하지 보행 불균형 상태에 따른 개인별 보행 특성 분석 (Analysis of Personal Gait Characteristics According to Legs Imbalance Gait)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 보행 분석의 제한점을 개선한 보행분석 방법으로 보행불균형을 판단하기 위해 자체 제작한 좌 우측 고관절, 슬관절의 각도 측정 장비 및 SI 지표를 활용한 판단 시스템과 개인별 보행 상태의 양상을 분석하기 위해 DTW 유사도 분석 알고리즘을 이용한 보행 분석 방법을 제한한다. 실험은 보행 장애가 없는 총 12명의 피험자를 대상으로 정상 보행 및 불균형 보행 실험을 진행하였다. 실험결과 좌 우측 고관절과 슬관절의 각도 측정을 통한 불균형 판단 SI 지수 산출을 통해 정상 보행과 불균형 보행 모두 판단을 할 수 있었다. 개인별 보행특성 분석에서는 실험에 참여한 12명의 피험자를 대상으로 정상보행과 불균형 보행 시 허리 중앙, 좌 우측 허벅지, 발등의 측정 부위에 대한 유사도를 각각 비교하였다. 피험자별 정상 보행 및 불균형 보행 시 측정한 값에 대한 유사도 분석을 통해 보행 동작을 수행하는 동안 항시 같은 패턴의 보행 동작을 유지하는 것이 아니라는 점을 분석 결과 판단할 수 있었다.

협응이동훈련이 아동의 자세 불균형과 보행에 미치는 영향 : 단일사례설계 (Effect of Coordinative Locomotor Training on Postural Imbalance and Gait in Children : A Single Subject Design)

  • PURPOSE: This study was examined the effects of coordinative locomotor training (CLT) on the postural imbalance and gait in children. METHODS: Four children were sampled as subjects. A single subject study (A-B-A') was conducted by measuring the following: baseline five sessions;, intervention phase, 15 sessions;, and postline (A') five sessions. The research period was eight weeks. The CLT program consisted of warming-up exercise, main exercise, and finishing exercise, and it was performed for one hour per day. A oneleg standing test (OLST) was performed determine the static balance. A functional reach test (FRT) was performed determine the reactionary balance. To determine the dynamic balance, the time up and go test (TUG) was performed. A 10m walking test (10 MWT) was performed to determine the walking ability. A statistical test was performed through descriptive statistics to present the average and standard deviation, and the variation rate was compared using a visual analysis method with graphs. RESULTS: As a result of CLT application, all four subjects improved the OLST, FRT, TUG, and 10 MWT compared to the intervention period baseline, and postline period. CONCLUSION: CLT appeared to improve the posture imbalance and gait in children.

대퇴부 위치 기반 효과적인 보행 불균형 측정 방법 (Effective Gait Imbalance Judgment Method based on Thigh Location)

  • In this paper, the angle of the thighs that appear during walking condition to balance estimation to the left and right leg was occurred during normal walking. Get over to the limitations of gait analysis using image processing or foot pressure that was used a lot in the previous, the angle of the thigh were used for estimation of asymmetric gait. We implemented heathy five adult male to test targeting and gait and obtained cycle data from 10 times. For this research, Thigh-Angle measurement device were developed, and attached to in a position of $20^{\circ}$ for flexion and $15^{\circ}$ for extension to measure the angle of the thigh. Also, in order to verify the reliability of estimation of asymmetric gait using thigh-angle, it was compared with the result of asymmetric gait estimation using foot pressure. The results of this paper, using the thigh angle is the average of 16.84% higher than using pressure to accuracy of determine the gait imbalance.

테이핑 방법에 따른 보행 중 안쪽넓은근과 가쪽넓은근의 근활성도 변화 (Changes of Vastus Medialis Oblique and Vastus Lateralis Muscle Activities During Walking by Different Taping Method)

  • Purpose: Weakness of the vastus medialis oblique muscle (VMO), or the imbalance between VMO and vastus lateralis muscle (VL) activity, is one of the most important factors in knee joint problems. Rigid taping techniques, such as patellar inhibition taping and VL inhibition taping, are frequently used in clinical practice to treat knee joint problems. The purpose of this study was to compare the acute effect of three different types of taping (patellar inhibition taping (PIT), distal VL inhibition taping (DVLIT), and proximal VL inhibition taping (PVLIT)) on electromyography (EMG) activity of VMO, VL, and VMO:VL ratio during walking. Methods: Thirty-eight normal healthy subjects (38 males; mean age = 31.00 years) voluntarily participated in this study. EMG was applied to investigate muscle activation during walking. Repeated measures of ANOVA and one-way ANOVA compared the three different conditions (PIT, DVLIT, and PVLIT) for each variable. Results: VMO and VL activation were significantly increased after PTIT application, and VMO and VL activation were significantly decreased after DVLIT and PVLIT application. The VMO:VL ratio increased after the three types of taping application, but there were no significant differences among the three types of taping. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, PTIT is more effective than DVLIT and PVLIT in increasing the muscle activation of the VMO and VL during walking. Also, DVLIT is more effective for increasing the VMO:VL ratio and has beneficial effects on the imbalance between VMO and VL activity.

인코더, 가속도, 근전도 센서 기반의 보행불균형 판단 시스템 연구 (A Study of Gait Imbalance Determination System based on Encoder, Accelerometer and EMG sensors)

  • 본 연구에서는 보행 시 발생되는 근전도를 이용하여 보행 시 보행불균형 상태를 판단하고자 한다. 보행불균형 상태 판단시스템의 실효성 확인을 위해 인코더와 가속도, 근전도 센서 기반의 보행 불균형 판단 시스템을 제안한다. 건강한 성인 남성 10 명을 대상으로 실험을 진행하였다. 보행 신호를 획득하기 위해 고관절과 슬관절에 인코더 센서를 부착하고, 발목에 가속도 센서, 외측광근과 전경골근에 근전도 센서를 부착하였다. 보행 불균형을 판단하기위해 SI(Symmetry Index)를 사용하였다. 정상보행과 불균형보행을 측정하기 위해 한쪽 발에 인위적으로 1.5 cm의 굽을 추가해가며 0 cm부터 6 cm까지 5번의 실험을 반복하였다. 인코더와 근전도의 경우 0 cm의 정상보행과 1.5 cm의 불균형보행을 정상보행으로 판단하였고 3 cm와 4.5 cm, 6 cm의 불균형보행은 불균형보행으로 판단하였다. 가속도의 경우 0 cm와 1.5 cm, 3 cm의 불균형보행을 정상보행으로 판단하였고 4.5 cm와 6 cm의 불균형보행을 불균형보행으로 판단하였다.

중학교 학교군 및 중학구 설정을 위한 조사 연구 -광주광역시 중학교를 중심으로- (A Study on Establishing the School Grouping System of Middle School -Focusing the Middle School in Gwangju Metropolitan City-)

  • This study aims at proposing some reform measures for the middle school grouping system in Gwangju Metropolitan City, which is divided 86 middle schools into 10 clusters and 3 school districts. In doing so, it analyzes the present status of educational environment and student walking distance in each school district such as the number of student per teacher, the student density, the school size and the gender ratio in class. And it conducts a survey of 5,363 middle school students, 3,966 parents and 1,007 teachers, also evaluates their satisfaction levels and needs with the student allocation system. As the result of the survey and data analysis, it finds out some problems in some school districts which are gender imbalance in class, the preference for private middle schools and inconvenience in commuting to school. To solve these problems, the study suggests the better alternatives to replace the current system. Firstly, to set up the basic fundamental principles detailed in 3 action plan, which emphasize the adherence to a close-range allocation, the appropriate size of school and class, and the equalization of educational environment. Secondly, to establish the information system for managing the school district in order to be more objective and transparent. Finally, it gives a concrete proposal which divides the 10th school grouping system into the 11th. The result would be expected to ease the gender imbalance and the concentration of private middle schools, to improve the student walking condition to school.

20° 경사로 앞.뒤 보행 동작 시 지면반력의 형태 비교 분석 (Ground Reaction Force Characteristics During Forward and Backward Walking Over 20 Degree Ramp)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 $20^{\circ}$ 경사로에 서 앞 뒤 보행 동작 시 지면반력 형태를 비교 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해서 두 대의 지면 반력기를 통해 전 후, 좌 우, 수직 지면반력값, 최대값, 최소값, 평균값 압력 중심 변위, 부하율과 감소율을 측정하였다. BD보행 시 RTO 시점에서 수직 지면반력값이 FU 보행에 비해 유의하게 높은 수치를 보인 반면, $RHC_2$ 시점에서는 더 낮은 수치를 보였다. 이는 보행 동작의 차이와 보행 시 발목과 무릎의 위치 변화, 무게 중심의 변화가 지면 반력의 형태에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되어진다. 전 후 압력중심변위는 하향 보행 시 상향 보행에 비해 낮은 변화를 보였는데 이는 하향 시 생기는 불안정성을 상쇄하기 위해 더 강한 제동력이 발생되어 진 것으로 사료되어 진다. BD보행 시 부하율이 다른 보행에 비해 낮은 것을 알 수 있는데 이러한 결과를 통해 등산로에서 후방 보행 동작이 하지 근골격계에 지속적인 스트레스를 감소시켜 상해를 예방할 수 있는 방법으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다.

보행 시 부하의 위치에 따른 발의 안정성 및 운동학적 분석에 관한 연구 (The Studies on the Foot Stability and Kinesiology by Direction of Carry a Load during Gait)

  • Purpose: This study examined how the direction of carrying a load affects the foot stability and kinesiology while walking. Methods: The heel rotation, Hallux stiffness, foot balance, metatarsal load, toe out angle, subtalar joint flexibility were measured in 40 adults (men and women) who carried a load back and forth, walking on a 2-meter-long board. The measurement was carried out three times and the mean of the measurements was used to compare the difference between the front, back and the condition without a load. Results: While walking, heel rotation and hallux stiffness occurred most when a front load was applied compared to a back load or no load condition (p<0.05). A metatarsal load also appeared to be the highest with the frond load, but there was no significant difference in the balance of the whole foot. Both the toe out angle and subtalar joint flexibility appeared to increase significantly (p<0.05). Conclusion: Applying the front load causes subtalar joint instability and increases the plantar foot pressure imbalance during walking.

비만인들의 보행속도와 하지관절모멘트에 대한 상관관계 분석 (Correlation Between Walking Speeds and Lower Extremities Joint Moment in Obese)

  • The purpose of this study is to elucidate the mechanical characteristics of lower extremity joint movements at different walking speeds in obese people and suggest the very suitable exercise for obese person's own body weight and basic data for clinical application leading to medical treatment of obesity. This experimental subjects are all males between the ages of 20 and 30, who are classified into two groups according to Body Mass Index(BMI): one group is 15 people with normal body weight and the other 15 obese people. Walking speed is analysed at 3 different speeds ($1.5^m/s$, $1.8^m/s$, $2.1^m/s$) which is increased by $0.3^m/s$ from the standard speed of $1.5^m/s$. We calculated joint moments of lower extremity during stance phase through video recording and platform force measurement.Two-way ANOVA(Analysis of Variance, Mix) is applied to get the difference of moments according to walking speeds between normal and obese groups. Pearson's Correlation Analysis is applied to look into correlation between walking speeds and joint moments in both groups. Significance level of each experiment is set as ${\alpha}=.05$. As walking speed increases maximum ankle plantar flexion moment in the stance phase is smaller in obese group than in normal group, which is suggestive of weak toe push-off during terminal stance in obese group, and the highest maximum ankle plantar flexion moment in obese group during the middle speed walking($1.8^m/s.$). Maximum ankle dorsal flexion moment in obese group is relatively higher than in normal group and this is regarded as a kind of compensatory mechanism to decrease the impact on ankle when heel contacts the floor. Maximum knee flexion and extension moments are both higher in normal group with an increase tendency proportional to walking speed and maximum hip flexion and extension moments higher in obese group. In summary, maximum ankle plantar flexion moment between groups(p<.025), maximum knee moment not in flexion but in extension(p<.001) within each group according to increasing walking speed, and maximum hip flexion and extension moment(p<.001 and p<.004, respectively according to increasing walking speed are statistically significant but knee and hip moments between groups are not. Pearson correlation are different: high correlation coefficients in maximum knee flexion and extension moments, in maximum hip extension moment but not hip flexion, and in maximum ankle dorsal flexion moment but not ankle plantar flexion, in each group. We suspect that equilibrium imbalance develops when the subject increases walking speed and the time is around which he takes his foot off the floor.

  • 본 연구에서는 지능형 대퇴 의족의 노면 적응 기술 구현시 보행 환경이 변화하는 구간 및 약 경사로 보행에서의 보행 불평형 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 발목 관절 운동을 제어 가능한 하퇴 의족을 적용하였다. 제안한 태퇴 의족의 개발을 위해서는 보행의 단계 구분이 필수적이다. 이러한 보행의 입각기의 단계별 구분과 유각기의 판단을 위하여 대퇴의족의 슬관절 데이터와 관성센서 데이터를 바탕으로 의사 결정 나무 학습법과 랜덤포레스트 기법을 융합한 머신러닝 기술을 제안 및 적용하였다. 이러한 방법으로 발목의 운동 상태를 제어 하였으며 보행 평형이 문제가 해소 되는지를 butterfly diagram을 측정하여 평가 하였다.
