damage, MOPP status, type of issuing round, parking space for magazine, number of workers and capacity of equipment, can be reflected when preparing an effective wartime ammo working hour issuing plan for supplying ammo to units through studies results, so that the issuing plan can be realistic and actual.

전시작전통제권 전환에 대비하여 한국군은 한반도에서 전쟁수행 능력을 갖추어야 한다. 한국군은 연합연습 모의훈련 체계를 구축하여 운영 중에 있으나, 독자적인 한국군 모델을 수행하는 것과 미군과의 연합 연습에 따른 상호운용에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 기술적 대책이외에 브리지로 연결된 계층형 모의 구조를 이용한 한국군 주도의 연습모의체계 구축 방안을 제시한다.

The Operational Mode Summary/Mission Profile(OMS/MP) is a document which describes how a system or training device will be used in wartime and/or peacetime at the time it is field with focus on the future. OMS/MP is also typically used for the RAM goal setting in an early phase of weapon system development. This paper provides OMS/MP and RAM goal of the Next-MILSATCOM which is following military satellite system after ANASIS. We propose operational concepts, user-side OMS/MP model and RAM goal.

Recently, necessity of VV & A is also embossed as practical use and importance of M & S are increased in National Defense. The purpose of VV&A is to assure development of correct and valid simulations and to provide simulation users with sufficient information to determine if the simulation can meet their needs. VV&A processes are performed to establish the credibility of the models and simulations. Guidance and Regulation of VV&A are insufficient actual conditions in Korea and example that apply to actuality M&S is state that is hardly. In this paper, VV&A assure its credibility of application VV&A process in Army on the basis of US Organization's application example and provide initial point of VV&A application of National Defense M&S that is developed subsequentness.

In February 1947, Christian Dior startled the world with his spring collection. He transformed the unflattering square shouldered outline of women's wartime fashion overnight. It was not only fashion that made a pivotal point for opulence and elegance, The style of architecture, furniture, glass, and silverware also made a radical change. The new style emerged after war called " organic modernism'. This study is to define the visual characteristics of fashion, architecture, furniture and craft after World War II and examine the social factors and aesthetics that generated a new style. The common asthetic characteristics are freedom, abstraction of symbolic from, asymmetry, and exaggeration of form. The social factors, values and aesthetics are economic reconstruction and renaissance of design , technical development and new materials, fredom and optimistic view after the holocaust of war, and organic aesthetics and humanism.

본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라 육군이 사용하고 있는 보병화기와 포병화기(155M)의 기본 휴대량(B/L : Basic Load) 개념 정립 및 산정방법을 고찰하여 문제점을 도출하고 시뮬레이션 기법(ARENA Model)을 통해 최적의 B/L을 재산정하여 제시하였다. 본 논문을 통한 기대효과는 군수지원의 물동량 감소로 실질적인 전투 준비 태세 강화와 국방예산 절감이 예상되며, 효율적인 B/L운영 보장으로 전투 효율성을 증대시킴은 물론 궁극적으로 전장 승리를 보장하는데 기여할 것이다.
