This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among debriefing of nursing simulation based education and vocational basic competencies and attempts have been made to provide basic data necessary for improving vocational basic competencies in nursing students. Participants were 203 4th-year nursing students at K college in J province. Debriefing of nursing simulation based education was positively correlated with vocational basic competencies. The factor influencing vocational basic competencies of nursing students was provokes engaging discussions. Based on these findings, programs that develop discussion activity of nursing simulation based education are necessary for nursing students to promote vocational basic competencies.

This study focuses on time management behavior, which differs in (1) the characteristics of schools and (2) the experience of education about time management. Also, this study examines the effect of time management behavior on life satisfaction of vocational and non-vocational high school students, and also those who attend life-long education schools. The study sample consists of 367 teen-age high school students in Seoul. The result of this study demonstrates that the experience of education about time management has a great effect on time management behavior. Students experiencing education about time management have higher scores in time management behavior than those who lack such experience. It also shows a close relationship between time management behavior and life satisfaction in non-vocational high school students and those attending life-long education schools.

The reform of the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges in China is an important driving force in the development of vocational education. The purpose of this study is to discuss the operation direction of the reorganization of the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges at this stage in accordance with the guidelines for vocational education reform in China. Therefore, this study analyzed the necessity and existing problems of reforming the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges using literature research methods. As a result of the study, it was found that the reform of the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges should be continuously developed by preparing measures in terms of legal support, providing incentives, and improving the evaluation system. This study has academic and practical significance in that it suggests the need to reform the mixed ownership system of Chinese vocational colleges, analyzes problems, and prepares policy measures.

In this research, looking into the educational situation concered with vocational ethics of department of physical therapy, tried to get materials which will be educated for the physical therapists who have right conception of ethics. This study examined 12 junior colleges and 2 colleges, The contents are as follows. 1. The course of the vocational ethics. 2. Charging professor and lesson hours. 3. The education of the ethical general principles for the physical therapist. 4. The necessity of the education of vocational ethics. 5. Teaching method in vocational ethics training. 6. The results of this research In spite of admitting the necessity of theeducation of the vocational ethics, we found, there wasn't systamatical and concrete The education of the vocational ethics which would be based upon our fudamental philosophical, ethical thought should be required for the next physical thera-pist as a medical specialist, suitable for the medical ethics in this age. Now, the field of research development for educational contents, matericals for concerning with vocational ethics of department of physical therapy have not been suficient yet, and theis research should be developed continuosly.

The purposes of this research are to analysis and diagnosis the actual condition of vocational ability development training for juveniles delinquent occupational capability development of juveniles who are assorted as a socially disadvantaged group and to suggest the remedies for their successful return to normal social life. In order to accomplish these purpose of the research, we involved in vocational training teachers(23) and trained for more a month to juvenile delinquents(533) such as surveys. Both of them focused on improvement of strengthen for vocational training, complementary learning of juvenile delinquents and securing experts.

The study tried to investigate the school curriculum organization and teacher's perceptions about test subjects in vocational education division of the college scholastic ability test based in the 2015 revised national curriculum. This study asked vocational teachers to fill in basic questionnaire that consists of 9 relevant and subjective items for the school curriculum organization and test subjects in vocational education division of the college scholastic ability test based in the 2015 revised national curriculum. For this, the survey was conducted 58 schools of 92 schools in technical specialized high schools, meister high schools and vocational high schools about test subjects of 2015 revised national curriculum. As a result, the 'Successful career life' subject was 53.5%, the most organized in the first grade. 'test course 1' was 55.2% and 'test course 2' was 72.4% the most organized in the first grade. The Opinions on the test courses were the highest in the two subjects in the same series as the present. The teacher's perceptions showed that the current test subjects in vocational education division of the college scholastic ability test are valid. The most important factor affecting difficulty was 'The Ministry Education's policy' in vocational education division of the college scholastic ability test.

Recently, information technology are rapidly diffused throughout the world. A new paradigm, 'telework' and 'distant education' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. In the computer and information communication technology areas related with web-based telework?distant education, the disabled expect vocational rehabilitation. Therefore nowadays, the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by web-based telework and distant education. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of web-based telework?distant education center to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of critical thinking dispositions on vocational personalities in university students. Subjects were 111 University students in Busan. The questionnaire used in this research were Holland's Vocational Personality Questionnaire and California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory. The results were analyzed by correlation analysis and enter multiple regression using the SPSS statistical package (SPSS for windows 12.0; SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). The study results were as follow: First, the students had much more S and R vocational personality characteristics than the others in vocational personality characteristics and had higher inquisitiveness and self-confidence scores than the others in critical thinking dispositions. Second, there were significant relationships between vocational personality types and critical thinking dispositions. Third, some of the vocational personality types were affected by the critical thinking dispositions. Especially I, E, and C personality of vocational personalities were prospected by critical thinking dispositions. Therefore, It's necessary that we understand the relationships between vocational personality types and critical thinking dispositions. Also we have to think over how to development career programs for university students to match to the learner's vocational personality type and critical thinking dispositions.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of credit system in secondary and vocational education in Australia and Finland. For this purpose, this study compares the secondary vocational education system in Australia and Finland and compares how the curriculum is organized, operated and evaluated at secondary level. Australia and Finland have different characteristics in secondary vocational education system, while Australia operates vocational education programs mainly in comprehensive high schools under a decentralized system, while Finland is a centralized system and is divided into general education institutions and separate vocational education institutions. However, in terms of the organization and operation of the curriculum, both countries are based on the credit system, adopting the unemployed school system, and guaranteeing the choice of students. The results of this study are meaningful in that the policy direction to introduce and operate the credit system at the high school level recently has made meaningful implications through the present situation of overseas countries.

Many questions have been raised about mathematical education in vocational high schools. In this study, we have reorganized a typical mathematics textbook used in vocational high schools to check if this reorganization could be effective in students' learning. We also examined students'feeling about this. Contrary to our expectations, we could not find any noticeable differences in students' achievement. But we found that students with a high grade tend to major in mathematics- related subjects.
